On Sundays We: A Formula 1 Podcast
On Sundays We Pod is a Formula 1 podcast hosted by Lexi and Rachel: two former coworkers turned running friends turned F1 co-hosts recapping every race weekend with hot takes, paddock drama, driver rivalries, strategy disasters, and FIA chaos.
What started as Rachel underselling Formula 1 quickly became an obsession with billionaire egos, team politics, Ferrari strategy pain, and emotionally investing in drivers who absolutely do not know we exist.
Each week, we break down F1 race results, qualifying drama, Formula 1 news, silly season rumors, team orders, and everything happening on and off the grid. Whether you’re a longtime Formula 1 fan or new to F1 from Drive to Survive, On Sundays We Pod makes Formula 1 feel like the internet’s messiest group chat.
On Sundays We: A Formula 1 Podcast
are starved for F1 content: Yogurt conspiracies, Alpine chaos, and Nürburgring reflections
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
The F1 calendar might be on a break, but the news cycle never sleeps. This week, Lexi and Rachel catch up on a week of headlines and even weirder paddock rumors.
We start with the heavy hitters from the Nürburgring Nordschleife, including the tragic loss of a driver during the GT3 Qualifiers. On the other side of the track, history was made as Doriane Pin, the 2025 F1 Academy Champion, became the first woman to test for Mercedes in a modern F1 car. We discuss her milestone 76 laps at Silverstone and what it means for the future of the sport.
Then, we dive into the "Hot Goss" Lexi and Rachel have been craving:
- Lando Norris makes the TIME100 list (shoutout to Paris Hilton?).
- The Yogurt Files: Ollie Bearman’s YouTube series basically confirms British boys are obsessed with yogurt + Fage Sponsorship!
- Paddock Sightings: Daniel Ricciardo & Valteri at Coachella and Valtteri Bottas taking podiums... in cycling?
- Finding Flavio: A deep dive into the Alpine F1 drama and the return of Flavio Briatore: Our favorite villian.
We’re still two weeks out from the Miami Grand Prix, so pull up a chair while we survive the off-weeks together.

Wait.
SPEAKER_02Wow. Hi everyone. Welcome to on Sunday's Week a Formula One podcast. I'm Rachel. I'm Lexi. How are you doing today, Lex? Great. It's been a week, you know? It's been a week. Oh, what else is new? I'm like, it's been a week. What else is new?
SPEAKER_01I really am excited for Miami.
SPEAKER_02We are really, I think we're really missing F1. We do have a ton of things that we're gonna go over, but a lot of it's just like fun gossip type stuff. Not a lot of news.
SPEAKER_01No, and like I did my own deep dive on my own time because I need F1 to be back. So we'll talk a little bit about my favorite villain, Flavio. Yeah. Yeah, we have to. Because he is a crazy story, and I'm excited.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. I I kind of read Lexi's notes, but I'm letting her we're letting her take the reins on that one. Yeah, we're good.
SPEAKER_01We're also like triple fisting. We've got water, we've got our DCs, and I have a Peroni because I thought that was appropriate F1 drink of choice.
SPEAKER_02I do not I'm uh housing these, I don't know if anyone's on the candy salad TikTok, but I sure am. And so I have the like MS Percy Pig and calling the caterpillars, which I have delicious. Oh my god, so so good.
SPEAKER_01I can't believe I've been living this long without them.
SPEAKER_02Honestly, British bias is appearing. I love love British candy. I feel like more than American. Yeah, no, especially the gummy kind.
SPEAKER_01And except for Menards does have good gummy candies, like the gummy sharks and the uh gummy bears. Delicious.
SPEAKER_02I feel like we should get some of those. They're already releasing like 4th of July Albany's candy.
SPEAKER_01We should taste that.
SPEAKER_02I know, but I'm like cute little shorn Menard's menard menard shark in there. Yes.
SPEAKER_01I'll just have 4th of July candy salad in April or May. I love July 4th. I think it's a fun holiday. So why not start celebrate? Oh, Memorial Day. That's right. Oh, true.
SPEAKER_02Oh, maybe that's why they have it.
SPEAKER_01Same thing. Same thing.
SPEAKER_02Same thing. Um, but yeah, so we're, I mean, kind of following our classic order here. We're doing news and updates and then a lot of content following under hot goss. We have a lot of hot gods.
SPEAKER_01We have a lot of speculations, a lot of conspiracies.
SPEAKER_02Yes. Yeah. Should be fun. And then we'll go into a little bit more. Instead of finding Flavio, we've got a finding Flavio again. Yeah. A little deep dive.
SPEAKER_01Why why are we obsessed with the man? And maybe it'll make sense. Maybe it won't. I don't know. We'll see. We'll see.
SPEAKER_02Um I feel like the dogs are barking.
SPEAKER_01The dogs are barking, but that's okay. That's okay. It's a part of it now. Embrace it. Embrace it.
SPEAKER_02Um, and then we'll we don't have any formula run club because obviously we don't have race.
SPEAKER_01We're running. If you follow us on Instagram, you see like we have been running because we do have races coming up. And so I'm really missing Formula Run Club so much that I even went as far as I randomly generated drivers for us to predict and was like fully prepared to do it. And Rachel's like, we have another weekend. Like, no.
unknownYes.
SPEAKER_02So last next weekend we will be able to touch on who was drawn for us for our Formula Run Club. Yeah, we'll keep it safe. Finally. Yeah. I already forgot if that I don't think you told me. So yeah, I think it's in the notes somewhere. Great. So don't look. Clearly, I'm really thoroughly reading them. Oh my god, the done John is here and I guess riling up the dogs at this moment in time. I don't know what they're doing. What's going on? Anyway, moving forward. Um, so again, we'll just start with news and updates. And unfortunately, we're starting with kind of some more. I think this is the most serious content that we have covered thus far. Yeah. Um, I am sure it's not F1 necessarily, but if you all have been following Motorsport and Racing, there was a big crash um at the ADAC 24-hour Nuremberg Ring qualifiers at the Nordschleifer. And it was a GT3 crash. It was a seven-car pileup, which is crazy. Yeah. I mean, there are a lot of cars on track for that qualifier. Um, but the it resulted in the death of Yuha Mietinen, who was a 66-year-old amateur driver who had been driving for a very long time.
SPEAKER_01They called it him a veteran amateur. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02So he had done a lot of laps around Nuremberg. Yeah. So devastating news. Um, I think the last time there was a death at the Norge Schleifa was 2013. So it had been some time yet, but I yeah, how many deaths?
