Sometimes when we sleep, we have the most beautiful dreams arrive at this moment just for you. You have courageously shown up and given yourself this time a moment to simply just be gently close your eyes or softly gaze down and begin to slowly connect to your breath, breathing in slowly and exhaling, letting everything just melt away. Let your mind wander to this. Imagine yourself floating peacefully in the ocean, the gentle waves safe in this moment, the most beautiful sky above you, all the stars, the water calm beneath you, and beside you appears the most beautiful whale, gentle, wise, you feel no fear, only safety. You see its powerful eyes gentle and guiding you. As you reach toward the whale, you gently hold on to it. The feeling of holding this whale feels wondrous, feels powerful. It's holding you steady in this moment. It begins carrying you gently. You feel the steadiness and ease beneath you. You feel like you can truly rest. Guiding you through every storm. But you surrender to this feeling for this moment, trust your knowing, trust your intuition, trust your strength. You bring in the confidence that was always within you. Ancient and wise within you. Bring it in, hold it. Something deeper, something already guiding you forward. Honor your emotions. Honor your intelligence. Honor your intuition. Call in the protection you need from the outside world. Protect your inner world. Protect your peace. Protect your spirit. Allow yourself to surrender. Surrender to the here and now to ride the wave of where this life is taking you. What do you need at this moment to feel whole and complete? Pause at this moment. Bring in the feeling of gentleness. Your wisdom within. Trust your own protection. Trust your own wisdom. Trust the quiet current carrying you forward. Simply rest. Feel the steadiness in that. Your own trust. Your own knowing. Held by something greater. Held by yourself. Held by your own miracle unfolding. This gentle whale is holding you. You are holding you. Feel the power of that. You are a miracle unfolding. Feel into your inner wisdom. Hold on to this feeling of being fully held. The wisdom is within. And when you're ready, come back to the room. Your heart, your strength, one last breath in, and then exhale. Release. Open your eyes from my light to yours.
