Welcome To The Womanhood Podcast.
In this weeks’ episode, we’re exploring the space of the Third Eye; touching on intuition but going deeper than that and into our own sovereignty, and how we perceive the world around us without any interjections or influences from others having a dominance.
When we do this, we have the ability to tap into our truest dreams and desires, which in turn allows us to gain full clarity on what it is we wish to experience in life.
I end with X1 Mini Somatic Practice and X3 Somatic Cues on how to embody this Womanhood Wisdom and integrate it into your life for lasting effect.

Welcome to the Womanhood Podcast. I'm your host, Shannon, Somatic and Energetic Integration Specialist for Women, founder of Somatic Body and creatrice of the Soma Cycle Method and the Feminine Harmony Program. And I'm here to inspire you to reclaim your rhythms, remember your wisdom, and root into your womanhood. Each week I'll be discussing topics centered around our womanhood from a multifaceted, somatic and energetic viewpoint, weaving together both science with spirituality and masculinity with femininity. We'll be talking cyclical natures and rhythms, intuition, instincts, ancient womb wisdom, and grounded embodiment strategies. Find yourself a cozy space and let's get started. Have you ever had a dream that, you know, you wake up and it felt more like reality, or actually more than reality itself, or you know, a gut feeling that whispered something before your mind could even interject and explain it. You know, because the mind likes to conceptualize things. We're here in this episode today to explore the third eye through that somatic energetic lens and to discuss our dreams and how dreams are a mirror or a message from our inner communication, our intuition. We're here to look at the third eye and how to me that represents perception and insight and remembrance. We're here to discuss the full-body healing system, how all four bodies are interconnected and form the whole body, the full body wisdom that we all have within ourselves, and it's there, we just need to remember it. Remember the path to it and how to access it. I truly believe that remembrance, the word itself, is a very powerful word because remembrance brings in and speaks to that beauty of the fact that we are not here to climb our way to the top and become someone better than other people, or you know, put our faith in a mentor or someone else and pedestal them as though they are above us. I believe that the word remembrance is all about reminding us of our own sovereignty and the fact that we have that within ourselves to be able to remember an ability, a gift, a capability to do anything we want, really, when we set our heart, mind, soul, and body to something we really want to achieve. We can do it. And it's really just about remembering the fact that we can do it and remembering our way to doing it. I don't believe we are completely new souls and that we have to learn from scratch. You know, as we are born into earth, we have things that we experience, things that we do learn from in that sense. But I don't see it as learning. I see it as experiencing and remembering. And this is what we're here to talk about, which is why I'm saying bringing your dreams to life. It doesn't have to be complicated. It can be very simple. And we're also here really to differentiate that intuition and higher consciousness and that remembrance from fears and that reactive survival behavior. Neither of them are better than the other, but we're here to differentiate between the two, and that's why I'm focusing more on the third eye and perception and intuition today. But in order to really understand what that is, we need to differentiate that from what instinct and fear-based thoughts are. It's one of the questions that came up for me in my late 20s, like quite strongly, and I see a lot of people battling with it themselves, you know, when they're trying to develop what they like to call their psychic abilities or their intuition. There's that battle of is this thing coming through? This gut instinct, again, using the word instinct, or this higher message, intuition, whatever you want to name it. Is this actually an intuitive message for me to learn from, or is it coming from a fear, a survival instinct? And do I act from the place of intuition or do I act from the place of instinct? So we're gonna go into that a little bit as well. But first I want to start with third eye. A lot of people hear third eye chakra, third eye activation, and they imagine psychic powers, predicting the future, and you know, supernatural experiences. And perhaps that's a relationship you've come to form with the third eye, chakra itself, or third eye activation, you name it. But perhaps it's more simple than that. And this is where I'm gonna circle back to remembrance. Perhaps it's far more simple than, you know, saying we have to have psychic powers, and that in order to activate the third eye, is to develop our psychic powers or our supernatural abilities, our gifts. With many spiritual traditions, the third eye is associated with intuition, higher wisdom, symbolism, imagination, awareness, you know, like higher awareness, the higher self. But to me, as I mentioned before, it's more about perception and remembering things. And I'll get into what I mean by that. But my energy clearings masterclass and my energy clearings compendium, it goes through the whole chakra system, not just the third eye, and speaks to the energy body, the aspect of ourselves that is connected to intuition and spirit and higher consciousness. You know, our connection that is, it stems far further than just the physical body and the physical realm. And when we start to look at that, we're looking at remembering those parts of ourselves. Whether we are emotionally and soulfully attached to a religion, a certain cultural belief of what we think, or even a scientific belief of