Hey, hey, everybody! It's John Murphy, your Make 100 Healthy Guy, and sweet Angel Cecilia, and we are so proud and happy to welcome you to the Make 100 Healthy Club, the club everyone wants to be part of, to be living at least 100 years old, to be healthy, happy, and to have purpose. And we are streaming to you live from the Cast 11 Studios. And we are so happy for so many great things going on. And Cecilia, tell me, what are you doing lately with your goal towards making 100 healthy?
SPEAKER_05Well, you know what, John, I've always struggled because I needed somebody to inspire me. You know, I wish we would have had this podcast years ago so that I could be inspired. And when you were saying about living with purpose this morning, I had on my Facebook page, when we live with purpose and self-forgiveness, um, oh God, never mind. When we live with purpose and self-forgiveness, we sleep peacefully at night, knowing we gave the day our best. A meaningful life isn't about perfection, it's about waking up with intention and going to bed with peace. And I thought about that. And I thought about it. You know what? We're not perfect. Every day we get up, we have a purpose. And that's what makes you stay young and happy and healthy.
SPEAKER_03So, you know, one of our philosophies is you can be healthy, but if you're not uh happy or don't have any purpose, you're probably not going to live to 100 because you don't want to. Right. Exactly. And so we have an exciting show today. Last week was great. Glory fishing. What an energy. DJ Sheridan and his show on HGTV, The American Dream.
SPEAKER_05He just had his grandma. It was great.
SPEAKER_03It's on. And so we're happy to have them. Maha, it was another great week for uh Make America Healthy Again. And you hooked up with someone from the Make America Healthy community. It's going to be a future guest, and he's all about Victory Gardens, which was another subject that we broached last week. Tell me all about it.
SPEAKER_05So I was online and I saw something about Make America Healthy, and it was a substack or something. And I started reading about this guy, and he's with Make America Healthy, and he was talking about Victory Gardens and what they're doing in Ohio, and he's got a huge following. And so I just reached out to him and I said, you know what? We've got this podcast. And I explained a little bit about it to him. And I said, Would you ever want to come on as a guest speaker? He said, You bet. So either in March or April, we're going to have him on.
SPEAKER_03So, you know, our journey is parallel to the Maha movement because we're all about holistic uh uh applications, living life as close to the nature as you can, to have a spiritual relationship and as you said, to have purpose. And so, you know, we'd like you to join our club. And this is the club everybody wants to be in, make100healthyclub.com forward slash club. Did I say club twice? I think I did. It's make100healthy.com forward slash club. Uh, it is free to join. Uh, we send you inspirational messages, we give advice. Uh, we're a community to help each other because accountability is what it's all about.
SPEAKER_05And you need inspiration in today's world, John, because it's hot, it's it's fast out there. And you know, people are struggling. People are, you know, they're sad, they're depressed, they don't know what there's a lot going on. Yeah, there's a lot going on. And so if we can inspire just one or two people, wouldn't that be great?
SPEAKER_03And we're doing that. We're getting great feedback, so thank you. And uh, we are gonna go into our first segment. And this is one that last week we didn't have time for because our interviews ran so late. But this is your longevity blueprint, and that is the little pieces that you put together, you know, the little piece of the ladder that gets you to a long, healthy life. And we are so happy today to have not one, but two special guests, Alex and Carly Kling uh men, right? Uh Clintworth. Clingworth, I am sorry.
SPEAKER_05That's unusual. Unusual.
SPEAKER_03Clingworth, I'm sorry about that. And you are both uh healthy nutritionists, uh, it's high energy nutrition, and uh we met at a uh show at uh it was a health fair.
SPEAKER_05It was a health fair, one of the senior communities.
SPEAKER_03And we headed off like fast friends. And, you know, while our uh main audience is probably middle-aged to older, I think it's so important to bring in the younger generation and to see what you're doing because you are our future. So welcome to the Make 100 Healthy Club. And uh, Carly and Alex, you're great people. Tell us a little bit about what you do and why you do it.
SPEAKER_00So we are independent nutrition researchers and nutrition coaches. Okay. And I'm actually gonna back up to the why we do what we do. So we are really motivated by helping people feel their best. It just breaks our heart to watch people who are trying so hard to do everything right, they're following all of the rules, and they're just not seeing results. So it just really drives us to help people feel better.
SPEAKER_03And so, how how do you do that?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, so we one of our primary tools is through education. Uh so for one, we are always researching and learning more, expanding our horizons, uh, and and we're never afraid to challenge what our current beliefs are. So we're educating ourselves and then we use the education uh in our coaching to one, we help people feel better, but then help them understand why they're feeling better. And so they can take that knowledge after they're done coaching with us to continue those healthy habits and adjust themselves as needed to continue to thrive beyond what we do as coaches.
SPEAKER_00And really, we focus on metabolic health, which just is a big umbrella that just helps so many things like weight loss, mental clarity, your mood, so many things.
SPEAKER_03And so if you were going to take on a client like Cecilia or myself, how would you go about building that relationship? And what would you come in?
SPEAKER_01Would I come into your office and uh or do we do it over Zoom? We do most of our coaching remotely over a video call. Okay, but we are located in Prescott. And so if you feel comfortable even inviting us to your house and doing a coaching in that setting, we are more than happy to do so. Um, so if you're interested in our coaching, we would have you fill out uh an intake form so we get to know know you a little bit better, and then we do a free consultation call for an hour long just to get to know you as a person because everybody's different. Exactly. My recommendations for you uh is gonna be different than for John. Right. Because you're a different person.
SPEAKER_03So uh we're gonna put it on the screen. What is your web address for people to get in touch with you?
SPEAKER_00We are highenergylife.com. That's H I. H I.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, H I Low Energy Energy.com. So okay, so it's about building up metabolic health. So, what are some of the things that you see that are common that most people can benefit from?
SPEAKER_01Oh, something that's common that most people can benefit from. That's a great question. Uh so I'm actually going to flip that a little bit almost, and something that many people think is going to help them and is not, because some sometimes it's taking away something that's preventing them from feeling truly great, is there's almost a hyper focus on you can't get enough fiber. And so salad is inherently the most healthy thing that you can eat. Nutrient dense. And people think that it's very nutrient dense. Uh, and so that is actually a big misconception and and may not always, because I don't want to demonize salad and fiber. But it may, in your context, remember, everybody's an individual. In your context, it may, for the time being, be detrimental. And so I'm gonna explain that a little bit. Uh, so we think of again, salad is great fiber and great nutrients. Okay, so gut health for me is really personal, and that's actually one of the reasons why I got into nutrition research is I struggled with small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, SIBO.
