Here we come, walking down the street. Got the gold, no taxes to me. Free to speak and free to trade. Markets up. No need for okay. We're the microphone monkeys. People say we're at our kids' front trees.

SPEAKER_06

Hey guys, this is Microphone Monkeys, and this week we have robot girlfriends, monkey jailbreaks, fake kidnappings, scuba cockroaches, rental dogs, no mushrooms, skyscraper proposals. What? And robot baristas. Robot baristas?

SPEAKER_05

Sounds great. Yeah, amazing.

SPEAKER_06

And today we have five people. The Stone Cold Steve Hoffman is not here this week. No.

SPEAKER_07

But our thoughts and minds go out to him and his uh wife Brenda. And um, yeah, we hope everything uh continues to go well. He is going to have conversations with the Haw this week. Um, it's gonna be a fantastic interview. Um, but yeah, our thoughts and prayers go out to all of them.

SPEAKER_06

Yes, 100%. But we are here with the Lurch of Liberty, aka Dark Webb Marin. Absolutely. We have Mafia Mike. Hello. We have Astral Projection Atherton. Oh wow, we got a lot of things. AKA Third Eye Atherton. That's right. AKA the Karma Capitalist. And we have a very special guest that we met through our our libertarian Chewbacca friend Ethan.

SPEAKER_05

We have recommended highly recommended.

SPEAKER_06

Geez, let's see. Alien mixed in. Alien Sasquatch. We have the winner of hide and seek. Our conspiracy friend Bill from Massachusetts. How do you say your last name?

SPEAKER_03

Uh Sevier. Sevier? Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_06

And where are you from again from Massachusetts? Near Boston?

SPEAKER_03

Uh, the North Shore of Boston. Yes, August Melrose, Lynn Linfields, Wuburn. Yeah, nice. That whole area.

SPEAKER_07

I was joking that I was uh you know texting with him last night, threatening his family if he didn't come here.

SPEAKER_04

And he didn't call me, so it wasn't too bad. We have to convince them. Oh, and I I probably do from site uh because I've been to Boston, New York, I've been all over the place. He's done delivery. I'm usually the referee between the two. I'm the peacemaker between the families over there.

SPEAKER_07

I do want to uh also mention we're gonna have our sponsor of today's show, Rebel Rabbit. Uh, and we're gonna have uh Michael calling, or well, we're gonna call out to him uh today, Michael Costello uh from Rebel Rabbit, and he is gonna talk about his wonderful drinks made here in South Kakalaki.

SPEAKER_06

So we met him at Robbie Bernstein's uh comedy show. Yeah, exactly. And we met our we met our friend Bill, our new Ori County libertarian friend Bill. Yep and uh Rebel Rabbit guy. Yep.

SPEAKER_03

But we do need meeting Robbie the Fire Bernstein. That was cool. Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, they bring the fire, he brought the rain.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, it rained down the whole time. He said this is the weirdest porch tour thing I've ever done.

SPEAKER_05

The rain was good. The drunk ladies, not so good. They were a little hostile on the hostile side, but we recovered.

SPEAKER_07

Oh, that's true.

SPEAKER_05

They kept putting their fight, and I was we were there to wrestle. Well, the one kept putting her hand down in the nose.

SPEAKER_06

Oh, you didn't hear that.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, and offering her finger in people's noses.

SPEAKER_06

She put her hand her pants and finger herself and started like, What's going on?

SPEAKER_04

The dancers following you guys? No, yeah, you would think this was in the strip club.

SPEAKER_06

This was way worse.

SPEAKER_07

The dancers are a little bit more classy than these girls were, yeah.

SPEAKER_05

I say that that lady was a rolling thunder of victimhood. Oh, yeah. She was classic southern woman. She was anti-war. She was anti-war. And then there was this one little one I couldn't figure out because she would come over and go, I'm looking at be like, what are you what are you trying to do?

SPEAKER_02

Speaking back to me, she's like, I'm a foreigner.

SPEAKER_05

I'm and then I said to her, I was like, Are you from Wisconsin? I am Russian. Which she was not. I have no idea what was going on with her there. And then she mumbled garbage again, and we all looked at each other like, what? And then she rolled away. I'm like, this is the weirdest.

SPEAKER_03

See, Bernstein did bring the fire. And inside gun, Russian. What?

SPEAKER_07

No wonder they're losing the Ukrainians.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah. That was a mess. The one bigger drunk lady was like screaming at Bill. Then she went in your face.

SPEAKER_05

Oh, yeah. She wanted me to be admit I'm a victim. And I'm like, I'm not.

SPEAKER_07

Well, she tried taking me into a back alley.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

I know, yeah. She wanted to put something up my butt. She kept bouncing her butt into me when she was screaming at dinner.

SPEAKER_05

Pretty much. Murals Inlet is just, there's some weirdness down there. There really is. I go to any more time, but I never have any issues. There's some weirdness. We Derek, Derek and I went to dinner, and Derek was like, I don't want to wait here. I I am done. And I'm not going to mention names of where we're in. He's like, I'm just not going to do it. We're not going to be here.

SPEAKER_04

You're just a magnet for these women. What's up with that?

SPEAKER_05

I said, okay, Derek, we'll go across the street to the barb, pub, brewery, whatever that is over there. And we went over there, and they're all in mourning because their server got shot and died. That's how the night began. And then it just went further downhill with the crazy drummer. So the tip was left behind. Man, I don't know. What the hell? There's some cloud over Merrill's Inlet. Yeah, Murrell's Inlet. See, Merle's Inlet, it's like Latin America down there tonight. Be careful. Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

I'm going to see Jeb Mac, so that'll be fun. Oh, awesome. Who's Jeb Mac? You don't know who Jeb Mack is? And you live here in South Carolina?

SPEAKER_03

Jeb's the most person in South Carolina. Oh, okay. Jebediah.

SPEAKER_04

How can you not know? Living under a rock? Get out of the classic.

SPEAKER_06

Is Jeb short for uh Jebediah? Is it a South Carolina indigenous thing? Probably.

SPEAKER_05

Is he some sort of golfer or something?

SPEAKER_04

Like what? No, he's a band.

SPEAKER_05

Uh oh. Is this uh uh what what kind of music?

SPEAKER_04

He plays everything. He could play rap, he could play country, he could play rock. He does it all. Classical? Classical emotional. I don't know about classical. He's a little bit Gregorian chanting for classical.

SPEAKER_05

This sounds right up your alley.

SPEAKER_06

You will zoom like back on your home. Here's the thing you get mansions and ten million dollar beach homes, and then you just get crazy bar people. Crazy bar people.

SPEAKER_07

I also want to mention Happy Birthday USA 250. Oh uh yeah, oh Mafia Mike's got a big thing.

SPEAKER_05

I got my shirt off today or tomorrow. I can't keep it up.

SPEAKER_07

Uh tomorrow's the July 4th, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

And U.S. is gonna kick ass on Monday. Yeah. Beat the shit out of Belgium.

SPEAKER_07

Okay, by the time people hear this on Thursday, we'll know if Mafia Mike knew what he's talking about.

SPEAKER_05

Are you laying some money down on that? Or in Collage Halshi, you're on there?

SPEAKER_04

I I lay money on that one. Yeah, I think U.S. can take them. Hey, I just realized even though they lost their best goal scorer. Gave it through him on the game for a bullshit.

SPEAKER_06

We got the stereotyping.

SPEAKER_07

But the uh let's see, a German uh Bill Reeside just put out a uh a post. I didn't know he was a player and a um uh referee for for soccer. Who is this? Bill Reeside. He is going for South Carolina um federal house district one, Nancy Mace's space space. He's the uh what we call the energy candidate, he's the nuclear scientist. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Oh wow and and so uh yeah, and he's running against a bunch of idiots, so it's gonna be very difficult to get him elected.