what we think the soul is, what we think our essence is outside of the physical, biological, anatomical body. We think of these things, you know, soul, higher intuition, higher consciousness, the things beyond the physicality. But when it comes to the third eye chakra itself, what I've come to experience is the third eye is not just about those things, it's also about our perception of the world and therefore our perception of those things. And I came to find in the spiritual community this view that in order to be, you know, on the path of enlightenment is to be above those who aren't or above those who are further down the path behind me. And to me, this creates a divide. It creates a divide in a community that's supposed to be interconnected, that's supposed to be all about the collective connection with others. And this is where I'm bringing it back to perception and remembrance. I think we not even I think, I believe and I feel and I know for myself, we all have the capacity to tap into our intuition, to tap into our instincts, to utilize them. It doesn't make us any smaller than those people who have been working on the third eye and their perception and their intuition and their high consciousness. It doesn't make us any smaller than those people who've been doing it for years. So the third eye to me is less about, you know, predicting the future and making ourselves appear bigger or far more superior to other people because we feel like we're more tapped in. And it's more about deepening your relationship with yourself, deepening your connection with that energy body, the soul, the essence, which is a very personal, very subjective journey. It's not something that can be taught a hundred percent because it has to be a lived experience for each individual. And so that's why I bring the third eye back to perception, back to remembering what it is that we we know it's there. We know how to find it. We just need to give ourselves the space and the permission to allow ourselves to find the way back. Because if we start putting our faith in someone else, such as a mentor, or, you know, an example of this is like going on social media and looking at someone who does weekly astrology reports or monthly astrology reports or psychic readings or energy clearing. Not that it's bad to receive any of those things, but it's when we start to put our whole faith into what those people are saying because we don't trust our own way for ourselves. So we start to depend on, become codependent and enmeshed in what other people are telling us to do rather than finding our own way back and remembering for ourselves. And so this episode, I'm really going to be speaking to reclaiming your sovereignty through the third, reclaiming what your deepest dreams and desires and what it is that you feel you want to be most connected to and you want to develop further in the future, further in this lifetime, and how we can do that without losing ourselves to the faith we put in someone else. How can we find our own faith within ourselves and our own journey when it comes to the third eye, our perception, our intuition, our instinct? How can we learn to trust that and develop that relationship with ourselves? So now I'm gonna dive in, with all of that said, I'm gonna dive into the four bodies and how this works with our intuition. I often will talk about the four-body healing system. We have the four bodies that make the whole body physical, mental, emotional, and energetic, that being the soul and what connects us also to the collective energy. The physical body communicates through sensations, through tension and relaxation, through signs and symptoms in the body, you know, anatomical, biological, physiological workings. This is what the physical body is. The mental body communicates through thoughts, stories, and analysis and conceptualizing things. It's where our conscious part of our mind is, the things we are aware of very clearly, like our thoughts and the concepts that we form in order to make sense of the world around us. Whereas our emotional body is where we start to go more into the semi and subconsciousness. And so the emotional body is what communicates through emotions, emotional reactivity and feeling-based responses and desires and sensations. You know, we have sensations in the body, but yet we can also relate to feeling emotions within ourselves as well, within the body. It's not necessarily physical, but we feel it within us, just like with our thoughts, we feel our thoughts within us. And so this is where we start to see it all connecting. And then lastly, we have our fourth body, which creates and forms and merges all four bodies into the full body, the energetic body. And the energetic body or the soul, you can think of it as the spirit or the soul within us, our essence. This part of our body communicates through intuition, through inner knowing, through symbolism, synchronicity, and dream states. When it comes to instinct and differentiating that from intuition, we have the instinct, it can come through with the energetic body, but our instinct tends to come more through emotionality and physicality, those unconscious or those subconscious reactive states is where our instinct tends to come in, because that's our survival. And historically, when we look back to the Neanderthal days, the Neanderthal and you know, Stone Age days, where we had the caveman and even tribes were needing to survive, our instinct would have been found more within our physicality, our physical body. But we also were so physical that we weren't in our minds so much, and so we were able to then feel all four bodies. We were able to communicate with all four bodies within ourselves and have that relationship. Whereas we look at today's society, and I spoke to this point last episode where we were talking about how today's society isn't so much that physicality of needing to survive physically as much. It tends