Your sleep, mood, cravings, and focus might be less about “willpower” and more about light timing. We start with a ridiculous laugh, then land on a serious idea: the sun and the daily light dark cycle are the primary signals that run human biology, and modern life breaks that signal all day long.

We talk circadian rhythm in plain English, then go deeper into the sunlight spectrum. Morning red and near-infrared light helps cue wake-up hormones, midday blue light drives alertness and action, and evening darkness allows melatonin to rise for real recovery. We also challenge the supplement mindset with a strong rule of thumb: be careful about taking what your body already makes, especially melatonin, because the upstream light signals matter more than the pill.

Then we get practical and slightly unsettling. Artificial light at night, LED lighting, and screen exposure can create constant stress signals, including flicker you can reveal with a slow-motion phone video. We connect that to night shift health problems, workplace burnout, and even changes in children’s behavior when lighting improves. We also explore the “unseen” layer using energy medicine language: biofield strength, EMF exposure, sound harmonics, and why nature’s inputs feel different from tech-driven inputs.

If you want a simple reset, start by getting outside early, dimming nights, and treating darkness as part of your health plan. Subscribe, share this with someone who lives under bright lights, and leave a review with your biggest light habit you want to change.

Laughing Start And A Detour

SPEAKER_02

Well, we're starting this episode laughing. We uh hello. It's episode 15 of the Doctors No More Eno podcast. Uh with me, Dr. Jeremy, and my great friend Dr. Gareth. And we've just been laughing backstage as we usually do, talking about trying to come up with professional and adult subjects to talk about. And somehow we've veered onto astrology in Uranus. And even though I'm 57 and you're a little bit older than that, we

Why Talk About The Sun

SPEAKER_02

just go straight back into being little boys. Right. And I he sent me okay, I shouldn't really start here, but we've started here. Gareth sent me a very serious piece of astrology, a 15-minute astrology report on YouTube by you know a well-known astrologer. And he was very serious, he's a French chap. And I was in it because Gareth rarely sends me astrology, and then the guy kept got to where Uranus was.

SPEAKER_00

I looked straight away, right? It's just pathetic. Like this, this is why I tell I implore people.

SPEAKER_01

We are unprofessionally professional. This is the difference, you see, because many astrologers out there won't use Uranus, right? Right. And you know, hang on.

SPEAKER_00

So they won't use Uranus, which is quite a good thing, right? But it'll be Uranus.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, but every no, they've done that because everybody laughs. Not because that's how you pronounce you're meant to pronounce it. And when they try and do that Urunus. Urunus. Uranus. That's that's how if you sit in a Welsh accent, it's how it might be in Welsh.

SPEAKER_00

Urnas. Yeah. Urnas.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, oh god. But in a beautiful unscripted segue from Uranus, but still within the celestial realm. Um that was quite a good. Did you like that? I can that was quite unscripted. Anyway, we're going to talk about the sun.

SPEAKER_01

Now, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Um, some people might ask, how can they talk about the sun for an hour? And right now, me and Gareth don't know. But we're gonna give it a crack because it is one of the most fascinating subjects, and for me particularly, it it transcends and is a beautiful subject to transcend more than the perceived 3D knowledge of this realm, because I think that's incorrect. I'm not saying I know what it is, but I it's an interesting conversation. But it also transcends into the the the ether and the other side, the the heavens, the solar system, which we're going to go into. So, do you want to kick off today?

SPEAKER_01

Because I normally Yeah, I'd like to mention beforehand that you know all of our six listeners, right? No, seven. Yeah, exactly. There is somebody who sent us a message and said, you know, your seventh listeners here, they're from us from ours, from Australia. I've got to thank them, whoever they are. But we now have seven listeners.

SPEAKER_02

Seven listeners, which is which is a nearly a 15%

Sunbathing And Feeling Human Again

SPEAKER_02

growth in audience. Now, not many podcasts can say that. Exactly. Right? In one in one week.

SPEAKER_01

And such an ex extensive spread across the world.

SPEAKER_02

Exactly. We are global. Actually, that's another conversation from another day. But okay, so do you want to kick off?

SPEAKER_01

It ties into the sun, doesn't it? Well, it ties into the sun. Do you want to kick off, or would you like to? Yeah, I'll kick off because I I um uh was before this um podcast, I was just you know lying in the sun, sitting in the sun. Got my t-shirt off and got the the the radiance of the sun on me, and I just felt really happy, you know. It's almost like when you sit in the sun, it it all your sort of concerns and worries start to flip away or fade away, and you get that connection to something that you truly are, and it it has an effect on you, not just on a physical level, but on your consciousness, you know. And I I I mean, talking about astrology, what I started thinking about was you know, um the sun in astrology, and I'm no astrologer, so any astrologers out there, you know, please forgive me. Um don't you know don't um hold me to my knowledge, but I have I have a lot of people.

SPEAKER_02

Forgive him further, he is about to sin in a solar way, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

So this the sun relates to your personality or who you are, which also comes in line with the solar plexus, which is where you hold your personality in terms of the energy field. So it's quite interesting, and the solar plexus is the colour, overriding colour of it, is like a golden yellow colour, like the sun. I did not know that. Yeah, so you know, we we live in a realm of energy that we're constantly bathing in energy on a positive level. That's the the energies of of the natural world and the cosmic world, call it sun, moon, other planets, right? Or the stars. But we're we're we're intimately connected to that, and I I I had this thought, this is I'm just remembering it. I had this thought, what if I lived my life by what the the weather or the sun was doing, right? So let's say it's a sunny day today, it gives me the opportunity to go and do things that I would not be able to do if it was pouring down with rain, right? And that intrinsic sort of connection to nature and you're being um influenced by what it's doing, we've lost a lot of that, I think. We've lost of that rhythm, and one of the one of the key um natural laws is that everything has rhythm. Everything has rhythm, so there's cycles, there's movement in and out, there's constant movement, but there's rhythm to it. So I I sat there and I I I was you know, in a way tuning into the sun a little bit, you know, bringing my mind to it, and just absorbing it, not just physically, but trying to absorb it on an energy level. I could feel myself starting to really reconnect with

Circadian Rhythm Explained Simply

SPEAKER_01

you know, feeling more human again.

