Letting Go At This Moment

Welcome yourself to this moment just for you. Arrive gently right here, right now, just as you are beginning to let go at this moment and settle into a space that you feel truly held. Softly close your eyes, or gently gaze down. Gently connect to your breath. Take a big deep breath in and exhale, releasing, letting it all go. Again, breathe in, and exhale, letting it all go. Start to feel that release in this moment. Trust who you are right here, right now, exactly as you are. Trust your intuition. Trust your wisdom. Trust how far you have come. Trust and feel the love within you. Trust the letting go of this moment, trust the miracle of who you are. Breathe in that trust, and as you exhale, let go of anything that no longer serves you. Let it all soften and fade away. Trust this one moment. Embrace this feeling of letting go, letting your body just soften into the space, letting go of the worries and doubts. This feeling of knowing there is nowhere else you need to be. Surrender to it now. And gently ask yourself, what do I need to truly let go of to surrender to the endless possibilities within what's holding you back? Bring in your voice, your purpose, your strength. Bring in your knowing what is calling you forward. Trust the process. Trust your purpose. Trust yourself. Notice what begins to rise within you when you truly let go and go within. I love this quote by Brianna Weist. It is our own love we must practice. That is what it means to love ourselves first. To understand that in the end, the story of our lives is a journey of one. We come alone and we go alone. And though the chance to have our past run parallel with other human beings is a beautiful gift. It is our own love that holds a torch through the unknown, through the mystery, through the lingering of questions and the finding of answers. It is our own love that will rise within us each morning and put us to bed each night. It is our own love that is an offering not only to ourselves, but to the ones we hold closest. How does that land in your body? Start to think about you, your next chapter, your strength, your knowing, your resilience. Your intuition, your softness, believe in it, and as you exhale, let it all go. Anything that no longer serves you, protect your energy, feel your light within. Feel the light outside of you, the light that is protecting you, the more deeply you connect with what you love, your own love from within, you no longer need validation from the outside world. You only need your own validation. You matter. Bring it in your own love, your own light. Hold on to this softly, gently, coming back to the room, your body, your breath. Softly open your eyes from my light to yours.