SPEAKER_06

Well, and he's is it good on policies? Oh, he's awesome. Oh, he's good. Yeah, he's has a six-figure campaign, and he only has to get just north of a hundred thousand votes to win a plurality.

SPEAKER_05

I hope that would be great. Wow, that would be the first libertarian ever. He's awesome. He's got it, he's got it together. Speaking wise, he has it together. He he's on target.

SPEAKER_06

Oh, I met him at a McAllister's delegate.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, we need governor to freaking people they got running.

SPEAKER_06

Oh, it's horrible. Well, one thing about it that I will say about Bill Strategy, I'm why he picked that, is when you run for governor of the Senate or something, sometimes you need north of 800,000 or a million votes. You win run for one of the districts, you need a hundred thousand to win a plurality, and with liberal.

SPEAKER_04

So he's stopping his way up the ladder.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, he he's the closest most likely who could actually win out of all the candidates.

SPEAKER_07

And this episode's gonna have more links in our description than ever before because we're gonna have you know resideforcongress.com and and uh links for Zoom, and we're gonna have links for, of course, Rebel Rabbit. And uh and uh the Inlet Dispensary.

SPEAKER_06

So yeah, Inlet Dispensary, which do they still do Yokaratum out of there?

SPEAKER_07

I believe they still do, and uh they uh they're also running a special. If they if anybody goes down and gets a Rebel Rabbit uh product, they get a free microphone monkeys button with their purchase.

SPEAKER_06

Very cool.

SPEAKER_07

So yeah, so our listeners know to go down and get your little bit of liquid relaxation. We've been making connections over the and then wear a proud button to go along with it.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, see what Robbie Bernstein leads to THC drinks and angry drunk women uh assaulting us. That's called life adventures and microphone monkeys. That's why he's the fire. Going outside. Right. Well, into our first story today, a Chinese company unveils the world's first full-size mass-produced ultra-bionic humanoid robot. Yeah. Oh man. So its first instructions were do not pair with Will. I think program.

SPEAKER_03

That's right. Is it for adulterated uses?

SPEAKER_06

I don't know. They didn't go into specifics on that. We had other earlier skin-covered robots where, you know, I don't think Will ever got his for backwards.

SPEAKER_05

We've had these for a while. What's different about this?

SPEAKER_06

What's different about this is these are the most advanced.

SPEAKER_05

Oh, these are buzzwords.

SPEAKER_06

It's the most advanced. Well, let me show you.

SPEAKER_07

So but do they have um like uh rat crotch pot panties?

SPEAKER_06

Like I don't know if they have the rat crotch panties or the uh it's the most advanced. It's the most advanced, let me tell you why. Yeah, these Chinese companies spearheading this stuff. Yeah, so China's been at the forefront of the humanoid robot revolution for a long time, but now the Chinese company, this Chinese company, is ready to take the industry to a whole new level by announcing plans to mass produce ultra-realistic humanoid robots that not only look human but are also uh featured by advanced AI technology that allows them to interact with people in a dynamic way. Uh U-world, U1 androids, male and female, are 183 and 169 centimeters tall, respectively, and weigh about as half as much as their average human counterparts.

SPEAKER_04

We're just adding more Chinese people to the planet. I'm American, I don't know how that is.

SPEAKER_06

Happy birthday. Well, here's the thing apart from biometric skin that looks and feels real, Ub Tech's robots also feature a dual-pivot biomimetric cervical spine that enables them to reproduce up to 90% of fundamental human movements. Movements, movements and they're integrated with the brand new large language model to verbally interact with humans.

SPEAKER_03

Are they connected to a server or do they have them in and this Wi-Fi?

SPEAKER_05

Plugging into the wall. All right, so I guarantee you they're using that swarm behavior. Okay, so they're all interconnected to a farm, a data farm somewhere, and then they're sharing that data between each other, so they're learning from each other and their environment. The China's just like the Tesla cars do.

SPEAKER_06

Machine learning, literally.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, they're sharing that data pool. Yeah, this is cool.

SPEAKER_04

Those are like data centers. Is it kind of like connected to a data center?

SPEAKER_05

Think about the data center or server farm as being a hub of knowledge, and then thinking of think about them as nodes, as separate units that share that information from the data center between each other. So if one navigates this environment, it learns the environment and it shares that data with the whole. So it's almost like a shared consciousness. I know the material.

SPEAKER_06

Well, check this out. The U1 series is designed to support a wide range of consumer and commercial applications, including daily companionship. Um that's where Will comes in with the uh damn you find the woman. Emotional support, lifestyle enhancement, and social assistance, such as reception and hospitality services, elder care, psychological support, tourism and exhibitions. Exhibitionism, research and education, public exhibitionism, and premium domestic service applications.

SPEAKER_03

So they're pretty dangerous technology. A lot of young people are already struggling to find people their age to you know peer with and all that. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

These young people are glued to the phones.

SPEAKER_03

Exactly.

SPEAKER_04

I can't get out of the phone to talk to someone.

SPEAKER_05

But now the introverts can practice it long and talk to them.

SPEAKER_03

So the introverts can just fall in love with the robot and they'll never procreate. Maybe they'll have in a half and human hybrids.

SPEAKER_05

The AI that filled that void, and then the robots are next. And you're absolutely right. I mean, they're not interacting with each other, and it's less now, I think, about social media interaction.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

That's a little bit of it, the TikTok thing. But conversational AI is really, really huge. I mean, it's huge. I watch my kids do it, they have full conversations about what they need to accomplish and do with the bot as if it's a real person.

SPEAKER_03

And people need pushback to grow. You know, if you have a robot just being a yes man for you, how are you gonna actually improve yourself mentally? Oh, yeah. Yeah, if it's too agreeable, you're uh whoa.

SPEAKER_06

No, that was a laser beam, I think. Where'd that come from?

SPEAKER_07

That was uh probably I hit something on the board.

SPEAKER_06

Um there's a shark with a laser beam.

SPEAKER_07

I wonder if I can do that again. Shock.

SPEAKER_05

We'll see. How much is this thing? And uh is it allowed in America?

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, that's it. I don't know about that part. It starts at $10,000 and goes up to $145,000, depending on the model you get.

SPEAKER_05

The model. I bet the skin, the way they change the appearance probably adds to that.

SPEAKER_06

That was the main pitch to Will. Soft plump skin.

SPEAKER_03

I understand the price point. That's actually cheap, cheaper than what I thought it would be. Yeah, but that's probably for the base model. It won't do as much emotional transport.

SPEAKER_05

You know, well, I mean, Musk is targeting 20k release for Optimus Prime, right? Like that's what he's targeting.

SPEAKER_03

I mean, even just for a house robot to do the laundry for you, I feel like 10 grand's worth it, you know? Yeah, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Vacuum the house, do all the housework.

SPEAKER_06

Oh, yeah, the laundry.

SPEAKER_04

Keep the house clean.

SPEAKER_06

Well, Darren has has discovered some of that in San Francisco. They're trying to corporate.

SPEAKER_05

There's a service, and we need to look up who they are, but it's an Uber style service where they provide the robots that do the cleaning, and it's platform agnostic. So whenever advances happen, they just either update the software or use a different robot and they come in and I think they were fifty dollars to clean versus San Francisco's expensive versus like a hundred and fifty. So you just subscribe to their service, the robots come and they clean your apartment or your or your house, and you pay a flat fee.

SPEAKER_07

And it's an additional twenty dollars if they do it topless.