SPEAKER_02

Well, it's it's interesting that you you start there, um, because you've almost you know um gone straight into the circadian rhythm, which is one of the sort of biohack bible keywords of the 3D world. But let's let's actually sort of look at what the sun is in this realm.

SPEAKER_01

Can you before that? Can you for people who don't know what circadian rhythm is? Yes, how would you define it?

SPEAKER_02

Okay, no, I'm glad you did that because I never like to assume, because as you know, it makes an arse out of you and me, right? So thank you for pulling me up on that. Um so circadian rhythm for those that don't know is the body has a clock. It really does. The Chinese knew it 2,000 years ago, they wrote a chart on it, and you know, different organs and different things at different times want to function differently. Some want to be think of it as an on-off switch, right? Um, and it is all driven by light, and and that actually is where people normally stop, but it's actually driven by light and dark, right? And so before electricity, although that's a conversation for another day if you've ever looked at Tartaria, which is a fascinating subject to look at, right? But even if you don't agree with it, it's fascinating. But assuming there was a time where there wasn't technology and uh artificial light, we were operating, just as Gareth began, completely in the light and dark um cycle. Sorry, just clip my throat there. The light and dark cycles of wherever you were in the world, and depending on you know whether it be spring, winter, fall, or autumn, you know, for so for example, right, during the winter, it was much in at least in the so-called northern hemisphere, there would be much shorter days of light, it would be colder, you would um have gone into in a natural sense, you would have gone into the winter, hopefully fat, fatter than you were in the in the spring or summer, and food would have been relatively scarce. There would only really be animal foods and no fruits to speak of. And you know, if you think you could be vegetarian or vegan back then, you know, you know, put yourself four or five hundred years ago in Newcastle, uh, you know, and go and see what wild broccoli you could find, because you won't, right? You'll just find rabbits and birds and sheep, and that's basically what we could eat. But essentially, you then sleep, you know, for you know, maybe fourteen hours a day, maybe even longer. And then as opposed to the summer, you know, again in the in the northern the so-called northern realms, where the days would be very long, particularly up to the solstice, the summer solstice, June 21st, where you might get 14 hours, maybe even longer, of light. And so you'd you know, you'd sleep a lot less. And the whole of nature responds to light. I mean, you know, um, so so there's a body clock, commonly called circadian rhythm, um, uh, to explain it. But um, back in those days, sorry, the whole of nature, and we are nature, follows light. And if you have forgotten that, and I want to put it that way, because we haven't lost it, Gareth. We've been we've forgotten it and we've been deliberately like everything. I remember I say evil is the word live backwards. And as far as I can tell, the the the people that have tried to control and take control of things, um they have turned everything upside down and inside out, you know, the opposite of truth, right?

SPEAKER_01

But basically, actually actually they want to block out the sun.

SPEAKER_02

Well, they do, and that's I I don't want to get there quite yet, because we've made it.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, no, no, I'm fine, fine, but I you know, I'm yeah, it's it's very, very, very important.

SPEAKER_02

And but we've got to start at like the 3D level, right? And this is what I this is what I'm doing because if you've ever seen any nature programs, you may have seen them, you know. I can never remember if it's fast frame photography or slow. I think it's fast frame photography, but they put a camera in front of a flower for the whole day, right? And you'll see, and I'm sure most people have seen it, that the the flower uh will will open. Actually, do you know what I've heard something? I'm gonna segue here just for a second. Yeah. As I get older, I think I've mentioned it, right? Um, bird song has become extremely important to me. I think it's extremely important to you. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I was just listening to it. No, I was just thought, my God, there's there's a hidden language in this somewhere.

SPEAKER_02

Oh no, there is, right? And and it's one of the questions. Um, I've got several questions in my life that I'm looking for the answer for. Some of them seem quite silly questions, but this one was that doesn't surprise me. It doesn't surprise me either, but nor my wife, but especially not my children. But anyway, you would have noted that the bird song is louder in the morning and often louder in the evening. And then it and then it definitely pit used down. And I wondered why that was. And um I I I knew it was must be harmonic, and I knew it must be maybe to do with feeding, but apparently, and I I can't find where this is now, and I'm not saying it's correct, but it was it sounded right when I read it. Apparently, they trigger the flowers opening. There's some harmonics.

SPEAKER_01

Wow, wow, okay.

