It's just like wanting to breathe in phytoncides (fresh forest air)—you simply need to walk into the mountains; you don't have to buy the entire forest. From a doctor's perspective, a sense of scarcity is the source of modern anxiety and causes stress hormones to spike; while "contentment" is the switch that activates happy hormones, bringing purity to your body and mind.