to be more focused around technology and the mind. And that's where the mind becomes our more dominant body in today's society more often. And so when we come back and circle around to that intuition and that instinct, intuition does come through more the energetic body, the soul, the essence. Intuition tends to come through more with the physical body when we sense that we are physically in danger, or it could be an emotional attachment from a previous experience where we previously felt unsafe or we actually were unsafe physically. And so that's where the emotional body can be tied into the instinct as well. And even the mind, the thoughts, the memory of these things, but it's often instinct will kick in when the emotion, the fear comes in. That's an emotion, right? Instinct will kick in with the body, the body will respond as well. And so these are the four bodies. That's an example of how some bodies can interconnect, you know, like the energy body with the physical body when instinct and fear comes in, and how the energetic body can come in through, you know, consciousness and the mind, we can become aware of higher insights and our own messages through the energy body, but we're mentally registering it on a conscious level. So that's another example of how all four bodies can intertwine as well. And so when we really start to consider how all four bodies form together, how intuition and instinct play a part in, you know, the third eye and that epicenter where our insights come through, we can really start to look into, you know, what happens when all four bodies are connecting at once. And I believe when all four bodies are in sync and connecting and we are body-led, we're living through the body, like the whole body. And when I say whole body, I mean all four bodies, not just one. When we are body-led like that and we are dropped in and we're not just overthinking and dominant in the mind or overfeeling and feeling sensitive or shut off from our emotions and being reactive and you know, impulsive with the instinct and the physical body. When we're in sync and there's that full body synchronicity, this is where our third eye and our intuition and our instincts can really start to merge in this beautiful way where we can develop our intuition and our instincts. We can develop a stronger relationship to ourselves. And that's kind of why I wanted to bring in the four bodies as well. Now, when it comes to the dream time state, this is interesting as well. So I want to touch on this when it comes to the third eye and the third eye chakra, our intuition and instincts, the things we consciously bring in from unconsciousness, from subconsciousness, from the other bodies into the mind and consciousness. When it comes to the dream time state, this refers to the state that is unconscious. It's what happens when we're sleeping, it's what can happen when we have a moment of higher intuition coming through or instinct coming through in our body responses, like our body responds before our mind even registers what's happening. So the dream time state, it's not just literally when we're dreaming and we're asleep. It's also when we are embodying and living in a more unconscious state through intuition and instincts. And for thousands of years across multiple cultures, dreams have been viewed as messages, symbols, reflections, you know, teachings and processing mechanisms. We have psychologists who have done dream analysis, you know, Carl Jung being one of them and Sigmund and Freud being another. We look at that dream analysis and that curiosity. It's like, why were they curious about that? What was the depth and the learning and the experience, which I believe to be a remembrance for them and unlocking for them of something they already knew? You know, the path was already paving. They were instinctually following that desire to want to know, to want to understand on a conscious level. And so, yeah, across multiple cultures and history, we have this curiosity with the dream time state, with that third eye activation, that chakra activation. And I truly believe because that is that is the pathway to growing a deeper relationship with ourselves. Our energetic body, if we think of the four bodies as layered, we could think of our physical body as the most superficial. It's one that we can physically touch. So it's far more literal and it's something that we can really conceptualize on a conscious level. And so that's our most outer layer. And then when we go deeper, we have the mental body, which is where we can kind of wax and wane or go in and out of conscious states into semi and subconscious and unconscious states. And so the mind and the mental body, the next body, we've got the physical body, the mental body is that next inner layer, which starts to form the metaphysical aspects of our body. And then a deeper layer of the metaphysical aspects, you know, physical being physical, so it's not metaphysical, the deeper layer next being emotional, which is that semi-conscious to unconscious. And then the most deepest being our soul, our thing we can't rationalize or conceptualize or explain. Yet we all want to, in some way, grow to understand it. And this is why, and when I say we all want to, I just mean collectively, those of us who are drawn to, you know, you wouldn't be listening to this podcast if you weren't interested, or at least curious. And so when we look at that curiosity, we have to think, where is that coming from? We have to trust that intuition and follow it. And this is the biggest part about that sovereignty and that agency of and the beauty of the third eye and our intuition and our instincts. We're following that desire to remember and to gain a new, this is where perception comes into it, a new perception to expand our views to something that was less confined to what it was prior. And this is the beauty in expanding and learning and experiencing new things. And I again