SPEAKER_02

Right? Yeah, and of course it's all driven by light, you know, because the birds are when the light, the first light. So it's all tied, oh god, just realized it's all tied to light, and that that signalling that nature hasn't forgot. So the flowers follow it, the trees, um, and I should get Bryce on because he's an expert on on forestry, really. He'd probably say he wasn't, but he is. But the trees compete. Apparently, they don't compete. Apparently, they allow each other to try and reach the canopy of light, you know. Um, but they're all after the light, right? And so, animals, if you've got pets, if you think in, oh god, what a load of if you've got dogs or cats, I guarantee you when the sun, a little bit of sun, breaks through that cloud, they'll be in a window where that light is, and they'll move as it sort of you know angles around. There's many photographs of this that people have said that always they always want to be in the sun, right? So every other animal, and nocturnal animals are also driven by the light and dark, just differently. Every animal, apart from us, is obeying the signals of light and darkness. And I think that's where we need to put a real foundation pole, right? You know, if you are ill right now or sick or dis-eased, and you maybe this is the first time you're finding us, and maybe you haven't done our protocols or work with people like us, and you are trying carnivore or vegan or fasting or juicing or whatever you're doing, right? Or even if you're in a hospital right now, hospital bed, listening to this while they pump you full of poison, I mean medicine, right? You know, even if you're in that situation right now under artificial light and artificial electromagnetic fields, I maintain very strongly, as does Dr. Jack Chris, that if you don't start to understand the importance of the signals of light, and we do I'll give it back to you in a minute, but we do need to talk about the spectrum of colour of light, right? But if you don't start understanding fundamentally, whether you're a listening at 16 years old, you know, and you're constantly in front of a computer or you're 86 now, whatever, if you don't start understanding that light is the driver of everything in this realm, in the sense of how we function, the primary signaling, you know, the the definition of true food must have a connection to light, and on and on we can go. If you don't start grasping that now, then whatever you're doing is unlikely to succeed. It certainly won't succeed as well as if you did start to understand the light and dark signaling as fundamental. What say you, Doc Thomas?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I'd agree. I mean, this is all about rhythm, and uh I'd I'd like to bring it back to um when you say the birds trigger the opening of flowers, right? I would take it a bit further. There's probably a consciousness, an unseen energy that's linked to the sun that triggers quite a lot of things like that. So if you think about every time the sun goes round in a cycle and it comes around to your part on the planet and it's daytime, there's a conscious change in consciousness. Now it's whether you um are able to um link into that consciousness or not, or whether you're um unable to, and I think that the important thing of um linking into that consciousness means that then your mind is linked into a natural rhythm and it triggers something within you because you're you I mean you're of the earth, you're of of uh consciousness, and you're of all of these uh influences, whether it be the sun, the moon, other planets. As I say, I'm no astrologer, but that's the reality of the energies we live in. So when you talk about you know birds being in tune with the opening of um the flowers, that's not a they they don't go. I'm sure the birds don't go out and go, oh, we've got to sing to open the flowers, right? They're just in it, they're just naturally in that vibration, and the important thing for for human beings who are outside of this Akkadian rhythm is you need to reconnect to that on a regular basis because we live in an unnatural realm. We've created an unnatural realm of cycles, you know. You only you only need to talk to people who work nights, right?

SPEAKER_02

Oh, if you want to make someone sick, yeah, for sure, do night work.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, you know, and I've done it myself when I when I worked in hospitals, I'd be on call and I'd be working through the night. Yeah, I've never felt so ill in all my life, you know, because what happens then is you go off work and you're trying to sleep while the sun's up, and it's just not what you're meant to be doing. And that cycle, it's not just sun, you know, you know as well as I do, the moon cycle has an effect on sleep as well. Where you know, during that time of moontime when it starts around four or five o'clock at uh in the afternoon, you're starting to you're you know, detox, so you start to feel a bit tired that time in the afternoon, you know. But rather than taking a little nap, we we strive on, and I think this is this is the difference between what is you know a consciousness that's that's towards health, and what is a consciousness which is towards disease. Well, look and definitely linking into the sun cycle and being in tune with it more is definitely towards health.

Sunlight Spectrum And Hormone Signals

SPEAKER_02

You brought up something, you know, you you I want to sort of step back and then go forward. You brought something up that is fundamental. Um, and if anyone's listening that's done night work, you know, uh it it it rapidly ages you and and it rapidly um is likely to put you into a disease state. Um why is the question, right? So you know, if we look at um the spectrums of colour of the natural sunlight, it it's the very first part of the sun rising, excuse me, to use such terminology because there's other viewpoints on it, but nonetheless, um is in the infrared and near infrared spectrum. And you know, um you're you're supposed to have that spectrum of light hit your skin, which only in the last 20 years did they discover that there are um uh opt not optical but light-sensitive uh um receptors called melanopsin, which are also in the eye. We thought it was just rods and cones, but there's melanopsin, and but it's in the skin as well. So you're this is why we always say get get your ass outside and get skin in the game, get as much skin exposed out there, right? Because there's actually receptors. There's also thermal receptors, but that's another conversation of another day. But nonetheless, you know, there's melanopsin, and it's when it hits um the red and near-infrared light, it literally tells the body that to start turning on. It also turns it turns it off at night because it's slightly different, but it's telling it to start to wake up, starting to rise cortisol, which is the stress call, it's called the stress hormone cortisol, but I don't like that, right? Yes, if there's excess cortisol, you are stressed for sure, right? But that's the 3D matrix reductionist. But what the cortisol is, is we're starting to wake up, get up, and do shit hormone. That's that would be more accurate, right? And then it starts to move out the red and into the violet and then the ultraviolet spectrum, and then it about midday it moves into uh blue, blue light. Now, there probably isn't many people that haven't heard about blue light, okay? But we're going to get to that to a minute. So we're talking about the Sun spectrum. So at the blue light, where there's more blue light in the spectrum than any other colour, blue light rich, it's full on. We're midday-ish. We're, you know, we're at the zenith. We're like, come on, come on, bitches, do stuff. Hunt. Make love. Make love. Build. Fight. It's it's that. You see, don't know if you pick it up on the clicking, but I'm clicking if you can my microphone probably isn't it. But I'm like, yeah, come on, right? Caffeinated go.

SPEAKER_00

It's like this is like a pitch, isn't it?

SPEAKER_01

But you're fired.

