The GLIMPSE Method: Because Life is Supposed to Feel Good & Joy is Your Birthright.
GROUND. LOVE. INSPIRE. MANIFEST. PLAY. SURRENDER. EQUANIMITY
I help women experience what I did — not a new life, but a brand new way of living — no more loops, no more white-knuckling — through breathwork and the GLIMPSE Method, connecting with the Universe, God, the Divine, whatever resonates with you — because you are not alone, and your fairy godmother does exist.
We take a GLIMPSE into different modalities, processes, experiences, concepts all for the sake of a better, fuller more balanced and purposeful life! We dive into Breathwork, Gratitude, Law of Attraction, Visualization, manifestation, you name it, if it brings more peace and love into this world and our lives, we want to know about it!
Megan is a trauma informed breathwork facilitator and is passionate about sharing breathwork with the world and also learning and growing every day in hopes of a better and more loving world! As a once single (for the first 6 years of her child's life) mom of a neurodivergent kiddo, she understands the plight of raising a child that struggles and is still forging her path and learning new ways to support her child, all while living striving for joy, balance and inspiration. Her hope is to help other moms earlier and in their child's life to find tools and practices that focus inward instead of using external forces to numb and relax - like scrolling for quick dopamine, comparing on social media, the nightly wine.
There is a better way!! Come join us!!! And you may want to do more than just GLIMPSE!!!

I misspoke- episode with Renee Will be WEDNESDAY not tomorrow!!
In this quick update episode, Megan shares a schedule change — tomorrow’s episode will feature a special guest interview with Renee Boatman, a breathwork facilitator and women’s coach who was one of Megan’s own instructors during her certification. Megan also opens up about a powerful personal breathwork breakthrough she experienced while visiting her parents — one that brought up deep feelings of loneliness from a chapter of her life she hadn’t fully processed. A raw, real reminder of why this work matters.

Hey everyone, I hope you're having a great day. It's Megan, your host from the Glimpse Method. I just wanted to come on and um update you on a couple things happening. So I was scheduled to do manifest the M and Glimpse tomorrow, but I am pushing that out one week because I had the chance to sit down with a wonderful breathwork facilitator, women's coach, um Renee Boatman, and she was an instructor of mine in my program where I was certified for breathwork facilitator. I have done over 20 sessions with her, and also she taught some curriculum in the program. And when I was thinking of grounding and um thinking of guests that I could have for uh to dig deeper into grounding, her name popped in my head right away. Reached out to her, and she was gracious enough to set up set aside some time, and we had a great talk. Um so that will be coming out tomorrow, and uh she is just wonderful, you will see. Um the interview speaks for its her for itself. She's very knowledgeable and just she has such a grounding presence and such a nourishing, nourishing, nurturing um voice and way about her. So I'm excited uh for that to go live tomorrow. And then I also wanted to just share a little bit about an experience I had yesterday. So um I am visiting my parents. You may hear a waterfall, maybe some traffic. I'm outside and they're back um looking at the beautiful Catalina and Tortellina mountains. It's really pretty. I'm gonna miss this. I go home tomorrow, but um I interviewed my parents for uh my other podcast, The Dry Life that I do with my husband Nate, and uh some things must have come up because then I went to do a breathwork session, and I had I guess you could call it a breakthrough. Um I was absolutely sobbing. So a little bit about me. I had a child, um, and about 18 years ago, I had a little girl, and the person that I was dating, we had already split up, and it was basically because of safety. Um, and so I chose not to inform him of my pregnancy for our safety, and I'm so glad I did that. Um, but it was probably one of the hardest things I've ever had to do, and I guess I just didn't really think about it. I do remember during that time I did lean on alcohol, I did, you know, go out and kind of party with friends a little bit crazier when I didn't have my daughter, my parents would watch her. Um, and so my parents and I kind of touched on that during our interview yesterday, and then when I was doing my breathwork session, I realized how profoundly lonely I was during those years and how difficult it was to have this beautiful baby and not be able to tell the other person to share that with them. Now I know lots of people get inseminated and you know, adopt and have babies by themselves. Um and um I don't for me it was just very, very hard, and I was and it just came through to me how profoundly lonely I was, and so I let that go and basically gave honor to my younger self and love to her and what she went through, and then when I was done with my session, I felt and then during the session I also had this great uh appreciation and gratitude for Nate, my husband, because I have not felt lonely ever since he came back into my life when she was six. He adopted her. Um, things have not been super easy or like picture perfect by any means, but I have not felt lonely since then. So um I reached out to him and just let him know of my gratitude. So I just wanted to share that because I I want to share how powerful breath work can be and how it can bring up things that you don't even know your body's holding, and that release is so good and it frees you up, it makes your vessel bigger for wonderful things to happen and to come into your life. So if anybody wants to try a session with me, that would be wonderful. You can reach out to me. Um, I will put a calendarly link in the show notes, and you can um schedule a session or just reach out to me. Uh, it is a wonderful way to release the sessions are personalized. Um, it's almost like a little bit of a coaching session. We start with a little chat, um, see where you're at, see what's going on, um, and then I lead you through a beautiful hour of maybe 30-40 minutes of breathing and a little bit of meditation and maybe throw some visualization in there. Um, and it's just a really great way to uh honor yourself and your body, your mind, your soul, and yeah, highly recommend. So look forward to tomorrow with uh we'll be diving into grounding and we do talk out about other things as well. It's about an hour, so it's a little bit longer than my normal uh my normal episodes, but it is worth it. And then if you want to check out the interview I did with my parents yesterday on my other podcast, go to go um search up the dry life, and um you it's like a heart and uh maroon or like purpley background is the logo. I know there's a few of the dry lifes, but check it out and um have a glorious day, and I love you.
