Since founding the business in 2018, he has helped build a team delivering community engagement across the built environment, placemaking, and active travel sectors. E.C.F. has worked with clients including the City of London Corporation, Crystal Palace Football Club, and several UK local authorities. Oliver brings over a decade of experience and is also a Director of Hadley Football Club