SPEAKER_02

Yes, that's it. But anyway, so that's what it's meant to be, and that's what it's signalling. Everything's on and going. Now, during this process, because as we start to go past the zenith, you know, the highest point of the day of the sun, and then it starts to come down, and we're heading, we go back through the spectrums, back into red. Now, of course, you know, we don't rarely see that in the northern climbs. But if you're in the Caribbean or you go on holiday, you know, you live for the morning sunrise and you live for that gorgeous red sunset. And as the reds come back in, if you've had enough exposure to natural light, you've generated a lot of melatonin in your brain. And as the as the blue fades, and this is really critical, as the blue light fades out the spectrum, and the red light comes in, and then no light, and it's two hours after no light at all, right? Other than red light like candles or that sort of thing, which is more orange like red flames, that sort of thing, which again, the fire and candlelight, we're drawn to it like moths for a reason because it's it's window, it's soothing. But anyway, you know, as those lights um fade, and particularly the blue-green spectrum, uh, melatonin can be released. Now, most people probably have heard of melatonin, and they've probably, if they've heard about it, may have taken it for sleep, which is a big mistake because there's a basic rule, very, very strong rule. Do not take what the body makes. And we'll get to that later, right? But remember that do not take what the body makes unless there's a very, very, very good reason temporarily. But anyway, the melatonin is released and it is more than a sleep hormone. It certainly will tell your body to go into rest and digest and sleep, but it also signals the redox cycle and the basically cleanse heel cycle that we talk about about day and night. So at night you build up metabolic waste, your voltage has dropped, you are drained, you are tired, you lay down, the sun's gone down, the moon's come up, and this is interesting. Um, actually, I mean it's hopefully it's all interesting, right? But the moonlight is said to be what? It's sunlight. Well, that's what they say, right? Reflected. I would argue it isn't, right? And you know, for for a number of reasons that I may or may not go into. But the most interesting one is they did temperature. You know, first of things, the things do not reflect off an alleged ball-shaped thing. They wrap around it. The light only reflects off of a flat disk like thing, right? Number one. But number two, which is the most interesting thing, is they took the temperature of the shade and of the moonlight. So what would you expect to be warmer? Uh, probably the light. But it is not. It's cooler, right? So it is there are many, you know, interesting people who consider that the moon is actually emitting its own light. Now, whether you believe that or not, I think it's nonsense, right? The fact is, when the moon comes up and the sun's gone down, the moon does have an effect on your physiology, right? And in fact, the moon cycles, I think we talked about last time, the moon cycles affect uh women's cycles. They're actually moonstral cycles. Men's is German or Greek or something for moon, right? But actually, moonstral cycles. But anyway, there's a pulling effect. And so while all this melatonin is signaling redox and you know, cleansing and recharging, and you know, um electrolytes are moving into the cell, and electrolytes are moving out the cell, and the show membrane is recharging and blah, blah, blah. There's also a pull on the electrolytes, pulling sodium out the cell, right? And so as that comes out, water follows the sodium. So you get this beautiful in a 24-hour cycle, in and out. And it's and it's all the length of those cycles are affected by the amount of light and darkness. Okay? Make sense? Okay, hence longer sleep during winter. And if that is all honored and completed, you'll wake up feeling refreshed, which means you've cleansed. Because imagine if you've ever had a hangover. Gareth and I don't know what that is. We've had, but we've read about it, right? But imagine you've got hangover, that's like you didn't cleanse, you're still toxic from metabolic waste and other things. But if you did, you feel refreshed and you feel ready to go, right? You don't go, oh God, I need more sleep. And you feel positive because your voltage has come back up and you're holding more light. You're like, let's go, bitch. Right, let's do it, right? And so these cycles and

Melatonin Redox And The Moon Debate

SPEAKER_02

these influences and you know, this sun is critical to all life, especially yours. Now, and I'm gonna hand back to you, right? Now, if that is true, and it is, and you can you can make your own mind up and go and do some interesting research about moonlight, and it is fascinating, as is the sun, because it's not what you've been told either, I believe. But anyway, if we just accept that that is correct, what do you think happens, Mr. Thomas, right? Who, when you start to reduce the exposure to both light, natural light, and darkness. Now, right now, most of the world, or the Western world, I understand, is inside 80 to 90 percent of the time. Under artificial, you work under artificial light. I had a dentist, wonderful dentist in uh Norway that had a brain tumor, uh shock, you know, uh very interesting case, and he had it removed and he was very, you know, not recovering well, and he worked with me and he recovered very, very, very, very, very well. And one of the things we established of why it probably came is it this tumor in his brain came exactly where his dental surgical light was pointing on him eight hours a day. Now, you felt I I was in a shop the other day, a tool shop, under these horrible, flickering, no, no natural light. Um, all of us were in there for about 90 minutes buying some tools, and honestly, we felt like we'd been cooked. Yeah. Right? So so I'm handing it back to you because you're also you're working inside, but you understand, everyone listening, if you don't start understanding the importance of the signalling, everything else is gonna struggle.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, um in terms of light, you're talking about um and it made it made me think of people's understanding of light, maybe needs to expand a little bit, but because yeah, it's true, those signals of light when it hits your skin, you know, it gets triggers things, but then there's the unseen part of it. Our energy field is made up of colour. Uh centres or energy centers or chakras in terms of you know, Sanskrit words are made up of colour. And the one that's red is the survival one, which would make sense. Initially, you you wake and you're in in a a mode which starts with very basic um behavior. You wake, you want to eat, you want to get ready, and as the light sort of moves into orange and yellow, you're into the solar plexus area, which is I want to do something today, right? And then the violets are more in relation to your crown center, which is what you connect to universally. So it makes sense that rhythm of light coming in for the day and then going out in the opposite direction. There's this natural cycle of your energy and your consciousness moves from activity to rest, and you know, um I think that um colour is not just you know, you when people think of colour, they go, Oh, you know, that tree is green, right? And I I've had this uh you know, when I wherever I teach, I would teach about colour, and I remember saying to a student, that tree is green because it's absorbing the complementary colour. So it's taking in the complementary colour, so from the spectrum, the whole spectrum of colours, when you take away a certain colour absorb it, it reflects out the the actual colour that's not being absorbed. Now, if you start to look at everything around you like that, you you know, you look at something, it's a certain colour, but not because it's that colour, it's absorbing the a colour that's complementary to it. So then you start to think that you know the world around us is f it's is made up of you know light that's constantly being absorbed and reflected. So our understanding of light is still very, very, very basic in terms of oh, that colour's red, you know. No, that color that that object is not red, it's a colour that's absorbing a certain colour that appears to be red, right?

SPEAKER_02

But what's actually almost the opposite then, you know, isn't it? It's actually not green.

SPEAKER_01

Well, it it you know, it's it's it's just displaying green because it's absorbing a different colour, you know. So if we look at ourselves, what we you know, our colour that we give off, we're all different colours. If you think about it, we don't that colour because we're absorbing the complementary colour more, and our skin is absorbing it more. And I don't know, maybe that's something for for people to look more into as uh you know, an interesting um project of different people with different skin colours absorb different lights and give out different lights, you know. And uh we're meant to, we're all of a spectrum of, and I don't want to go into the the spectrum of colours in that way, right? But we're all part of a spectrum of colour, and if you if you think about a human being and life as as general, I see it, you know, the physical world is made up on the non-physical plane of light, you know, it's that adage of the hermetic principles as above, so below, which means that whatever you see in the physical realm, it exists in the non-physical realm. So when people connect to light and when they connect to the sunlight, and they take that energy in, they're manifesting that into their life more. Now, if people connect to unnatural light, unnatural uh vibrations, things that drive them away from the the natural, they manifest the unnatural in their life more.

