I interviewed one of my patients after he told me about his experience with his previous dentist. He told his former dentist his gums would bleed when he brushed, and especially when he flossed. Yet, no periodontal disease was ever diagnosed, until he visited our office. There are great "take-aways" from this interview that I hope all of us remember.