SPEAKER_04Wow.
SPEAKER_01So conventional medicine doesn't teach gut health. So a conventional doctor would probably say, Oh, I have IBS, which is code for your gut is struggling, but I don't know why. So I struggled with too many bacteria in my small intestine.
SPEAKER_03Okay.
SPEAKER_01What does fiber do? Fiber fuels those bacteria. So I love salad, and I was eating so much fiber that was growing bacteria in my small intestine where it shouldn't be.
unknownWow.
SPEAKER_05And was that like five or ten years ago that you figured that out?
SPEAKER_01It was about 10 years ago. Yeah. And so I was feeling bad because of the amount of salad that I was eating.
SPEAKER_03So you thought you were eating healthy, but it was not good for you. Now, for most people, when I eat an arugula salad, I love it. It's great for my digestion. Uh, it's it's you know, wonderful.
SPEAKER_01Exactly. And so that's where for you, John, a salad is amazing. The arugula is amazing for your health in your context. Many people are struggling with their gut health, and so the fiber may be a detriment to them, but that's where the individuality comes into play. Okay, so now, so that's the fiber aspect. Now let's talk about the nutrient density.
SPEAKER_04Okay.
SPEAKER_01Nutrients and raw salads, especially when you put in all different types of vegetables on top, there's a lot of nutrients in there. But our digestive system, how does it function? One of the benefits of fiber is we don't digest it ourselves. That's left for our back good bacteria in our large intestine. Right. Most nutrient absorption happens after the stomach in the small intestine. Before the large intestine. Okay. Before the large intestine, before that bacteria has had a chance to digest the fibers.
SPEAKER_05So that little guy is little and doing a lot of work, right? The small intestine.
SPEAKER_00It has a lot of surface area.
SPEAKER_01The small intestine. So the nutrients that are locked up in that fiber is not released in the small intestine where most of our nutrient absorption happens. So the nutrients in the salad is locked up until it gets to the large intestine, where bacteria is going to start breaking down that fiber, but we don't absorb many nutrients in our large intestines.
SPEAKER_03Because that's more for uh excavation, if you will.
SPEAKER_01Exactly. So there are benefits to that. So that's what we say. But so what I'm saying is in a raw salad, most of the nutrients are locked up through our digestive system until it gets beyond where we're absorbing the nutrients. So, solution, well, I love raw salad. If you're looking for nutrients, my suggestion would be instead of a raw salad, let's cook those vegetables in a soup. Oh, and the cooking process releases those nutrients. Interesting. And now they're going to be available in your small intestine where you can absorb those nutrients.
SPEAKER_03So you can have the same substance, but just the way you prepare it, whether it's raw or cooked. Exactly. And so it's a low, it's a soup type deal. Yep.
SPEAKER_05And you know, I used to make a smoothie, uh, I think it was Dr. Eric Berg, uh, but you put it all the green, anything green, you put it in a blender, and then you would drink that and drink that. And I just got so tired of doing that every day for lunch, you know. I switched over to soup and I started putting the same vegetables in the soup with, I think it was a chicken broth. And I loved it. It tastes, it just, I loved the soup and the warmth and everything. And my body loved it better too.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, delicious and nourishing. Now, I do want to emphasize, I'm not demonizing salads. There are benefits to salads and raw salads, depending on your health context. But then as a coach, then I have to look at where are you at and what are what are the benefits you're trying to get from your food to reach your goals?
SPEAKER_05So, what did you think about them flipping the pyramid?
SPEAKER_01What do you think? The food pyramid.
SPEAKER_05Oh, I think it's wonderful. Yeah, we all do. I mean, I mean, makes a lot of sense, right? When I when I saw that when it came out, I thought, uh I couldn't believe that. That how many years have we had that pyramid, that direction, and we just flipped it? And it just makes so much sense. That's great.
SPEAKER_03So if somebody is struggling with gut issues, is that your primary target area, if you will?
SPEAKER_01Uh it is, it is one area that that we are relative experts at, especially given my history with that gut health. Now, gut health is in the grand scheme of science, is brand new. So we've partnered with uh other functional doctors in the area. Dr. Lena Ramirez uh over in Prescott is one who she is able to do a lot of actual testing of what are the species of bacteria do you have in your gut?
SPEAKER_03So this is going off topic a little bit. You talk about gut health. We all have parasites. Some people have really chronic parasite conditions. How uh do you address that?
SPEAKER_01Great question. And and that that is really diving in deep and and very much depends on on what the exact parasites are. Uh, because some parasites you may want to um try and adjust the acidity of your gut environment. Okay.
SPEAKER_05Now most people in general drinking alkaline water with that.
SPEAKER_01Lemon?
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Alkaline water doesn't have a huge impact overall. Okay. So now the acidity is very tricky because that's where if you struggle with acid reflux, the conventional medical system is gonna prescribe a medication that reduces your ability to produce acid in your stomach. Right. Well, we need for general health a very acidic environment in our stomach so that we can digest and absorb fats and proteins. So the prescription of that medication in the long term is actually gonna do you a lot of harm.
SPEAKER_03Well, that is what I experienced when I got heartburn. I was taking Tums. And I I and every time I got heartburn, I took Tums and I got more heartburn. And what it realized was that the Tums was actually emulating and taking over my body's natural responses. This is what you're talking about. And I cut I cut it off cold turkey three years ago. Wow. And when I got heartburn, or I do get, I'll drink water and I'll put a little a pinch of baking soda and it works like a charm. So uh this is an amazing thing that you guys are doing because it all starts in the gut. It all starts with you know, we are what we eat, we are what we absorb. What are some of the best foods that you would suggest for a majority of people?
SPEAKER_00Across the board, eggs. I think they're one of the easiest foods that people can get down. Okay.
SPEAKER_03Great protein.
SPEAKER_05And hard-boiled eggs are so simple to make in an Instant Pot. Have you ever made one in an Instant Pot? Instant pot. You just put it Instant Pot. I think it takes like nine minutes, boom, done. You got a dozen hard-boiled eggs. Eggs were demonized for so many years, right?