SPEAKER_05

Uh I don't think they're promoting. I think that's coming down the road, they'll be proportional. But I mean that shows you the market here. And it's gonna we we we already know the impact from AI and other things that are well, we kind of know how it's gonna hit industry, but this is gonna hit clean the cleaning industry hard for those of us who make a living in that. And in this area, there's quite a few people. Yeah, my mom is a huge vacation rental cleaner. Yeah, that are vacation rental cleaning and cleaning. So how accurate they're gonna be, it's still hard to tell. Things like toilets are hard to do.

SPEAKER_04

Well, I know what my new investment is now. Cleaning robots.

SPEAKER_05

It's early to the game. I'm excited because you know I live with avian species. Ah, yeah. And I really want to see the reaction to the humanoid robot in the environment. Probably be trying to hold a eyeball how that'll go.

SPEAKER_07

And when you say avian species, he's being literal. It's not a euphemism. So yeah.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, I want to see. He has a wild bird that has to be caged because of how violent he can potentially be. He can potentially be, yeah.

SPEAKER_07

So attack raptor.

SPEAKER_06

He does have a modern raptor.

SPEAKER_05

I want to see how he reacts to the robot and vice versa.

SPEAKER_06

It's probably gonna be war, I'm guessing. Sense danger. Danger, Will Robinson, danger, yeah. Probably more danger to humans. Uh second story today, though, because I know we have to lead to our THC guest. Yep. Nearly 100 monkeys escape enclosure in Thailand.

SPEAKER_07

That's trying to get here to get on the monkey barrel.

SPEAKER_06

On the monkey barrel. I don't know if this is more of a coup or a uh escape or what happened here. Officials in Thailand City said authorities are scrambling to capture nearly 100 monkeys that broke out of their enclosure. Officials confirmed monkeys escaped Tuesday morning from the Lopbury Municipality Animal Nursery in Focanton Subdistrict. Muang Lopbury District, uh, while staff managed to keep more than 1,000 other primates from following their leads.

SPEAKER_05

So I guess this is like a stampede. This breeding center for research.

SPEAKER_07

They're FIFA um uh yeah fans, and they want to they want to watch the matches.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, wanna go uh check these robots out?

SPEAKER_05

I think they're diverting the reality here. This is a breeding center for research monkeys, is what it sounds like. Like that many monkeys.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, they weren't chimps, were they? That'd be terrifying.

SPEAKER_07

I don't you know what they're probably Rhesus monkeys or something.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, probably, yeah. Uh it says the Lopery Mayor, Sham Rowan Sala Sheep, ordered local police and other agencies to round up the monkeys before they could cause danger to the community. The municipality, which is famous for its annual monkey buffet festival.

SPEAKER_02

Oh, that's wonderful.

SPEAKER_04

You know, I have people there with little hammers beating their brain in with faces of death.

SPEAKER_05

Monkey buffet outs, and that's the theme, or they eat the monkeys. It says monkey buffet festival.

SPEAKER_06

Buffet? I mean, that might be different in Thailand. I have a feeling probably not.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, they're not they're not putting a buffet out for the monkeys.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, I don't know if you're not going to be able to be putting out a buffet out for the monkey.

SPEAKER_05

The annual theme, we're having our annual monkey buffet, but they don't eat the monkeys, it's a themed thing. But this is that sounds very American.

SPEAKER_06

I don't think in Thailand they think like that. They do things a little more uh when they're not busy slashing dolphins up, they uh have a monkey buffet. That's what it's it's a friendly group. It says the monkey buffet festival was formerly home to a large number of free roaming long-tailed uh Macots? M-A-C-A-Q-U-E-S. What kind of primate is that? Pretty big, aren't they? It's a bird, but uh, it's been forwarded to voice macro.

SPEAKER_04

That's a pretty big one.

SPEAKER_07

Oh. Hey, Michael, how are you doing?

SPEAKER_00

Living that dream, how about yourself?

SPEAKER_07

You are with the microphone monkeys, and we are proud to have you uh on our show with Rebel Rabbit. Uh you are on the road. You're the road warrior for um I am indeed. Rebel Rabbit.

SPEAKER_00

And we got to I'm on 40 in Raleigh right now.

SPEAKER_07

Uh-huh. Yeah. We have to keep we have to c capture you as you're in movement. Um but start good luck too.

SPEAKER_02

I move pretty quick.

SPEAKER_07

Uh well, we we start off the show by telling people about um our little promotion that we have. Uh, with every Rebel Rabbit uh purchase at the Inlet dispensary, uh, they get a free microphone monkeys button. So we're really trying to get people out there to get the relaxing uh beverages from Rebel Rabbit. Can you tell us some things about your wine and what makes it uh unique and so delicious?

SPEAKER_00

Um give a crap. That helps.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

I mean, uh I don't know what to tell you. A lot of these other places, a lot of people out there, they're in it for the money. I understand it's a huge money crap. Yeah. Uh but I mean our company was started with the mindset of our founder Pierce and Billy, where it was during COVID. They were tired of waking up with a hangover every day and they knew that there's got to be a better option. Yeah. But they also wanted something that could taste good. It's one thing to have a better option and suffer through it. It's another thing to have something that just taste it. So all of our drinks have been practiced with that in mind. First thing being the taste. We want to make sure that everyone enjoys it. We try to pick flavors that are not necessarily neutral, but I mean all the bases. Obviously, this is what we're looking at as an alcohol replacement. The first round of drinks that we came out with were citrusy based, grapefruit, mandarge, lemonade, pretty much stable drinks that you can mix any type of liquor with, and still have a cocktail. Well, you take the liquor out and you see it and still have a cocktail. Well I think once we kind of got into that, um we realized that we were kind of onto something, and uh we just kind of started going after the uh cigar bottle. Yeah from uh flavors every bit of five months to figure it out. Um in that five months we had about 20 to 30 iterations of that flavor. Um just really wasn't finalized until we got to the one bottle. Yeah. It was one of those ones where there was eight of us sitting around a table, and we probably had about two or three different tasters at this point. So we were pretty feeling pretty good, and all of us stopped collectively or looked at each other like, oh my god, what is the bottle right now?

SPEAKER_07

Well, you have an exclusive taste that's down there at the inlet. It is uh the the rocket pop. Um that is correct.

SPEAKER_00

It is that came out that came out of left field, too. I don't even gonna lie to you.

SPEAKER_07

Oh, it's just just in time for July 4th and for our celebrating our 250th. It does literally taste like a melted rocket pop.

SPEAKER_06

Rocket pop, yeah.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, it's it's absolutely delicious. So I want our listeners to go down there and get a four-pack, and it is affordable. It is absolutely affordable.

SPEAKER_06

And this is a Merle's Inlet at the Inlet dispensary in South Carolina. Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

That is correct. Right now, I mean, I've I'm sure there's a few places up in the Greenville area uh that we've gotten uh the rocket pop into, but uh Merles Inlet in South Carolina is one of the only places right now in South Carolina we've got that.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, it's and they're they're stocked up with it. And I have to say, I've had uh a lot of other um the guys can even turn around and see some of the cans I have on the uh on the shelf. I've had other THC drinks, and the one thing about the other ones is they always have that earthy, grassy taste that comes, you know, um with lets you know it's in there. Yeah. And and but yours does not have that. It just has the what I want to say, the euphoria, along with good taste.

SPEAKER_00

And um, I mean that's a there's a lot to be said about that. I mean that the the THC emulsion as a whole, whether it's the one that we use or anybody else uses, is such an extremely bitter taste.

SPEAKER_07

You're right.

SPEAKER_00

Uh I mean I I tried it one time just because I was like, I gotta see how bad this really is. I thought I had bitter beer face for like three weeks. I was like, I was like, I can still like six hours later, I'll still taste it, eh?

SPEAKER_06

It is interesting, this the idea of this as an alcohol replacement. Well, Darren Yeah, without the hangover.