SPEAKER_01You said there was like 70s.
SPEAKER_02I think we read that there was 70 since like 1928 and now. And yeah, I think scary. Even if you are not a motorsports fan in general, and I think you follow Formula One, I mean, you've heard of the this track and the Nordschleife. I know my husband races it all the time on the sim. So a pretty popular track that is known to be dangerous. Um, but again, I think we kind of take all the modern safety precautions um for granted.
SPEAKER_01Right. And it's also, you know, there's a lot going on around this news, but like first and foremost, we would just want to say, you know, thoughts and prayers to his family.
SPEAKER_02His family are just so devastating. Truly. Like what a tragedy. Um, but yeah, to Lex's point, I mean, we can we don't really know too much about the crash. It just sounds like again, there were six other drivers involved in the crash. Um, and they have been examined, taken to the hospital, and it seems like none of them are in life-threatening condition. Um, today is Sunday as we're recording, so they're doing one minute of silence in honor of you ha.
SPEAKER_01And I think time-wise, that happened like even before we got up this morning, and they might even be done with the qualifying race at this point. We will have to look that up. Yeah, they probably are done. Yeah. I didn't find any concl- No, I did because Max was DQ'd and oh the Haas team, I think, at first in qualifying.
SPEAKER_02Okay.
SPEAKER_01I can verify that.
SPEAKER_02But Lexi will verify that. But yeah, so anyway, we still don't know exactly how it happened. It sounds like that there was a car leaking fluids onto the circuit that possibly was spilled. Oil happened at turn 26, right before they head into the carousel portion of the track. Um, but again, just devastating. They did not do any more racing after the crash happened yesterday. And then again, just like so scary that the drivers have to go out again today and like continue on and just pretend like it's fine.
SPEAKER_01Which we we like, we know we it's one of those things where like when bad things happen, it sucks, but that's kind of what we have to kind of persevere and do.
SPEAKER_02But again, it's sad, but it's it's such yeah, again, devastating news. I I think again, with like all the modern you know, measures they take for safety that we do forget that this was quite common, unfortunately, back back in the day. Yeah. Um, but anyway, yes, to Lex's point, we're really thinking of Yuha and his family and all the drivers that are racing. Um any updates that you found?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, so it is it is done. Okay, number one is number 45, the Ferrari car, Ferrari 296 GT3 Evo 26, and then second is number 23 BMW M4, third is number 16, the Audi R8, and the fourth place is 911 Porsche 911. Uh, Max and his team did have a bad weekend again. Not to bring this back to Max, because that's been a lot of the like law around this is that a lot of the a lot of the headlines were like Max for Stapin Race. And they would say, you know, that um Meeting and died and then like somehow pull Max into it, which yeah, Max is popular. He's a four-time World Drivers champion, but guys, come on. Well, I like the right gross.
SPEAKER_02And I know Max is bringing a lot of eyes to GT3, uh, which is great, awesome that people are getting interested in mot motor sports in general. But I think the sky sports headline was Yuha Meatinen dies in seven car crash during Max First Happens Nurbering. Nurbering. Why can't I say that? Yeah, Nerbering.
SPEAKER_01And he wasn't he Max wasn't specifically driving at the time. No.
SPEAKER_02So what the heck? So again, I just we don't need to put Max in the headlines. Again, this was such a huge tragedy. I think that we can leave it at that and leave Max out of the headlines for this one.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, so there's been two qualifying races, there's a third one, it still needs to happen. Um, but yeah, that's that's the it's sad, but not a not a fun thing to start the pod off with. No. But we had we had to say something because we've been kind of following it. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Like obviously. Following it, and again, I think it's just uh safety's obviously top of mind now too, which we can kind of move into the fact that FIA met again last week, um, talking about just safety improvements and regulations um for 2026.
SPEAKER_01Yes, and what the article that I found, which was from Planet F1, um, they are meeting tomorrow, Monday. That we're on Sunday. We're at we're on Sunday. Wow. So tomorrow currently it is Sunday. On Sundays, we're gonna be right. Um, but the article that I found did basically say that the drivers in the FIA are aligned on safety and also the fact that the drivability has not been as fun. And they specifically cited the super clipping and the 50-50 energy with the algorithm-based energy deployment. So we'll see more to come by the time this episode is out. We'll probably know something. So, yay, we'll have more to talk about next weekend. Yeah, yay, yeah, because tomorrow is the actual voting, it sounds like. Yeah, which which they've been they keep kind of saying, like, oh, we'll meet and then we'll tell everyone, and then they'll be like, Yep, and another meeting and we'll tell everyone. So nothing's been decided yet, but it sounds like which is fine because nothing's official.
SPEAKER_02I'm like, okay, just tell us when it's settled.
SPEAKER_01And and honestly, you know, it sounds like there's been lots of weird regulations that have happened in the past with F1, and here we are, so we just have to persevere. Well, no one, I feel like lots of people did not like DRS. No. At all. It sounds like no one's liked any regulation.
SPEAKER_02I know, like we can't be happy with anything. No. So again, it'll all be fine. I it does seem really dramatic that we'll we'll talk about it in in even in our like F1 hot goss, but it just seems like people are jumping ship. I'm like, it's race three, you guys.
SPEAKER_01I'm fully still invested. If anything, for the fact that the FIA keeps just like pushing this along, it's so entertaining. How is this not entertaining? I mean, I don't want people to die, like just to be clear. Like Ollie, thank god is okay and what happened in Nerbering sounds oh, we didn't even tell it was it was a oil leak. I said that.
SPEAKER_02Oh, you did. You were researching, you were researching. Sorry, you're fine. Oopsie. I didn't mean to be like I said that. My god. The di coke's really hitting the die coke's hitting.
SPEAKER_01But it wasn't even that, that was like a just a I don't want to say a fluke accident because obviously things happen, but like that wasn't even like a weird engine thing or someone like being an asshole, like swear, it just happened. So you never happened on the dial. You never know. Why did I get on this tangent? I don't remember.
SPEAKER_02I don't know, but it it's okay. Regardless, yes, we're excited for F1 to come back. Let's hope that the vote goes into the driver's favor again. We want them to be safe and we want them to have fun racing. So if that's what the vote results in, then great. Yes, yeah.
SPEAKER_01We don't want we don't want a parade during the race. Except if it's a Lego parade. Yeah, unless it's a Lego parade.
SPEAKER_02A Lego car race parade.
SPEAKER_01That's great. Or those goofy like little box carts that they did.
SPEAKER_02Oh, those are fun too. The box cars box cars?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. We we love those.
