Tameka Eaddy is an Army veteran, leadership mentor, and the host of Candid Conversations, a podcast dedicated to sharing the real stories of women who have served in the military. After more than 24 years of service in the United States Army, where she held leadership roles across healthcare operations, training, and personnel development, Tameka developed a deep passion for mentorship and leadership growth.

Throughout her career, she worked closely with soldiers and teams navigating the challenges of leadership, transition, and personal development. These experiences inspired her to create Candid Conversations, a space where women veterans can share their stories openly and reflect on the lessons that shaped them both during and after military service.