SPEAKER_07

Darren had a uh our our Zen master here had a suggestion for you.

SPEAKER_05

Well, I mean, I I definitely enjoy cannabis. I'm kind of like a lifelong pursuant of cannabis. And lately I target more like the CBG and CBD isolate alone. So I blend that with other things, and I'm interested in adaptogens and in pathogens. So avoiding the more psychedelic side of things, there's a succulent uh called Kana from South Africa that blends really well with with CBG, and it blends really well with non-psychedelic mushrooms. And I I'm looking at this as a as a potential because we just, you know, and this is a two-pronged thing, we just don't know what's gonna happen with the legality of things. South Carolina's been indecisive. Um and it's very frustrating for anybody who enjoys any of these substances, um or sells them, or sells them, and yeah, or the families that own the little mom and pop shops. We just don't know where that's gonna turn. But I think Kana pairs really well with like a CBG, and it could blend really well with different types of mushrooms to make a drink like what you guys are doing that will bypass all of these laws. Obviously, not as strong, okay, and a different feeling and a different experience, but Kana's social nature is really good for a restaurant and bar situation.

SPEAKER_07

But you know, but what you do have in your lineup is so fantastic. I hope you guys absolutely blow up. But not only that, you uh yourself as a representative are fantastic. You have a sense of humor. Oh, yeah. Um, you are generous, you explain your product, you give people small sample tastes wherever you go. And um yeah, and it it's great.

SPEAKER_00

Um, and is there a website as much as uh yeah, absolutely. Our website's uh super easy. It's drink rebel rabbit.com.

SPEAKER_07

There you go. And that will be in our uh note section for our listeners.

SPEAKER_00

Uh but then you also got, I mean, uh speaking to your your Canada side of things, so we kind of uh we have an adaptagens line that we sell through our website. Yeah so we we we have experience in the non-CHC style drinks, um, and I think that's something that we have in the pipeline ready to go if we do, we are forced to pivot uh because of legislation. Um we also have looked at uh just non-alcoholic drinks in general. Uh we feel like we've gotten pretty good at putting together some flavors that actually make sense. Yeah. Make people want to enjoy them. Yeah. Um, so I mean, if we if if we are forced to make that pivot, I think that we are uh we're in a position that we can do that. Uh we have our own facility, we make all our own product. That is good, that's great news. You can't see other people's product as well.

SPEAKER_07

You can't see it, but Darren's face just lit up when you said that.

SPEAKER_05

I mean, I I I I feel for your industry, you know. I lived in Oakland, California, which was the first municipality to decriminalize marijuana, right? And it was a big, a big forefront of the industry. Um, and and it's sad seeing what's happening right now and seeing all these small businesses that are going to be impacted by this. And obviously, this is kind of a libertarian-leaning show, and it's like we see these conservatives and how blind they are to this and how beneficial these products are for people who are suffering from all different types of pain, both mental and physically. And it's it's terrible to see what's happening. So we want to see success for you.

SPEAKER_00

I think it's twofold. I mean, you've got the uh you've got the health and wellness side of it that is gonna be completely obliterated by this, but then you've also got um, you know, just the ability for people to not have all the issues that they get from alcohol. I mean, if you think about the amount of people that I've talked to who have completely changed their lives, I mean, myself included. I mean, I used to be a beer salesman. I drank beer three or four beers a day, every day minimum.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Um, I I mean, if I have two beers in a week now, that's a lot. Yeah. Um and it's and it's I mean, I've I've lost almost 20 pounds. I swear on my life, I've changed nothing. I eat trash, I'm on the road all day long, but I was just cutting out alcohol. Like water, that's the problem all along. Well, Mike, I mean, I still eat McDonald's breakfast almost every day.

SPEAKER_07

Well, Mike, what next time you're in the uh on the Grand Strand, look us up. We've got to get you in studio. You're hilarious. You you probably have great insights on some of our more topical things like sex robots and uh AI technology. Escape monkeys. You yeah.

SPEAKER_02

And I've got I've got questions, that's all I'm saying.

SPEAKER_07

There you go. We we you would fit in well in the monkey barrel with uh microphone monkeys. So I want to thank you so much for taking the time to be with us. I want to encourage everybody to get your bottle, your can, your favorite flavor from Rebel Rabbit. Uh, thanks again, Mike. I know you got to get on the road and stuff, but thank you for taking the time to talk with us today.

SPEAKER_00

No problem. I'm getting ready to walk into it tasting right now.

SPEAKER_07

All right. Take care, brother. Bye-bye.

SPEAKER_00

Thank you guys. Bye.

SPEAKER_06

Oh, that was awesome. Yeah. Uh, it's interesting talking about the indecision Bill just sent me, I guess in Massachusetts. They're putting on the bell to pre-bann. What I just saw was they have already banned hemp-related products. This is an interesting trend.

SPEAKER_05

They have to, because that farm bill leaves an avenue for non-taxation and non-regulatory.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, which I thought was it.

SPEAKER_05

That's what, but there's two industries really, and that's the the legal industry. I don't know Massachusetts well, but the legal industry there has to be taxed and they have to follow regulatory. The hemp industry avoids a lot of the tax in the regulatory. So they're at war with each other, even though it's the same product. But the farm bill, the federal farm bill, created this situation.

SPEAKER_04

Is the alcohol industry trying to fight back big time?

SPEAKER_05

And the alcohol industry is losing so much in sales.

SPEAKER_04

And who and who's who's funding the alcohol industry? The politicians.

SPEAKER_06

Well, check this out. Ken Chimer was mentioning Mitch McConnell removed the Farm Bill exemption because of the alcohol industry.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah.

SPEAKER_06

They're the ones who gave them like a big thing.

SPEAKER_05

They're driving the whole thing. They're driving the whole thing. And that's why you see in South Carolina, where we happen to live, beautiful place, the alcohol industry is driving this decision to only make it canned product and maybe gummies. And they're taking it out of the and the reason why it's getting out of the bars and the restaurants, I'll just call them moralists. The moralists on the Republican side, you know, they don't want that in the public's eye. They don't want it.

SPEAKER_06

And the money backing it is the alcohol industry for their profit.

SPEAKER_04

But I can I can recall back in the day, I smoke pot and drank. When you drink, you're you can't drive, you you're disillusioned. And you smoke pot, I find your your senses are more enticed and more you're more focused. So you can drive a car with no problem.

SPEAKER_05

But you question more. I mean, just looking at our adventure over the weekend last weekend, we were trying to communicate with people who were under the influence of alcohol, and it was almost impossible to have any form of communication with them. And it went from completely confused to I'm angry and I want to hurt somebody. That's the difference between them. And we were all kind of like, whoa, stand back. This is that lady can't talk. That lady might be.

SPEAKER_06

That is a really interesting point because alcohol fueling that, she was aggressively coming at the whole group one by one.

SPEAKER_05

And then you had the other one who was on the other side of the spectrum that was completely confused about everything. She couldn't.

SPEAKER_06

And then she got aggressive with Will, the little one.

SPEAKER_05

Oh, she got aggressive. Oh, so she covered the spectrum.

SPEAKER_04

She just wanted to climb Will.

SPEAKER_05

But anyway, like an oak tree. We're close to close to legalization with cannabis. It's almost hitting that threshold. And it's how it's going to be legalized.

SPEAKER_04

Is it just because of the taxation? Is the It's a lot of things.

SPEAKER_05

It's a lot of things. If you the alcohol industry is huge. If it can't control the channel, it's going to fight hard to control what it can. It can control beverages because it's got distribution. So it wants to see cannabis as a beverage. It doesn't want to see it ingestible and smoked. And this is once that farm bill changes, the cannabis industry is going to come closer together.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

And it's going to start having a power base financially to get the lobbyists to get that stuff going. And so we're going to see that market change. But here's the weird one. Because of the farm bill, because of the illegality, we got things like CBG. We got things like CBN. We got things like CBG.