SPEAKER_02Those we like again, we like when the drivers are having fun. Yeah, we want them now and safe. Yes. Um well, we can kind of jump into some really exciting news. Um, the 2025 F1 Academy champion, Dorian Pond, um drove the W12 Mercedes car at Silverstone, which is so exciting. Very exciting. So that was the 2021 car driven by Lewis and Veltry. She drove 76 laps. And I know good. So good. We were looking up, there's been a couple of other female um drivers that have tested um F1 cars throughout the years, but my number one was like, Oh yeah, Susie. Susie drove a Williams back in the day and tested, and she because also she's in charge of F1 Academy, sent Dorian a really sweet message, very sweet video.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, that was really fun. It was also really great. Well, we were laughing. I was like, I think some drivers like shouted her out on Instagram. It was Kimmy and George, and they are Mercedes drivers, but still, still, still. Um, so anyway, yeah, women in motorsport. I know it reminds me always back to the merch, the shirt that's like women belong in motorsport. What's that gal's uh Insta? The one that you sent me.
SPEAKER_02Was it Sprout and Sage or something like that?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah, yeah. I feel like I have to show we should get those sweatshirts. We should. Uh they're so sweet.
SPEAKER_02Pretend we're wearing those right now as we're talking about women.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, no, totally motorsports. That is the vibe.
SPEAKER_02Um, but anyway, congratulations to her. So exciting. I really hope that we have a woman in an American and a woman. Yes, make it happen, folks.
SPEAKER_01Yes, yes, yes, yes. We're we're step closer on both. Um, it's been kind of a slow. Yeah, okay. So I really I found two really ridiculous things that I'm kind of gonna just like laugh about. So laugh along with me. But um I F1, like actual F1 website, posted an article about the state of Aston Martin in 2026, which to me is very funny because I I'm sorry.
SPEAKER_02I feel like we know the state of Aston Martin in 2026.
SPEAKER_01Like, why are we focusing on this? But um, I I pulled a little quote to read um because I was giggling about it. In short, not well, meaning like how's the 2026 season going? Aston Martin were late to the Barcelona shakedown, but when they did arrive, their car turned heads with what looked a very interesting chassis design. Even George Russell said they were ones to watch. So again, the Duchess inserting himself in all kinds of media. Um, that made me laugh. So found that happening this week. And then the other thing that uh did happen and that I did watch, but um, it was in Italian, so we closed captioned while I was on the treadmill, which was an interesting experience. Um, Charles Leclerc was on a YouTube um something basement. It was it's and it's in Italian, and I don't speak Italian, so sorry everyone. But basically, he was like chatting through how he feels very good about the car, he works very well with his engineers, and then when he was asked about the championship, Charles said, Yes, I think we can. I think if we have the pace, if we have the car and we execute well, then yes, we can fight for it. Which I was kind of like, yeah, no, no shit. But it was a cute little podcast. They have a cool table, by the way. Like, if you watch it, they have a cool table set up for their pod. Oh, really? Yeah, okay.
SPEAKER_02So you'll have to reference point for us when we get the pod room fully up and running. Yeah. Cameras and all. Okay, B S M T podcast. Basement podcast.
SPEAKER_01Okay, you're yeah, yeah. Great. Yeah. Fact-checking. Anyway, that was fun. Um, nice little watch. Again, we're starved for racing, so we'll get anything. Um, yeah. I think that's it for more like official quote unquote news. Actual news. Yeah, that's not just like speculation, whatnot.
SPEAKER_02This is still like F1 news related, but nothing, literally nothing has been confirmed. But it's just too fun not to speculate. Um, so I mean, Charles was saying that they could win, and maybe not this year, but maybe in the future, because it is rumored that Hannah Schmidt may be leaving Red Bull to go to Ferrari, which I spiraled fully.
SPEAKER_01I mean, she fully spiraled. I love her in in general. My idol. Yeah. And like I want her to be the do your thing girl. So like if Ferrari is better and it's a good opportunity, you do it. It is not confirmed.
SPEAKER_02Well, because she is, if I'm not mistaken, head of race strat race strategy for Red Bull. And Lord knows that's what Ferrari, that's what Ferrari needs.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. So yeah, would never put a little clown meme over her head. No. No.
SPEAKER_02So again, I just find it fascinating that yeah, Red Bull keeps having people jump ship. Maybe. Again, this is like all alleged. There is literally nothing conferring this. Uh yeah. I think it's just fun to speculate and think about it.
SPEAKER_01Well, and I also, I mean, it seems like with everyone who has moved, it has truly been to have a step up, which they haven't won the dry the constructors in two years, right? It was three years. Yes. Yeah. But like if you think about it, all of them like, you know, won Max, all these things, and now it's like, okay, all the other teams are pulling them. And if they're a better opportunity, then yeah, of course they're gonna go.
SPEAKER_02100%. And they should. Yes. Every team has an era. Red Bull has had a couple, and it's just not their time right now.
SPEAKER_01And that's fine. Yeah. Someone, I don't remember which podcast I might have. Uh, I don't know. It was either Matt and Tommy or Red Fox. They were like, they're fully gonna be in the midfield. We're like, well, maybe it is wild to think about. Yeah. But I mean, right now they are, but it's been three races, so it's hard to get yeah, three races.
SPEAKER_02We literally do not know. And then we're gonna have one, and then it's gonna be a couple more weeks, so gotta um next thing. I mean, this again, it's not news necessarily, but it is This is fun. This is fun, this is fun. Um, so Time released their list of a hundred most influential people of 2026. It has lists of um, let's see, it's got artists, pioneers, titans, icons, leaders, and innovators are the categories. And it's like honestly, such an eclectic mix of people. Um, but Lando is featured and he is under the innovators category. I know Lando Norris. Um, I think the funny thing is the so some of the profiles, I don't know how they choose who writes these. It seems like friends or somehow people are related, they have some sort of relationship, acquaintances. I don't even know if that's a word, but so like Dakota Johnson, Dakota Johnson, the actress, is on there, and Taylor Swift wrote her little blurb because they're friends. Yeah. Um, but one Paris Hilton wrote Lando's, which is so fascinating.
SPEAKER_01It just seems so random, but we were talking about it, and Rachel brought up a good point that like Hilton has a partnership with McLaren. Yes.
SPEAKER_02So it it so maybe not it somewhat makes sense, but and I don't know. I'm like, could they have picked like Martin Garricks? Yeah, like his close personal friend and DJ, Martin Garrick. I don't know.
