In this gentle meditation, you are invited to pause, soften, and reconnect with the truth of your worth. As you settle into your breath, you’ll open your heart to receiving love, compassion, and the beauty that surrounds you. This is a moment to remember who you are and to trust the quiet wisdom and love already living within you.
Arrive at this moment and just drop into this space and just really feel into your body. If it feels comfortable, just softly close your eyes or gently gaze down. Arriving in this moment just for you. Settling in softly, gently. You have courageously arrived to give yourself this pause, this moment just for you. Give yourself permission to take up space. And let's start our first breath in and big release out. One more time, breath in, and really big breath out. Feel the steady rhythm of your heartbeat. The absolute miracle of who you are. Remember who you are in this life. You matter. This pause means so much. Start to feel the connection of your breath. The chest rise and fall. Start to feel softness in your shoulders and really feel connected to your body in this moment. Settle into a space that you feel truly held. As we bring in this next season of spring, the beauty and the renewal of starting over, of beginning again. You are that blossoming flower from the bud to the bloom. You are blooming so beautifully. Receive that love. Gently filter out anything that doesn't serve you. Filter out any doubts, worries, concerns, and just let them go away. Bring in who you are, your passions, your loves, your gentleness, your empathy, your compassion. Bring it in and hold it so tenderly. You are needed. You are wanted. You are worthy of your own love. Hold on to that love. It is so special. Receive all of the compliments. Receive all of the accolades. Smile and be proud of all that you have accomplished. And knowing as we go into this next season that we get to begin again and start over. And we don't get to give up. We get to keep trying. Hold on to that feeling of the love of who you are. It's a love like no other. There is no one like you. Hold on to that feeling. That love. Bring it in. That warmth. Keep breathing in. And keep breathing out. Hold on to that light. That warmth. The miracle of who you are. Slowly, gently. Maybe a gentle sway coming back to the room. Gently arrive in this moment. And when you're ready, softly open your eyes from my light to yours.
