Instead of reacting to discomfort by shutting it down, Megan invites you to pause, take a breath, and ask: what’s the deeper meaning here? Then she leads a haloactive breath practice (in through the nose, out through the mouth) to help you release judgment, call in patience, and open up to growth — ending with a deep grounding breath hold.

Happy Sunday! This is Megan from the Glimpse Method. Welcome to your weekly Glimpse Guide, a Sunday snack for your soul. So looking into this week's energy, we are looking to not start anything majorly new, but to review, maybe re-look at current projects, current things that we are doing, and they may need to be retweaked or reorganized in some way. Now, interestingly, um, listening to the Kabbalah Center's podcast today, they talked about um your soul's spark, and in the next three weeks is a really good time to look into your soul's spark, and what does that mean? Well, um, if you're in a situation that you perceive as negative, or you feel like somebody's coming at you, or something in your life is making you feel uncomfy, and you'd rather just like shoot the messenger, so to speak. Um don't do that. Try to turn it around and see what could this mean for you? What could this situation, though it seems negative, maybe presenting itself for you to expand your spark? And um, it could be a situation where that you have had in the past where you have maybe just cut it out and you know, just cut that part, maybe even that person, um, out of your life, or you know, why am I even doing this? Because um, I'm coming up against um this uncomfortable feeling. Well, that could be a great opportunity for your soul to grow and for you to turn a spark into something bigger. And um, one thing that you could put forward and in what we're gonna breathe into today is asking the universe, asking God, asking your creator to give you the desire to want to um revisit a spark, revisit your soul spark, and actually grow it and um you know make a positive change in your life. So I think oftentimes it's easy for us to take things personally and just want to not sit in it or look at it. But um this week and the next three weeks is a really good time for you to be patient with yourself and don't um you know view it as an opportunity, as a challenge, um, where you come out on the other side better. And um it's it's an interesting, it's an interesting um thing that was brought that that concept that was brought to my attention because nobody wants to feel uncomfortable, nobody wants to feel unwanted, or they don't want to be criticized, or you know, even if it's with all good intentions, but um they gave the example of like um well they gave a couple of examples, but you know, let's say things keep going wrong on a certain day or something, or you you feel that energy, it's easy to be like, oh my god, this is just not my day. And um, I challenge you this week to uh take a beat, take a take a few breaths. Um, we'll breathe together today, and um maybe you can come back to this and say, now wait a second, you know, what is the deeper meaning of all of these situations and all these things that I'm you know conceptualizing that are going wrong? Maybe they're not, maybe it's you know a wake-up call for me to grow. So um, we're gonna go ahead and breathe. We're just gonna do simple um haloactive breath, which is just in through your nose and out through your mouth. So if you are in a safe place to breathe, and if you wish to um do this with me, go ahead and get comfortable. You can lay down or you can sit down and just feel into the surface that's holding you right now. So if you're in a chair or if you're laying on a couch or on a bed, feel free to close down your eyes and focus on that surface that's holding you, knowing that you're safe and you're held, and try to relax your face, your jaw, make your arms heavy, and breathe in through your nose. And then exhale out of your mouth. Breathe in through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Keep going with that pattern of in through your nose and out through your mouth. Noticing as your belly rises, maybe your chest rises a bit on the inhale, and as you exhale, really focus on those shoulders relaxing, your arms getting heavy, and just keep breathing in and out. As you breathe in, you can call forth that desire to want to grow, want to turn that spark into a flame. And as you exhale, maybe you can let go of the negative feelings you may have or the judgment you may feel towards yourself and towards others, breathing in through your nose, and exhaling out of your mouth, filling up your belly and your chest, expanding, and then exhaling anything that's not serving you, or anything that you want to let go of. And then inhaling that desire and that passion and that that patience for yourself. And exhaling and relaxing, knowing you're held. Inhaling the desire to expand your soul to be a more positive light in your life and others. Exhaling and relaxing. Knowing you're not alone, you're never alone. Inhaling for peace and calm, and exhaling, knowing that you have the time to be patient with yourself and with others. In and out. After your next exhale, I want you to inhale the deepest breath you've taken yet today in through your nose. And after you let it out, just hold it out. This is a grounding and a calming breath hold. Knowing when you have the desire to breathe in again, you can. And allow yourself that time and that patience. Really ask for that desire to want that time and that patience. We're gonna take one more. No, we'll take two. Two deep breaths together. Let's inhale deeply through our noses. Exhale. One more deep and cleansing breath in through the nose. Exhale. Put your hand on your heart if that feels good. Thank yourself for taking the time. And look forward to having a week where you learn and grow. Get out there and slay your week. Thank you for tuning in, and I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day and a fantastic soul expanding week.