SPEAKER_02

Well, let's talk about so go ahead.

SPEAKER_01

You So the uh the the unna unnatural vibrations don't harmonize very well with nature. So that's when people, you know, like you're talking about people who are you know who are working at nights, they start to feel really off-kilter. They they feel uh out of tune with everything, they wonder why, you know, they get unwell really quickly, or have lots of, you know, colds or flus which are trying to clear stuff out constantly because they're not working with a natural cycle, or they're wondering why their relationships are having difficulty, or they it's just we I don't know why we do it. We we're

How Artificial Light Changed Life

SPEAKER_01

constantly trying not to be natural.

SPEAKER_02

Well, I believe we've been deliberately educated, stupid. And the so let's look at why I make that statement, right? Especially on light. Okay, so the industrial revolution, which is when schools really first started to be come into existence, and it's my understanding that for the better part, you know, the industrial industrialists wanted, you know, educ educated enough to follow orders and stupid enough to not know they were basically being screwed. And during the the Industrial Revolution is when light bulbs first started to come into existence. And it's my understanding, and there's this German, I forget his name right now, but there's this German expert on light, and he's he's actually just come out with a new light bulb, and I'll try and remember his name later or find it. But um, he gives a great lecture that the first light bulbs were commissioned or encouraged at the very least by the industrialists because they wanted to know how they could get more work out of the workers without them kind of really realizing, you know, and that was the inception of the light bulbs. And if you if you extrapolate that out um to to today, in um you see this very much well, it's everywhere, but you see this in um battery farm chickens. Now, if Americ Americans, Australians listening, um that's just these huge, huge sheds full of chickens laying eggs in in horrible conditions, right? Absolutely horrible. I know someone who's been in them and you nearly pass out and vomit from the smell, right? Terrible, it should never exist. But interestingly, they have the lights on 24-7. Now it's not so the chickens can see each other and go, oh, all right, Clucky, how are you doing? Yeah, it's a bit cramped today, eh? Yeah, Peggy's gone. Yeah. No, it's not for that reason, right? Or Peggy, Pecky's gone. No, it is they have got those lights on because they are manipulating the chickens so they lay more eggs. Sorry, Kara's laughing and his mic's off. Professional, professional. So at every level in the equine horse industry, the high end, they use blue light to extend the fertility cycle of those mares so that they can get pregnant and produce very expensive racehorses. And so if you if you understand that it's going on, you know, being abused in the in the animal quote unquote welfare or production, then is it such a leap to understand that now most people are never out of artificial light. Even when they sleep, night lights for children, night lights, unless it's red light, is uh about the worst thing you can do, right? And there's uh you know there's street lights, and and I just want to talk about light very quickly, artificial light, particularly artificial light at night, which is called Alan, right? Artificial Alan! Alan, you've seen that gopher, right? Every time I do Alan, uh artificial light at night, that that gopher. Alan! Alan! If you haven't, look up the gopher on YouTube, Alan. It's hilarious. Anyway, anyway, you know, if you have a so-called smartphone, quote unquote, open brackets, dumb.

SPEAKER_00

Stupid phone. Stupid phone, right?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. But if you have a smartphone, it'll probably have a sm a slow motion camera on it. So go to your video and then scroll down.

SPEAKER_01

I've actually got I've actually got another word for it or phrase for it. Go on. Um, and I don't want to upset people, but slave tool.

SPEAKER_02

Well, I think we've probably got something when we call it a dumb phone, right? I think we think that ship sailed, right? You know. But um, yeah, well, you know, it's a very powerful tool, you know, and it's a very look, and I don't want to get sidetracked, but I do this with smoking, drinking, and everything. Master or slave. Yeah. What what what are you? Are you the slave to it or the master of it, right? That that phone has allowed me to have a business, international clients, and not be stuck in the house and go out and do stuff. So I'm very grateful to it. Anywho, um, where was I? I've done petty chicks.

SPEAKER_01

I've done you, I'm not sure. Chickens, chickens, laying eggs.

SPEAKER_02

Chickens, laying eggs. Oh, thank you. So your dumb phone, right? So if you go to slow motion camera and video, do this for about 10 things or or three things, whatever you want, right? Go and video and uh your LED lights, which you've probably got in your house, right? Anything, your your Christmas tree lights, anything, right? And then play it back. Go and video your screen of your computer or your TV, go and video, and this is the worst one, right? They're all bad. When you next drive at night, and they and you've got cars coming with those horrible white lights that we know. Oh, video LED lights. Video those, okay? And then play it back. And what you're gonna see, and this is critical, okay? What you're seeing, you'll see this flickering light. Now, if if you're listening, you know, all seven of you, and I came into your bedroom. Oh, machine. I came into your bedroom at night and flipped the slide switch on and off perceptibly.

SPEAKER_01

I'd I'd whack you one.

SPEAKER_02

Right. You I wouldn't get to a minute, right? You'd go, bitch, first of all, what are you doing in my bedroom? Right, but then you'd you'd like, bitch, stop that, or you're going down, right? And if I kept flickering it, right, you you would get very negative.

SPEAKER_01

So annoyed. So annoyed, right? And yet when you I'd say I'd say, excuse me, I'm I'm obeying the natural cycles. The sun has gone down, and you've told me to do that, and you're coming in flicking off my light switch and on, right? I'd get very annoyed, wouldn't I?

