Welcome to the Womanhood Podcast. I'm your host, Shannon, Somatic and Energetic Integration Specialist for Women, Founder of Somatic Body, and creatress of the Serma Cycle Method and the Feminine Harmony Program. And I'm here to inspire you to reclaim your rhythms, remember your wisdom, and root into your womanhood. Each week I'll be discussing topics centered around our womanhood from a multifaceted, thematic, and energetic viewpoint, weaving together both science with spirituality and masculinity with femininity. We'll be talking cyclical natures and rhythms, intuition, instinct, ancient world wisdom, and grounded embodiment strategies. Find yourself a cozy space and let's get started. This is not an episode to learn, it's an episode to experience. And so I'm going to be taking you through a guided thematic audio journey on third eye stimulation. This is an opportunity to step beyond the mind for a moment and into deeper layers of yourself, into sensation, into awareness of the body, and into the quiet spaces that exist beneath the noise of everyday life. So before we begin, please ensure you are somewhere safe and comfortable. You may choose to sit or lie down, just take up space in your environment in a way that feels comfortable for you. You may wish to place a blanket over your body, just take the time to get cozy. And if it feels safe for you, allow the eyes to close down or to gently fixate and gaze on something. And now take a slow deep breath in. And a long breath out. Just land and let's begin. So start by taking a moment to notice the surface beneath you, whatever position you're in. Notice where your body's being supported with that surface beneath you. Notice the weight of your heels, your feet on the ground. Notice the weight of your legs, your hips, your spine, your shoulders, and your head. Nothing to change or fix or achieve. Just notice the body in the space you were in as you settle in. Notice the temperature of the air against your skin. Notice the rhythm of your breath. Notice any sounds around you. As though you are crossing a bridge, leaving the outer world behind, and starting to arrive home within. Breathing in awareness goes inwards. And breathing out, letting go of all external stimulus. Breathing in, awareness inwards. And breathing out again, letting go of the external stimulus. And now bring your awareness to the mind. Not the thoughts themselves, but the awareness of observing them. You may notice thoughts floating through in and out. Ones that don't really make sense, and that's totally fine. You know, could be plans for your day ahead, memories, conversations, replaying, questions, judgments, maybe stories, beliefs. Just allow them to come and allow them to go. And imagine yourself lying in a field on a blanket, looking up at the clouds. Allow that to take shape and form. Each cloud is a thought floating by in the sky. No need to stop their momentum or their pace. No need to analyze or dissect their shapes. Just simply witnessing, observing, and watching these clouds of thoughts. And as you do, notice that something remains present here. Something that is observing, aware a deeper part of you. It is the witness beneath the thought. And the awareness beneath the story. And just rest here for a moment. Not becoming the thoughts, simply observing them. No longer gazing up at the clouds, but witnessing what surrounds you. Perhaps a forest or a meadow or a shoreline comes through. A place that feels peaceful to you. So allow it to arrive. Allow it to feel safe and familiar. And there is no need to force the image as it comes through. Simply allow whatever arises to arise and come back to that safe, familiar, peaceful desire and intention for this landscape. And ahead of you is a gentle pathway. A pathway leading deeper into your inner worlds. Further away from effort, and closer to receiving. Take a few slow steps forward. Feeling your body becoming softer as you do. Perhaps feeling heavier, more relaxed in your body. As though you are drifting between walking the path and dreaming. Not yet asleep, but deeply, deeply receptive in the unconsciousness. Deeply present, deeply aware. And ahead of you appears a beautiful doorway. Perhaps it's stone or wood or even light itself. Just trust whatever appears. And this doorway represents your inner wisdom, your intuition, your connection to the deeper aspects of yourself. And as you approach this doorway, notice how your body responds as you take it in. Not your mind, your body. What sensations are present as you stand at the entrance of this doorway? Is there warmth or perhaps like a feeling of expansion? Curiosity, maybe a grounded stillness, or knowingness. Just simply notice how your body is responding to this doorway. Step through inside a peaceful space, a sanctuary, a temple of awareness, a place that has always existed within you and is entirely your space. At the center of this space is a seat. Breathing softly, relaxing, listening, receiving. Nothing you need to visualize or activate right now, nothing to force. Just simply notice the sensations at the space between your brows. Maybe a subtle shift in temperature there, or pressure or warmth, pulsing, tingling, or perhaps a nothingness, you know, nothing at all. Every experience is welcome here. Subtle and gentle, like twilight, like the evening sky before the stars emerge. And this light represents awareness, not power or performance or ego, just pure consciousness and awareness. The ability to see yourself clearly. The ability to witness your thoughts rather than become them. The ability to witness your emotions, your dreams without judgment. And allow this light to gently expand, filling your mind with a sense of spaciousness, quiet, clarity, and trust. And as you sit here within this sanctuary, activating that space between the brows. And as you sit here within this sanctuary, with the awareness between your brows and that soft indigo light expanding, ask your inner wisdom a question. A simple question. It can be as simple as, what do I need most right now? What am I ready to see? What part of me is asking to be heard? And whichever you pick out of the questions sifting through your minds, select the strongest one and just simply ask it once. Ask your mind once. Ask this gentle indigo light, this awareness, this consciousness, the question one time. And then listen. Listen to the response, not with the mind but with the body. You may receive an image, a color, a symbol, a sensation, memory, a word. Or perhaps silence. Silence is welcome as well. Trust whatever arises and trust whatever does not arrive. Simply remain open, open to receiving and listening and witnessing. A seed from intuition, a seed from your deeper knowing. And you don't need to fully understand it today. You don't need to analyze it. Like every seed in nature, it simply needs time, space, patience, nurturing, and trust. And so imagine this seed is resting safely within your heart space, supported by your body, supported by your awareness, and supported by life itself. And just know that over the coming days and weeks this seed may continue to speak to you as it grows, you know, through dreams and insights and body sensations and moments of you knowing or unexpected clarity and insight. Just trust the unfolding as you plant this seed here. Notice the rise of your chest, the movement of your ribs, and the surface beneath you. Feel the room around you. Notice your body in this space. Notice your heartbeat. Notice your presence within this space. And take a slow breath in. And a long breath out. Wiggle your fingers and your toes, gently reawakening the body into reality and returning to the present moment. Knowing that your intuition was never something outside of you. It was always there, waiting patiently beneath the surface, beneath the noise, waiting patiently beneath the stories, and waiting patiently within the wisdom of your body. And take one final breath, inviting the eyes to open on the exhale, if they're still closed, and silently repeat after me. I trust myself, I trust my body, I trust my awareness, and I trust the wisdom unfolding inside of me. And I truly hope that this audio journey allowed space for you to connect to your body, your third eye, your intuition. And if you've been listening to my channel for a while now, perhaps it allowed you to begin integrating all the wisdom that we discussed from the previous episode. So I'll leave you to continue integrating this experience for yourself now, and I will see you next week. As we finish this week's episode, remember that you are your own rhythm keeper. So just keep listening for that rhythm and keep coming home to you. Until next time, with love, Shannon at Somatic Body.
