Introduction: The Therapeutic Power of Podcasting
SPEAKER_00Oh man, I've been waiting for this. It has been uh too long since I've been hosting a podcast, but I'm ex I'm super excited about this series, this uh this podcast, Nature Over Everything. Um, mainly because there's something about a podcast that just allows you to, I don't know, it's it's a form of therapy. At least it is for me. You know, um, this podcast, you know, we're gonna go back to the roots. We are gonna go back to where we belong, honestly. And that is, you know, uh symbiotic with nature. You know, everything in life, society, and whatnot has pulled us away
Society's Disconnection from Nature and Our True Selves
SPEAKER_00from nature. And I like to say it's pulled us away from our true self. And the more that technology advances, and the more that man slash woman tries to outsmart nature and outdo nature, the further away from our true selves we're gonna be. You know, so we're gonna talk about all of that, you know, we're gonna dive into what it means to eat natural foods, species-specific foods, the food you're supposed to eat, right? Um, we're gonna talk about living in alignment, living, you know, in alignment with your true nature, who you truly are, who you truly want to be, and not conforming for anything, right? And not submitting to anything and not compromising for anything. You know what I'm saying? We're gonna talk about just the struggles of living
Living in Alignment with Your True Nature
SPEAKER_00in a society where everything is working against you, you know, when it comes to trying to better yourself and become a better version of yourself. And I think we're starting to wake up as a people, you know. I think we're starting to wake up from a humanistic standpoint and from a consciousness standpoint, but we've got a lot of work to do, and we're gonna share that. Now, you know, this podcast specifically, I don't plan on having many guests. This is going to be a very intimate type of relationship between me and you, right? Um, I I would love for this to be interactive, you know, so there are plenty of ways to reach out to me, but this will be a very, very intimate relationship. And that's I I that's by design. I wanted to keep it that way. I I've done podcasts where I where it was guest-driven. And while that's fantastic,
The Personal Journey to Natural Health and Conscious Living
SPEAKER_00and there's plenty of podcasts out there, there's something about having an intimate relationship with the podcaster, and that's what I want to have with you because I'm sharing my energy with you, and you are sharing that same energy back with me. Reciprocation, energy returned on energy invested. And throughout this podcast, we're gonna dive into such deep layers and so many of my personal deep layers that you know the resonation is going to build collectively, and and ultimately to me, that gives you the most powerful effect when it comes to listening to a podcast, in my opinion. You know, just uh just my opinion. So that's what this is gonna be about. I'm super, super, super excited to uh to to get into this venture and talk about nature and and ultimately you know continue on this path. And for me, like, you know, being a health coach, uh, a natural health coach, there's a lot
Challenging Societal Norms: Diet, Success, and Happiness
SPEAKER_00of scrutiny that goes into that because what I'm talking about doesn't fit the narrative of everyday society. You know, when I'm talking about eliminating things like meat and and processed foods and fish, that goes against the narrative of society. I mean, look at the standard American diet, look at the new, the new food pyramid that was just released, right? You know, um, they're pushing heavy meat, they're pushing dairy, and what they're doing is they're wrapping it in this this little uh wrapping it in this present of, you know, well, this is natural food, there's no additives, right? There's no processes that go into that, which is which is bullshit, which I can break down for you. There's there's definitely processes, you know. If if it's not going from nature to you, there's a process going on. If there's ingredients added to something, that's a process. But regardless of any of that, that is what's being pushed. So to be a natural health coach who promotes eating more natural foods, foods that are species specific, it is very difficult. Um, so I can only imagine what you go through as you try to transition to a healthier diet when the people around you are not in line with that. Society's not in line with that, your doctor is not in line with that. That makes it that much more difficult. But as we continue to grow and build this community and go back to our roots, we just get stronger and stronger, and then we become the example because that's one thing that I have learned throughout my entire journey. Because look, I started off a vegetarian roughly nine years ago. And the reason, like I had always thought about becoming a vegetarian. Um, it's always been in my mind, I was