Amanda McMillen, LCSW, serves as the Executive Director of Alive™ Teen Center, bringing over two decades of experience in not-for-profit services focused on children, youth, and families. With a deep commitment to community empowerment, Amanda oversees the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring that Alive™ Center continues to thrive as a place where teens are encouraged to lead, innovate, and grow.

Amanda’s career is marked by impactful leadership roles, including her time as Senior Program Director at SGA Youth & Family Services and Chief Program Officer at Illinois Collaboration On Youth. 

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a dedicated member of the Naperville District 203 School Board, Amanda has been a key advocate for educational & legislative initiatives that benefit children and families. 

Dr. Lisa Konick (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and the Founder of Konick & Associates, a group behavioral health practice dedicated to providing research-based therapy and assessment services all in one place. Her vision was to create a warm, collaborative space where individuals and families could receive comprehensive care rooted in both science and compassion.

Since founding Konick & Associates in 2012, Dr. Konick has helped countless individuals and families live fuller, more empowered lives. Her extensive experience allows her to guide clients through even the most complex emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges.