SPEAKER_07

And CNN.

SPEAKER_05

Well, CNN. Well, that's interesting. You mentioned that in Massachusetts. These are all things that are beneficial without the high. They banned CBD.

SPEAKER_06

CBD in drinks, beverages, I don't know what's going on in math. But that's interesting because in New York, when I was there last year, there's weed shops everywhere, but they also have a total crackdown on hemp and uh CBD and everything.

SPEAKER_05

Because of that division. One group has to pay all the all the legality and the taxes and have all the guidelines. The other one doesn't pay.

SPEAKER_06

And if both were legal, the whole industry would go into hemp, I'm guessing. Well, no, because they would be cheaper.

SPEAKER_05

Hemp's the term for them to bypass the law and the farm bill. That's how they get through it. And they weigh the THC differently in hemp, which forced the plant, which is malleable, changeable, kind of like coffee is, to create all these strains that have different benefits, which we may not have ever gotten because of market dynamics. Yeah. Okay. Yeah, nature's medicine. But if it were legal, everybody would be going, Oh, I want the high THC, high THC. All these other things with all the benefits. We may never have gotten too much of it. That's interesting. So not only this has been cool.

SPEAKER_03

Not only that, hepta can be used to make hempcrete and all sorts of different building materials, papers. Oh, my wife uses the cream.

SPEAKER_04

My wife uses the cream on her legs. She has pain.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

And it takes the pain away. It does. So it's a benefit.

SPEAKER_05

Hempana.

SPEAKER_07

I use that same stuff.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, that's what she uses. In a white jar with the green ladder. That's it.

SPEAKER_05

Both C uh C B D and C BG are really good for skin. CBG, especially in their the pharmacy industry, is working with analogs of it for really bad acne. Okay, because it's wiping out the acne.

SPEAKER_04

There's a lot of benefits. There's huge.

SPEAKER_06

Well, Steve Hoffman has the Hoffman cocktail of melatonin and C B D C B D. And I started using that and it knocks me out. And my sleeping's always bad because I'm on caffeine and nicotine all day.

SPEAKER_07

Aren't you feeling better when you wake up? Yeah. Instead of that grogginess you get when you have sleep sleeping pills and stuff. There you go.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah. It's very, it's very useful. It will be legalized. The states that don't are going to have a revenue problem, and they're going to have a problem of importation with the neighborhood states, like neighboring states. Like, look what's going to happen in Virginia. It's going to be sold over the counter in Virginia and it's going to creep right across the fridge.

SPEAKER_04

Well, I know Tennessee, they have a lot of hemp shops. Tennessee.

SPEAKER_05

Tennessee grows. Tennessee, by the way, outdoor hemp grown in Tennessee, if you enjoy CBD flour, it like is really some of the best I've ever experienced in my life, flavor-wise. And like you talk about cigars, how the flavor, how that feeling is in your mouth.

SPEAKER_07

Absolutely.

SPEAKER_05

That outdoor-grown and indoor-grown hemp coming out of Tennessee, and I'm not talking a high, I'm talking about pain relief, mental relief, and taste and flavor. Oh my God. And this this current iteration of the farm bill is going to kill that market. It will be gone. You will not be able to get hemp flour anymore, even though it's not even getting you high. They there's so many ways to modify it that break the law that they're just shutting the whole thing down.

SPEAKER_07

I just had a uh and I had a little bit of it last night, this hemp flour that uh they called um oh, they call it uh Girl Scout cookie, but I think it's more like sugar cookie. It literally tastes, I could taste uh a sweet cookie.

SPEAKER_05

That's a California strain, and it is and they have a trademark on Girl Scout cookies, believe it or not. I believe it. It's it's bred to be it's bred to be sweet. Yeah. It's a high THC content, and it has a unique little flavor twist.

SPEAKER_07

No, this doesn't have any THC because I'm in South Carolina.

SPEAKER_02

Anyway, I gotta watch I gotta watch out buying Girl Scout cookies from the girls now.

SPEAKER_06

One interesting thing I will say, we were talking about this at the Georgetown meeting the other day. Right. We got into a little bit of a debate with one of the uh visitors of the meeting. Yeah. Uh when prohibition was pushed with the 18th Amendment, what finally ended it was over half the states had nullified it. And they finally, after over half the states had passed the 21st Amendment repealing prohibition, when you get the taste of freedom in these different states, which you're seeing with sports betting and online sports betting and uh THC hemp industry, it's starting to go into the South, like Tennessee and Florida and Virginia and that sort of thing.

SPEAKER_07

And and the psychedelic industry.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah. Well, and the uh Rebel Rabbit guy was saying they're probably the way the winds are blowing right now, they're probably gonna do a Hail Mary at the end before they repeal the hemp exemption and and not actually do it. Right. It's possible.

SPEAKER_03

But let's not forget that was after the uh federal government contaminated the illegal supply with methanol, poisoning a lot of people and killing a lot of people. That is true.

SPEAKER_07

And that is what drove most of those states to do nullification. I I was thinking about that.

SPEAKER_06

Because they were killing them. Yeah, that's interesting. Yeah, so I didn't know that. The the conspiracy bill came in.

SPEAKER_04

Hey, the government's the biggest legal drug pushers there are.

SPEAKER_06

Well, that's the macro theory. Well, then well, they'll uh never legalize drugs just because the CIA makes so much money across different countries.

SPEAKER_05

So, I mean, we shared an article and it's not on our list, but shared an article earlier in the week regarding the governor of New Mexico going for reparations because she feels the federal government was tainting their state with fentanyl. Yeah, okay, and she's fighting them. Now, we don't know the full story on this, and the stories that are out there are vague, but she's leading to kind of how the cocaine thing was in the 1980s, where the government was caught bringing in cocaine into the inner com inner city communities.

SPEAKER_04

That was George Bush. He was pushing it off his is oil.

SPEAKER_05

Currently, currently she believes that the I was it the FBI. She she was stating that she thinks the FBI is causing fentanyl to run rapid in her state, and she's got high death rates because of fentanyl in New Mexico. So she's going after them, whether or not she lives, or I didn't say that, did I?

SPEAKER_03

And they say it's all to uh build a case against the fentanyl traffickers at the cost of American lives. Yeah. Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_06

Well, I know uh speaking of New Mexico, bordering New Mexico, king of transitions, while we have 20 minutes left in the chat.

SPEAKER_07

Transitioning again. Looking fabulous.

SPEAKER_06

Mexican Mexican mayor accused of staging her own kidnapping to cover up embezzlement scheme. Oh yeah. Nancy Napolez, the mayor of Tenancingo. I'm don't speak Spanish. I I think we just roll with it with these different languages. The Mandarin.

SPEAKER_07

I thought I thought I was there in old Mexico when we were talking.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah. El Mexicano in the state of Mexico is accused of faking her kidnapping to justify millions of pesos missing from the municipal treasury. That's great. I thought I just they busted her.

SPEAKER_05

She caught.

SPEAKER_06

On May 31st, Nancy Napolez and her sister were the victims of a kidnapping right in front of the mayor's house. Three armed men forced Napolez into their vehicle right as she was walking towards her house. Luckily, eyewitnesses quickly alerted the police, and the patrols carted to started us scouting the area. She was quickly found on a deserted road after she asked passerbys to call her husband, but this was not the end of the story. Rather, it was the beginning of a nationwide scandal of a fake kidnapping. Mexican investigators spent the last three months searching for the three kidnappers and trying to figure out how they pulled off the daring plan. After questioning the victim, her family, and the kidnappers, who were eventually captured by police, investigators started noticing a number of inconsistencies. Napolez herself told police the kidnappers threatened to kill her if they didn't cooperate. She claimed they asked her to pay 40 million pesos in exchange for her freedom and advised her to take it from the city council's resources.

