The 515 Podcast
The 515 Podcast is where survivors of abuse learn to alchemize chaos into clarity and start taking themselves back. Through honest stories and grounded tools, we focus on abuse recovery, self‑reclamation, and turning what tried to break you into the gold you build your life with next.

Welcome to The 515 Podcast: Self-Reclamation After Abuse

In this intro, Raven shares how she went from trauma‑informed and self aware to trapped in an abusive marriage that distorted her reality, and how 515 became her symbol of alchemy, turning chaos and shame into clarity, boundaries, and self trust. You will hear what 515 Fitness Inc: Healing Studio in Wheaton is, how Zoetic Actionable Therapy uses movement plus counseling, and why this podcast is a space for survivors who know something is wrong but do not yet have words for it.
This show is for high capacity, “strong” women who still found themselves in abusive relationships, and want concrete red flags, story, and spiritual self reclamation, not vague advice. Raven is not here as a clinician, but as a lived experience coach, naming her own patterns and inviting you to start turning your lead into gold, one day at a time.

Welcome to the 515 Podcast. I'm Raven, and this space was born out of the nights I spent on my kitchen floor trying to figure out how I went from smart, self-aware, trauma-informed, to married to a man who called me a whore in therapy and had me doubting my own memory. 515 for me is alchemy. It's the moment the lead of chaos, shame, and trauma starts to turn slowly, stubbornly into gold, clarity, boundaries, and a self I actually trust. It's the portal between how did I let this happen and what am I going to do to build with what's left? This podcast lives in the same ecosystem as Nikki's 515 Fitness Inc. Healing Studio in Wheaton, Illinois. A space where bodies, brains, and stories get to come as they are and be transformed, not bypassed. I'm a lived experience coach at 515 Healing Studio. It's not your typical therapy space. Think of 515 Fitness as a different front door to mental health. It looks like a gym, feels like a community hangout, and functions as a counseling center that moves with you. Instead of sitting the whole time, you move while you talk. Your therapist is in workout clothes right beside you, paying attention to how you think, how you move, and how those things interact with each other. And that's soetic actionable therapy. ZAT for short. ZAT sessions follow a rhythm. The goal is to help you notice your patterns, test new ways of moving and thinking, and build a life that feels more regulated and more authentic to you. While ZAT happens mostly one-on-one, the Healing Studio also runs group workshops that open the door wider. So these groups are designed for all genders and focus on communities, safety, and shared growth. And we'll definitely get into the Healing Studios workshops. And Andy, we'll definitely get into the Healing Studios workshops and events and episodes to come. For now, feel free to visit 515FitnessInc.com or head on over to our 515 Facebook page. Links are available in the show notes here. You do not have to be a 515 client to be here, though. This is a podcast for survivors who know something is wrong but can't name it yet. Through story, red flag breakdowns and spiritual alchemy, we will explore how smart, capable women get trapped in abusive dynamics, why it can take years to finally see the truth, and what it looks like to reclaim your mind, body, and life. If you've ever been the strong one, the therapist friend, the overthinker, the one who reads all the books, and you still ended up in an abusive relationship, this podcast is for you. I'm not here as a clinician. This is not therapy. That happens in the 515 studio. This is lived experience, philosophy, and practical insight to help you turn devastation into becoming the woman you were always meant to be. And just so you know, I'll be focusing on male-female dynamics, but no matter what gender you are, if any of my content resonates with you and your relationship dynamics, this is all for you too. And I hope this is a safe space for you. In the 515, we're not just talking about red flags in a vague way. We're getting specific. We're talking about the jokes that made your stomach drop, the silence that punished you harder than any yelling, the way space got weaponized to shut you up. We're also talking about the shame, the stigmas, the ways people will project their insecurities onto you, and how to reclaim your body and your story anyway. And this isn't uh he's a monster, I'm an angel type podcast. I'll be owning my patterns too. My high tolerance for red flags when someone lights up my mind, my body, and my soul. My belief that I can manage chaos better than I could walk away from it, and what it's taken to finally choose myself. In the episodes ahead, I'm diving into my ex versus my husband, the eerie copy paste patterns and the differences that really mattered. We'll get into the subtle red flags I ignored in real time and how I'm learning to recognize them now. We'll get into alchemy and self-reclamation. If you're listening in your car, your bathtub, the 515 studio, or hiding in your bedroom, you're not crazy, you're not alone, and you're not beyond repair. This is 515. This is where we start turning our lead into gold and taking ourselves back one day at a time. For tidbits from the show, extra insights, and my own reflections, follow me on TikTok at 515 Alchemy. I'll be here by your side every step of your healing journey. Let's do this.
