A gentle, heart-centered meditation to remind you that you are safe, supported, and enough just as you are. Soften into the present moment, reconnect with your inner light, and find comfort within yourself. This is your space to return, breathe, and simply be.

Comfort yourself with your own light. Arrive at this moment softly, gently, with no expectations, knowing that there is no right or wrong way to meditate. Begin to softly close your eyes or gently gaze down. Begin to settle into a comfortable position, allowing your body to soften. Feel the support beneath you. Feel the space holding you. You are held. You are safe in this moment. Gently bring awareness to your breath, your life force. Let's take a big breath in and big release out. Really take up space. With each breath, you are arriving, connecting to your body, start to bring your awareness inward to that part of you that needs you the most. And as you meet this part of yourself, know that you are exactly where you need to be at this moment. You don't need to change anything. You are simply here connecting back to the miracle of who you are. Offer yourself a sense of gentle care, a quiet kindness. Fill into these words by Brianna Weist. I hope you find the courage to change your life in the small ways, in the big ways, in every way that matters. I hope you do not end this story with a heart full of regrets. I hope you do not spend your years just waiting for your life to begin. I hope you realize that this is not the practice run. This is not the preview. This is it. There is nothing to do but leap. There's nothing to do but allow yourself to exist as boldly and honestly as you can. You are waiting to feel ready enough to exist within the questions, to not need every answer, and to know that this life does not come to us to be perfectly understood, but to be fully experienced in every direction we can possibly reach. How does that land? Start to imagine a gentle warm light within you, your own light, your life force, the miracle of who you are. You are soft, steady, strong, inspiring, creative, and nurturing. You are so powerful. Let this light begin to glow in you, spreading throughout your body, like warmth on a cool morning with the sun shining down on your face, the innocence of this moment, the beginning of a new day. What does that feel like to begin again to start over? The power of who you are, your own light. Hold on to that light. Feed that light with your own love. Ignite it that fire within you. Trust yourself. Let it wrap around the parts of you that need it the most. Let that light hold you. Care for you. Feel that light coursing through your body. With each inhale, you are nourishing yourself, and with each exhale, you are releasing anything that you no longer need. If there are feelings, thoughts, welcome them in, hold them. You are allowed to take up space, softening into openness, into lightness. Breath in and breath out. What does that feel like? To hold on to your own light, your own comfort within. Feel the comfort of your love and light. Know that you can return here whenever you need. This light is always within you. Hold on to this feeling. Softly, gently. Begin to notice your body again, the surface beneath you, the rhythm of your heartbeat, the miracle of who you are. Carry this warmth with you into your next moment, your next step forward. Trust this feeling of knowing what exactly you need. That comfort within. You are here for yourself. You are here for you. One more time, you are all that matter, and that is enough from my light to yours.
