Healing Your Human Operating System: Quantum Healing for Nurses with Agne Paceviciute
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
For so many nurses, the career that was once a calling has become a source of profound burnout and disconnection.
You feel trapped, exhausted, and wonder if you’ve lost yourself completely along the way. If you’re tired of hearing that this is “just how it is,” then you are in the right place. This is your invitation to come home to yourself.
In this episode of The Wisdom & Wellness Podcast, host Dr. Rachel Hill sits down with Agne, an advanced quantum healing practitioner who beautifully bridges the gap between biomedical science and spirituality.
Guided by their shared passion for holistic wellness, Dr. Rachel and Agne explore the concept of the "human operating system." They discuss how our subconscious programming, often rooted in childhood or past trauma, dictates our current reality—and more importantly, how we can update that programming to heal our minds and bodies.
This is a story about refusing to choose between science and spirit, and instead, creating a path that honors the whole person. It’s a powerful reminder that you, too, have the power to rewrite your story and master your own energy.
In this episode, you’ll discover:
- How to understand your "human operating system" and why updating your subconscious programming is the key to lasting change.
- The profound connection between your emotions, limiting beliefs, and physical health, and how to begin listening to your body’s wisdom.
- Why highly sensitive people and empaths aren't broken, but rather possess a superpower that can be mastered through energy calibration.
- The "Drip Method"—a practical, step-by-step process to identify, investigate, and release the limiting beliefs holding you back.
- A guided, 5-minute quantum healing activation to connect your inner healer with your self-nurture.

Hello, hello. My name is Dr. Rachel Heal, and Wisdom and Wellness Podcast explores the intersection of ancient wisdom, modern science, and holistic healing practices. We interview experts who bridge the gap between conventional and alternative approaches to health, mental wellness, and personal and spiritual transformation. I am here with Agni, an advanced quantum healing practitioner and developer. Her journey with quantum healing accelerated her inner mission, allowing her to help conscious entrepreneurs and healing practitioners step into their power, heal past wounds, and overcome resistance to create the life they desire. With her background in biomedical science, Abby bridges the gap between science and spirituality. Her mission is to guide humanity into a new paradigm by teaching conscious leaders to use powerful tools and create transformative ripple effects. And that's loaded. Agni is a longtime friend of mine. She's helped me through so many different transformations in my life and introduced me to quantum healing, which I incorporate in my health care, my mental health and wellness today. So let's welcome Agni. Thank you. Thank you. It was a lovely introduction. Well, I've got lots of questions for you, and I know we only have an hour. So with that being said, I'd like to ask you about your beginnings with quantum healing, your journey. I know you have a background in biophysics and biomedical science. So how did you first discover quantum healing?
SPEAKER_00The journey was quite interesting. I have been questioning what's my purpose, what am I here to do on earth as a human? I was always interested to understand the world and the universe, how it works and functions. And so that led me to studying science, biophysics. I was hoping to find the answer in that space. Who am I? Unfortunately, science at that time was more denying the things I knew existing. And I went into completely opposite direction at one point, looking into personal development, mental health, and really just trying to figure myself out. At the time I was thinking that what's wrong with me, and I need to fix myself so that I become a little bit more normal like others. So that journey led me to discover different tools and gain different understanding. Eventually, I realized there's nothing wrong with me. It's just that I'm processing information maybe in a different way. And I'm more aware of energy. And eventually, a line of beautiful synchronicities led me to deeper spiritual experiences and also to the right people. And I met Dick Harbrus, my mentor some years ago now, who is the founder of the quantum healing method, and who taught me all these principles and the processes that allowed me to really transform my life. And right now allows me to support others on their own transformational journey.
SPEAKER_01So just someone just walking in off the street. What is quantum healing?