SPEAKER_03High cholesterol, oh my god. Butter. And this is part of the flipping. But yeah, eggs, they say if you eat eggs every day, you're gonna your brain health is gonna be better. So if you could just suggest one habit to our viewers and our listeners on what they could do to try to feel better, I understand they have to go through all the tests, but as an overall, you know, item, which one stands out the most that you see the most that you could give a suggestion that would be like a free tip for people?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, great question. We love the actionable items. So we're uh if we have time, we're gonna do double double for your money. Uh so we each give you one. So I'll start with a very easy, basic, um, simple one to do. And it it's on top of the eggs. Um, but for breakfast, focusing on low-carb savory. And if you enjoy and are willing to include eggs, that's gonna be your best.
SPEAKER_00Maybe some high quality beef liver, but that's barcing level.
SPEAKER_01Instead of oatmeal, so many of our clients love oatmeal. We suggest switching the oatmeal for breakfast for, say, an egg omelet or even say eggs with a little bit of ground beef.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Focusing on the low carb for breakfast sets yourself up for an amazing day full of energy. So that's the basic one. Okay, what about you?
SPEAKER_00And then I would say like the biggest bang for your buck would be removing seed oils. And what I mean by that is canola, corn, cotton seed oils, soybeans, sunflower, which is in all our processed foods and all the chips and snacks and yes, it's so easy to say you're gonna do that, but it's very difficult to implement. So that's actually what most of our coaching focuses on is just the life logistics on how do you do that? How do you actually start removing these things and cooking from scratch with real whole foods? But that's definitely gonna give you the most bang for your buck, the 80% gains for 20%. That's pretty good, huh, Cecilia? Sounds really good.
SPEAKER_03We want to thank you both for being on our Make 100 Healthy Club podcast. We're we're excited because you know, we want this future generation of our world and our country to be healthy and we want them to live long lives. You're not just talking the talk, you're walking the walk. And we're really uh proud of you guys and uh high nutrition, right? High energy nutrition. Yep, yeah, high energy nutrition, and uh it's Alex and Carly, and uh we're gonna give your their website again is high energy nutrition.
SPEAKER_00High EnergyLife.com. High EnergyLife.com. All right.
SPEAKER_03Well, listen, guys, thank you so much and uh stay healthy. Thanks so much for having us. It's so wonderful.
SPEAKER_05For me, it's so exciting to see young people. You know, you know, if you start in your 20s and your 30s and your 40s, by the time you get to your 70s, 80s, and 90s, you're not gonna have all of the problems that we're seeing today. The problems we have with the World War II and the baby boomers today is scary.
SPEAKER_00You know, it's just like your financials, you gotta invest in your health. Exactly. It does not happen overnight.
SPEAKER_03And you're not the solution, doesn't happen overnight either. But thank you so much. So when we come back, we have another exciting segment. Right now, we want to share with you that uh the tickets are available for the third annual Rock the Garden Open Golf Charity Classic. Uh, it is to benefit the Prescott Food Forest at Be Organic Farm. Uh the Rock the Garden Open is a double entendre. We have live bands, awards, a healthy lunch. And that golf course is so beautiful. Private and exclusive club at Prescott Lakes. Here's a little clip from last year's Rock the Garden Open. So, Cecilia, this is the part of the show where we take a deep breath.
SPEAKER_05It's my favorite part of the show. It's still, I still remember the first time you told me about people that smoke cigarettes. And they would take a cigarette.
SPEAKER_03It's the drag.
SPEAKER_05And they blew it out. And you said to me that was because they were taking a deep breath.
SPEAKER_03And relaxing. So it was a bad habit with some some good uh reasons why people get addicted, besides the nicotine. And so uh our segment, uh, this segment, uh Take a Deep Breath, is going to talk about the importance of being quiet, of creating solitude, of being alone in nature or just inside a quiet space.
SPEAKER_05And you know what, John? It is so hard today because we always have these with us. And so what I'm learning to do, because you know, this 30 minutes of solitude, you know, I'm trying to teach my team that in order for you to have mental health, physical health, emotional health, you've got to find that 30 minutes every day, even if it's just going for a walk, turn your phone off.
SPEAKER_03So, this is this is a challenge for me personally, yeah, for you, Cecilia, for you at home. The fact that you could take 30 minutes without checking your email, without looking at your phone, without having any news on, without speaking, the power of being still gives you the opportunity to manifest your dreams. What you focus on will come true. Right, right, right. I uh I used to watch And by the way, what you think should come true may not, but the real the right answer will be.
SPEAKER_05You see it, you see it. You actually see what it is that you want, and if you continue to focus and concentrate on that, but like you said, you gotta you gotta be by yourself, you gotta be out there with God, with nature, with the universe, whatever you believe, you gotta be out there by yourself. And up here where we live right now, I mean the moon is beautiful, the clouds are beautiful, the blue sky, the sunshine. Get out there and enjoy it.
SPEAKER_03This is our challenge for everyone in the Make 100 Healthy Club to spend 30 minutes of total peaceful quiet. Turn off all electronics, get away from everybody else, and just be. And you will be will not believe the incredible amount of energy you'll feel, the peace, tranquility, and clarity because we are so under the gun, we're always moving and going, and and we never have a time. And by the way, we were trained, you know, that you gotta keep busy, you know what? You gotta keep going.
SPEAKER_05Right, right.
SPEAKER_03And and and guess what? That's not the way we were created. No, we're energy beings, and we are uh able to reconnect with our real self, not these layers, not the not the the materialistic things. Our purpose for being here on the earth will reveal itself.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, and you pick up the energy. I'm not kidding you. If if you take your shoes off and you stand outside, you are getting that energy coming from the earth.
SPEAKER_04100%.
SPEAKER_05And so you have got to be able to do that. It's called grounding, by the way. Grounding, you've got to be able to take that 30 minutes and you know, and instead of uh starting a new habit, maybe quit a new habit. But then do the 30 minutes, quit an old habit. Quit an old habit and and just quit an old habit, like smoking cigarettes, you know, and taking a deep breath without the nicotine.
SPEAKER_03Well, and you know, being busy is a habit. I mean, a lot of times people cannot stand still, and a lot of it's because of caffeine and and all these things that we have to get done, and we're always on the go. So uh one of our longevity tips today is to spend 30 minutes by yourself in peace and quiet and solitude, and let your mind and your brain and your spirit come to the surface and give you what your real purpose is.
