Jerry has been an avid baseball fan since growing up in the NYC area. Although his closet has Yankees jerseys, his love of all-things-baseball supersedes one team. He is a wealth of knowledge, and now an empty-nester with wife Brooke, she felt it was time all this knowledge of baseball be shared with someone other than her! So welcome Listener!
Although baseball doesn't run in her blood, Jerry's wife, Brooke, is along for the ride and loves to add some commentary. Unfortunately, her tv watching time with Jerry now includes baseball Youtube videos of old games and countdowns of players and games. Joy of joy...she must really love this man! Brooke is doing her best to learn the podcasting world and the social media that is attached. There may be some glitches along the way, but we promise it will keep getting better!
Ian has the honor of marrying Jerry & Brooke's daughter! Being a lifetime fan of the Atlanta Braves did not deter the marriage as they are in a different division as the Dynes' Yankees. We fear he might have married Morgan to get into our Fantasy Baseball league! For a wedding gift to his new wife, was a Braves jersey with Goymer on the back. In this episode, Ian gets to share about his favorite player, Chipper Jones.