SPEAKER_04

And Justy Smolette was one of the uh kidnapped equal to a hundred bucks. It's about two million.

SPEAKER_07

And the only reason you can read it all that fast is because you've got Red Bull and nicotine bills in front of you.

SPEAKER_06

See, the juicy smollier. Yeah. If you've seen the Chevellebit.

SPEAKER_07

As they were yelling, this is MAGA country.

SPEAKER_05

What did she do with all this money?

SPEAKER_06

Do we know the the plan to pay 40 million pesos, 2.3 million dollars from the municipal funds to cover up the embezzlement scheme, uh, was thwarted. So I guess they uh they were able to get the money back, and then they finally are convicting her of uh stealing. That was another theme in Georgetown the other day because we were talking about cartels and our drug gangs in the US, such as pagans and hell's angels, and Crips and Bloods and Whatever else, uh cartel people in the US, when you make it illegal, they can make so much profit and control. And now Mexico is like run by a cartel Mad Max gangland.

SPEAKER_05

The whole country, basically.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah. Which is an narco state. Yeah. And if you legalized it like they do in Portugal, then maybe we wouldn't have this uh orgy of death.

SPEAKER_05

But but this is, I guess, what the We'd have institutionalized orgy of death.

SPEAKER_04

It's like in the Netherlands, it's like in the Netherlands. It's legal there. Everything's legal. The only thing really is um pickpocketers against like foreigners coming into the country.

SPEAKER_07

But once upon a time, before all the Muslims moved moved there, now the crime is just off the charts.

SPEAKER_04

Because you're bringing in another element of people. Right.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

But before that, before all that, the crime was the only thing is that you if you were uh um what do you call it, someone that um people off uh drugs there. What do you think? Oh, like a rehab. Rehab, yeah, you were making lovely money.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, well, and that's the thing in Portugal. I was telling a story in the Georgetown thing. I I'm a property manager. I had a tenant with low-income housing who OD'd on heroin and fentanyl. In some of these, well, and he was a long time, whatever street guy. But if you have it where it's legal, you don't get these uh like what you're mentioning in New Mexico, where things are laced and it's popping up everywhere. People they're trying to put in weed and cocaine and fentanyl's popping up and all these different things that they mix it with, where you know you're not gonna get fentanyl hemp from a rebel rabbit.

SPEAKER_07

You don't have to raise your hand, you can just jump in.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, I'm all for small government, but we need to regulate, you know, legalize and regulate drugs because when you buy a drug, it's good to know that it's actually that drug and not lace with something that's gonna kill you.

SPEAKER_05

I would liability because if somebody's damaged by a product, they should be liable. They're not they shouldn't be protected. And that's a big problem with our legal system is they can destroy the environment that's impacting everybody around them and not be liable. They can sell tainted products and be bought off and not be liable.

SPEAKER_06

So it's liability Well, and you can't bring it up because it's illegal. If it was something where it was declined to be illegal by Portugal, yeah, and the exchange was that they're regulated and and they're tested, that would be 99% annihilating all the problems we have with allowance.

SPEAKER_07

Which gets me is the morality part of it. You can see it's more the morality is on the side of people that want deregulation, not on the side of people that want to regulate the heck out of this. Well, and when you're mentioning when we're talking about moralists, they're they're absolutely on the wrong side of the control it. Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

Well, they don't want you to have that experience for one, because that's stepping out of the control balance like they don't even.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, they're they're they're on the wrong side of morality.

SPEAKER_04

It's called opening your mind. Well, the government don't want your mind open. They want to control you like a robot.

SPEAKER_06

I I will say is one one final thing before we get to the next monkey silly story. Yeah. Uh the RAN Corporation and the Department of Justice had two huge studies on crime related to the drug war. And at least 80% of gun violence, gun homicides in the US are drug and gang related.

SPEAKER_07

Or mafia-micro related.

SPEAKER_06

Or that's the other 20%. But if you just ended the drug war, pressed a sci-fi button, and it just evaporated, we would have the same homicide rate as like Norway.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_06

All of the gun violence, I think the the left misinterprets this whole issue. It's like the huge elephant in the room. And it's even in line with maybe where they would be going anyway. But instead of attacking gun owners and gun rights, this orgy of death is from the drug war, just like with Prohibition.

SPEAKER_03

And to throw a jab at the alcohol industry, over 90% of domestic violence in the United States is committed under influence of alcohol.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, absolutely. Dominic uh car accidents and deaths too on the roads.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, which man, alcohol, I mean, the alcohol industry is almost talk about the moralists. Yeah, alcohol industry in South Carolina is almost subsidized. Well, it basically is. But then you can't have a CBD gummy. But you can buy it.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah. I'm kind of surprised. I mean, you would think that there, at least from a humor standpoint, like what's going on in Massachusetts, there'd be some community somewhere that's just sick of alcohol that's trying to ban it. Just to mess with people, just to go, you know what, you you want to play this game? We're gonna ban your freaking vodka on Tuesday. You know, you know what I mean? Feel a thing.

SPEAKER_07

I'm tired of somebody with a whiskey and uh one hand and a cigarette in the other telling me about gateway drug.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, boom.

SPEAKER_06

Didn't someone in Massachusetts ban smoking, like one city or something? Or that might have been Britain.

SPEAKER_03

They banned all flavored tobacco. Okay, yeah. I think it was one mare or something, and uh menthol cigarettes.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. Why flavored and menthol?

SPEAKER_03

Because uh adults don't have rights there, because of the children. Welcome to America.

SPEAKER_06

There's enjoyment. Yeah, we must stop it. Okay, so transitioning, talking from roaches to cockroaches. There's there's a uh transition. Scientists develop cockroach drive diving suits for the benefit of mankind. Supposedly. A team of Singapore researchers, it's always in China. Why did these keep coming up? But they're they're close enough. It's not all uh uprin anymore. A team of Singapore researchers has developed an innovative miniature diving suit that allows cockroaches to breathe underwater for up to three hours. What for? What yeah, what for the world is the cockroaches? Their one weakness is they can't swim. Great.

SPEAKER_07

Little bastards are invincible now.

SPEAKER_04

You finally found the weakness. Now I know how to kill them.

SPEAKER_06

Too much time on their hands. Professor Hirotaka Sato. That sounds Japanese.

SPEAKER_05

It is Japanese.

SPEAKER_06

Uh, and his team originally demonstrated that Madagascar hissing cockroaches. Oh no, that sounds like so much, but they're nasty. Have you seen a hissing cockroach? Yes, I've seen it face to face, yeah. See, in South Carolina, we'll fight with it. No.

SPEAKER_05

I've seen that in somewhere in Asia, I'm trying to remember. I mean, it's a horrible thing. It's a horrible coach. Is it huge? It's the size of a Pacific roach. It's a big guy. So I can put a saddle on them and ride them. Yeah, Palmetto is wimpy compared to these things. Seriously.

SPEAKER_04

Like a snake? How's it compared to the German roaches? I've not seen any German roaches. The German cockroaches.

SPEAKER_06

They're worse than Palmetto bugs. All right, now let's go on here. What the hell are they putting these in the water for? So they're taking these Madagascar hissing cockroaches that can be remotely controlled by installing see these Asians get in the lab and they start doing this shit.

SPEAKER_03

We do the same thing.

SPEAKER_06

Remotely controlled by installing electrodes on their sensory organs. Of course.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah.

