Every week, RJ shares raw stories from their life as a queer, Black, non-binary person navigating sobriety, mental health, identity, relationships, and everything in between. Through raw storytelling and unfiltered conversations, this podcast reminds you that figuring it out as you go is still progress.
Whether you're navigating identity, relationships, mental health, money struggles, sobriety, family dynamics, or just the overwhelming weight of trying to keep it together - this is your safe space. A place where you're seen, validated, and part of a community that gets it.
Expect: Honest conversations, emotional spirals, creative chaos, plenty of humor, and the permission to be exactly where you are. I'm not your therapist and I damn sure don't have all the answers - just willing to go first in talking about the stuff we all experience but rarely say out loud.
