Previously, he served as CEO of EFG Hermes UAE and Group Head of Coverage, where he led the firm’s largest regional office and expanded its investment banking platform across MENA. 

Earlier, he held senior roles at HSBC, advising regional corporates and institutions. He has led 50+ M&A transactions and IPOs exceeding $40 billion in aggregate value. 

Moustafa serves on multiple boards and is an active angel investor supporting founders across MENA and internationally. He founded KingFut.com, a leading football platform, and is an active YPO member serving on its MENA and International Network Boards. Forbes Middle East recognized his career in 2022.
