CEO of Mpowrd Analytics, Dr. Vance uses research and data to strengthen survivor programs and understand what happens long after a survivor leaves formal support. She was also the lead on our client needs assessment, a tool we use to understand what clients experience and need after receiving crisis care. 

With a master's degree in clinical counseling from The Citadel, Mackenzie is a practicing LPC-A. She currently serves as a clinical therapist with My Sister’s House and uses a goals-driven, collaborative, and empowering approach with each client. She brings a wealth of new experience and a zeal to drive lasting change to the role, advocating not only for her clients' needs, but also for a larger and coordinated approach to overall client care.