SPEAKER_05And that reduces anxiety. And in today's world, there's so much anxiety out there that if you could do that for 30 minutes every day, your anxiety level.
SPEAKER_03That's right. And that's why uh this segment's called Take a Deep Breath, and we're gonna move on right now to one of my favorite segments, and it's called Movement Matters. And you know, you gotta move it or you lose it. Is that what they say?
SPEAKER_05That is so very true. That's true.
SPEAKER_03And we're very blessed today that we have another guest, and this gentleman I met recently. Uh, welcome to the show, uh Rob uhari, right? Is that right? It's Ben Hurry, Ben Hurry. Ben Hurry.
SPEAKER_02Old enough, I could say that. How are you doing, yeah?
SPEAKER_05I was gonna say, a lot of people uh might not that are watching this might not even know who've been. But I said, I'm so fortunate today, you know, a little girl from Wyoming, how did I get to be with two East Coast guys?
SPEAKER_03We said forget about it. So, Rob, you have a very interesting business. The name of your business is Healing Kind Health and Wellness. Healing Kind Health and Wellness. And how long have you been doing this?
SPEAKER_02Uh well, I've been in practice as an acupuncture. I'm a doctor of acupuncture. I remember that? Yeah, sure. And I've been doing it since 2008. I've been here in Prescott since 2014. But the first part of the time here, I was running, I had a chain of acupuncture and massage clinics in New York that I was work running remotely when I first moved here. I've been practicing here since about 2019. Is that the reflexology? No, it was acupuncture and massage and Reiki clinics. And we had seven locations around New York City.
SPEAKER_03So now you're here full time.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, now I'm here full-time. I practice here. They all shut down over COVID. We don't need to talk about it. Well, you know, it's a short subject for a lot of people, but it opened up a lot of new chapters for a lot of people. It brought me out here. My kids were being homeschooled. I was working from home.
SPEAKER_03And listen, uh, our whole educational system was exposed because of Zoom classes. People say, What the hell are they teaching our kids?
SPEAKER_02The wake-up call.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, so so Rob, uh you are from New York City, but you're now a Prescottonian. And uh you uh and I met at the Be Organic Farm, which is our headquarters in Chino Valley. And you know, we have the Prescott Food Forest, and you were able to uh tour the whole thing. What did you think of the whole place?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I think it's amazing. I'm really proud of what you guys are doing. Well, thank you.
SPEAKER_03We're proud of it too. We're very blessed to Mark and Jenny for opening up their farm to us. But you know, uh, we spoke about last week that our new initiative this year is to uh launch a healthy healing herb garden. And ironically, as the house will be above, Rob was looking, he makes his own tinctures and national natural remedies, and he was looking for a place to grow locally, and it was like boom, we hit like a peanut butter and uh jam? Well, like a beach beach's peanut butter. Peanut butter and chocolate, Rob, uh tell us what kind of herbs that you use and some of the things that uh heal people or help people on their healing journey.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, we we have a whole range of different stuff that we make. I try to focus on things that grow right in this area to where you could drive within an hour. Uh they call that indigenous. Indigenous, yeah, sure. Although some of it has been brought here, but yes, and and it's often wild cra wildcrafted. It means I go around and pick it myself.
SPEAKER_05Is rosemary indigenous rosemary for sure.
SPEAKER_02Well, it's uh I don't know that it's indigenous, but it grows really well. And that's really what matters more. Yerba Santa is another one we use a lot of. It's actually native to California, but it grows really well here. So that as long as it grows easily and naturally here without very much input, we don't need to, you know, overdo, then that's the idea. Trevor Burrus, Jr.
SPEAKER_03So so talk about some of your more popular tinctures and remedies that are helping people and why they're helping people.
SPEAKER_02We got okay, so the our we every week, sometimes every two weeks, we try to spotlight a different product. Right now it's a little bit out there, but just if it'll give you an idea, this is for acute pain or chronic pains that flare up. It's called a scorpion firebomb. This is real medicine that was really used by people for thousands of years. It actually is has ground up scorpion in it. It's not very much. Cayenne pepper, uh, spicy things. And you drink it and you feel it, and you know. And um, you know, I got people. What is the purpose? What is it? It's for pain. It's a painkiller. Very long-standing, especially. Yeah, there's turmeric in it too, which a lot of people know about, but that's usually in combination with other things. Okay. Uh I have an anxiety um shot that people like a lot, uh, sleep tinctures, um, you know, across the board, migraine headaches across the board.
SPEAKER_03So now is that supplemental to your acupuncture practice? Exactly. Or did one start before the other? And how did they come together?
SPEAKER_02I studied both at the same time. My degree, my undergrad college degree is in ethnobotany, which is the way that cultures use plants. Wow. I did um yeah, it was really cool, honestly. It was like one of those pesca college, you gotta give a credit sometimes. Um and I did my my main study there, my sort of senior project was on the plants of the Bible, of the Old Testament Bible. Okay. What plants are listed there, how did they use them? And that got me into well, what were they using medicinally? Concurrently, right after college, I was diagnosed with an immune disorder, which really set me off. And um, by the time I was 30, 32, I was using a cane to walk around, which I'm obviously not doing anymore. Wow. Uh, so I was heavily motivated to figure out what's, you know, and so I went back in my mind and was like, well, what did people used to do? They don't have anything that I can use right now. What did we used to do? And when you start looking into that, you see a lot of that stuff we stopped doing more because of money in politics, not because it didn't work. So I'm more interested in does it work or not. Wow.
SPEAKER_03So, you know, it's funny. We had uh Alex and Carly on earlier, and he had gut issues. Yeah, and because of his personal pain, yeah, and his journey, yeah, he became a health nutritionist.
SPEAKER_02That's probably true for a lot of people in this field, right? Yes, because they don't think about it until it's you.
SPEAKER_05You try to figure it out yourself, you know. But uh, you know, it's so funny because I I want to say 10 or 15 years ago, I went to the doctor and um she told me I had high high blood pressure, you know, and they had to put me on high blood pressure medicine. And of course, you know, whatever the doctors tell you you do, you know. But I started reading articles, and evidently the pill that I was taking over in China, coming from China, causes cancer.
SPEAKER_02Yep.