I truly believe that it's not literally learning. We are actually remembering things that we have been called to get curious about and expand on in this lifetime. And so the dream time state being one of those things we often are curious about, you know, that unconscious state. You have a dream that feels so, so real, and then you wake up thinking, why did that happen? Why does that happen? And sometimes you actually, I've had this experience and I know friends have. You wake up feeling as though it really happened, even though you know logically and consciously, because your mind tries to make sense of it, you know it didn't literally happen. But then you question, like, is there some kind of parallel universe where my soul is trying to give me a message here? And my intuition, my third eye, is activated here and it's it's got a message for me. How can we interpret that dream and relate it to our reality? What's the message? And that's where that beautiful curiosity within ourselves and developing that relationship to trust ourselves, to trust what comes through, whether it's dream recollection or, you know, an intuition and an inner knowing or an instinct, that gut instinct that comes through in our day-to-days. That dream time state is really the gateway to having this really deep inner knowing because it really is the deeper layer, that dream time state, that unconsciousness is where it's what exists within the energetic body. And the gateway to accessing that dream time state is the third eye chakra when we look at the system. And so you can kind of see how it all circles around now when we start to unpack. I know it feels like I've gone left, right, center everywhere, but I've kind of expanded the view on this episode so you can see the big picture and how it all kind of connects and into intertwines. And those of you who've been listening for a while will know this, but I like to look at the whole big picture. I don't like to just go tunnel vision and look at one way. I think again, it's beautiful to be able to expand and look at a lot of different things and to be open and curious. Like the curious mind is is so fun and so beautiful because we can really open up to the potential of anything. When we have that closed-mindedness, it just feels so restricted, even thinking about it. Um, because I I used to be like that. I I know what that felt like. I used to be very stubborn and you know, every now and then I'll catch myself in that mode. Like I'll catch myself, you know, arcing up or like they're wrong, I'm right. But it rarely happens now, and I feel like it's because it's so hard to unremember that feeling of curiosity and open-mindedness and the fact that two people can be right about a certain situation, you know, it's not there's there's not always just one answer, and that that one answer is right. It's that we're all here living an experience collectively, yes, but also as an individual with our own essence, and we're here to remember in our own unique ways. And so we can expand our experiences and learn from mentors, but it's again, I'm coming back to sovereignty. It's not about putting our full faith into what others have taught us, it's about using that as expanding and then taking what resonates and leaving the rest. And how do we do that? And how do we know that though? That's the question, right? And so this is where I circle back to intuition and instinct. How do we know what we feel is right for us and what we should take on and what we shouldn't? And this was a big journey that I moved through, especially during my Saturn return, my late 20s, because I was friends with someone where I like unconsciously, but I was choosing in an unconscious way to take on everything they said as golden, to pedestal them because they were or claim to be psychic, to be far more in tune and made, I don't think they consciously or were intentionally making me feel that way, but it made me feel like they were far more superior to me. So I should look up to them and that everything they say is gospel, and I should make my decisions based off that. When we catch ourselves doing that, making decisions based on someone else, we we need to question that and question why it is we're putting faith in someone else over our own selves and what it is we feel. We need to honor what we're feeling. Even if what they say turns out to be right later down the track, we need to honor that we're on our own timeline, our own journey. And if they say something, because say they are picking up intuitively, it's not that she wasn't this friend of mine, they are picking up intuitively that that's where it's going. It's like we need to respect our timeline and where we're at too, and the journey that we we want to take for ourselves to get to that point and how we want to get to that point. And so, yeah, we we really need to come back to that that third eye in that way. What's our perception, honoring our perception? What is our intuition and our instinct? And so, yeah, many women struggle to know is this intuition or is this instinct coming through? Is this anxiety or fear coming through? Or is this truly something I should be honoring and listening to? And even if it is anxiety or fear coming through, should I should I be listening to that? Or is it enabling me to stay stuck in this, you know, situation or state? And so we we start to question ourselves. And I don't think questioning ourselves is the thing that's wrong. I think it's that we don't listen to ourselves. That's what I feel where the issue is. If we start to question ourselves, that's a good thing. If we start to Question the world around us, that's a good thing. If we start to question our relationships, that's a healthy thing too. We need to be able to stop and consider and think critically for ourselves. And I'm just going to share for you what I believe this is where the answer comes in, what I believe intuition feels like. Of course, I'm