SPEAKER_01Like, I'm like could no Parrog knows him too well. Paris Hilton. Paris Hilton. And and I would love to know how well they actually know each other because it sounds like they met once.
SPEAKER_02They met in Miami, and I think her quote is I instantly loved his energy. He's obviously incredibly talented, but really makes him stand out stand out is how kind, genuine, and down-to-earth he is. So I think that's pretty I that's pretty much sums up what she just said that she loves that he's inspiring so many people to show that you can work hard, reach the top, and then like be yourself.
SPEAKER_01I mean, he definitely in 2025 was like, you know, I'm ignoring the haters and like str like talked about his mental health and like that, all that's amazing. Like that's great. So I I I mean it's fair.
SPEAKER_02No, and I think again, I think he's a new breed of of driver where he's again, I think what makes Lando so Lando is how open and honest he is. Yes. About yeah, again his love for yogurt, his love. For yogurt, his mental health status. Um, so anyway, congrats to Lando. Yeah, so exciting.
SPEAKER_01Very fun.
SPEAKER_02Um, I just need to like list. I'm like, let's see who else is on the innovators because I just think it was kind of yeah, of all the categories. I mean, okay, innovators, innovators. I just think it's funny how they break these down. Okay, leaders. There's like a million people under leaders. Okay, so this is kind of fun. I mean, there's Nikki Glazer is under innovators, okay, comedian. Um, Hilary Knight, who is on the United States yes, women's hockey team. Um, and then there were some other people here too. I don't know.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, but it's not all sports.
SPEAKER_02No, definitely not all sports people. Let's see. John Ferner, I don't know who you are. Walmart CEO. Under the innovator category. I know. So again, just like in the collective, collective mix of folks. So congrats to Lando. Yeah, and Paris. Uh yeah. Writing the article. Writing about our guy. Thanks, Paris. Um, okay, next thing on here. I actually didn't know this was happening. Um, shout out to my sister who I was talking to on the phone. She finally listened to the podcast. Shout out, Elise. Shout out, Elise. Um, and she's like, Did you know that Veltry is biking this weekend? And I didn't. So he was partaking in the 60 mile sea otter gravel race that was in, I think it was in oh yeah, Monterey, California. Um, and he ended up getting third place, right?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, third place. It was cute too because Tiffany was also competing, you know, I don't know in what. But what's funny about Valtry is like we obviously follow him on social media because his social media is very fun to follow. If you don't follow him, you should. Um, but he's constantly biking, and Tiffany is a professional cyclist. Yeah, so they're always biking together, and he also bikes. So, like seeing him bike, it wasn't like didn't it didn't like turn a switch that I was like, oh, he's doing a race. But he did, and he got third.
SPEAKER_02Literally racing, and again, like he's good. Yeah, he's very good. And I mean, athletes are athletes, right?
SPEAKER_01Like, he teases about it too, like when um they're like, Well, who's the best so-and-so? And he's like, Oh, a cyclist from Finn, Finland, and like always teases that he's like the best, but he actually won.
SPEAKER_02He actually was on on the podium, yeah, on the metal stand, if you will. Um, but yeah, shout out to Tiffany. She took some really good content, and then my sister sent me because her, my sister and her husband are big biker cyclists, and actually, my brother-in-law was there at the like bike expo this weekend, and so that's why she was also my sister was also telling me all about this, is because yeah, her husband was there, and we're like, We need yeah, we were like, We need content. We need Ben to find Valtry and take a picture.
SPEAKER_01Please find him.
SPEAKER_02There was no siding, unfortunately, and it seems like Valtry has moved on to other parts of California, which we'll talk about in a little bit. Um, but yeah, shout out to Valtry, performing well. Yeah, my sister literally sent us me a screenshot of his Strava, which is hilarious. I know, I love it. Um, yeah, 60 miles in three hours and 31 minutes, it looks like 16.71 miles an hour. That's crazy. Great, yeah, very fast. That is currently fast, boy.
SPEAKER_01I wonder if he likes yogurt. He's not British, but I would be I bet you pro that's you know, probably has to hit his protein goals. So I wonder if it's like one of his, you know, I would be interested to know. I would be too. I don't know. Okay, um, next thing, this was also very fun, um uh on the topic of yogurt. Uh the saga continues because uh Madison Appel.
SPEAKER_02Yes, I think that's how you say it. I think so. She's a F1 tennis coach, or not F1 coach, she's a tennis coach. She's a tennis coach.
SPEAKER_01Tennis coach. She's a tennis coach. An influencer and she's an influencer. And she likes F1. She's an F1 tennis coach. She's an F1 tennis coach. I mean teaching Zach Brown tennis. Oh no, she's not good enough for Zach Brown. No, no, no. Uh I love it. Um she now has a sponsor from now that we've said this. Faye so many times. Faye.
SPEAKER_02I I thought it was Faye, but I think it's we just looked it up and it's Faye. Yeah, no, F-A-G-E.
SPEAKER_01I think I said Faye or something.
SPEAKER_02Megan Faye is an actress.
SPEAKER_01Well, John John said it so confidently.
SPEAKER_02He said something else entirely.
SPEAKER_01I know. And now I'm just anyway. Funny yogurt is now sponsoring someone who is an influencer and likes F1. So our point stance. It seemed like she said she was in Imola last year with Faya at Ferrari. Yes. So yes. We would happily go do that. We love yogurt. We're not British. Um, but we like yogurt.
SPEAKER_02Well, but this brings us to the most important point of this, which is like we found out another British boy likes yogurt.
SPEAKER_01And shout out to Lydia, my niece, and her love for Ollie Bearman. Um, she sends me a random text. I didn't even think she had listened to the pod. Random text screenshot of Ollie Bearman, and it says, I eat a lot of yogurt, and she said, got 'em, or something really funny. And I was like, Got him. Lydia, this is incredible. And then come to find out, it goes even deeper. Ollie Bearman has a mini YouTube series called Bare Necessities. Incredible name. He goes through what he preps to eat when he does races. Is that literally what it's all about? Yes. Yes. Oh my god. And Lydia found this YouTube.
SPEAKER_02Must watch a media. Yes.
SPEAKER_01So add it to your list, folks, while we're waiting for Miami to happen. We have Ollie Behrman's Bare Necessities.
SPEAKER_02I don't know how this like yogurt thing is becoming our niche, but it is.
SPEAKER_01Who knew? Who knew? So yeah, Faya, um, please, if you listen, we are happy to talk about how wonderful your yogurt is for protein. Got it in my fridge right now. Yeah. Yeah. Use it as a sour cream sometimes. Who buys sour cream anymore? I mean, just use yogurt. That's what we do.