SPEAKER_05And I thought, well, I don't want to be taking this pill, you know. So then I started to do more research to find out what I could do myself without having to take away. What I think and I could and I changed it myself. That's what you got to do, right?
SPEAKER_03You took control.
SPEAKER_02That's ultimately what it is. And I think that like our parents came from the better living through chemistry generation, and the doctor tells you, and you do it. Exactly. But now we've seen them grow old, and we don't want, I don't want to be like that. I don't want to be on 20 pharmaceuticals.
SPEAKER_03We had a family doctor when I was a kid, and he was like 300 pounds. I'm like, no one wants to take advice from the fact that they're terrible. I mean, come on, I knew that when I was 10 years old.
SPEAKER_05Well, and you know, with my company, with visiting angels, I go into all over northern Arizona, but I go into a lot of senior communities, assisted living, and you know you see some heartbreak doors. I'm thinking, what did you do to yourself? How did you get yourself into this situation? And I don't know it's not their fault, but it is their responsibility. That's what they're doing. That's a good point. There are 12 or 15 decrupt medications.
SPEAKER_02And this one causes that, and you take that and this and that.
SPEAKER_03We asked this last last week.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_03If pharmaceutical medications worked, why would you need a refill? I mean, think about that. I'm gonna be on this thyroid medication for the rest of my life.
SPEAKER_02It's an interesting question. Right. And so you were asking about those tinctures. Those tinctures are not supplements. They're not intended to be taken every day. It's when you have a problem, you take it until you don't have that problem. Okay. That was how things typically were done.
SPEAKER_03You do any you do a lot with mushrooms at all?
SPEAKER_02I do. Uh it's within the scope of practice in Arizona. So I learned more about it once learning to air moving to Arizona. But yeah, we we use them a lot.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. That's a Dr. Wilde. That's right. W-E-I-L-C. Okay. W-E-I-I L.
SPEAKER_02Andrew Wilde. Yeah, yeah, sure.
SPEAKER_05And he does it a ton with mushrooms.
SPEAKER_02It's a big deal.
SPEAKER_03I drink mushroom coffee. I like that. And you know, I do mushroom supplements. Yeah. Uh but uh it's also psychopathic as well, right?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, that's right. And there's a lot of research actually. Psychotropic is the right word, thank you. There's a lot of research also. That's me. That's a good thing. Snickers bar.
SPEAKER_03So so uh someone in this area, we're we're global, we're you know, nationwide. Uh but if somebody's in this area and they want to come see you, tell us why they would come to you, what you offer, and give yourself a little plug.
SPEAKER_02Sure. I appreciate the email. I appreciate it. Can you uh no, we I have other providers in my office. They each have their little you know, the things that they focus on the most.
SPEAKER_05But uh But like if somebody was in New York, could people still work with you?
SPEAKER_02Not with me, most likely. For acupuncture, you want to be uh in person. Herbs, yes. That's a part of the reason. Yeah, and I'm building that part out right now.
SPEAKER_03The name of your brand is Brob's Herbs, is that right?
SPEAKER_02No, the herbal apothecary is called the New Frontier Apothecary. New Frontier. And and this is a throwback to the New Frontier. I don't know if you guys would remember the natural food store before we came and left. That's right. The New Frontiers. That was like a central problem. I learned a lot about uh like natural health and stuff like that at that store. And now I'm thinking it's like Chinese herbs, and I'm I'm from Iran. My family came here in the 70s, so I was born in New York, but they're from there. So there's traditional healing from the Middle East, there's the remedies that the pioneers were using in this area, not to mention in Europe. So the frontier now is like outside of pharmaceuticals, what does everyone have to do? That's what the new frontier concept is. That's awesome. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_03So if we we wanna we want to uh uh gauge you for this, how do we go about it?
SPEAKER_02Uh I have an office here in Prescott. I got a phone number. Uh yeah, it's 928-642-5382.
SPEAKER_05Do you have a Facebook page too?
SPEAKER_02Got Facebook, Instagram, you know, it's modern days. The truth is that's not how most people find people in this town. It's much more like this. And we're not going to be able to do that. Show them off and that's what I think. The VA covers acupuncture, and I'm in net, I'm an in-network provider for in the community care network for the VA. Let's talk about acupuncture. Yeah, sure. Let's talk about acupuncturing.
SPEAKER_03So uh acupuncture, uh, what I understand, it takes re-roots the nerves away from where it might be impinging, yeah. And give it gives you a clean flow throughout your body. Is that a simplistic way of looking at it?
SPEAKER_02It's a simplest, okay. Uh a good simple way of thinking about it. The the central thought is that a human being is a microcosm of the earth. So when they've labeled the human being, instead of using Latin for all your organs, they say this is the mound of this and the mountains of that, and the desert of that, and the valley of that. And imbalance uh on like disease comes from hot, cold, wind, damp, and dry, like it does on the earth. So now, like your body, you said before, we're energetic beings, right? That's understood already. It's not something that we have to think about anymore. We understand that in acupuncture. And so your body is fully capable of operating in a healthy way all the time. But then things come out to obstruct that from happening. Acupuncture is about removing the obstruction so that your body could take care of itself the way that it is intended to. It's an amazing thing. We don't put anything in or take anything out. We're just rearranging the manipulating. You got too much over here, it hurts over there. You're not enough over there, you got skin problems over there, whatever it is. You can you know get into it from there.
SPEAKER_03Well, we we are so glad you're on the show and that you're doing great work. And so yeah, give your website one more time.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, it's healing-kind.com, H E A L I N G Kind K-I-N-D.com.
SPEAKER_03And that's uh Rob from Healing Kind Health and Wellness. That's me. And we're gonna ask you to stay on for our next segment, which is it's grow time. It's grow time. We love the grow time. And you know, today we are actually going to talk about growing herbs. And we want to talk about the healing garden, but we also want to talk about the fact that we're getting a lot of responses to our efforts to uh not only do gardening education in our Gardeners of Destiny training program at the Prescott Food Forest and Be Organic Farm. We are looking to inspire families across the nation to start their own Victory Garden and to become a Victory Garden family.
SPEAKER_05And that's it's it's going all over the United States right now. I'm just so surprised every time I turn around. It's like, and John was the first one that introduced me to Victory Garden. And I went, I looked it up and I thought, well, that makes sense back after World War II, you know, they they had to grow their own food and everything, you know, and they were victory garden.
