This guided meditation is a gentle space for service members, families and loved ones who carry so much in times of uncertainty. Through gentle breath and visualization, you'll be guided to release tension, soften fear, and to reconnect with a quiet sense of peace within. To hold the feeling that you are not alone, to rest, pause and to connect to the steadfast light within.

This meditation is dedicated to the brave service members and their wives, husbands, parents, sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, any loved ones of someone experiencing what is unfolding right now. Arrive at this moment just for you, just as you are. Begin to let go of the outside world. Let go of anything that came before this, or anything after, and just be here now. Let go of the worries, the doubts, and the fears and allow them just for now to soften and melt away if it feels comfortable to softly close your eyes or gently gaze down. Bring your awareness into your body. Relax your forehead. Soften that space between your brows. Feel ease into your jaw and let your shoulders fall heavy and support it down your back. Take a slow, steady breath in, and a long breath out. Let everything go. One more time, big breath in and big release out. Feel yourself here. You matter, feel truly held in this moment. Even in uncertainty, there can be a small space of peace and hope to hold on to. Feel into that space, that feeling of warmth. You are doing something incredibly brave, showing up, caring deeply, loving unconditionally, and that love matters so much. You are loved, you are love. Gently begin to invite in a sense of peace and hope. A softness, a quiet steadiness within you. Imagine that peace as a light in your chest, warm and steady, just like you. With each breath in, that light grows just a little brighter with each breath out. It expands through your body. Let that warm, safe light fill your entire being. Begin to extend that light outward. Extend it to that person that you are holding in your heart, to those far away, to those in the unknown. Just a gentle offering of peace, hope, comfort, and safety. Your love is so powerful, so wanted, so needed. Across uncertainty, and in this breath right now, there is so much love and hope and light. Rest easy here in that love. Feel into this quote by Brianna Weist. It is a sacred thing to be sensitive, to feel deeply, and let these motions weld you into the wholeest parts of who you are, to be willing to open up the deepest internal aspects of yourself and bring yourself to a new awareness each time. It makes you most honest and raw. It is a sacred thing to be able to feel a world many just move through. Don't ever let anyone take that away. How does this land in your body? This feeling. Hold on to this feeling. Bring it in. Feel that love across the oceans, that steadfast love. Keep feeding your light. Don't give up. You are a miracle. Don't forget you are a miracle. Hold on to this feeling. Let this feeling of love and light course through your body. Hold on to it. Start to slowly come back to the room gently, softly. And know that you are loved and that you are love. Hold this feeling, carry it with you. That love, peace, and light. And when it feels right, slowly open your eyes from my light to yours.
