Greetings and thanks for sharing a moment of your time with us. I'm Dr. Kevin Hallow, co-founder and chief medical officer of Clinician Core. Today I am going to show you our creation, Clinician Core, one secure place for everything and anyone with whom you communicate as a physician, urgent care teams, peer consults, your professional community, and live calls. Clinician Core is specifically designed just for you. It's a physician-centric, unified communication network that is invite only. Every message on Clinician Core is end-to-end encrypted and HIPAA compliant, and everything automatically deletes after 30 days. It is truly your one all-inclusive communication platform that will restore the joy of practicing medicine by streamlining your day, vastly improving your revenue stream, and reconnecting and re-engaging you to your colleagues and to all the professionals with whom you work. Let me walk you through a typical morning using Clinician Core. This is the dashboard. It is your landing screen. Notice the header. Beneath it, a persistent banner reminding you that everything here is end-to-end encrypted and HIPAA compliant. That bar follows you across the entire app so that you know that Clinician Core is completely private. At the top is your priority box. This displays only what's clinically urgent, automatically screened and prioritized for you. No more noise from items and issues that do not require your immediate attention. In this example, right now, there's a stat sepsis alert from room 4B in the MICU. You can filter these messages by all stat or urgent. So in a busy shift, you can see critical items first and nothing else. Below the priority box is your upcoming schedule. This includes a quick stats strip, active consults, pending alerts, new posts. One screen. It's all you need. One screen. And you already know where your attention is needed. On the bottom navigation, that's where things happen. Everything is reachable from five tabs. Dashboard, which is where you are right now, chats, calls, exchange, and profile. On the bottom navigation, when you tap chats, the all activity feeds open and the top tabs become visible. You see, in Clinician Core, we organize clinical communication into three different streams, each with its own identity color, so you will always know what context you're in. First is the HCO. It's also known as the Practice HQ or headquarters. It's your organization. It is in Navy Blue. This is your own organization. It has video, audio, text, and other data that comes in here from individuals in your organization. An example would be an operational task, patient care alert, message from staff or a colleague, or an administrative message. Secondly, is the HCC, also known as the Consort Core. It's also healthcare collaboration. That's what HCC stands for. And it's in gray. This is where you will find your peer-to-peer consults, is how you can organize consults, connect and communicate with colleagues and clinicians, and recoup lost revenue through the use of professional consult codes. The example here is a consult from Dr. Amara Patel in cardiology. And thirdly, we have the Doc Lounge, also known as the Doctor's Lounge. It is collared in teal. This is a private virtual lounge for physicians only. It serves as your professional and collegial community thread. It's a completely private space where you can reconnect and re-engage with other physicians. You can jump straight into any single stream from the tabs up on top. The color cue always carries through. So an Avery header means I'm in operational care. Gray means I'm in a console. And teal means that I'm in the doctor's lounge. Make sense? Let's walk through a quick example of how secure chat works. From the all activity or the HCL, simply tap the sepsis protocol, room 4B, and this will open the case. Now, this is a real-time encrypted thread. The header shows the patient context, room 4B MICU. And again, that HIPAA-safe banner sits right under it. In this particular example, you can see the care team coordinating. The alert came in, the physicians confirmed orders, the nurse acknowledged. But Clinician Core is more than simple texting. With nonlinear capabilities of video, audio, imaging, lab data, and so much more. Clinician core allows for you to be there virtually and be the leader of the care team that is managing this patient. More importantly, you don't have to leave the office or rush from the surgical or medical ward to the ICU to do it. You're right there, where you need to be, albeit virtually. For available consults, we even surface the CPT code and a live timer right in the conversation. So documentation isn't an afterthought. When you're done, you just tap the back arrow to return. Clinician Core also handles calls, fully encrypted. Simply tap the calls on the bottom navigation. Here you will find your call history. Missed calls are flagged in red. There's audio versus video calls that you can sort. You can also filter by all audio, video, or starred favorites. To start a new call, just tap the call icon on the top right of the screen. Then you can pick your contact and choose a video or audio call. It's as simple as that. And remember, your call is completely private. It's end-to-end encrypted. For incoming calls, this is what it will look like. Clean, data feeling, with the caller, their specialty, the call type, and the encryption reminder. You can discuss to accept or decline it. Tapping accept puts you in the active call. For a billable consult, the CPT timer counts up live at the top. So the moment the call ends, your documentation and billing are already started. Mute, speaker, hold, and extended menu with one tap document shortcut are all right here. Simply tap end to finish the call. When you hang up, a slim strip slides down. Call ended, documented. It will nudge you to finish the note while it's fresh. Clinician Core captures and documents the console and the time. That means you can bill for the conversation and recoup revenue for your professional time and expertise. On top of everything I've presented you, tying this all together is your own personal clinician core assistant, our built-in AI. Our AI is also HIPAA safe and completely encrypted. This means that nothing leaves your secure workspace. Everything stays on the platform. In order to access it, all you have to do is tap the floating clinician core assistant button, bottom right. As an example, let's take that patient in room 4B, patient in MICU with sepsis. You can simply ask AI for some help. You can ask your AI assistant to summarize room 4B sepsis threat, draft a consult note, check a drug interaction, or pull the latest guidelines. Your personal AI assistant will instantly summarize the room 4B case, pull the most recent lactate value if that's what you want, check in trend vital signs, and help determine the next plan of action with orders that are already ready to be signed. It saves you scrolling and always reminds you to verify clinical decisions independently. It will assist you with transcribing your documentation, assigning CPT codes, and billing the consults and interactions. As another example, let's take that phone call that we just had and complete it. Your clinician core AI assistant will transcribe and document your interaction, record the time, provide the consult code, and assist you in billing the event. Just like that, you are being reimbursed for your professional time and expertise. Guess what? No more free consults and curbside conversations. You're going to get paid too.
