I think it was interesting how some of what you’re saying in this episode aligns with the way I think about, not necessarily goals, but more of an evolution through the year. Like when Meredith said that things shift for her at Halloween for example. And how things naturally feel like starting in the Spring. For me the new year is more inward and reflective, not necessarily a goal setting time. But I do admire how having goals provides a kind of mental structure to support actions. So good to share various perspectives. 🤗
