If you keep telling yourself,
“I’ll start over tomorrow” or “I just need to get back on track”…
this episode is for you.

Because the cycle of starting over doesn’t come from a lack of discipline.

It comes from what you’re carrying into the moments when things don’t go as planned.

A missed workout.
An unplanned meal.
A busy or overwhelming day.

And the pressure that follows.

In this short, reflective episode, we slow that moment down and create space to notice:

• the pressure to get everything “right”
• the urge to reset the moment something feels off
• the belief that one day determines your progress

Instead of adding more structure, more rules, or more effort…

This episode invites you to set something down:

The pressure to be perfect
The need to start over
The idea that you have to earn your progress

As we close out Season 1 and move into Season 2, this is your moment to pause.

Not to fix anything.
Not to restart.

But to release what’s been making consistency feel heavy…
so you can move forward without starting over.

Hi friends, today's episode is going to look just a little different. And it's not because I don't have something to say, but because this moment is worth slowing down for. Yesterday we celebrated Easter, and whether you observe it through faith, reflection, or simply the rhythm of the season, it represents something that we don't always give ourselves space to do. And that is letting something go before trying to move forward. This entire season has been about relationships. It's about your relationship with food and what you do when eating feels out of control or emotional. It's been about your relationship with your body and how you interpret the scale, the mirror, and what you think it says about you. Your relationship with consistency, especially in the moments when a day doesn't go as planned. But underneath all of that, it's really been about how you relate to yourself. Because most people don't struggle with what to do. You know how to plan your meals, you know how to get to the gym, you know what should work. The struggle, however, shows up in a very specific moment. And it's the moment that you miss a workout because your schedule changed, the moment that you eat something that you didn't plan and immediately you feel like you went off track, or the moment that you feel tired, overwhelmed, or behind, and you start thinking that you need to reset everything. And what happens next? You say things like, I'll start over tomorrow. I just need to get back on track. I messed this up. That moment isn't the problem. How you respond to yourself in that moment is. And this is what I want you to notice today. Not what you need to do more of, but what you're carrying into those moments. Whether it be the pressure to execute everything perfectly, the belief that one off day sets you back, the habit of tying your self-worth to whether you followed through. So instead of adding more structure, more rules, or more effort today, I want you to do something different. Set all of that down. Set down the pressure to make every day look the same. Set down the idea that one moment defines your progress. Set down the belief that you have to earn the right to feel good about yourself. Because when you carry all of that, it becomes really hard to stay connected to yourself. And when you disconnect from yourself, that's when you start over. And here's the shift: you don't step into something new while still holding onto everything from before. So today isn't about fixing anything, it's about creating space. Because tomorrow we start season two, and we're starting with two episodes, not to give you more to follow, but to help you move through those exact moments differently. The missed workout, the off-planned meal, or the day that doesn't go the way you expected. We're gonna have less pressure, but more awareness, and a stronger sense that you actually have your own back. So today, set it down. And tomorrow, you don't start over. You step forward, and I will meet you there.
