On Sundays We Pod is a Formula 1 podcast hosted by Lexi and Rachel: two former coworkers turned running friends turned F1 co-hosts recapping every race weekend with hot takes, paddock drama, driver rivalries, strategy disasters, and FIA chaos.
What started as Rachel underselling Formula 1 quickly became an obsession with billionaire egos, team politics, Ferrari strategy pain, and emotionally investing in drivers who absolutely do not know we exist.
Each week, we break down F1 race results, qualifying drama, Formula 1 news, silly season rumors, team orders, and everything happening on and off the grid. Whether you’re a longtime Formula 1 fan or new to F1 from Drive to Survive, On Sundays We Pod makes Formula 1 feel like the internet’s messiest group chat.
