With 25+ years in the industry, he drives channel growth and enables over 600 MSP partners to achieve their business goals through key talent acquisition. James is a resident MSP strategist who believes culture, retention, and strategic hires are integral for the future of technology.

Jon Katz is the Chief Operating Officer at LISS Technologies, where he oversees day-to-day operations and drives strategic initiatives to maximize operational efficiency and client satisfaction. With over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, he brings deep expertise in IT infrastructure, systems, and voice/IP solutions. Outside of his professional role, he pursues audio engineering and car-racing passions, blending technical skill and personal drive.
