He graduated from the College of William and Mary and the Veterinary Management Institute series at Purdue University. A veterinary professional for 20 years, he managed a practice in New York City before advancing to a regional manager position for Healthy Pet Corporation (later VCA) and finally the Administrator for an extensive 15-doctor practice in Princeton, NJ. He is a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager and a Licensed Veterinary Technician. His strengths are public speaking, client service, team building, morale, practice finances, new client acquisition, and digital marketing. 

Dr. Halow is a surgeon, military officer, and entrepreneur with more than 27 years of experience leading in some of the most demanding environments in healthcare. He began his career in the United States Air Force, where he focused on surgical excellence, resident training, and preparing teams for the realities of wartime trauma. After transitioning to civilian practice, he built and led advanced vascular, endovascular, and thoracic surgery programs that reshaped care for communities across Northern Nevada. With an MBA from the University of North Carolina, he’s now channeling that experience into transforming how physicians communicate and reconnect with their purpose in a rapidly changing healthcare system.