SPEAKER_02Just to use yogurt.
SPEAKER_01I was trying to think of side note. I was trying to think of like because John's sitting in the other room, like working. And I was like, John, maybe we could have you like come as like a special guest and like rant about something. Because the Lord knows he loves rant. Did he have a rant this week? I mean, he can rant about anything. But I couldn't come up with something that was really concrete. Maybe yogurt's the thing. Maybe yogurt's the thing. Maybe.
SPEAKER_02I don't know. Maybe you can pop on, because I think we're gonna watch the Grand Miami Grand Prix together. Probably here. Probably.
SPEAKER_01And record it's like during the day. Yeah. Thank God.
SPEAKER_02We can think of something. He'll come on.
SPEAKER_01A little special guest. A little special guest. Love it. But yeah, that's that's our fun little British boy yogurt conspiracy little segment. Um to be continued, hopefully.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Um, okay, Coachella. Yeah, Coachella. So this is why I I'll start with one portion and go to another. But essentially, we were talking about Valtry was racing in California, and there is this like literally five-second clip video floating around on the internet that I was like, is this real? Is this AI? Yeah. Because it's Valtry rocking like a little cowboy hat, standing next to Daniel Ricardo. Yeah at Coachella.
SPEAKER_01Who also vaguely looks cowboy a little bit. Oh, for sure. It's like a mullet and stash. But my thing is Valtry has a lot of clothes on. Yes, and that's not very coachella-y.
SPEAKER_02No. In fact, yeah, Coachella is no clothes. But I think it gets cold in the desert at night.
SPEAKER_01I guess. I guess he was cold after his very quick bike race.
SPEAKER_02True. I'm like, I wonder how far it is from Monterey to Yeah.
SPEAKER_01But we we like the idea that it's not AI and that they were together. And I want to know what artists they watched together, if they were just like, oh hey, what's up? Like knew each other and then went along their. Well, so do you think they went to Bieber? I don't know. Because if it was posted this weekend, Bieber played yesterday.
SPEAKER_02He did? Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Okay.
SPEAKER_02Because he brought up Billy Eilish for um One Less Lonely Girl. I did not see that. Oh my god, what? I have not been paying attention to Coach. I think it sounds like it was unplanned entirely. Like Haley was like, you need to go up on stage. Fun. Yeah. Fun. Because she was like obsessed with him as a kid. Oh my god, cute. Yeah, no, she was like crying. It's adorable. Anyway, so it seems like Danny and Valcher were at Coachella together. Which just we we love. Two Aussie boys. Yeah, I love this together.
SPEAKER_01Aussie boys. Two Aussie boys together.
SPEAKER_02Looking like cowboys. Looking like cowboys. Um, and then what just speaking of Bieber, Kim and Lewis were at Coachella last weekend. Last weekend supporting BB's.
SPEAKER_01And then I also saw Kim and Lewis, they just posted more pictures of each other. I don't know where they were or what they were doing. Did you did you see those with her? Like someone has white on.
SPEAKER_02I think she it was like incognito. It might have been on her Instagram. Like, and he was like hiding behind her. She was like sitting on his lap, maybe. So you could kind of see that he was there. They were cuddling. But yeah, she had like a t-shirt on her head or something. It was kind of like a little bit more.
SPEAKER_01And then there was the picture that we also didn't know if it was AI, and it has her wearing a shirt that says need money for, and it's Porsche Cross Cross. It says Ferrari. Yeah. Incredible. Would wear that t-shirt?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, no, very cute. Would wear that t-shirt. But again, yeah, is it real or not? I don't know. You can't do that.
SPEAKER_01We don't know anything anymore. I need to have like at least four sources before I'm like, okay, it happened. I need AI literacy. Yeah. Well, like the Nurbergring news. I was like, is this real? Is this for real? And I like kept waiting and waiting. And I finally texted Rachel. I was like, oh my god, this horrible thing happened. Real. It was unfortunately real.
SPEAKER_02Twas real. Um, well, you guys know we love talking about merch. So there has been an F1 merch drop. So it's super pumped about. So pumped for. Um, Christian, I think it's Use Check, um, has offseason brand. If you guys don't know, she originally made those like really cute puffer jackets for Brittany Mahomes. So beautiful, yeah. So beautiful. And Taylor Swift for the Super Bowl, and since then has made a ton of jackets and other clothing items for other celebs. She makes really cool things for herself when she um sees her husband play for the 49ers. But she has started her own brand and they're branching out and having all these really cool partnerships. So she now has one with F1. I think it goes on sale on the 23rd. Yeah. So a couple of days. But she finally released the product, and I I think this is for a certain subset of people of um, but it is not my favorite.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I was gonna say what Rachel's trying to say nicely is we will not be purchasing, unfortunately.
SPEAKER_02The tank is really cool.
SPEAKER_01There is a cool, like white rib tank. All of it is cool. It is just so not the merch that I want to put on my body, and it's not any more expensive than normal F1.
SPEAKER_02The normal F1 merch.
SPEAKER_01So I will say that, but it's like I thought the soccer jersey was very cool. However, I already have a jersey from Hollister that I kind of like better. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02So I really love and I I love that Formula One is collaborating with her and her brand. I think that's incredible.
SPEAKER_01We were trying to talk about like what it was we thought it would be, and I think because of the puffer jackets, we thought it would be team focused. Like a lot of the the sneak peek she had, we thought it was gonna be like Ferrari, and then we were like, oh, it'll be like Ferrari, Red Bull, McLaren, Mercedes. Maybe that'll maybe this is a little test run. Maybe so.
SPEAKER_02If you like it, I would say support it. So then we can get more merch drops in the future. Um, but shout out to her, congrats.
SPEAKER_01That's a huge yeah, and her stuff, I mean, like her NFL stuff's awesome.
