I launched Partner Lab to empower individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to make informed decisions about their personal lives.

Partner Lab is the synthesis of my life and career during my 20s, 30s and 40s.  Having a tech role at Deloitte in my early career, building a teaching and research portfolio in higher education, and then pursuing entrepreneurship as a coach and startup founder, I am uniquely qualified to help people get unstuck - in their romantic relationships as well as in their careers (and we know one impacts the other!).

At 17, she landed in New York with nothing but determination and a dream. She graduated from business school with honors and landed a coveted role at Goldman Sachs, where she spent nearly 20 years climbing the corporate mountain.

By the age of 30, she was the embodiment of success — a powerful woman in finance, a wife, and a mother of two. But her greatest success came when she dared to dismantle it all and listen to the whisper that said, “You were made for more.”

Today, Elena is a Feminine Energy Coach and a Soul Alchemist, guiding ambitious women who’ve checked every box of success yet still feel something missing. She helps them re-pattern their relationship with their feminine energy — so that love, wealth, vitality, and purpose naturally realign around their healed frequency.

Lauren has managed difficult career transitions, ranging from the adversity of a layoff during the eighth month of pregnancy to the establishment of her own company and the intricacies of managing her business partner's exit. These experiences have significantly influenced Lauren's leadership style and overall business approach.

Lauren started her company, Kwedar & Co., in 2017 to help small businesses take their companies to the next level. She was a StoryBrand Certified Guide 2019-2025, she is an EO Accelerator participant, and she is a champion of entrepreneurs.

I bring a grounded leadership perspective from over two decades in engineering and executive roles.
