This week’s energy is all about healing and wholeness — and coming back to yourself.

We live in a world that constantly pulls us to compartmentalize: family here, work there, health in one box, friendships in another. But you are not a collection of separate parts, queen. You are a whole, holy being — and this week’s energy is inviting you to live like it.

In this episode we explore:

•Why compartmentalizing your life is unsustainable and what integration actually looks like

•How to stop letting other people’s moods, words, and actions determine how you show up

•Shifting your perspective on challenges — from spiritual regression to spiritual growth

•Looking to your creator and within yourself as your true source of light

Then we close with a 5-minute guided breathwork session to anchor this week’s energy in your body. You’ll leave with a simple somatic anchor — hand on heart — and a mantra to return to all week long:

“I look within. I look to my creator. I am steadfast.”

Your anchor for the week: Whole. Held. Home. 🤍

Hello, how are you? Welcome to the weekly glimpse guide, a Sunday snack for your soul. Today's energy, or this week's energy, I should say, is healing and wholeness. This week's energy is calling us home, back to ourselves. We live in a world that loves to compartmentalize. Work-life balance, family over here, work over there, health in this box, friendships over there. But here is the truth. You are not a collection of separate parts. You are whole. And when you fragment yourself, something suffers. This week, I'm gonna invite you to come back to integration, to stop splitting yourself into separate pieces for the sake of convenience or for the sake of other people's comfort, or maybe even your comfort, or you think it's comfort. Speaking of other people, this is your reminder that no one else gets to be the source of your light. Not their mood, not their words, not the way they treat you. When you look to others to determine how you show up, you're uh you hand over your power. So instead, I want you to practice looking inward. Look to your creator and your own inner wisdom, because you are your truth always. That does not mean you're not going to be tested, believe me. You will be tested this week. But here is the shift that I'm inviting. What if every challenge was actually a doorway to spiritual growth instead of a possible regression? Instead of letting hard moments pull you backwards or stop you, what if you let them push you deeper? Let them grow you. Um expand your vessel. I like to say that whenever we go through hard things, um, we are actually expanding what we can hold and what we can reflect into the world. Wellness is not a destination, it's a practice. And this week I want to practice it together with a short um five-minute breath work session. Um, coming home to whole, we'll call it. So find a comfortable seat or lie down. You can place your hands on your heart, you can place them by your sides, on your lap, gently soften your face, your jaw, your neck, try to maybe shrug your shoulders up and then release them down and try to get out of your mind. Not too hard because that will keep you in your mind. Um, we're gonna do the halo active today, which is breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. I'm gonna cue you to have your inhales be about five counts, and then your exhales a little longer at seven. So we can go ahead and begin. Um, inhale through your nose for five. Exhale through your mouth for seven. You are not your compartments, you are whole. Inhale for five, one, two, three, four, five, exhale for seven. Other people's energy is theirs, your light is yours. Inhale again through your nose. One, two, three, four, five, exhale for seven, two, three, four, five, six, seven. I'm gonna have you go ahead and do a few more rounds of that. Inhaling five, exhaling seven. Every challenge is a doorway, it is not a dead end. You are meant to be whole, you are here for a reason. Do not let others dim your light. Continuing with that breath. Focus on wholeness, connection with yourself. Beautiful work. And your next exhale, let all of your air out, and I'm gonna offer a breath hold for you just so you're gonna take a deep breath in through your nose for as many counts as you want to fill up, and then hold that at the top. You can put tension throughout your body, flexing your muscles and your abdomen, your arms, your legs, your toes, your feet, your face. And once you release, just let that air rush out of you, relaxing your entire body. Now just come back to your natural breath. Invite you to put your hand on your heart. You can either repeat these words after me or in your head. Just coming back to natural breath, I look within, I look to my creator, I am steadfast. Again, I look within, I look to my creator, I am steadfast. One more time. I look within, I look to my creator, I am steadfast. Just keep your hand on your heart. And whenever this week tries to pull you out of your peace, I want you to come back here, hand on your heart, or another cue that might, another physical practice. And just hand on your heart and just remember. I look within, I look to my creator, I am steadfast. And then let's just take a collective breath in through our noses. And just remember, you came here whole, you will be leaving whole. You are authentically you. And you do not need to separate your life, compartmentalize your life. Bring it back to connection and wholeness and love and light. Go have a beautiful week. And remember to be true to yourself and your soul. You are a beautiful whole being that deserves the very best.