SPEAKER_02

Right. Well, I think the the evildoers at the top are grinning like I am now in your bedroom. With the I've got a big grin flicking it on and off as I watch you get more and more negative and angry, right? Because, but when you play that slow motion video back, please go and do it, all of you, right? You will see the horror of the artificial light that most people are under, is estimated 80 to 90% of their waking and sleeping out. Now, you need to understand that I began explaining that your hormones, the sort of just keep it simple, the on-off switch of hormones is driven by light or dark or spectrums of light. So if you have if you're in an office and you're a woman under artificial lights, particularly LED, right, and a computer screen, and then forget all the EMF fields for now, your body's getting, you know, release, don't, release, don't, release, don't, on, off, on, off, at like, you know, whatever flickers a second all day long. Okay? And whether you're a man or a woman, right? But it's it's mostly women that listen and come and ask for our help, but hopefully men are listening, right? But do you understand now that your body, from from the analogy I gave in Gareth's bedroom, your body is unbelievably stressed, not just at the nervous system, but at the hormonal system level. And so, like when I was back in that shop yesterday and we came out, and I'm

LED Flicker And Stress In Real Time

SPEAKER_02

telling you, we we felt ill and we could feel we felt burned. In that shop, two of the staff were really nice, and the rest were bitches. Yeah, right from the gate. And I I couldn't blame them. Yeah, they're literally being fried, frazzled, frazzled, fried, and hormonally and nervous system disrupted. Now, when you and this is very, very interesting, there's a video, and I'll hand back to you as an example of this. There's a video on YouTube and Rumble and Odyssey, and I'm sure you can find it. Um, and they I think this is maybe 20 years ago, even, but they they're videoing a class of about eight-year-olds, right? Eight or nine, about that age. And it's chaos, right? And there's there's several children that really stick out as as disruptive and chaotic and can't focus and can't sit down and trouble make. Yeah, Garus got two thumbs up, like that was me, right? And you know, it's absolute, you know, it to watch it and it's on you know, fast frame, it's like, oh my god, right. And they come, and these were um strip lighting, which you can see flickering even without a camera, right? So they went and replaced them with natural daylight bulbs, and the change was nothing short of dramatic, especially the children that were very, very, very troubled and um causing immense trouble and what would be considered bad behaviour, probably labelled ADHD and put on fucking big poisonous trucks. Oh, by the way, I did listen to the last episode you published and I did notice that you sound sound erased my my F word, so you could put a probably better rating, you know. But anyway. So I'll try and not you Yeah, I noticed that. I thought you sneaky little bugger, right? Right? 'Cause it gives emphasis. But anyway, I I understand why you're doing it. You're a professional and I'm catching up. I'll try not to use the F word, right? Anyhow. Just used it. In it you did. In it, you got red.

SPEAKER_01

You're so uh you're fucking bad, I'm telling you. I know. No, I know so you've got me doing it now. Yes, because people love it. Right in the corner. I'm gonna have to I'm gonna have to kick the explicit box again.

SPEAKER_02

We'll do it because we'll get eight listeners. I'm telling you, they love it. I'll tell you why I'll tell you why they love it, right?

SPEAKER_01

You know, the Where's the X listener gonna come from then? Which I don't know.

SPEAKER_02

But I don't know yet. But the but the F-word in the right place does magical things. Uh-huh. And you know, I say to people, Natalie and I have this game called Love Child, which is you pick two people, you see someone walking down the street and you go, or an actor or something. If this had a love child with that, that's what would you know that they would look like. So if I if Billy Connolly had a love child with Gordon Ramsey, you'd get me. See, so I've I've come to terms with it, right? Anywho, you know, imagine now what I just told you about these children under these artificial lights that were changed, right? And and imagine now that they were actually under natural light. And imagine wherever you are in your journey, or or the children you're worried about, or the daughters you're worried about, or whatever, right? Especially if they're doing nights. Imagine if we started to correct that. Okay. You know, you can see that this is why I get the carnivores coming to me as clients, as well as the vegans and the if it was just what you put in your gob, right? We would we would just write a protocol and say, go and eat meat, nothing but fatty meat, although I accept that it is tremendously powerful as a subtraction protocol at healing many things. However, the people that don't get sick, sorry, don't heal, normally they've got the light wrong, or they've got mercury fillings, or lots of trauma, or they're living next door to a you know, cell phone tower, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. The unseen world. So that's all I really had to say on that, in between the sort of tangents.

SPEAKER_01

I don't I don't you talk about the unseen world. I mean, if you think about people are bathing in electromagnetic radiation, like um, and you're you basically you know, your physical body, in my understanding, in the work I do, the physical body is the last part of what you actually are. So you are an energetic being. Yep. You have a soul, you have a connection which is energy.

SPEAKER_02

Which is resonating. It's not just, you know, when you say energetic, it's moving.

SPEAKER_01

It's constantly vibrating and changing frequency constantly, in relation to your surroundings, in relation to who you meet, in relation to the sun, the moon, everything, right? You're vibrationally changing constantly. Now, your energy field, or some people call it auric field or biomagnetic field, is what surrounds you, all right? And that's what separates you from other people and gives you the space to be yourself and to you know have some separation so that you can, you know, follow what you would like to follow. Now, if you're bathing in electromagnetic radiation, that energy field has been broken down constantly. So you're more open and susceptible to other people's thoughts, emotions, and that can be just from personal relationships or a collective. So if you think about what's happening in in humanity, there's you know the amount of information that's pumped into lots of people at one time, it's not just through media, but there's an energy field that surrounds the whole of humanity, and we're in it. Now, if your energy field is weaker, you're more susceptible, more open to be led with what's been um created in that energy field. Now, you talk about the industrial revolution, that's a consciousness change, some of it positive, some of it not so. Now, it what's happened in the last sort of five years, there's a massive shift in consciousness change. Now, if your energy field is strong, you can discern do I want to go in that direction or do I not want to? Do I like that or do I do I not? If your energy field is broken down, you you take on thought forms and emotional things that that affect how you think. You know, I I've been in that situation where let's say I and this happens as well when you go through a big change in life, your energy field sort of breaks down a little bit until it reforms in a stronger place, right? And when you're in that weaker place, you're more susceptible to be led into things that you don't want to do, you're more susceptible to be picking up on other people's thoughts and emotions. And I'm sure every single person, right? If not, let me know. But most people are intuitive, and that's intuition is being connected to energy. So let's, for example, given you know the example of um somebody rings you, right? And you go, Oh, I was just thinking about you, right? Or you're waiting for a train or a bus and you turn and look along the platform and you see somebody looking at you. So the energy side of things, you're aware of it without realizing. And that's another skill that we've lost,

