You are braver than you know. You are held. Welcome to this moment. Just for you. There is nowhere else you need to be. Just right here for you. If it feels okay, gently close your eyes, or just soften your gaze. Take a slow breath in and a long breath out. One more time, breathing in and big release out, connecting to your breath, your life force. You have courageously showed up. Feel the strength in that. You are braver than you know. You are stronger than you know. Feel into that. Begin to let your body soften your shoulders, your forehead, the sensation of feeling truly held in this moment. Soften into your breath. The steady heartbeat. You do not have to hold everything right now. You can just let everything go. You are held so tightly in this moment with love, with care. You are someone who feels deeply, someone who cares deeply, and that is so beautiful. Breathe in gentleness and exhale. Let everything melt away. Even if just for this moment, you are allowed to rest, you are allowed to soften your thoughts. You are the love of your own life. You are your own hero. Not because you have all the answers, but because you kept going even when it felt insurmountable. And right now, simply breathing is enough. Imagine being surrounded by support.
