The hero has been you all along. Welcome yourself to this moment. You have courageously arrived just for you. Arrive here just as you are. Start to settle into your space, into this moment, into your body. Fill into the sensation of being truly held. If it feels comfortable to softly close your eyes or gently gaze down, knowing that you have nothing to change, nothing to prove, nothing to become, but to just be here now. Take a slow breath in and gently let it all go. One more time, take a big deep breath in and exhale, really feeling into your space. Bring in the feeling of truly loving yourself for who you are, protect you, protect the people you love. That is what matters. Cherish who you are. Breathe into that and exhale the knowing. They love the way you laugh, the way you care, the way you keep going, the way you dream, the way you keep showing up, even on the hard days, the person you are today is already touching lives in ways you may never fully see. Allow yourself to imagine all the moments that make you who you are, your courage, your kindness, the love you give, the accolades you receive. Hold on to those. These matter more than you know. These are the qualities of a hero, not the hero who saves the world, but the hero who keeps choosing love, who keeps choosing hope, who keeps beginning again, who never gives up. Take another big deep breath in and exhale. Let this truth settle into your heart, saying out loud, or inside, the person I am is enough. The person I am is worthy of love. The person I am matters. What does that feel like in your body to know you are the hero of your own life? You are the hero all along. As the beautiful person you already are, keep staying curious, keep taking up room, keep living out loud, keep trusting the hero of who you are. Breathe into that feeling that knowing it was you all along. How does that feel? You are being truly held by your own love carrying you through every peaks and valleys. Call in your mentors, your guides, your loved ones, those here, and those beyond. Imagine them surrounding you, holding you softly, gently. Feel their love, feel their belief in you, feel their gratitude for the person you are. And as you stand here in this moment, notice something beautiful. You do not need to become the hero. You do not need to find the hero. You do not need to wait for the hero. The hero has been you all along. All the answers are inside of you. Take one final deep breath in, and as you exhale, let this truth settle deeply into your heart. You are the hero of your own life. Carry this with you. Trust yourself. Slowly, softly, come back to the miracle of who you are. Maybe with your hand on your heart, feel the hero inside of you from my light to yours.