SPEAKER_03It was such a simple, great program. Yeah. And then after we won the war in the 50s, fast foods, yeah, you know, TV dinners, and then in the 80s, the introduction of all the high fructose corn syrup, and we have an epidemic of obesity and diabetes, and a lot of these people are now on Ozempic and other medications that are only ruining their body and their health. We want everyone to understand there's no shortcuts. If it took you 10 years to get obese, it's gonna take you time to lose the weight. But if you do it slowly, and by the way, one of our favorite guys, Barry Barb, yeah, he's a uh a restaurateur here, he lost about 40 pounds. I said, You look fantastic. I go, How'd you do it? He goes, I did it over a year and a half. Wow, and so if you do a binge diet for 30 days, guess what? 60 days later, you're gonna be at the same weight or higher, and you're messing with your heart, you're messing with your organs because you're spiking. So slow and steady always wins the race.
SPEAKER_05And so interesting, yesterday I had um lunch with a gentleman here in town, and uh I we were talking about different things going on in the community, and I and he ordered us a nice salad and a hamburger, no bun, no french fries, no potato chips or anything. And I thought, wow, guys, like people, people are starting to look around and say, wow, you know, we and and growing your own food in the victory gardens. I just think, and and are you gonna talk about the God squad because this is my favorite?
SPEAKER_03Well, so we started doing classes, we've trained a few hundred people how to grow food, the from uh getting prepared to seed to nurturing, replanting, uh, you know, managing, maintaining, press, you know, harvesting, eating, cooking, preserving the full ecosystem. And so we have that. And last year uh we gave away about 8,000 pounds of food to the food bank, Holden Food Bank, Community Crisis Pregnancy Center, St. Vincent de Paul, and Solid Rock Food Kitchen. Every Monday we feed 80 to 100 people. So that was a great thing, and our Rock the Garden Open is our fundraiser to raise money to fund the program. Well, we're doing really pretty well with our sponsors, and I said, you know what? We're missing a piece in our community, and that is for us to go out to the community that people cannot do it anymore. How about uh a couple that the husband passes? The widow's there, she has the garden, but she can't do it, she didn't even know how to do it. We're gonna send in, at no charge to her, as part of our foundation, the God squad, gardeners of destiny squad. And this is gonna be an economic an economic opportunity for high school, older high school, because you have to drive, high school, college, or any adult that has a talent has graduated our Gardeners of Destiny training program, can make money. And so we're gonna give$100 for every visit. It's not a lot of money, but$50 for three hours is a pretty nice way of helping someone. Now, we'll help you. Uh let's say it's uh, you know, somebody who is younger, a family that they don't know how to grow, but they want to. They want to be able to do that. We're gonna send in the God squads.
SPEAKER_05Well, and I remember, John, because I was walking in Old Town Prescott. We had a house that we were living there, and I was walking around this lady. She was always out in her garden. She looked like she was like in her 80s, and she was just telling me how difficult it was. And I remember calling you, and I said, There is this lady out here, and it looks to me like she could use some help. Had a huge garden and flowers and everything.
SPEAKER_03That was the genesis of the God squad. And then your other neighbor that has the peaches.
SPEAKER_05Oh my gosh. So no, I go up and down. In if you walk around Prescott in the fall, there's pear trees, there's peaches, there's apples. They're on the ground. So I've gone to the houses, you knocked on the door, and I said, Can I buy like, you know, three or four apples instead of picking them, picking them? I could have picked them and ran away, you know. But I thought I'll go up to the door, I'll ask them if I can buy some. And I said, You've got all these pears or these apples on the ground. And they're old people. And they said to me, We just don't have anybody to pick them up. So, what if the God squad should go around, pick them up, and then we give it to the people that need food?
SPEAKER_03So I have uh established a fund, and this is a a trial fund, if you will, of five thousand dollars. So we're gonna do 50 on-site visits this season, and it could be you know for 10 families or it could be 50 one-time deals. But uh, if you want to learn more about the God Squad, go to Prescott Foodforest.com. So we're now out at the farm at Be Organic. I see Rob, I meet him and your assistant. And uh and and so you were there because you want to source and grow your own product. Tell us why you want to help us uh build a healthy healing herb garden.
SPEAKER_02I okay. I um, you know, I don't necessarily want to circle back into COVID. However, however, it was eye opening and to see how quickly the supply chain can close, especially out here. Especially out here. And then you start realizing, okay, so wait a minute, all these pharmaceuticals are being made in China and they're being brought here. And I don't even care about the politics of it. It doesn't matter. What matters to me is I got my mom lives in Prescott Valley. And if I there's a very real chance that on very short notice, she will not have access to medications that are really helping her. And the quicker we're able to adjust back to growing our own medicines in a community way, in an individual way, this is what we always did. This is how humans made it this far. You didn't rely on this other system for your basic needs like that.
SPEAKER_03Well, and and it's it is about common sense. It's about common sense.
SPEAKER_02It's not about politics, it's about common sense. Getting it in nature.
SPEAKER_03We have a slogan when I came up with it. Yeah. And here, we're not red, we're not blue, we're green. We're green. I'm right there with you. Right there with you. So let's let's uh let's just uh role play a little bit on what what are the steps we're gonna do and what are we gonna grow?
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_03You saw my my ancient Vermity uh kit.
SPEAKER_02Yep.
SPEAKER_03It was so cool. I I ordered this and this box came.
SPEAKER_02It's a great idea.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, it's a great idea. So what what type of uh herbs do you want to grow?
SPEAKER_02I think that, well, you're talking about me personally or for each individual person?
SPEAKER_03No, I'm saying your reason for being out there and for us together. How can we pull this together to really be a uh a valuable, healthy, healing herb growing?
SPEAKER_02Okay, so I have maybe 50 products that I rely on. A lot of those are um they're coming from China. Those are probably the first ones to try to grow in-house because they would be the hardest to realize. Now what are they? Uh well, in in I know in Chinese it's not gonna help you a lot, but scuttellaria is a big one. Ginseng is a big one. Ginseng. Um, porria mushrooms are a big one that we don't use that much here, but we use it a lot over there. Attractal lotus is a big one. Um it's mostly stuff that you wouldn't know that much.
SPEAKER_03So, how much how much space are we are we gonna need to do this?