SPEAKER_02Again, it's cool and it is innovative. It is just not something that I want to be wearing. But yeah, love the idea, you go girl.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, you go girl. You go girl. Other thing I had written down was George Russell is duchessing over this break, um, which we've already kind of mentioned, like his little cameo in the Aston Martin uh article article, but he was post he's been posting a lot, actually. Well, well, Carmen had her drop, like we said last week, so that's cool. And he's been like commenting on all of her things, like oh, the skincare drop, yeah, barriers, which is great. And then there was a post he had with uh Toto and Susie at Silverstone, and it was with the little carding guys, and it was so cute. Was their son Jack racing? Yes, oh cute, okay, yeah. Jack was there, yeah, but he was there, so that was fun. But I thought that was notable that George is fully uh in Duchess mode still. He's like kissing babies. Literally started with Sogo, now he's in Silverstone. I love it. Um, I also did watch the Haas YouTube because I have been having to run on a treadmill and it has been horrible and awful because it is very cold here again. And um, I did watch the the Haas YouTube of like the 72 hours with Esteban and Ollie. And I told Rachel, I was like, I would skip it, honestly. The Ollie part was fun, but the Estee bestie, he j I don't know. He just he was like going for a football game. He wasn't bestieing, he was not bestieing, he was with his very cute girlfriend. I don't remember what her name is off the top of my head, but they were going to a game and that was pretty much it. It was like, oh, and then he was on a French talk show with Pierre and Isaac. Oh, so that was kind of cute, but they didn't show have you I don't know what it's called.
SPEAKER_02Was it the French show where they have that really incredible lighting? Do you know which one I'm talking about? Oh no, maybe. Oh my god.
SPEAKER_01Um yeah, but it was like French, so they and they didn't show the talk show, obviously, because I don't know when it came out or anything, but but yeah, it wasn't it was fine. I mean, what do you do during a break?
SPEAKER_02Um, okay, I don't know if it was this there's this show. Sorry, this is a brand of TN. But there's this French TV show that has incredible lighting, apparently. Makes everyone look absolutely amazing. Yeah, I don't know how to pronounce it, but it's spelled Q U O T I D I E N. Quit it then? Oh god, forgive me. Whoa, T D N. Um, but that was not the show that it seems like they were on.
SPEAKER_01I wonder what show they were on. I don't know. They didn't say, they didn't say, but yeah, it wasn't it wasn't that interesting. And then Ollie was like cute because they showed his his apartment, and then he was like, This is my favorite room, the sim room. And it's like a room with just a sim racer in it.
SPEAKER_02Oh my god, my husband's drinking.
SPEAKER_01If only then wish it would had its own room. Yeah, yeah. Think of the TV you could consume. Oh my god, it'd be great. Yeah, maybe one day.
SPEAKER_02When the pod takes off. When the pod takes off, new house. We're getting a true pod room and we're getting the sim room. Um, I think the I don't know. I thought I figured out what the French TV show is, and I don't think I did. That they were okay.
SPEAKER_01Well, anyway, yeah, we're starved for content, so we watched it. We'll come back to that one.
SPEAKER_02Sounds like maybe the Saudi GP will take place December 6th. Yeah, that's great. It's out when's the last race currently later in December.
SPEAKER_01It is. Yeah, I think it's the next weekend.
SPEAKER_02Where's our weird little 3D printed? Oh, it's on the floor. We have this really cute calendar, 3D printed calendar, which honestly a relic because it has two races on there that never happens.
SPEAKER_01But if the other races get put on, then it's really gonna be a relic.
SPEAKER_02Like, oh wait. The auto Abu Dhabi GP is already on Sunday, December 6th.
SPEAKER_01That's like well, I wonder if they're saying because they can't do they might not be able to do Abu Dhabi, so then they would maybe do, like, depending on what's going on. We might need in a circle butt. This is this is why this is on hot gas. Because this are these are the things that we see, and then we're like, this isn't confirmed in any way, and they're just from random like insta accounts. And if I see it more than once, then I'm like, maybe there's some truth.
SPEAKER_02That we are not journalists.
SPEAKER_01No, absolutely not. And we're bored, so we're we're like, give us a race, please.
SPEAKER_02Okay, this is saying F1 could still hold hold Saudi Arabian Grand Prix in October. Okay. Maybe.
SPEAKER_01So yeah, they're trying to, I guess they're just trying to figure out those two races. This is like the gist of what I understood.
SPEAKER_02Okay, great. Honestly, yeah, bring them back. Oh, okay. You're right. Suggesting the race could happen maybe even on December 6th, Abu Dhabi GP moving to December 13th. Great. Great. But again, not confirmed. Not confirmed. This is not alleged. This is hot gas. Um, this is these quotes are real that I'm not sure.
SPEAKER_01No, this is this is fun. This is fun. We like this. This is actually not that fun, but it's like funny.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. I feel like if I I think if you know, if you are a McLaren fan, you know about McLaren arrow racing. I feel like Zach, because he oversees McLaren racing in general, you do get tidbits of the arrow drivers um of IndyCar. So Pato Award, I feel like he's definitely like the hot shot of IndyCar.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Um but he had a statement where he was essentially saying, I mean, he did say he's like, I don't want to race F1. So his quote is Formula One right now is an artificial show, and honestly, I have zero desire for it. Dang. Yeah, whoa. Whoa. Um, he just says that he wanted to race F1 previously because he thought the cars were so impressive.
SPEAKER_01Well, also, you're one of 22 drivers. Yeah, you are the best of the best. Truly, the best of the best.
SPEAKER_02And I again, it goes just goes back to he's just said that feels maybe like their passing is artificial. Um, and that I think it's just like I'm like, this is promotion for indie car because he's like, this is the best series for a driver who wants to race here in IndyCar. It's like here in IndyCar.
SPEAKER_01He's been PR trained, like 10 out of 10.
SPEAKER_02Media trained. Good job. Good job, Pato. Um, but then I did see a comment on there on his inst or on the story on the Instagram that was like essentially like Pato, you're only saying this because you're not good enough to drive Formula One. And I was like, we were we were like people starting drama.
SPEAKER_01L O comment.
SPEAKER_02We need a race. That's what we need.
SPEAKER_01We're all going crazy.
SPEAKER_02I mean, we are scraping the bottom of the barrel with some of this stuff. Actually, no, I think we would have still talked about most of this stuff, even if it probably was a race week. Probably. So we're yeah, psychos, obsessed. It's fine. Can't stop, won't stop. Um, I think it's now time for our finding Flavio deep dive edition.
SPEAKER_01Yes, because okay, so here's where this came from. A lot of my people who have been wat listening, not watching, listening to the pod, shout out to everyone. I love you all so much. Thank you for listening. Um, but they're, you know, just getting into this. And they might be thinking, why Flavio? And if you've seen Drive to Survive, like obviously you know he's come back to F1 and he's crazy and he wears his sunglasses, and his conversations with Jack Dewar are insane. And season. Doin? Did you say doer? Yeah. Dewin. Oh, I thought it was an R. I'll cut that out. Thank God I'm editing this week. Thank God, and every week. Um, but his conversations, Flavio's conversation with Jack Dewin are so insane on the show that I was like, Well, who is this man? Like, what is happening? So he's kind of become like a little bit of an obsession um with me. So I did a little deep dive on like why is he so crazy? And there's a lot here. So Flavio has a nickname of Tribula, which means the restless.