EMF Biofield And Subtle Energy

SPEAKER_01

or it's been pushed out of us. That awareness of energy and consciousness, and our own subtle energy, and how important it is. And these frequencies that are of a lower vibration, like computers, phones, like you say, they are they have a they have a place, a techno technological place, and you know, being master of it is important, but they do have an effect that weakens the energy field. Now, if you have a weakened energy field, you can try anything you want to to try and heal yourself, but if your energy field isn't in a healthy place, it's not going to manifest. So your physical body is the last manifestation of what you are energetically. So that's why it's important to you know to look into these things in improve the energy or the state of your own energy field. And that's things not you know, that's things like being in tune with nature, going out in nature, reconnected, maybe meditating, maybe doing some exercise, but things that really bring you joy, you know?

SPEAKER_02

Well, it's it's you know, you you make very good points and you use words like energy and uh vibration and tune, in tune with nature. And I think it's very important for people to understand that that technology, as wonderful as it may be, it's a double-edged sword, really, right? Um, all of technology's harmonics are disruptive to the human biofield. Um, the light that is emitting is um uh uh flickering as opposed to a constant. I can never remember if it's polarized or unpolarized, but nonetheless, the sun's light and and the moon's light are constant, they're they're uninterrupted, like a laser. Um and so so and then sound, and this is also very important, and also why we need to be in nature and not just listening to nature sounds on YouTube. The the did the uh electronic sounds and electronic music, which also affects the harmonics and the vibration and our frequency, is in square waves. Now, nature is sound is in in sine waves, you know, these curve yes, these curvy waves, and it's why you could hear a beautiful piece of you know um string music or guitar music on YouTube, and it might move you, but go live in a little room and have someone play that, you know, and it's completely different. In fact, when I was first starting to train with the great Harry Hawes and uh my northern friend that you may remember, who you know used to scare the bejesus out of me and take me up north to, you know, but you know, we'd spend the night together before we went up, um, uh, and or he'd come and stay with me, or I'd come and stay with him if we went on the next leg of our journey. And there used to be a radio show, I think it was Radio Four, and this what we at the time we thought was this crazy Indian naturopath. I didn't even know what a naturopath was then. He was on Radio 4. And everybody that called in, it was almost the same um prescription, which was eat lots and grapes, which of course we just laughed. And and now I know lots of what?

SPEAKER_00

Grapes.

SPEAKER_02

Grapes, yeah. Well, is it he he's I now know, which I don't agree to either, other than any reductionist subtraction diet can work. But the grape cure by um oh god, I can't think of names today. But it went through my brain. Anyway, there was a grape cure a hundred years ago, right? So he always used to recommend the grape cure and playing classical music to the place in the body that was um you know unwell. And we used to we just used to laugh and take the piss out of this guy, right? And then I I I tried it, you know. Uh I think I played Prince though.

SPEAKER_01

Well, it's a well-known Indian wine, isn't it? What is? It's a well-known Indian wine, you know that, don't you? No, Vindaloo.

SPEAKER_02

Well, that's what it's gonna take you, right? You know, back to astrology, you know, you you get you're gonna get to know Uranus if you do a uh a grape fast, right? But anyway, yeah, but but but fast as well. Yes, uh exactly. I always remember this because he was on the right track. But what he missed out was because it was it, is it is it the Mozart effect? The known healing, is it the is it the Mozart? Have I got that right? The Mozart effect. Okay, so when you have classical music played live or recorded straight onto vinyl, not digital and then digital onto vinyl, and you play that, it does heal, or it can heal, it can accelerate. There's no doubt about it. You know, they do it with animals. So this resonance that I'm talking about of how you hear it is critical. And as you probably know, as a musician, amongst many of your talents, um, back back in the day, they used, I think it was A, and I might be wrong on this, but they used to tune A to 4 uh 30, uh 432 hertz. I think it's A, right? And then it got disrupted, just like everything. You know, the Gregorian calendar disrupted the moon 13 months calendar. And they tune A, I think, to 440. And it was catastrophic. And they're what people don't realize, most people don't realize they're listening to music that has been deliberately designed to be out of tune and physically and physiologically affect you detrimentally. That was its and musicians were up in arms, but they lost.

SPEAKER_01

It it came up more when the Martin music started, the war stuff, you know. Like when when um music was being used uh to to drum up your your your you know, sort of um solidarity for your c country and stuff like that.

SPEAKER_02

So manipulation without knowledge, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

So the the focus behind it was to to create uh you know um a music that would stir certain part of you to be slightly warlike, you know. So sound is really a powerful uh tool. And um I think that um what people uh sometimes don't realize is that um you're talking about you know healing and you know you talk about the the guy with the grape diet. It's like anything, any you know if if you do something with the intent to make yourself better, in a way you're make you're changing your thoughts to to get better. So the

Sound Harmonics And Music Tuning

SPEAKER_01

question is then is what you do making you better, or is it just your thoughts that make you better, or both, you know? But that's on a personal level, and I think that what we're talking about is there are on a grander scheme like the sun, like influences that we have, you know, cause cosmic influences, they are, you know, outside of this sphere that we've created that is reductionist again. We talk about this, it's constantly reductionist. So, you know, we're looking at screens, we're reduction reducing our our attention to a small area constantly. Um, and we're not whereas our ancestors would have been looking at horizons constantly, you know, and and the surroundings, but we're reducing our focus constantly into one area, and then when that pattern becomes normalized, you know, it's like I I see, you know, you see young young kids of you know, three or four with phones, and you think, my god, what what pattern is that setting up?

SPEAKER_02

Well, yeah, no, but that's that horrifies me when I see that. But there's another layer to that that you know is they're normally watching stuff or on games that is literally programming them and yeah, there's there's hidden stuff in stuff. Oh, for sure.