SPEAKER_06

Do they have bombs? Not yet. That's where the uh uh Dutch uh Muslims come in. Yeah. But once they bring it over to Europe, this turned them into drones that could be used in a variety of scenarios, including scouring disaster zones for survivors. There was only one problem. The bugs didn't handle water well at all, which limited their usefulness in flooded areas. To overcome this, uh, the cockroach's natural limitation researchers started working on a 3D printed diving suit that could provide the wearer with breathable air for an extended period of time. Yeah. They came up with a resin diving suit that generates oxygen and supplies it to the cockroach's spiracles.

SPEAKER_07

You know, it would probably just save them a lot of money to just avoid the cockroach itself and just make a little tiny robotic drone. Yeah.

SPEAKER_06

Well, now we'll have the drones and the resin underwater uh cockroaches. Yeah. Uh the diving suit check this thing out.

SPEAKER_03

Sounds like Bill Gates is funding this place. Probably the resin uh diving suit on the cockroach.

SPEAKER_06

Cockroach condom. That does have an alien predator looking.

SPEAKER_05

This is like one step closer. Cyborg insects. One step closer. Start with the insects and then move your way up to the crows.

SPEAKER_06

This is gonna be on Skynet now. Yeah. But talking about animals, controversial dog rental platform allows dog owners to lease their pets to strangers by the hour. Why?

SPEAKER_07

I would I would I would want to really make sure I knew what the stranger wanted with my pet.

SPEAKER_06

I know doing normal rentals. Uh you're kind of to the Yeah, I feel like cleaning up poop today, but I don't have a pet. I think I'm gonna rent one. There might be lonely spinsters that need a little yapper dog for an hour to that's part of the rule.

SPEAKER_05

Well, they don't want the full responsibility. Yeah, this is what I see. It's like I just want to pet for two hours today because I'm lonely.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, some people can't buy it. Go down the street and pet the neighbor's dog. I'm trying to pick up chicks at the dog park.

SPEAKER_05

Oh, that always works.

SPEAKER_06

You gotta have the right dog. Not everyone can spend ten thousand dollars on an emotional support robot. So they need to rent a dog for an hour or not. Not everybody can do that. I wonder if I could rate my bird out. I want some abuse for the afternoon.

SPEAKER_04

Dang, how much does missing ear on someone?

SPEAKER_06

You know what? I'm starting to think about this. How much is a normal dog? Like a hundred bucks? After the well, that's when you rent them, so we'll give them away for $1.50 an hour. That's when you rent them to the people with one-star reviews. You can just handle it the hard way.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah.

SPEAKER_06

But pets and pet dogs, especially, are known to have major benefits on human mood and general well-being. But not everyone is willing to accept the responsibilities of carrying an animal. Now people don't have to want their own pets as long as they uh uh they see this is what happens. My contacts are in, but I I just skipped through the paragraph halfway.

SPEAKER_03

I feel like the happiness that comes from owning a pet is loving that animal, caring for that animal, forming a friendship and relationship with that animal.

SPEAKER_06

Would this be like animal abuse? You're psychologically fucking up the pet if I just rent him out. Is this the closest to like slavery owning a pet gets? Like you're literally renting him out now.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, I don't know. Would we call this work? This is definitely in the you will own nothing and be happy category.

SPEAKER_06

Ah, that's interesting. Maybe you get good reviews. It's like a repeat guess. They keep renting the same dog for watching. You will not own a dog, you will rent your dog. Well, people rent cars. They do. I mean, literally on like third-party apps. Oh, I know, they're doing it. Buy used cars. I I know a few people who've uh the car's broken down multiple states away. Then yeah, then they just go on their app and rent another one. What happens if the dog gets hit by a car? Yeah, who's liable? See, is this like Airbnb where they have uh insurance?

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, you got it.

SPEAKER_06

Probably Airbnb of dogs app has to cover it. Is there a cleaning fee involved? Always. Yeah, always you have to hose them down.

SPEAKER_05

Somebody's liable.

SPEAKER_06

Uh, this is starting. Uh the pet sharing app is called Wang Fu.

SPEAKER_02

No, no, it's not. I guess it is.

SPEAKER_06

No, no.

SPEAKER_05

Where is this taking place? This is in Beijing. Oh, Beijing, of course.

SPEAKER_06

It's called Wang Fu. Wang Fu.

SPEAKER_04

I think this is behind the scenes uh corruption of uh dog kill and feed the people.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah. We're gonna start the American version sling poo. Chinese are not known for.

SPEAKER_05

The whole the whole thing in this episode is kind of weird. It's like whatever happened to the monkeys? They broke free.

SPEAKER_02

They're out there still.

SPEAKER_05

And then were these monkeys being because they don't even say are they being bred to torture? Are they being bred to eat?

SPEAKER_06

It's the monkey to be happy they this might be a liberation story.

SPEAKER_05

I'm kind of happy to take all these human animal things. I always root for the animals, like the orcas attacking the boats. I'm like, yeah, more of that. Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

It's a planet of the apes scenario.

SPEAKER_06

I just think that's great. You know that Twilight Zone episode where the Martians they they landed on S or they landed on Mars, Martians helped them get out and helped feed and clothe them, and then all of a sudden the plot twist at the end is they're in a cage and and the Martians are looking at the humans in a human zoo.

SPEAKER_07

I think that might be what's going on here.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

And it well, the the big thing, the the twist on that episode was uh that they were excited about um you know the uh their sports and everything else that they were gonna be introduced to and things like that. But um they came across, oh, they've got a menu. The thing was that the humans were on the menu. Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_06

That's to serve man. To serve many. That's the famous episodes, yeah. Yeah. Oh, we're just bringing you to our planet, and and we're what we have a special book we've given you, and to serve man, that's not a manual, that's a cookbook. Well, and they're doing this in Beijing. Chinese have a little rap sheet on how they treat dogs. We'll just put it that way. So at least they're renting them now instead of uh now. We're getting close, so there's there's two more stories. All right. See, I I should have put this one up earlier. New magic mushrooms make users see tiny gnome people. Scientists have no idea what's going on. DMT is in them for that. Magic mushrooms, you have no idea. New York Post is the best on these bonds.

SPEAKER_05

Whoa, whoa. Is this a new this? How did they create this mushroom?

SPEAKER_03

Is it psilocybin? Yeah, is it psilocybin?

SPEAKER_07

You know, this is something I wish I knew when I uh interviewed uh uh Ovins O'Brien from Zoom.

SPEAKER_06

Um yeah. These stories, there's no there's no order to them. This is good.

SPEAKER_05

Like the mechanical are they mechanical?

SPEAKER_06

Well, check this out. A typical magic mushroom contains the compounds psilocybin and psilocin.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah.

SPEAKER_06

They take about half hour to kick in and produce well-known psychedelic effects like heightened color perception, uh pulsating objects, and moving geometric patterns in the scenery. Users also experience psychological side effects such as dilate pupils, elevated heart rate nausea, and impaired coordination. Not the Lan MOA Asiatica. Most of those who eat it report none of this. Oh, good. They seem functionally sober, and their surroundings may remain largely unchanged. Except for the miniature people.

SPEAKER_05

Oh, they've got visitors from another dimension. They're crossing.

SPEAKER_06

It's a little more disturbing. Are these legal? No. I don't know. Thus far, it's the only fungi, let alone food, on the planet known to produce such a hallucination. So it hasn't been bred for this. And scientists have no idea what's going on. Oh, I love it. Everybody.

SPEAKER_07

They're serving at the bars down in Merle's inland. Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

That psychic girl was like a gnome. So this is this this is a a mushroom that's been discovered that has some sort of some form of psychedelic experience, psychotic experience. And and is this and they haven't bred it for this.