SPEAKER_02Um just makes me think of the young and the restless. Yes.
SPEAKER_01I mean, that's yeah. He ain't young though. He ain't young now, but yeah, after I was telling John about this, he was like, was he like attractive? And I was like, you know what?
SPEAKER_02To each their own.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. I mean, he wasn't, he had he wasn't not attractive, but he wasn't like clearly he's a big personality. Yeah, yeah, people like that. Okay, so we're gonna go back to 1970. Um, Flavio's early life. He was a hustler, obviously, still is. He worked as a ski instructor, an insurance salesman, a restaurant manager. He did have a restaurant named Tibula. Um, and it was failed, like it did not do well.
SPEAKER_02Um, so his nickname was the name of the restaurant? Yes.
SPEAKER_01Like he had this nickname for a restaurant. Uh right, and also horrible nickname. And then he's like, Oh, I'm just gonna create a restaurant that's named this. And it didn't go well.
SPEAKER_02I mean, if his nickname didn't mean that, then it would be good. Like it does sound like a like a good, I don't know.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_02It sounds like it could be a good, like, Italian place.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, like a little like a like a starter, like a It's you only get like drinks and apps. Yeah. That's like you're restless. You can't you can't focus on an on. Oh, see, yes. We may just needed a rebrand. You just needed a rebrand, yeah. Marketing. Um, yeah, so his nickname, a restless character who will do anything to get what he wants, which seems to describe him. Okay, so in the 80s, he was convicted on several counts of fraud in Italy. Um, and then instead of going to jail, like to escape prison, he fled to the Virgin Islands.
SPEAKER_02Oh boy.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, so crazy. And then he became friends with Luciano Benetton, who basically that's when they set up Benetton at the clothing store, and hundreds of clothing franchises were set up in the US.
SPEAKER_00Wow.
SPEAKER_01Um, so they started making money. Fast forward 1988. Um, decided to get his clothing brand into F1, Flavio and Benetton. So Flavio went to his first Grand Prix in 1988 because um Luciano was there promoting his clothing, and then Flavio was with Pentaton at that time, managing director. And then they decided, okay, let's get into F1. Great. Flavio is managing the team, and in 1991, he stole Michael Schumacher from McLaren to join Benetton. Where this is where the term piranha club, which I had never really heard of this, like I'd heard a little bit about it, but there was like this whole F1 Piranha Club situation where it was like they were just stealing drivers left and right. They were just like bad, bad bitches, like stealing everyone and like trying to make money. No rules, ruthless. Um, so anyway, Benetton, the F1 team with Schumacher went to win the drivers championship in 1994, and then a double driver's constructors title in 1995. So 1994-95, Benetton F1 was like doing great. So it was it was mired and controversy, including accusations of illegal software and refuel refueling tempering. So Flavia was just doing whatever they could to win.
SPEAKER_02Which does that surprise anyone? No. And I feel like all of this, all of this would absolutely not happen today. No, oh my god, I'm like shocked that they got away with all this.
SPEAKER_01I can't believe that Michael Schumacher went to Venetton.
SPEAKER_02You know, I guess Flavio, I he could probably talk anyone into anything. Like if he wants you, you're like, wow, normally this man hates everyone and is mad about everything. Like he's positive and wants me. Okay, sure. And then they win because illegal. He's ruthless.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Okay, so then uh Benetton was no longer a team. Enter the Renault area. So Flavio had a brief break in F1 where he went and sold an engines under a company called Super Tech. Then he came back to F1 in 2000 when Renault bought Benetton. So Benetton no more, Renault. Flavio enters back onto the F1 scene.
SPEAKER_02Also, side note, I looked up Benetton because I was like, Yeah, let's look at this. Looks like Gap.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it's still around. It totally looks like gap, which is wild to me. Like, kind of cute.
SPEAKER_02I think I've ever no never. No. Have never seen a store. There are no prices listed. It's kind of cute. Look at this trench coat.
SPEAKER_01No, it's very cute. That that's very I would wear that. It's free. There's no it's so expensive that there's no price.
SPEAKER_02There literally is not a price. That's so funny. I probably because we're an American, I can't buy it. Okay, sorry. Tangent anyway.
SPEAKER_01Used to be in the US, but no more. Okay, so here's what it gets really good. Flavio, because of his background, this should be no surprise that he then scouted uh Fernando Alonso and brought him to Renault, and then Renault won back-to-back championships in 2005 and 2006 with Fernando. So this was like Fernando's like yeah, like the height of his career basically, which is funny, and I didn't realize that. That's 20 years ago. That's wild. Oh insane. He's still going strong. Still going strong. Going strong. Um, and then there was Crash Gate, which this is like really love Crash Gate. Yeah, this is like really so Rachel told me about Crash Gate because of Max, because of Kelly.
SPEAKER_02Yes. Well, you should explain. Yeah, explain the connection. Oh, we have it written here.
SPEAKER_01Okay, okay. So Brea Tori, Flavio, and Pat Simmons had ordered their driver at the time, Nelson Piquet Jr., which is Max's baby mama, Kelly. So his girlfriend Kelly's brother.
SPEAKER_02Yes.
SPEAKER_01Um, what a small world. To deliberately crash what a small world. So they ordered him to deliberately crash at the 2008 Singapore Grand Prix to trigger a safety car that would help Alonza win. It actually, thinking about it now, it's very much the plot of the F1 movie. Oh, for sure.
SPEAKER_02No, that's so funny you say that because that crossed my mind. I was like, this is reading Formula One movie because that movie was as entertaining as it was, was not realistic. Like, there's no way Brad Pitt would have been able to do that that many times.
SPEAKER_01Crash so many times in one race. Yeah. No, absolutely not. So no, it is it is giving F1 movie. F1 movie for sure. So Crash Gate happens, and then Flavio was banned from F1 for life. For life. But apparently not. Apparently not. So in 2009, he was banned for life, and then he got it overturned in French court. Who did he pay? Yeah, like I wanna know how the hell. Who was the justice? Court justice. Like this man, he he he gets he flees Italy to go to the Virgin Islands back in like the 80s, and then now he's completely banned from F1, gets it overturned in French court. Then he kind of just like hung out for a while. Like he was managing Alonzo, he was managing other, I think he had a couple other drivers. No one that like I remember being really notable. I didn't write it this down. I also did this research a couple weeks ago, so bear with me here. But 2024 enters and he is back with Alpine. So he is back, baby. Obviously, we see him all the time. Well, not all the time, wish I saw more, but um we see him enough. We see him enough.
