Through nervous system awareness, the wisdom of the chakras and their goddess rulers, evolutionary astrology, somatic movement, and the rhythms of the natural world, this show weaves together the metaphysical and the practical in a way that lands in the body not just the mind.
The Yoniswell Podcast moves through the seven chakras and the goddess archetypes who rule them. Lilith at the Root. Vesta in the Sacral. The Amazone at the Solar Plexus. Green Tara at the Heart. Pallas Athena at the Throat. Each archetype is explored through the lens of nature based practice: surf, golf, yoga, somatic movement, and the cosmic rhythms of Evolutionary Astrology. What each goddess asks of us. How each chakra lives in the body. And how your nervous system is the bridge between the two.
Together we explore patterns like overachievement, burnout, chronic vigilance, and disconnection from the body, approaching them with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment. The path back to yourself is not about pushing harder. It is about learning to listen more deeply.
This is a space for high achieving sensitive souls. For the spiritually attuned and the successful who are recovering from survival mode. For women and feminine beings who are ready to reconnect with their intuition and remember what their soul already knows.
Meet Your Host Jordan Auten is the founder of Yoniswell, a champion golfer, surf enthusiast, and currently completing her clinical training in marriage and family therapy. Her work is rooted in the environments and practices that have shaped her life: the ocean, the golf course, somatic movement, yoga, and the natural cycles of the cosmos.
Through Yoniswell, Jordan integrates nervous system awareness, feminine embodiment, the 7 Chakras, goddess archetypes, and the Evolutionary Astrology teachings of Jeffrey Wolf Green and his lineage as pathways for reconnecting with the body and cultivating self trust, inner authority, and authentic living.