SPEAKER_06

This is naturally occurring. Just discover. Even to this day, science doesn't understand what's going on to cause this or how to treat it. And this mushroom is the only thing we currently know that reliably produces this. How to treat it makes it sound like it doesn't matter.

SPEAKER_05

It seems like what people's experience, I have not done this, nor do I plant to, but DMT produces similar effects where you're seeing these what they call mechanical elves.

SPEAKER_03

Like, but when you take ayahuasca, it also has another compound in it that increases effects. So I wonder if there's a synergistic compound that you can add with this mushroom that would make it even more potent. Yeah? But they're saying they don't know what the compound is. Right.

SPEAKER_06

The gnome-like beings appear after 12 to 24 hours and stick around for several days. Several days of sanity inducing.

SPEAKER_07

I'm telling you, L-bar behind me when I learned the little problem I wonder if they could come up with an effect that would have uh somebody listening to say Kamala Harrison understanding her.

SPEAKER_06

Oh no. Yeah, do they talk? Yeah, that's right. This may talk. Okay, so these aren't like some vague hallucinations. They are three-dimensionally rendered highly detailed figures inhabiting your exterior. Whoa. And they also are interacting with objects in the room. Whoa! Like they're crawling psychosis, they're crawling up chairs and tables. Wow. And under doorway.

SPEAKER_05

But but if you had if you were borderline like schizophrenic bipolar, you could really lose your cookies.

SPEAKER_03

Oh my god, yeah, you'd be you'd be uh humans can only see less than one percent of the light spectrum. Who knows? They might actually be real.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, that's it. Wait a minute. I'm is this what infrared looks like? Our materialist friend over here.

SPEAKER_06

This is true that he might see this is the spectrum. See, here's what you got. I'm on one end, Darren's on the Hindu frequency end, and he ties it together.

SPEAKER_05

We're not seeing anything with this video. We're like blind and deaf people running around the bees.

SPEAKER_06

We see different colors, we can only see violet.

SPEAKER_05

Uh but science says empirical evidence. This is empirical evidence. We need proof of proof.

SPEAKER_06

Proof is important there. David Humas taught us this.

SPEAKER_05

You have to be tethered to something. Dude, I want to see the mechanical L's, but 12 days of them?

SPEAKER_06

No. Can you imagine? Oh, that didn't do anything. And then 12 hours later, they're crawling around to the table. They're crawling while you sleep. L Asiatica, a type of bowl eat mushroom, is native to pine forests in both southwestern China and the northern Philippines, where it's wild harvested and sold in local markets.

SPEAKER_04

You gotta give me the name of it because uh next time my friend Kayan's wife goes back to China, I'm gonna have her get some.

SPEAKER_06

Get some of those. Get some Asiatic mushrooms. I love it. Just to bang out because I know we're at one hour three.

SPEAKER_05

But hold on a second. Isn't it just kind of bizarre that like these things exist out there, but it's taken this long for us to hear about it?

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, well, people in southeastern China apparently been tilted.

SPEAKER_05

They're real quiet about it.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. Chinese are quiet about it. Talk about the elves.

SPEAKER_07

We call them little people.

SPEAKER_05

This is like Lord of the Rings.

SPEAKER_06

Oh, they'd be banning normal uh portebello mushrooms. This is add to this uh podcast. Well, I want to tell you one daredevil story because I was at this same building, and this was the most extreme. I it's weird. I've been up in a helicopter 1,200 feet in Myrtle Beach, and there's no issue. But I went up the Empire State building and went to their top observatory deck, which is in their like spiral thing, and I just like froze and started sweating, and it's it just feels like the because the building's kind of wobbling and it freaked me out. I had to just go all the way back to the back.

SPEAKER_07

That's vertigo. You you have vertigo. My dad is a pilot and he can't go up high things like spiral staircases and things like that, because he suffers from vertigo.

SPEAKER_06

Well, he one interesting thing, because if if it's anything like Hitchcock's movie Vertigo, I don't get dizzy or anything. No, I just sweat and like shit my pants.

SPEAKER_02

And I'm disoriented. Yeah.

SPEAKER_06

Well, my knee, I got out of the on the top part of the observatory deck, they have two, one on like the 80th and one like the 100th thing. But anxiety is well, it was already on the bottom. I was like, and it was the normal wide building. When you get up to the spiral, the elevator's in the middle, and you're just in this little circle thing, and you're seeing all of Manhattan, and you're like up in the sky, and I was just like I had to hold on to the elevator shaft, and I went around the corner and just backed up and got back in the elevator shaft vertigo, my friend. These people climbed up to the top of that fucking spiral. Yeah, they did. There are foreigners too cracked me up for all the people that's the fourth of July.

SPEAKER_07

Take the uh uh the flag that they had and all the different stuff yeah, and have different uh memes that they've got the chair of the

SPEAKER_04

They hang it off the top of the so Oh yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_06

They just they flag originally they're doing like stunt stuff. Oh, it's some buff thing. Oh, something else.

SPEAKER_04

How do they climb up the side of the belt?

SPEAKER_07

Literally just climbing.

SPEAKER_05

They climbed it. They're free to sucking cop? No, free climbers. Free climbers. That's what they do. Yeah. But it's smooth, isn't it? Well, there I mean there's small things.

SPEAKER_06

I've already seen the modified version of the flag that people can the power of love be something. It was some like the love of power. Love of power. It wasn't even political. It was just like Pacific.

SPEAKER_04

That's why they got away with it and they didn't get charged.

SPEAKER_06

I thought they did get arrested.

SPEAKER_04

But I think they did, but they the judge let them go. The ladies the power of love.

SPEAKER_07

The ladies uh that was up there. I think her father taught her to do the climbing. He's a circus performer. And that's what her family is involved in and stuff like that. Yeah.

SPEAKER_06

That I I was looking at that and I could just felt feel like sweat on my neck just watching them do that. That might be Virgo. Maybe that's why I have such bad reactions to uh so this is a victimless crime.

SPEAKER_05

No, it is.

SPEAKER_06

I will say you are getting into the territory of Reckless Endangerment because when you fall a hundred floors from the sky, even if you only go a few, you could kill someone below you and stuff like that. Oh, yeah, right.

SPEAKER_04

I remember walking down the street in uh the city, and bird shit fell from and it hit right in front. And then when it hit, it hit with such force that it just splatted everybody.

SPEAKER_06

Well, you know, when you're in New York, that's why they have all those awning things up. It's because one th AC falls out of the window or something, and you're just gonna awning it be like a fucking watermelon explode out of the sidewalk. But I I thought that would be a nice way to end it. I had one more South Korean uh robots that are doing self-service to escape labor unions, but uh, you know, we're pushing an hour seven.

SPEAKER_05

So we can save that one for later. Yeah, we'll sort of go next week.

SPEAKER_07

Okay, uh well, I hope I hope our listeners uh stuck with us for this entire episode. This was a wild one. And if you have, you've got rewards for you. You can get down to the inlet and enjoy some uh great rebel rabbit. Um and also if you enjoy other podcasts, go to libertycrackmedia.com and explore some other things. Like you may want to go and check out Trip and Graham Have Issues. And we have a special edition in there that uh talks with Ovens O'Brien and Zoom products, like we were talking about the psychedelics. If you want to sit there and see little people, you won't get it from their product. It would be uh fun to find out. Anyway, making a trip to China. That's right. So uh monkeys say goodbye to everybody. Thank you guys.

SPEAKER_01

Markets have no need for it. Hey, hey, we're the microphone monkeys. People say we're at our kids funkies. Oh we're too busy being free. Hey, hey, we're the microphone monkeys. No respect to tie us down. Rather road, all through the town. Voluntari is the way Hands off my big joint with the microphone monkeys People stay with the microphone fungi, don't you feel it be pretty funny? Sing it out singing proud We don't like it.
