Hey Greg, I just wanted to tell you I really enjoyed the podcast with Spencer and I'm definitely gonna listen to some other episodes that you have. This topic of grief has hit me pretty hard over the past several years. Uh lost my dad in uh I think 2023 to uh multiple my loma and had the privilege of walking alongside him. Um so I just wanted to tell you I appreciated it. Thank you so much for doing it, and uh I'll continue to pray for you and your family, and uh just uh blessings on on you guys and uh uh Spencer as well. Maybe you can pass this along to him.

Don Greg My name is Juan Mancha. I met Don when he worked with T.A.P.S. I am listening to episode 4 and I had a trigger back in Nov and not knowing about the breathing but for an unknown I started breathing. I was able to finish some stuff at work and leave so I could get away from everyone and just calm myself before going home and checking on my wife. Don good to hear your voice. I miss our talks.