SPEAKER_02Um you're gonna tell me how much space do I got? And I'm gonna isolate, you know, these are the key ones, the most important ones. And then these we could find in the wild. These I could get at the One Root Apothecary, you know, whatever.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, so if you're in the uh Quad City area and you want to volunteer and be part of this really cool either the God Squad, uh, you want to take our gardening classes there every Saturday from 10 to 12 at Be Organic Farm in Chino Valley, or to help us to create this healthy healing herb garden, not only will you get to use some of the product, you'll get to learn from someone who's been doing this for years. Yes.
SPEAKER_05And you know, I had a guy call me the other day, 79 years old, and he said to me, I'm just tired of sitting at home. I'm just bored.
SPEAKER_02Another excellent point. That on the one hand, we don't have enough to do, and on the other hand, we don't know how to do the basic things that we need. It's an interesting common sense.
SPEAKER_03So anyway, we're excited about this season. We're excited about building a relationship with you, uh, using some of your products. I'm gonna have to get you for the acupuncture. I got a little shoulder impingement. And so uh, Rob, thank you for being here. And we are grateful for you what you do. And you're you know, you're bringing medicine back to where it was originally intended. We're trying. And we support that. Yep. And so uh we'll put your we'll we'll put up your information again. But uh thanks for being here. Thanks for being part of the.
SPEAKER_05And I remember I will remember Ben Hurride.
SPEAKER_02There you go.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, and so thanks a lot and uh good luck with everything, and uh we'll be uh growing together. Let's get growing, baby.
SPEAKER_05Take care visiting Angels, America's Choice and Home Care.
SPEAKER_03I just love that jingle. It's so catchy, man.
SPEAKER_05It gets stuck in my head all the time, you know.
SPEAKER_03So your visiting angels uh just got a big award.
SPEAKER_05Boy, I'll tell you, John. You know what I said to somebody if I could go outside and turn a cartwheel, I would, but I don't want to break any bones.
SPEAKER_03Well, we're gonna talk about that a little bit later, but this is our Arlene's Angels Award, and it is brought to you by Visiting Angels, the Make 100 Healthy Foundation, and of course the Prescott Food Forest, the Be Organic Farm. And this week's Arleans Angels spotlight goes out to a very, very special couple. Uh, they're not in the studio here, but they are Jim and Gail Gray. I've met them. They're from Long Beach, California. They moved to the uh Prescott Lakes. I was their realtor. Oh, and uh they become dear friends, and they're amazing people. Jim came from a group of auto dealership family.
SPEAKER_05Okay.
SPEAKER_03And he his claim to fame, listen to this. He sold not one, not two, not three, three Volvos to the chairman of the board, Frank Sinatra.
SPEAKER_05Oh my gosh. Oh my god.
SPEAKER_03He ran uh charity golf tournaments with Tiger Woods. He started four banks, and he's 88 years old. He's still in pretty darn good shape. He's got a great spirit, he's got his faculties, and his wife Gail is also equally as impressive. Uh, she uh ran her own charity as well. And so when they heard about what we were doing with Make 100 Healthy Foundation, they said, we want to help out.
SPEAKER_05Wow.
SPEAKER_03And when I had dinner with them, they handed us a check for$2,500. I was like, oh my God. And there's so many generous people out there that want to do good. Yeah. And, you know, they have to spend the money, and they're like, we want to give it to a good, worthwhile cause. So one of the ways I was able to establish the pilot program for the God Squad is through generous donors like Jim and Gail Gray. We want to thank you, Jim. We want to thank you, Gail. We love you. And your financial support, but just as important, your your heartfelt support for our mission is something that drives us forward to help others. And so when you help us, we're helping others. And that's the way it should be, right?
SPEAKER_05Well, you know what, John? It's so many people out there that have moved to our, you know, our little region, the Greater Prescott region. And, you know, I always wonder why, you know, why do they move here? Of course, it's beautiful. I can tell you I'm a realtor. But to have a couple like that, I wonder why they moved here. Did they say, do you remember? Well, yes.
SPEAKER_03Okay, so they he was the harbor master and the the uh head of the chamber of commerce in Long Beach. Wow. And unfortunately, one by one, their friends were passed away. And they were there all by themselves. And so when you're the last person standing, it's kind of cool because you're there, but you also feel like you're missing people, and they just wanted a fresh start. You know, California was going, you know.
SPEAKER_05Sure, sure.
SPEAKER_03Not so not the way they wanted, not the way they remembered. And they saw the club at Prescott Lakes, they love it, they have a great home on the golf course, and they're just wonderful people, and they're giving people, they've become friends of myself and my wife Lisa. And so uh our Arlene's spotlight, Arlene's Angel Spotlight, brought to you by Visiting Angels of Make 100 Healthy, is Jim and Gail Gray. Thank you. We're so grateful to you uh and God bless.
SPEAKER_05Wow, that is a wonderful story. Thank you. Thank you, Arlene.
SPEAKER_03You know, uh, I tell you what, uh, that goes into our next segment. Uh it's the heart of the matter. And we sometimes we talk about heart health, but today I want to talk about something that's on my heart. And uh I started the Make 100 Healthy Movement and the Make 100 Healthy Foundation and the Club because I had friends that passed away at 50, 51 years old. And I'm like, wait, you're losing half your life. And that brought me on a journey to to look for you know things that would make me and others healthy for a long period of time. Uh and sometimes those.
SPEAKER_05I was gonna say the mayor's commission, though, they found you and made you the chairman. That's right. And I was I I also got to be on the That was a great commission. The a commission to make Prescott in this greater Prescott region one of the healthiest communities.
