Fall in love with yourself. One moment at a time. One breath at a time. Exactly as you are. Start today. Welcome yourself to this moment. Just for you. Just as you are. If it feels comfortable, softly close your eyes or gently gaze down and just arrive. Settle into this space of being truly held just for you. Breath in and big release out. Feeling into the steady rhythm of your heartbeat. Today, in this moment, hold on to your daydream. Hold on to your daydream. Your life is just not one thing. You are becoming, you are growing, you are evolving. Who are you in this moment? What is your daydream? You are so many things all at once. You are more powerful than you know. You are bringing in the love of who you are. Fall in love with who you are. There is no one like you. You are not the thoughts that don't serve you. You are the awareness behind those thoughts. You are continuously growing. Remember who you are in this moment. You are complete. You are whole. What do you need? One step at a time, you're moving forward. Fall in love with who you are, the tenderness. Bring in your light. You are that brightest star in the sky. You are not the drop in the ocean. You are the ocean. Bring in your own love.
