Of Silk and Soil
Of Silk and Soil is a space for the woman who feels the quiet pull to come back to herself. It is a return to the body, to the womb and to the rhythm that lives beneath the noise of everyday life.
Through womb wisdom, feminine energetics and honest, grounded conversations, this podcast gently guides you back to the woman within. The one who hasn’t disappeared, only been buried beneath expectations, roles and the pace of life.
This is not about becoming someone new. It is a remembering. A soft unravelling of who you have been taught to be and a reclamation of your truth, your rhythm and your way of moving through the world.
This space is for the woman who feels disconnected from herself, who senses there is more to how she is living and who is ready to return to her own body, her own rhythm and her own inner knowing.
You are not lost. You are returning.

This is a short bonus episode, a gentle two minute guided practice to help you slow down, place your hands on your womb space and simply connect.
There is nothing to do here and nothing to fix. Just an invitation to breathe, notice, and come back to yourself.
This practice was originally recorded as part of the episode The Womb as a Compass: Your Way Back to Yourself and works beautifully alongside it or completely on its own whenever you need a quiet moment to return inward.

So, if you can, if it's safe for you to do so, maybe just closing your eyes here for a moment and placing your hands onto your belly. And then just breathing into your hands. There's like nothing to do here for you. There's nothing to adjust. Just be in the moment, just holding your room space, starting to like connect to it. And maybe start to see all of those like connections, like the energetic chords that are being held. Just breathing deeply here. And just know what if there's anything that's coming up at the moment, just notice that. Notice whatever comes up. There's nothing for you that you need to do with that right now. Maybe if it energetically feels right for you, the thing that has come up, place it onto a cloud in front of you. And then on your next exhale, just blow that cloud away. And then just staying here for a few more moments. And then you can open your eyes again.
