Erika Brown left a six-figure banking career, bought a house with a dirt crawl space in the historic West End, rented out the basement, and used the income to stop living paycheck to paycheck. Within a year of becoming a real estate agent she had also bought an investment property. Ten years later she owns over five million dollars in real estate, runs an investment coaching program with a national community, and, even, gave away a house at her own conference. In this episode, Justin and Erika trace the whole arc from corporate ceiling to family real estate business.
