This is where marketing meets mindset, where strategy beats chaos, and where the modern entrepreneur learns how to balance the scales and build unstoppable momentum. Let's dive in.

Hey friends, and welcome to the very first episode of Balancing the Scales, where we strip the fluff, call out the nonsense, and talk about paid media the way it actually works in 2025 and 2026. I'm your host, Bridgette Brooks, agency co-founder, former Facebook and group on Insider seven figure scaler, and women who brand calls when their ads are on life support and they need to get results yesterday.

This podcast was built for marketers, founders, agency people. Really any business that's spending money on paid media. And who's tired of being confused, misled, overcharged, or undereducated. And today is the public launch of my newest Brain Child. Search Everywhere Marketing. This is the agency built on one simple mission.

Take your paid ads game, make your brand omnipresent everywhere your buyer scrolls. Searches, watches and wanders. We don't pick platforms. We dominate ecosystems. All right, let's get right into the cage. Match Google ads versus meta ads versus everything else. This is the debate that refuses to die.

Everyone's convinced that their platform is the only one that works. Meanwhile, I'm over here running full stack ecosystems, watching all of them win and fail depending on how smart the strategy is. 2025 was not the year to just run Facebook ads or just use Google. That's giving, I still use a flip phone.

Energy buyers are everywhere. Platforms are diversifying. Algorithms are getting spicy, and your competitors are getting louder. You can't be in one place anymore. Not if you want real ROI. Google Ads is the intent. Queen Google is where people show up with their wallets halfway out. If someone's typing business coach for women pool remodel costs best stents near me, they're ready.

They're searching and they want a solution. Right now, why Google still dominates is because it has high intent traffic, lower funnel buyers, predictable cost per leads. You have search performance max and YouTube, which is the chef's kiss of paid advertising, and it converts fast. But Google will also humble you.

Competition is feral on that platform. It's expensive. If you're under prepared and bad landing pages will tank everything. You can't half ask Google ever. But if you want serious scaling, Google is definitely part of your equation. Now, meta ads, definitely the volume Queen Metas where people buy things that they didn't know they wanted until your ads smacked them Mid scroll.

Your dream buyer is scrolling, snacking, procrastinating, maybe even stocking their X, and suddenly they see your offer and go, yes, actually meta ads win when you're building demand, when you want volume, when you're selling something under a thousand dollars. When you have bold creative, and when you are testing aggressively.

But in reality, meta is moody. Meta changes the rules on the daily meta's. Cost per million. Bounce like a toddler on a trampoline, but when it hits, it hits beautifully. Meta is discovery, not intent, but the scale is unreal When done. Right now let's get to the everything else, the platforms your competitors ignore.

This is where the hidden ROI lives. Because while rookies obsess over meta and Google, the real players are quietly scooping up cheaper leads through stronger attention on other platforms. Let's talk about the underdogs of 2025. TikTok ads are definitely one of those cheap traffic and fast conversion YouTube ads, authority builder, and very, very low cost per clicks.

Pinterest ads is the sleeper hit. For women-led brands, if you're a women-led brand, that's where you want to be. Reddit ads are niche, community ready to buy nextdoor ads are home service jackpot and LinkedIn ads are a business to business. High ticket haven. Now, programmatic display is omnipresent, retargeting magic.

If your buyer's there, your brand should be there too. So where is the real ROI in 2025 and going into 2026? Well, let's be blunt, because fluffy marketing advice is why businesses burn cash. The platform is not the problem Your marketing IO system is in 2020 25. We require intent, which is Google demand, which is meta or TikTok authority, which is YouTuber, Pinterest, and trust.

Which is reviews and user generated content. Also omnipresence. The brands crushing it this year aren't just using one platform. They're stacking 'em. So what does that really look like? Google, to catch the buyer's ready, meta to warmup, nurture and scale. TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest to build volume and authority and programmatic and retargeting to follow them everywhere.

That's where the real ROI hides, and that's in the ecosystem, not the platform. SEM was built because the old agency model is broken. Most agencies push one platform, use cookie cutter strategies. Haven't updated their playbook since 2020. Can't explain their data, don't understand or know how to build omnipresence and panic when the algorithm shifts.

Meanwhile, buyers are living on six to 10 platforms every day. SEM is the opposite of the old school agencies. We're here to educate, test. Scale, innovate and build multi-platform dominance. If you're buyers everywhere, why wouldn't your marketing be? That's the whole ethos of SEM. Search everywhere, be everywhere.

Sell everywhere. So that wraps the official launch of balancing the scales and in this podcast we broke down what actually works, what's never worked, what's changing, and how to our smaller your competitors every single week. If this episode lit you up, like, oh my gosh, this is finally making sense. Go ahead and hit that follow button.