going to go body-led with what it feels like so we can discern for ourselves what our intuition feels like. And then I'll go through what I think instinct feels like. So I believe intuition feels quite calm, simple, unhurried, and very slow and neutral and like a steady knowing. Whereas I believe instinct and fear often feels urgent and repetitive, like we're circling around it constantly. It feels catastrophic and dramatic and really loud and kind of exhausting. Because again, it's like that circular thing. It keeps coming back again and again. It feels confusing as well. And it's not that we shouldn't be listening to our instincts. Our instincts are there as a messenger, but it's more perceiving it again, third eye, perceiving it as the messenger. What does this have to teach me rather than living into it? What does this fear or instincts have to teach me? Is this from a past memory? And have I been living within that previously? So we start to question again, we come back to sovereignty. We're starting to question where does these feelings and what we are questioning, whether it's instinct or intuition, where does this come from? Does it feel urgent and hurried and scary and loud and dramatic? Then yes, it's most likely instinct and fear-based, like a fear-based thing. And so, okay, what message does that have for me now that we've discerned for ourselves that it feels like an instinct? Okay, is the message here that I'm genuinely unsafe? Or is the message here that I'm playing into a story from a previous experience? And then we can have the opposite where it's like, usually when it's actually intuition, we have this calmness, this steadiness, this inner knowing, and we just know. And if you're thinking, okay, well, I don't remember the last time I felt that way, then it's probably likely that you've just been living in that unconscious, reactive, instinctive state a little more, then you have that intuition state. It feels foreign or unfamiliar now to be able to feel calm, to be able to feel that quiet knowing, that steadfast groundedness. And we can link this to the physical body as well, with nervous system states and how we feel in our body when it comes to stress responses. When was the last time we felt quiet and calm and grounded? That's our intuition coming through. When we follow that, that's where we follow our intuition. Versus when was the last time we felt catastrophic and stressed and unsafe and hyper-vigilant? That's the instinct and the fear coming through and living into that. And so I feel like this topic's really important. And I hope now that I've discussed it, you know, from all angles and brought it together, it really helps you for yourself to discern what it is for you is your instinct and what it is that's your intuition and helps you, I guess, feel inspired is really what I want to do. I want you to feel inspired. I want you to feel, or my hopes is that you do feel inspired and empowered to go out there and find for yourself, remember for yourself what intuition and instinct feels like for you and how both have a beautiful message for you, and that you can choose in any moment when you're tapping into that in a body-led way to live into either of the two. And so the bottom line here is that fear will shout, whereas intuition will come through like a whisper and it'll come through quite calm. You know, wisdom listens and fear and instinct shouts. And so when we start to live into that intuitive state and that calm steadiness, this is where our actual dreams can start to come to life, can become a reality. And this is where I'm going with that empoweredness. When we start to follow our intuition and learn from our instincts, our instinctive and reactive behaviors, and follow the intuition, we can really start to cultivate our deepest desires because we've built that deeper relationship and bring them to life. Ways you can do this is by dream journaling. That's one way. So here's a couple resources. You can also work on some morning reflection or evening reflections. So just having a moment to yourself in whichever way works for you. For me, for example, my evening reflection tends to be at night in the bathtub. And I'll just reflect on my day and, you know, make mental notes of what I want to do tomorrow, how I want tomorrow to look. Again, tuning into the instinctive parts that come through, the calm, steadfast, really deep inner knowing parts that come through, and also honoring the instinctive, fear-based stuff that comes through. Honoring in the sense of I witness you, I see you, but that's not how I want to live, you know? So we're honoring and witnessing our instincts and taking those moments to reflect, whether it's through dream journal practicing, which is where you wake up, you recall your dream, and straight away have the journal right next to your bed. Write it down before you forget, because we do tend to forget as the day goes along. Or you can have a morning reflective practice, you can have an evening reflective practice. For me, reflective practices tend to go better in the evenings because I feel like that's me reflecting on my day, you know, purging what had occurred through the day, releasing or letting go what had occurred through the day that feels like it needs to let go. And then I also use that time to set up for my next day. Another beautiful thing you can do is visualize. So again, when I'm in that bathtub and I'm just like purging, cleansing, reflecting on my day, the good things that had happened, allowing intuition to come through as well as instincts. I then start to visualize how I want tomorrow to look, which I kind of touched on before. But I also start to visualize how my future self would look. And so for me, I've been on a journey the last two years, especially for taking care of my body even more. I want to do the work to take care of my physical body, my earth vessel, even more. And so I start to visualize