SPEAKER_02Wait, Flavio Briatori still manages Fernando's career as of April 2026.
SPEAKER_01Oh, what? My goodness. Didn't realize that.
SPEAKER_02I that was like the AI generated thing.
SPEAKER_01What's so funny is doesn't Alonzo manage who does he man doesn't he manage a driver on the grid too? Um is it Gabby? Is it Gabby? That would that would that I was like it's not Esteban and it's not Kimmy, and it's not Isaac. Rachel's looking this up.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I think it is yes, yep. He manages Gabrielle Bordoletto. F1 is so incestuous because I think Toto is also George's manager, right? And uh is he not Kimmy's? Um, I believe he's also maybe we should do next weekend.
SPEAKER_01We should do managerial deep dive. Because the other thing, this is so off topic. Um, NASCAR is also very much like that. Like, it's like so and so has this team, but then they race on a different team. Danny Hamlin co-owns a team, and then races for I'm totally blanking on which team.
SPEAKER_02Um Danny Hamlin owns a team, co-owns a team with Michael Jordan. I think 24 or 2311. Wow, 23-11 racing, and then he drives for um another team. Not Penske. Um Hendrick racing team. I think it is Joe, no, Joe Gibbs racing.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and Ty Gibbs, Joe's son, just won the cup last weekend, which was kind of like a big deal because he hasn't won anything. Good for Lance. But it was kind of like if Lance Stroll won a GP, like that's like kind of the deal it would be. I mean, I would great. That would be hilarious to me. Good for Lance. Yeah. If that happened, if that happened, we would be pleasantly amused. Uh but yeah, that's that's kind of a little background on Flavio. He's crazy. So enter Alpine. Oh, yeah. And it's kind of crazy as far as ownership goes.
SPEAKER_02Well, so I feel like this is kind of like a uh random size, uh side note, but you guys know we love pop culture, we love any chance to connect F1 to other sports or any actors, actresses, musicians. Yeah, that's you know, we love it, we love to see it. Um, so Alpine ownership, there is 24% in uh there's a 24% stake in Alpine, um, owned by I think it's Otro Capital, and it's currently for sale. So Otro Capital is I I don't even know if I'm gonna pronounce any of their names, but it's owned by like three random dudes, pretty much. But at part of that sec, there's celebrities that are part of the investor group that are partnered with Otro Capital. And so I feel like most people know it's like Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElheny, they own the Wrexham F or not F1 football club. I feel like that's their big storyline and how they kind of got into sports investment, but they have also brought in um, in partnership with Otro Capital and their investment uh group, they have brought in Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelsey. Any again, any Taylor Swift connection. Yeah. Let's go. Yeah. And also Michael B. Jordan, Academy Award winner. Yeah, not the basketball player. No, not Michael Jordan. No, even though we literally just wrapped the show. We were just talking about him. Michael B. Jordan. And then also 2025-2026 Masters winner, Roy McEroy, also is involved in Alpine ownership, the Irishman, um, which I just watched season four of Full Swing this weekend.
SPEAKER_01Oh, it was only four episodes. Oh I know. I'm sad that the full full speed's gone. What? Leaving Netflix. Is it? Yeah, so I I mean I have a couple more episodes. Oh my god, but power through.
SPEAKER_02I know. Um, anyway, sorry, we got on a random tangent, but yeah, so Alpine, 24% of steak is for sale.
SPEAKER_01Well, and the the rumor was that Christian Horner was looking into it, but then Toto was like blocking him and was going to buy 24% of it, which I love that story. But again, is that like the fact that that would be allowed? Yes, I know it's crazy. Is what also why doesn't Flavio just he's got the money. Does he though? I would assume so.
SPEAKER_02Is it all a ruse?
SPEAKER_01Is it all a it's probably who knows?
SPEAKER_02Like he's in oh really big debt. This is a legend. I'm saying hypothetically.
SPEAKER_01The other thing that I totally forgot to mention, but John, this is why John was like, what does he look like? He dated Naomi Campbell and Heidi Klume and has a kid with Heidi Klume and like famously is uninvolved in his life. Like, does not have anything to do with his son, who I think is an adult now, or like older.
SPEAKER_02Heidi Clume, Flavio kid. Um Lenny, oldest Heidi's oldest daughter, Lenny. Oh, it's a it's a girl, okay. Whose father is Italian businessman, yeah.
SPEAKER_01Because basically he she doesn't have anything to do with Flavio. So her new guy adopted, or one of her, I don't know. Anyway, but yeah, John was like, Neo, we can't Heidi Gloom, like when and he also dated other like wonder bra uh models, and like there was a whole list of people again.
SPEAKER_02I think he's a rich man with a big personality, you know?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, big personality.
SPEAKER_02Anyway, anywho.
SPEAKER_01Anywho, anything else that we want to talk about? I mean, we can talk forever. We could talk forever, but we did make it under an hour, which is crazy. Good job. Good job, us.
SPEAKER_02Um, well, thank you guys again so much for supporting us.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it's been fun. Follow us on Instagram.
SPEAKER_02Follow us on Instagram on Sundays. Um oh my god. On Sundays We Pod. Thank you. On Sundays We pod. Yeah, um, and then make sure too you guys subscribe to wherever you're listening to your podcast.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, because now we should be on whatever, wherever you're listening.
SPEAKER_02We are literally actually wherever you get your podcast. I know I said this week. No, it's true. It is for real now.
SPEAKER_01It's actually true now, it is for real.
SPEAKER_02Um, but yeah, so thank you guys so much. It's been really fun to see the support and the downloads. Go on.
SPEAKER_01I'm excited to do Formula Run Club. That will be really fun. We have we have fun plans for that.
SPEAKER_02Should be warmer finally. So expect more content. Yeah. Um, and hopefully just like more content in general. In general. Yeah, Lex is really me on the treadmill. Lex has really been holding down the fort with the Instagram, and I will get more involved.
SPEAKER_01I'm just not the most I'm just gonna force her to get more involved. Like, like a reel you may see in the next few days that I've been just videoing Rachel. Oh my god, without my consent.
SPEAKER_02We love consent here on Un Sundays Week. I signed up for this. Um we're having a lot of fun. Thank you guys so much, and we will see you on Sunday.
SPEAKER_01Bye. Bye.
