He and Skip discuss new workforce-pipeline efforts through Mortgage Banking Bound, including executive certificate programs (Barry University, Middle Tennessee State, and planned University of Oklahoma) and accredited undergraduate courses (LSU and Cleveland State) taught with industry practitioners which has led to over 500 students have been exposed and 12–15 hired. He also addresses the support, scholarships, and networking ROI of earning the CMB designation,