how I want my body to look. I want it to feel stronger and fitter. And so I visualize that as I step out of the bath. I'm stepping into that body. So that's another example of how we can use visualization with a reflective practice, with ways of tapping into our dream state and what our deepest desires are through the third eye. Visualization is something I also believe is very strongly correlated with that chakra as well, because that's that's our perception. That's our visualization, is our perception, but in an unconscious state, the dream time state. And so take a moment with me as we finalize this episode. I don't know if you can hear the crows, but they're loving this uh podcast episode, obviously, because they they never come this close. But take a moment with me, start to drop into your body, start to notice the sensations, the awareness around you, what can you hear in the space around you, the noises outside, and take a moment to acknowledge them. And now start to notice the noises and sensations within your body. What can you notice within your body? Take a moment for that to fully land. And now start to drop deeper into the body by querying what emotions and feelings exist within my body. Just trust what comes up. Might be a quiet whisper, it might be quite loud, because with the emotional body we can have instinct and fears come through as well as intuition. So just trusting what comes through, what emotional sensations are coming through my body right now. And honor the shifts as they come and go. And then lastly, going that step deeper, what energetic responses are going through the body? Is there a subtle tingling sensation or warmth around the body, something that feels foreign or unfamiliar or strange? What subtle energies do we have residing within and around our body? You know, when we start to slow down and, you know, slowing down enough to the point where we start to hear ourselves again. This is where our intuition often becomes clearer, as well as our instinct, and so we can start to differentiate between the two, how it feels in our body. So we don't overthink it and get confused. We we really start to define for ourselves what that is for us. We start to regulate with our body and build relationships with our body. And that inner state, you know, those conditions within our body start to become calm and grounded because we start to build more deeper awareness through that third eye, but more deeper awareness with our body. This is also a reason why, just slowly coming out of that practice, why I've called my business somatic body, because somatic means body and then body means body. It doesn't make much sense. But when we break down the word somatic, we look at the word soma, which is the minor chakra above the third eye, between the crown and third eye. And soma also represents that connection between the mind and the physical body. So it's that connection between all four bodies, the physicality and the metaphysical bodies, those deeper layers. And so a few more mini reflections as you're coming out of that mini practice. I like to always end with some somatic queries. Query number one, when was the last time you trusted yourself? You can just close your eyes and take that in and notice where you feel it in your body. When was the last time I trusted myself? Can you think of that? When was that? Notice how your body responds to that. And as you tune in, start to query yourself this next question. What part of me is asking to be heard as I'm tuning in and noticing these sensations from these questions? And then lastly, what would happen if I listened? What would happen if I listened to those parts of me that were asking to be heard? What would happen if I brought my awareness back to me and honored what it is that I need rather than relying on outsourcing my faith in others? And again, questioning is healthy, getting curious is healthy, questioning why it is that we do put our faith in others above ourselves. You know, the third eye can be understood as a relationship with intuition and awareness, but it can also be misunderstood as, you know, just being psychic abilities, and that's it. And so that's really what it comes down to is that to me, the third eye is more about remembering and reconnecting with ourselves and building our own perception of the world for ourselves. Because as much as we are collectively connected to the universe, to everyone else, we are still our own beings, and there's a reason we're here in an earth vessel with a defined essence, a defined soul. And so trust your dreams and your insights that come through as you reflect in your journals. Trust your morning and evening ritual practices, the things that connect to you. You might want to do a somatic practice during the day to reconnect yourself to your body throughout your workday, you know, to bring yourself back to you. If you're spending a lot of time around others for your career, for your lifestyle, you might be a mother as well and you're with your kids a lot. Just take that moment for yourself, even if it's 30 seconds, to just ask yourself, what am I feeling for me? Heart, hands on heart, hand on tummy. Just connect to yourself, connect back to you, become body-led. I'm a big advocate for that. Use our third eye to switch modes in our mind, you know, and become body-led. And I think that's everything I wanted to chat about today. I'll pop some resources in the caption below if there's anything you want to develop more from this episode and you feel inspired to continue your work and your curiosity with the third eye. So I'll pop the energy clearings masterclass and compendium below. I'll pop my energy sessions that I do one on one online below, and I'll see you next time. As we finish this week's episode, remember that you are your own rhythm keeper. So just keep listening for that rhythm and keep coming home to you. Until next time, with love, Shannon at Somatic Body.
