Understanding the energetics of food from an ancient perspective has been one of the most pivotal concepts in helping clients heal as a holistic health coach.

At the beginning of my journey into holistic health, I started by immersing myself in the framework of Acidic vs Alkaline foods and cooking methods. This can be a very healing way of eating for those who have inflammation, congestion, and diseases like cancer, etc. 

It started to open my eyes to the reality of healing that didn't need to be seen under a microscope- it can be intuitively understood, simply!

And that was just the beginning.

Soon after I went to a health and healing culinary school where we studied in depth about all types of ancient healing modalities like Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), macrobiotics, Ayurveda, and more. 

All of these ancient wisdoms look at the energy of food, the energy of cooking methods, and how they apply to the energy of the body.

They can counterbalance imbalance, and restore harmony when done correctly. 

I am so excited to share this knowledge with you because it has been paramount in helping myself and others find balance in their health through a framework that is more intuitive and simple in nature!