SPEAKER_01

You know, and um it it's like if you know if you can spot it, you see it. But if you can't, it then it just it's hidden and it's only unconscious. It's like we were talking about colour, uh, yellow, right? Yellow relates to solar plexus and you know, food, eating, digestion. You know, look at the colour of of McDonald's arches.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. Well, red, red is red is known to make you hungry.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. Yellow, I wasn't quite sure on it.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yellow as well. It relates to the solar plexus, you know, and that's where your your stomach is related to, and your liver. So you you all these all these sort of um advertising um uh companies, you know, a lot of them know all this stuff, or whether they they're aware of it or not, it's just uh something that's been in built to manipulate how people think and how they feel. And then because the unconscious is a really strong place. And we're talking about the sun, the sun really relates to the conscious, whereas the moon relates to the unconscious. That's why they have such a an integral relationship between each other, right? You know in our um psyche. So if you look at historically, our ancients is always a real uh you know, a mention of the sun and the moon as as energies that interplay, and that's the unconscious and the conscious mind. And it's important with cycles to have your conscious mind being conscious, and then it's time for the unconscious to take part in that cycle. You know, that's that's nature.

SPEAKER_02

Well, you know, as we come to wrap up, my goodness has an hour passed quickly. Quickly, isn't it? It certainly has for me. I honestly think we should continue this in episode 16 because we're just scratching the surface of the sun and Uranus. I have to get that in one more time, right? In this, in this, I mean, this will be the you know, most of this version will be beep, beep, beep, you know, with my bad.

SPEAKER_01

I told you I'll have to tick the box when I'll have to take the expensive.

SPEAKER_02

I tell you what, we'll I tell you what, I I I'm willing to put money on it. If you don't tick the box, or or sorry, tick the box and don't edit it, we will grow to eight or nine listeners quicker than if you if if I hadn't been so bad.

SPEAKER_01

But anywho You want me not to tick the box, do you?

SPEAKER_02

No, what does ticking the box do?

SPEAKER_01

That's just ticking the box, isn't it?

SPEAKER_02

Right, tick the box, right? Yeah, it's it's going to, you know, trust me, right? It's all about energy and harmonics, right? And people love it. At least that's what they tell me, right?

SPEAKER_00

You know, tick the box.

SPEAKER_02

Tick the damn box. Okay, so listen, you know, as we wind up episode 15, and I don't know what that is in bingo, it's just one and five. Fifteen, it's there's no sort of political.

SPEAKER_01

It's five fifteen, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

One and five. It's a good number, six, one and five is six in the middle. It's going well. You know, we thank you for all the feedback.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, number seven. Thanks for the seventh listener as well.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, we love it. We love it, and we know there's a lot more than seven, but we we like the joke still. You know, you know, write to us, write to us what you want us to speak about more and discuss. This is a two-way conversation that you can have with us. You know, there's you can leave comments. Um, you know, it's doctorsnomore.com. Although I went on the other day and it didn't redirect, but it's meant to redirect to our buzz sprout where we where we uh our podcast is hosted.

SPEAKER_01

Although our podcast could you put in the doctors no more?

SPEAKER_02

No, no, because there's two. I I got both of them. Yeah. But there's some there's some skulldoggery going on there. But nonetheless, you you know, share these links on your social media, your WhatsApp groups, your your TikTok, your telegram, whatever you're on, right? Share it and encourage people. You know, don't just share it, just say why they should perhaps listen to it and give the doctors no more, you know, an hour of their time.

SPEAKER_01

But um, once again just to quickly, where can people find you, Jeremy? Yes, well, again, not not in the kitchen or outside in the sun.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, yeah. Well, you know, I I do all my vlogs outside deliberately, you know, rain or snow or sun, right? But you can, as always, you know, it's Jeremy Airs A Y R E S dot com. Um, you know, they used to call me pubic airs at school. It was it was it ID became a yeah, it's cross. That's bullying, isn't it? Yeah, it became a phone.

SPEAKER_01

Frankly, can I just say something? I had a funny, funny conversation with uh patient this week. Yeah. Um, we were talking about phones, right? And he was going, yeah, you know, kid, his kids are so bad. He said, like, you know, this the phones and they've got this bullying, cyber bullying, and yeah, online rumors. Yeah, yeah. And I said to him, I said, Yeah, I said it was a lot easier when bullying was analog, wasn't it?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah,

Wrap Up Links And Listener Requests

SPEAKER_02

well, you know, you became a fighter or a computer.

SPEAKER_01

And then it led into like we should make some t-shirts up, bring back analog bullying.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, well, you know what? You might be on this, might be the next hashtag viral deletement. At least you could see it happen and you go, hey, yeah, stop doing that. Yeah, but let I mean we' w maybe we'll do an episode on that because we're we're making light of it, but it is brutal. It's awful. Yeah, kids, kids are, you know, if you can survive childhood, you've done a good job. But you know, as I said, when when I was at school, you either became a fighter or a comedian, and I I became a comedian, you know, um, which I prefer. But anyway, it's Jeremy Ayers A Y R E S dot com. And you, Gareth.

SPEAKER_01

Mindies.com. So it's mind with W E Z E dot com and Energimedicine International.com. That's more for the subtle energy stuff.

SPEAKER_02

And I'm sure you're putting these on the buzzsprout, you know, thing, and uh probably in the episode notes. I think you should do that.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, and again I'd encourage everyone, you know, everyone who's listening to, you know, if you do want to drop a line uh in terms of you know feedback, positive or negative, don't mind, you know, whatever.

SPEAKER_02

Yep, and you can always come and join our membership as well and learn a lot more, which you can find at jeremia's.com. But for now, um, the light is starting to fade on episode 15 as we come into the dusk of this episode. It's time to wind it up, and once again, to my ever so bright and learning. Do I have to do bagpus now? Oh, you can't let's I I keep professionally. That's three times I've tried to wind this up in a professional podcast manner, and you just throw in another. Oh, there you go. There's bagpost. I have a bagpuss on my desk. Winding up now with Bagpus and the Welsh Wise Wizard. This is Doctors No More Podcast. Thank you for listening. Bye bye.