always fascinated with vegetarianism and veganism. Um, and I always felt like from a spiritual aspect, in order for me to ascend, I would have to give up eating living conscious creatures, right? I always felt that way. It was an intuitive feeling, and it's something that just grew stronger and stronger. When about nine years ago, my oldest daughter, she went vegan. And she set the example for me. You know, my oldest daughter, we have, you know, we're only 18 years apart. We have a, excuse me, they're trying to get at my throat shocker right now. We have a very, very close relationship, specifically when we're talking about the betterment of ourselves. And she she went vegan, and um, I remember her telling me, and she was talking about this documentary she watched, I think it was What the Health, if I'm not mistaken. And um I watched it with my wife. Man, they're trying to get hey man, talk about going back to the roots. Um, I talked about it with my wife. We watched it together, and we made the decision that you know what, we're gonna do this too. You know, our our oldest daughter was the example, shout out, Dom. And um, we decided, you know what, we're gonna do it too. And my youngest daughter, Nadia, uh, had just been born like two months prior. And we made the decision, like, look, we want to raise her in a world that is, you know, conscious and that is for the you know, for the betterment of her. So she's never had a piece of meat in her life. And we've kind of set that example, and I call that building a legacy and breaking generational curses. And it's very powerful and it's very strong. Where I'm getting at though with this, with my journey is like when I when I first went vegetarian, you know, I went vegetarian first, you know, before before giving up cheese and and and whatnot. Um, you know, I was dealing with health issues, I had irritable bowel syndrome, I had other gut issues, I had chronic headaches, I had eczema that would appear everywhere on my body, from my eyes to the back of my ears to the back of my neck, my knees, pretty much anywhere on my body, right? Dealt with that, you know, and I was gaining weight excessively, right? So, you know, going vegetarian helped a little bit, uh, but it didn't really help with the weight gain. It just helped with the other things a little bit. But once I started implementing fruits into my diet, you know, this is probably roughly around after five years of vegetarianism,
Overcoming Skepticism and Embracing a Natural Lifestyle
SPEAKER_00I start, I I finally understood after doing, you know, tons of research, reading tons of books and figuring out like how the body works and understanding the terrain model, uh, I started implementing more fruits into my diet and eliminating the other cooked foods. And that's where the dramatic changes started happening, you know, from you know, healing the eczema. I haven't had eczema since, from, you know, healing the gut issues. The only time I ever have a gut issue is if I'm eating foods that are not species specific, that are not appropriate for me at high amounts, and then you know, eliminating the chronic headaches and then I losing weight. I lost, you know, roughly 30 pounds just by implementing these practices, by eating more, going back to the roots and eating more natural foods. So, like that journey in itself for me, you know, had so many ups and downs because while I'm doing all this, people are looking at me like I'm crazy. Because what I was doing was challenging their belief system. It was challenging everything that they knew to be true or that they know to be true. And their first response is going to be, is going to be a defensive one. And that's pretty much what happened. You know, very defensive. Um, asking me, you know, you know, where
Living in Alignment: Challenges and Rewards
SPEAKER_00am I going to get my protein and how are you going to get enough this and that? And you're going to wither away, and you're not going to get enough nutrition, and that's just crazy, that's extreme, all these different things, right? And it's it's it's something that you have to understand before you start making these changes, because this is a big part of it. It's not just the physical aspect of changing your diet and changing your lifestyle and trying to live in alignment. It's the mental and emotional aspect too, and the spiritual, to be truthful. I mean, it's all connected because some of the biggest struggles I've had are social situations throughout this time. You know, going to family functions where the traditions are heavy in certain types of foods, and I'm the outcast, or me and my family are the outcast. And that's tough. That gets difficult. But that's where I talk about living in alignment and how po how important that is because you you're gonna be challenged your entire life because you know you're not the norm. You don't conform to society, you are the outlier of society, and you're gonna be ridiculed, you're
The Concept of Detox and Reducing Toxicity