SPEAKER_00There are so many ways to explain this. So at the core of it, quantum, considering quantum physics, is the energy field that we are not seeing, experiencing the physical realm. It's a conversation about waves of energy and how particles behave like waves and no longer particles. As a method, the core principles here are to become aware of your own internal experience. Because we are so used to focusing on the external world and experiencing something that's happening, our thinking patterns are always focused on the external world. But we are rarely quiet down enough to notice what's coming from within. So the quantum healing process leads you to explore your inner world and to understand your own patterns, to understand your own limitations and beliefs, maybe some traumas that have been experienced in the past that still impacts you today. It helps you shift those patterns really quickly. So I usually say quantum healing bypasses the time because the transformation happens so quickly compared to other methods like therapy, talk therapy, for example. And we address specifically the subconscious level or your human operating system, as I like to call. Everything that is anchored that filters out your experience of the reality, that's what we're working on with quantum healing.
SPEAKER_01I always think of that space as the face space where you can create anything, whether it's positive or negative. And you something really, really important about the limited beliefs. Because I always tell my patients that we learn initially in our first stages of life from our external world, and a lot of times we find it hard to move forward because we're carrying all that stuff from the past. If you could put a percentage on it, what is the percentage of people's issues rooted in their past?
SPEAKER_00I think everything is rooted in the past. And it varies in how it is expressed, right? But our system works like that. The mind, especially the ego mind, is trying to control, predict, protect you from the experiences that happened in the past. Whether you the past that you have lived through, maybe the past that was passed on through generations, the cultural expectations and all the programming that happens early on in the childhood, or through some deep significant experience later in life, all the programming and the anchored traumatic experiences are shaping you and your reality right now until you address what happened in the past, until you release those trigger points.
SPEAKER_01Now, when you were working with Dick Harbour, can you speak to a personal transformation you experienced during that time when you were learning quantum healing?
SPEAKER_00At the time when I met Dick Harbor's, or a good month before I met Dick Harbor's, I was going through deep spiritual awakening, I would say. Something big shifted in my presence and all the years of depressive mode and not knowing who I am and why I'm here, and a lot of limiting belief and lack of confidence and all those patterns shifted deeply, and I started getting almost like information, like inner knowing. I started exploring, can I trust that? Right? Because we are conditioned not to believe what comes from within. That was my only reflection. If I can come out of all that mud and step into the light, then it's really possible. The only problem for me was that I didn't know how I couldn't replicate my experience for anybody else because everybody is on their unique journey. I needed the tools to guide others towards their experience. And just with that intention, hoping to be guided to the right processes and the tools, I met the carburetors and I knew right away that I need to learn the quantum healing method. And I was absorbing all the information that he presented at the time. And I asked him to teach me and train me before I even experienced it. I knew it was mine. And of course, through those experiences, so many things opened up for me, so much healing, so much internal transformation, deeper understanding of all my past experiences, why things were happening for me, and how it was serving me in a way to step into my power and to master my own energy and really heal at all levels, mentally, emotionally, and physically.
SPEAKER_01When you say master your own energy to someone just walking off the street, is it fair to say it's just owning your power, or how would you describe mastering your own energy?
SPEAKER_00This leads us into an interesting topic, talking about highly sensitive people and a lot of neurodivergency also is expressed through those tendencies. So I did recognize over time that I'm processing a lot more of information than normally people do, meaning that I feel other people's energy, I feel the emotions. Sometimes I tune in to their thinking patterns. I know things without learning. So it's the ability to connect energetically to everything around. And by the way, it's also anchored in trauma from the past. It sounds like a superpower, but the core essence of it is still based on traumatic experiences and trying to be hyper-vigilant of everything. But mastering your energy means recognizing what is yours, what is no longer yours, balancing yourself so that you find that calmness within, even under pressure, under stress, or whatever is going on around you, you can still calibrate your energy and find the peace within yourself. And that was a new process for me. That was a new experience for me to really find the peace. I didn't know it existed at the time.
SPEAKER_01That's beautiful. I know that I come from the healthcare profession as a nurse provider. There are a lot of nurses and a lot of human beings who would classify themselves as empaths. And when I'm on Facebook, I see these empath fights that make you feel like, wow, they are really suffering. They're really struggling. And it sounds like a miserable experience, but deep down I feel like there has to be a gift in that. And it does have to be painful. How would you speak to people struggling with their sensitivity?
SPEAKER_00It's so familiar for me because yes, I many people have like social anxiety or in general anxiety. The um all the even the at the body level, the responses are very intense. And it's just because we are not fully aware of what's happening. We don't understand the processes that are happening in the system. But when you do, and through quantum healing, that's the intention as well, to activate your resources, to step into your resourceful experience, to really rewire the brain to be in that quiet space and process things more effectively, to calibrate your energy field, your energy centers, right? All those pieces, and that's why I talk about human operating system. It's a complex system, but quantum healing gives you the structure to both understand and master really your internal experience. Because all the empaths, they can be victims, of course, because if they are not able to manage their system, then everything is impacting them, right? But if they are able to find a balance within and recognize what is mine, what is not mine, and how to respond to those things, they become superhumans. That's what I would say.
SPEAKER_01I know impasse filled alone. One of the common themes is isolation, but you talk about resources and experience of resources. When you realize that you're more empowered than what you think you are, it's like you don't need anybody out there. Like, I've got a whole team. So can you explain to all the out there, all the nurses out there, what the resources are and how they make up our team so that we're not feeling isolated or lonely.
SPEAKER_00Right. So the first step that I typically guide my clients through, an integration of your internal resources. And I have a list of seven core resources: your inner healer, self-nurturer, your intuition, self-protector, trust, forgiver, and inner peace. Each of these resources, it's like a metaphor, but like an archetype of energy, but it's nothing external. These energies are within you. I'm just presenting an opportunity for you to recognize that and to understand how you perceive that within yourself. So when I say activating your resources, I mean uh introducing you to your resources and creating the relationship between your resources so that you can call upon your inner healer and invite it to heal your body or or a memory or a trauma, whatever that would be. Call upon your intuition when you want to be more in tune with that inner knowing. Forgiveness is a big challenge for people that eventually causes physical conditions when we hold on to some anger onto others, and it's like poison within your body, and people just don't know how to forgive, how to release of those stuck emotions, right? So just activating the resources opens up your system for clearing of the blockages of the unprocessed emotions, traumatic experiences, limiting beliefs, and everything else.
SPEAKER_01You mentioned that human human operating system and how it relates to all those inner resources that we activate within ourselves.
SPEAKER_00Okay. So in quantum healing playground, we are focusing on your conscious mind, subconscious mind, and the superconscious. And I will share a metaphor that will help you understand in a simple way. Let's take an example of the computer. The computer has a written code in the hard drive. So all the programs that are in the computer are written in the hard drive, and that's a subconscious mind, which is taking about 95% of your brain power and processing power. Then there is a screen of the computer that you as a user can come and select the apps or the functions and use those programs to the extent that is the programming allows you. So these two are interconnected and you can be aware of things that are happening on the screen. If you are not satisfied with the capabilities of the program on the screen, you would need to change the program that is in the hard drive. Correct? But consciously we don't have access there to that. You need a programmer to do that, and most of us are running on old programs that have been installed in your childhood, so 30, 40, 50 years ago. Can you imagine using the computer that is 20 years old today? How much can you do with it? Everything's updated. But now imagine that you have this old computer with all programs, and you figure out how to access the internet without computer. All of a sudden, the information from the whole world is available to you. You can download new programs, you can update the old programs, you can transform everything. So, as a metaphor, the computer hard drive is your subconscious mind, the programming that is sitting in that space, so to speak. The screen is your conscious awareness, is limited access to all the information that exists, but is how we operate in a daily life. And the internet connection is that spiritual connection is your superconscious that knows all there is to know and has access to all the data and all the possibilities and can update the programs in the subconscious. So human operating system is just like an equivalent of the computer, as we invite the subconscious programs to come to your conscious awareness, and then we invite the superconscious to update the programs. And as you are aware of the process, everything's changing very quickly.
SPEAKER_01Especially with all the changes, it's just gotta get a new skill set for that. We have it all within us. That's the beauty of quantum healing for sure. As someone who bridges the scientific and spiritual world, where do you see the future of mental health and wellness headed with quantum healing?
SPEAKER_00Oh, possibilities and bless. I think the main problem in a medical system, even today, more in the past, has been that we have been addressing mind and body and soul as separate elements. If something is wrong with your body, then the doctor will prescribe the medication where shifting the biochemistry. If there is a mental challenge, again, there is a pill to fix some biochemistry in the system that causes that. Spirituality was left for the church to handle. But quantum healing and many other modalities, more and more now, in holistic perception, are bringing those things together. There is a deeper understanding of how mind, body, and soul is connected and entangled and impacting each other. So let's say cancer in your body might be caused by unprocessed emotions from some traumatic experience, and you can't just release that by focusing and heal cancer by simply releasing all those emotions. And there have been researches made and different proofs of that, those kind of experiences are available now. And I think that's the future, that's the evolution. The more we address the inner challenges, mental, emotional, past traumas, the more healthy we become as human beings. And therefore, external kind of interventions won't be necessary in more cases.
SPEAKER_01I know the medical society probably doesn't want to hear that because of pharmaceutical medications and the cost, but I know fins are. Research on spontaneous feeling where people have just had these scary labels or diagnosis and then they go to her meditate for the whole weekend and then all of a sudden they're healed. And there's no scientific explanation for it. And how can you explain that to someone who doesn't know anything about energy work or anything? How bad is even possible?
SPEAKER_00Well, yeah, it's hard to believe. But I have my own proofs, my own experiences with clients as well. Worked with one person who had cancer, and it was I think I don't recall specifically what type of cancer, but we had one session, and what came up is his past trauma from the childhood where the abuse happened. And uh releasing that attachment and healing that traumatic experience led to a big leap in in the test results. Like he did the test, PSA levels were around 211 at the time. After the session, in a week time, it dropped to 32. Wow, that is significant. That's a really significant jump. And I think two months later he was in remission. And I can't fully prove that's the only reason why he healed, but I just know for myself that's what happened. And yes, the mind wants to understand. We try to look for proof of these experiences, but when you see enough cases, you can predict what will happen. Absolutely.
SPEAKER_01There's so many books about people who have experienced healing like that. I forget the author's name, Dying to Be Me, a woman who had like multiple tumors and was on hospice in the hospital, and her husband was by her bedside waiting for her to pass. And she had an experience where she healed and released a lot of things when she was unconscious, and she woke up, the tumors just started shrinking, and now she's all over the world writing books and talking about her experience. Healing is that easy, but I believe that the lack of understanding of quantum healing and things like that kind of make people like not privy to it. And I think that's the beauty of wisdom and wellness, sharing with people when you tried everything and you don't know. You don't know what you don't know. There's no time like the present to learn new things and everything. So this is an opportunity to share other things outside of medicine. Because some people think you only can take a pill.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, we have been conditioned.
SPEAKER_01But ultimately, I feel like us being able to rely on ourselves through just being pure energy and pure spirit and our intentions and things, just who doesn't want to be free from past trauma? Let stuff go so we can be our authentic selves.
SPEAKER_00It feels like a scary, more intense process, but it's so worth it.
SPEAKER_01And that's the ego, right? There's a method. I remember one of your presentations I attended, or one of your group sessions, and you talked about the drip method, and it was like a nice roadmap to limiting beliefs and everything. So I was wondering if you would share that with us.
SPEAKER_00Through all this work, I feel like limiting beliefs are one of the most significant pieces because our behavior is anchored in our belief system. When we believe something is true or something is right, we take action based on that. Now, a lot of what we believe is not necessarily the truth, but a lot of beliefs have been programmed and anchored in the childhoods based on some limitations, some resistances, whatever happens. And these beliefs, even if we are not aware of them, they limit our current experience. The problem with that is that it's not easy to uncover what those subconscious beliefs are. And this is the method that I created to become aware of the specific belief that is causing some resistance in your life. So the drip method, and these words are significant. First step, what you need to do is to be very clear about your desire. What do you want to create? What do you want to experience? How do you want to feel as specific as possible? Rachel, can you give me an example of a desired outcome?
SPEAKER_01I've used the drip method with my finances before the past. Okay. Not enough money. I have to work harder for the money.
SPEAKER_00Right. So most likely in that situation you will experience that you work hard and you don't get enough income. Maybe the expenses are too much or something. So there will be that stress, financial stress that you experience. You will potentially evaluate how much money you need to make, and that is the easiest way to describe the desired outcome. It's measurable. The numbers are easy to evaluate. So if your desired outcome is to make let's 10k a month, all right, and your beliefs are saying otherwise they are conflicting with that desire, you will most likely not achieve that. Because your beliefs are protecting, they're keeping you safe, they're keeping you in the position you are right now. That's what's familiar. So if you want to create that desired outcome, let's say 10k a month, you can say out loud, if you look in the mirror, that's working even better. I am making 10k a month. And because it's very far from the truth, your body will react, it will show the resistance, it will either give you an uncomfortable feeling, or maybe a memory will come up of somebody telling you that you are not good enough, not worthy enough, you don't deserve that much, or that isn't possible. Something will come up. Sometimes it's just the feeling, sometimes it's a visual expression of something. You will notice the resistance. The next step you need to investigate what that means. What is this resistance? Telling me. Let's say I'm making 10k a month and I feel that punch in the gut, right? Or the heat in my chest, or however you experience that discomfort, just pay attention to that feeling. And when I say investigate, dig deeper. What does that mean? When do you feel this way? What is the emotion behind that feeling? Do you feel the fear in your body? Do you feel that you're not worthy? How does that come into a phrase? Because we're looking for a specific phrase as a limiting belief. And from that point, we can work with it and address and transform that. These are the steps. Be very clear of your desired outcome. When you say out loud that you already have it, notice the resistance in your body. And then investigate what that resistance means to you until you uncover a specific phrase. So this is the drip method to clarify your limiting beliefs.
SPEAKER_01And what is the specific phrase? Like if my desired outcome was to not have to work a million hours just to make my ends meet, the resistance was for years I've worked 12-hour shifts, taking call, worked multiple jobs to make ends meet. It just made me feel constricted. Investigating where that was, it was just a growing up, working hard that I have to work hard in order to make money. And just what would the phrase be for that?
SPEAKER_00You already said it. I have to work hard to make money. So beliefs are usually followed by words always, have to, should, need to. No one is helping me. I am not. I am is like the most powerful belief, is like self-identifying as something. I am not enough. I am whatever. Or money is like very strong definition of what that is, what that means. Money is the root of all evil. We don't we say those phrases like easily, but we don't often reflect if it's really the truth in all cases. And when you recognize that it's not always truth, then it's something that would be useful to address. So let's take the same example. I want to make 10k a month, and I can repeat to myself, I'm making that much money, but every time I say that phrase, my body is responding with resistance because it's not true. And I am statements are the most slippery with affirmations because you activate the resistance by simply repeating that phrase automatically. There is a more useful way for affirmations, as like process affirmation. So let's say I'm getting more and more opportunities to make 10k a month, more and more money is coming my way. So the process is not a full-end statement, but we're talking about using affirmations to reprogram your subconscious mind. The coding that is in your hard drive, it doesn't go as easy from the subconscious level, from the conscious awareness from the conscious level. The reason why quantum healing works so much faster, and specifically talking about limiting belief, Rachel, you become aware of the limiting phrase, and through the process, as we dissolve that, you get a new phrase that is positive to replace that. But it doesn't come from your mind, it comes through your being, it comes from the internet space that probably your conscious awareness is not even familiar with that. So something new that comes into your system, and then we anchor that positive belief. And very often in this 15 minutes process, people don't even remember the original limiting belief. It's hard to recall the phrase, which means that we delete that in your programming and replace it with something else, and it ripples through all the other connected beliefs.
SPEAKER_01That's pretty deep. I know there's this affirmation that I play with all the time. A long time ago, I used to always say, I lose everything, I can't find anything. And then that was my experience. And then I think I listened to Laurence Schaufel Shin Schoffel, and she said, Nothing is lost in the universe. And so I replaced that affirmation with there's nothing lost in the universe. And just this week, I lost my passport card, my social security card, everything was in this little case, and it might have lost it two weeks ago. And I had seen it in a bag when I went to California to visit my son, came back, and I couldn't find it. And it was just like, I'm like, okay, nothing's lost in the universe. I didn't fret or anything, I didn't worry. I just knew it would come up because nothing's lost in the universe. Nothing's lost in the universe. And it's so wild because I know the bag I had it in. And then all of a sudden, I go in my closet, which magic happens in my closet, pick up an old bag, hang it on the hanger that it fell off of in the closet, and my case is in there just like, huh? Here I am. And then I just laugh. I'm like, nothing's lost in the universe. I don't remember putting that little case in the bed, but it was there, and I found it. And it was like I had called the Audi dealership, thinking I left it in the upper corner. I had called the doctor's office, and it wasn't there. Just like, okay, nothing's lost in the universe, it is there.
SPEAKER_00It's a perfect example how your beliefs create your reality. Absolutely. I expected to find it in it. So if ands and buts about it. And I I remember myself, a very negative mindset and kind of negative self-talk. And at one point I realized that, and I was like determined to change that. And anytime I caught myself saying something negative about myself in my own mind, I would pause, I will reframe that, even though it felt very uncomfortable and not true at the time, because that's all the happens. But I trained myself to think positive, and from that point, everything shifted for me too.
SPEAKER_01So even the medical side, let's switch to the spiritual side, because even with the spiritual side, there are limited beliefs within our religious communities and our spiritual communities. I used to think that when I was sick as a child, it was because I did something wrong, or I wasn't living righteous enough and things like that. And still to this day, I still run into people when someone is sick, they're like, oh, they probably didn't have enough faith, or they didn't do this, or they didn't do that, or it was because of X, Y, and V. And I feel like those are a lot of limiting beliefs that can be perpetuated in communities where it shouldn't be, because sometimes I feel like illness and things like that are lessons for us and opportunities for us to overcome our systems, like a playground just to play. So can you share with me the way quantum healing, science, and spirituality dance together?
SPEAKER_00So a lot of what's being taught in religious structures is also like you're being punished or it's a result of your behavior or something. I feel like that is anchored in judgment, and even in many cases, God is presented as judgmental, or the judgment day will come, and you will have to suffer for your all the wrongdoing. Not everybody interprets that way, pank dogs. There's a lot of positive expression in that space too. But I think this element is not useful. Quantum healing principles are anchored in non-judgmental attitude. That's why we just observe what is, notice what happens, notice what comes to your awareness, and then thank it for gratitude. And with that something changes already in your system. Judgment creates resistance. There is that battle that's happening. And if you believe that you are sick because you are punished, what chance do you have of healing then?
SPEAKER_01Right.
SPEAKER_00And if you believe that you can heal and get well, I think there is plenty of statistics with all different conditions, but specifically cancer that I'm familiar with. Those people that survive cancer most often they have a certain faith. They do believe that it's possible. And that is the major element, in my understanding, why it works. So no judgment, observing your experience, understanding why that condition is present in your system, understanding the patterns where it comes from, and addressing those past experiences or entanglement or connection with whether your ancestral lineage or anything, any specific experiences, addressing those will help you to calibrate to natural way of being. Because the body doesn't want to hurt you. Body is just signaling you that something is wrong, something that you need to look into your system and address. The cells, if they are giving you light signals and you don't notice that, if you don't take it seriously, they will begin to shout. Your body will begin to shout that there is a problem, right? And that's when we experience the illness. But that's just an indicator. The idea that I wanted to share that kind of explains a little bit of this, is the entanglement between the physical and spiritual. I I use the model of five bodies, and I'm not attached to that as a principle, but it helps to explain, and that's why it's a physical body, mental body, so your mind and processes that are happening there, emotional body, everything that has to do with your emotions, energy body. We begin to talk about the chakra system, right? And the energy we create, and the spiritual body. So five bodies. Imagine your physical body has the cardiovascular system, nervous system, muscular, skeletal system, and you can analyze them separately, right? You can all the anatomy books are describing or presenting, showing how it looks, each as a separate system. So you can analyze it's useful, but really they are all entangled and affecting each other and impacting, right? So this is how the emotional blockages are anchored in your body and eventually turns into certain disease. And this is how the spiritual body, connection to your spiritual body, allows that to dissolve when you allow the energy to flow. So it's more of a model that helps to make explain the processes that are happening because everything is interconnected. The thoughts we think are electrical impulses in the neurons that trigger chemical reactions in your body that we experience as emotions. Thinking and feeling is a belief in the loop. We keep thinking and feeling the same thing, it becomes anchored deeply in your physical body, and that creates the energy field around you. That creates the frequency and a collection of frequencies that we hold anchored in our system is what's creating our experiences. So this is how everything is entangled, and this is how I bridge that gap, if we want to say that, between science and spirituality. For me, it's like it's all one. It's just that we have been taught that these two things are separate and they don't go together. For me, it's the same thing, it's just explained in a different way. Do we have enough time for you to walk us through a process or something like that? Alright. So I will guide a bit short process, just a couple of minutes, but I will invite you to just close your eyes as you listen to this recording and focus within and notice what comes up internally for you. And as I guide you to notice each of the resources, you will probably notice some expression of internal visual, feeling or sensation in your body, maybe a sound, a taste, or smell. We experience our inner world through five senses, just the way we experience the external world, too. So no external trigger, but that. experience comes from within. And so just close your eyes and relax. In a comfortable position. Notice your breathing. And thank your breathing for helping you relax. That's right. And then notice what happens as I invite your being to bring to your awareness a focus of energy. Which is the focus of energy of your inner healer. The part of you that heals you so just notice how your inner healer resource comes to your awareness. Whether it is an image, a physical sensation, sound, a taste or smell. There is no right or wrong. It's a completely unique experience. So just observe how your inner healer is showing up. And when you notice that thank your inner healer for coming to your wind in that particular way. And when you thank it, notice what happens. Notice how it responds to your gratitude and appreciation. That's right. That's right. And then notice what happens as I invite your being to bring to your awareness a focus of energy of your self nurturer. The part that loves you and nurtures you fully notice again if it is a visual a physical sensation, sound, a taste or smell. Just notice how your self-nurture comes to your awareness. And then thank it for coming to your awareness in that particular way. And then notice the response to your gratitude and appreciation. And when you notice the response and when you're ready just notice what happens as I invite your being to make all the arrangements necessary to connect your inner healer with your self-nurture. Notice how your self-nurturer receiving the necessary healing feeling more whole, healed and complete. And your inner healer receives the energy of your self-nurture feeling more loved, nurtured, cherished, validated and acknowledged. Just notice how these two resources are connecting to each other sending energy to each other and receiving energy from each other. Sending information to each other and receiving information from each other. To whatever degree they are willing and able to connect at this stage. But doing that deeper and deeper all the time. And just notice how your being is making all the arrangements necessary for this process to continue. And notice how both your inner healer and self-nurger gently scanning through your body through your personal space looking for any areas in your body that needs healing nurturing notice how it integrates into your organs, your tissues and every single cell of your body notice how it allows you to love and nurture yourself moretice how other people show up in support and bringing that loving energy caring for you supporting. Notice how all the healing that needs to happen is integrating over time and your being is making all the arrangements necessary for this process to continue. And when you're ready only when you're fully ready you can allow your eyes to open feeling fully relaxed, refreshed and calm. That's right. That's right.
SPEAKER_01How do you feel Rachel the experience I had was just I felt really cold all over my body I noticed and thanked the coldness because I don't do cold I noticed it thanked the coldness and then I saw this I felt this like big warm like thick heavy blanket come around me and everything and just wrapped me and then another big blanket came up around me and it wasn't just me it was like all my nurses or the spirits of the nurses that were outside of me and a blanket wrapped us all up together and everything. And so it's just like everybody's taken care of. Everybody has what they need right now despite what that experience looks like to me. Because I really thought a lot about my profession without getting wrapped up in fearfulness and things like oh they're trying to get rid of us they're not calling us professionals anymore the Department of Health this and that all the fear based things that are on the external world when it all pulls to our resources what we're able to create for ourselves and the realities that we need to grow. And so that just gave me peace. It just gave me peace that we were supported and everything.
SPEAKER_00So yes so what was your experience like sharing that I tune into the energy right and my hold space for people to calibrate to that. And my job is really to guide the process so the language patterns are important for the specific formula that I'm following. And this is like interesting exploration for myself a while ago I checked in with AI system and asked the question what frequencies is my voice holding during this guidance? And it gave me feedback with specific resonance of the frequency creating the space grounding energy the safe space and grounding and transformation and miracle tones. If you're familiar with the miracle tones there's a lot a lot of recordings of sound so I'm aware that my voice is activating certain things and people experience. So I do offer individual sessions or sometimes organize a group nothing is like put on the calendar at the moment in a group sense but I do form the groups to experience that the whole system recalibration and reset Quantum Healing 1 as we call it self-alignment program. It's more general work on your whole operating system to balance it and to really rewire your brain and restructure your perception of time and how your brain codes the time and the experiences in the past and potential in the future so that I think is the place to start usually and from there we'll be teaching other levels of quantum healing bringing more of the understanding of how this works and eventually the practitioner programs will be available too if anybody's interested in learning the process and the principles that allows you to really guide people towards healing rapidly.
SPEAKER_01Awesome. And I know you and I are collaborating on a project for nurses so that nurses house re dividers can incorporate quantum healing to heal themselves so that they can better mirror the healing perspective to their clients. We've got that coming up on the professional continuing education side.
SPEAKER_00Yeah that's right and I like how you present that you know heal themselves because most of us healthcare providers or those who care and are here on a mission to heal the world are focused on others. Give and spread that energy and we don't fill our own cup and until we fill our own cup we can't really show up fully for the others either so all the intention to focus on yourself and receive.
SPEAKER_01So I appreciate you being here so much. You've been a delight to the world such a delight in my life very transformative. And I know we only have a few minutes left but can you explain the painting that you've had behind you with I promise I will let you go.
SPEAKER_00Yeah painting became part of my own healing journey because this is an endless process right this painting in particular I called it a courageous heart releasing the shame and guilt while beings of love and light are holding the space of unconditional love. And some people see the wings and some people see two beings there. Whatever resonates with you this is all the expression of that releasing the trauma out of your system and realizing that you have the light within you.
SPEAKER_01Absolutely amen sister well it's been a pleasure having you here and I would like to thank audience for participating and joining in and everything with wisdom and wellness we have more programs to come on a lot more amazing healers like Agni and looking forward to the future and I know I'll have you back. So thank you so much for being here and until next time you know where to find us thank you. Thank you. And that brings us to the end of our time together today. Thank you so much for tuning in. My prayers this conversation has served you and reminded you that you are a whole person mind, body and spirit.