SPEAKER_03We wanted to be the healthiest community in the country, right? And we're working towards that. We just actually just uh clipped into the luxury location to live. So there's not it's not like it used to be. Uh we still have uh you know modest areas, but there's a lot of high-end homes and big people coming here. And so uh I was uh on Facebook, and one of my friends from high school, which I was best friends, when I moved from New York to New Jersey, his mom was the lunch lady from second grade through high school. He was my best friend. And he was a weightlifter, he was in good shape, and you know, he was the guy that looked buff, and I was the one that had the rap. I got more girls than he did, but anyway. Don't tell Lisa anyway. The point of the matter is that he was a great friend. We we he became a San Diego cop and he did his whole career out there, and our 30th uh high school reunion, we reconnected, it was like nothing and it changed. Yeah, yeah. And I live we live in Prescott, so I went out to San Diego with my wife, and we saw him. Oh my god, he looked so old. He he he was he looked old, he didn't look healthy, but I just thought, okay, well, you know, that's what happens. He was a cop, he saw people jumping off of bridges, right? Right. And so uh just last week he put on a post on his Facebook and says his new photo, and he looked good and buff, and I go, Looking good, Willis. And then I start looking at the comments, and they're like, We're so sorry, what happened? He died last week at 64 years old by something called vasculitis. Now I am a little upset at him because he never called me. I would have gone to see him, but he was in hospice for the last six months, he was in a lot of pain, and the bottom line is we don't know what got him. But the vasculitis closes your veins and your arteries, so the you starve your organs of the nutrition, blood, and oxygen, and it got him. So uh this one goes out to Paul Garcia. I love you, my brother. Uh until we meet again. But uh your passing, and his passing really has affected me. I don't know so much because he's my age, but he was so big, he was a gentle giant, he was healthy, he was always into health and nutrition, and I don't know, I don't know what it was. Sure. But uh you know, we're only guaranteed today. So uh God bless you in heaven, Paul. And you know, uh, I we want to be positive, but you know, if you don't uh stop and take a moment to appreciate those that you love that passed, you don't really, you know, that's not really a human thing. So I thank you for indulging me and for sharing that with our audience.
SPEAKER_05Oh, thanks for sharing. That's right.
SPEAKER_03And so on a positive note, uh, we want to talk about our gratitudes and blessings. And, you know, I I will say I was blessed to have him as a friend. I'm blessed to have so many friends that are here. And you know, uh, we can go on this journey, but without a social connection, without having a family, by the way, it doesn't have to be your natural family. Uh, Paul, he was taken care of by his cop family because he was never married. And so family is what you make of it. Sure, exactly. And so I am grateful for my circle of friends, my circle of influence, and for the you know, the love and support that I have gotten. Uh since our last show, I did a health and wellness uh seminar for the club at Prescott Lakes, and I shared a lot of these secret uh tips. And and you know what? We had 30 people and there were people like a dietitian came up and she said, She goes, You're you're doing things so well, it's so basic, but we need basic. You don't want to get too deep. And that's what we do at the Make 100 Healthy Club. It's little implementable change. So anyway, what are you grateful for? Oh my gosh, I think I know.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, you know what? There's so much, you know, and I'll try to keep it short, but yes, my company, Visiting Angels. Uh, we found out that we were ranked in the top 100 home care providers in the nation. Little tiny proof. Congratulations. We are ranked in the top 100. And I guess we were competing up against, I think they said six or seven thousand other um companies. And we're in the top hundred.
SPEAKER_03And we're in the top hundred. And you know, Cecilia's our sweet angel Cecilia's the co-host here, but her main job is taking care of people. And she takes care of the caregivers. They take care of the people. And, you know, uh, as they said in that movie, remember the Titans? Attitude reflects leadership. So congratulations.
SPEAKER_05Thank you, thank you. Well, and you know, I I was just very, very honored. And it it is my leadership team. It is, you know, the caregivers. It's it's it takes a village, like they say. And so anyway, I was excited about that. But the other thing was um my son, um I have two sons in Phoenix, and my my youngest son took his sons, that his sons are 17, but they went to hike up Camelback Mountain on um on Monday. And uh he called me and he goes, Mom, he said, you know, and he's in good shape. I mean, he's like you, you know, he's got those buff shoulders and everything, you know, and he's in a pretty good shape. And he said, Mom, you know, we were walking up Camelback Mountain, and he says, Boy, it was rough. He said, I need to do more cardio. But he said, I got up to about halfway and I had to sit down. He said I was out of breath. And he said, you know, I was just like feeling sorry for myself that this was tough. And he said, This guy came by with one leg and he had two sticks, and he was jumping from rock to rock, going up the camel back. You know, and it hit him. It hit him so hard how blessed he was.
SPEAKER_03Well, I would say that uh an attitude of gratitude is key to staying engaged and keeping your youthful soul and spirit, because you know, our physical age doesn't have to define our, you know, our actual age in our mind, right? And and uh there was a saying on Facebook, it was a meme, and it was like, you don't want to age gracefully, you want to check ass and take prisoners and make a rutus right till the end. And I'm like, hey, I like this. So uh Cecilia, we are so grateful. I'm grateful for you because you've been such a great co-host, and we've gotten such great feedback from those of you that are part of our club that have watched the podcast. Remember, if you want to be a member of our club, go to make100healthy.com forward slash club. And we couldn't do this without our sponsors. Now our sponsors have been so great. Uh, we have Dignity Health, we have Finley Subaru, they're great. Southwest Sunset Homes, which is Solstice Ridge 2, and at Prescott Lakes, and also uh Stringfield at Granite Mountain, a new high-end community. Uh, we also have inspired closets, and our newest one is Legacy Roofing. And of course, we have Rocks Media, Prescott Healthy Living. Yes, I love their magazines. Their magazines. And uh we thank Lori and everybody. So, you know, the show is about us sharing, inspiring. Hopefully, you got some information from Alex, Carly, Rob, andor from us. But we're just like you. We're on this quest to live a long, healthy, happy, and purposeful life. And, you know, bad things happen to good people all the time. Right. It's how we deal with those things. And that could be from recovery, that can be from a relationship, from weight gain or loss. And so uh I think that the whole mission that we're here to set is to have an ascension, to live a life that's a little bit more fully than you might today. Take that 30-minute challenge and be quiet for 30 minutes. I don't know if I can do it. I mean, honestly, I don't know if I can stand myself for 30 minutes without saying it.
SPEAKER_05I was I was at a networking group yesterday, and the guy that was in charge of it said, you know, Cecilia, you can you stand up and you know give us 10 seconds? I said I've never said anything in 10 seconds, you know. It's crazy.
SPEAKER_03So it's all about redefining our paradigm, what we think we can do and can't do. You know, there's a story of Roger Bannister that no one could break the four-minute mile. And then he did it. It was impossible. And guess what? Dozens of people have done it since because he made it real that you could do it. You could do it. So uh maybe you don't think you can live to 100 years healthy, but yes, you can. And that's but it doesn't happen by accident.