SPEAKER_00gonna be judged, you're gonna be talked about, but it's all worth it. Because what I've learned throughout my entire journey is that the same skeptics, the same people being extra defensive and judgy, they come around because they see you as the example, they see you looking better, feeling better. They they continuously hear your message, and then they look at what they're dealing with. And they they it it clicks for them eventually, like, man, there's something going on here. There's something that is good here. So let me ask more questions. So what originally starts as skepticism turns into curiosity. And that's when you really see the power of you know going back to the roots and living in alignment. You know, I, you know, my main thing is always going to fall back on diet and life's and food and lifestyle, you know, but it, but it's it's across the it's across the board. You know, big thing in my book, Detox Yourself, is the conscious choice, you know, the T and the EAT philosophy that I that I profess and I and pretty much is my my moniker, um, is reducing toxicity. And toxicity isn't just what you consume, it's also the energy that you're around, the people that you're around, the job that you go to, anything that brings toxic energy or elements to your life is toxic. You
The Role of Diet in Energy and Longevity
SPEAKER_00know, you have to you have to reduce it. You have to eliminate it. You gotta you obviously you can only control what you can control, but you have to work on eliminating those things. And that's a really big, big part of getting on the path to a healthier life. Because if you look around you, there's toxicity everywhere in all different shapes and sizes and and whatnot. You know, uh, it's it's not just it's not just the food that you're eating. But, you know, I like I said, I always fall back to the to the diet as a big, big issue because, you know, when you talk about the physical body, that is going to be your biggest culprit, is what does your diet look like? You know, so getting back to the roots is all about understanding who you are, and the easiest way you can do that is just to look to nature and to be a part of nature. It's it's mind-boggling to me how far away from our natural self we truly are. You know, I mean, obviously, and I don't know, you know, nobody knows the origins of life. You know, we all have ideas, and I I know we're gonna share, we're gonna have those conversations throughout this this podcast. Um, and those are fun conversations, you know, the origins of everything, and you know, because you got the religious aspect, and you got the atheist aspect, and you got the you know, the the metaphysical aspects, all these different, all different philosophies and whatnot. And nobody knows the truth. Um, but they're fun to talk about. But when it comes down to it, it's crazy to think of where we are now, humans, right? Humans, Homo sapiens, compared to every other animal in nature, right? How did we I just ask, how did we get here? How did we get to the point where we don't really have any connection at all with nature? And when I say we, I'm talking about the industrialized, domesticated American, or what would be labeled as first world living individual, you know, whether you're in the UK or whether you're in France or Spain or, you know, anything that would be considered like a first world country, like super industrialized, like how far from nature we are, how far from our natural selves we actually are, you know, um, and why we while we're conditioned and we feel like we're so far ahead and we're living our best life, we're totally missing the boat. And one of those, one of those um realities hit me uh roughly around maybe 2018, 2019, probably closer to 2019, when from a on paper, let's put it this way, on paper, I was probably at my pinnacle, right? I had you know the job that you know was paying extremely well, right? My wife even had a job that was paying extremely well. So both of us bringing in the money, had the big house, huge house with the game room and the media room and the four bedrooms and you know, in this in the in the in the neighborhood, and you know, drove the BMW and had had all these things, right? Could take a vacation. I think one time one one year we took like nine vacations in one year, right? Just because we could, you know. Um, and I remember like a shortly after that, going through that process, I realized like this ain't it. This isn't it. Like it doesn't matter how much money you have, it doesn't matter, you know, if you have multiple houses or how big your house is or if you can buy a, you know, I went through my TV phase, I had to get the 120-inch screen media room, and then I also had to get the best technology uh base TV, you know, that had the best resolution and this, that, and the other. Then I had to get it calibrated and I had to have the surround sound, all you know, every little bell and whistle you can think of, I had, right? And then you just realize like that's not it. It's not it. So, but that's what society tells you you need to do. