Breathe in the beauty that surrounds you. Let it gently fill your body. You are that beauty. Breathe it in receiving goodness. Softening. Take a moment to feel that. Let yourself settle, soften and go inward. Let your breath begin to guide you. You are here for it. Bring in the love around you. What does it smell like? New rain on a fresh morning. The flowers on your walk. The smell of fresh bread. Breathe in the beauty around you. Your beauty. What does it feel like? Warm safe, comforting. Slow inhale and a soft exhale. Breathe in the beauty that surrounds you, the miracle of it. What does it look like? Maybe the most beautiful sunset. All the changing colors. Or maybe the sun slowly sinking into the ocean. Let it gently feel your body just as you are. Safely, softly in this moment. Breathe in the beauty of light. A soft warmth feeling your heart. Let it grow with each inhale and gently radiate with each exhale. Receiving. Carry this love, this beauty, this light within you. Breathe in. Breathe out. Hold this warmth, this love. Take it with you. The beauty of who you are, the beauty around you. Softly, gently come back to the room, body, the steadiness of your breath.
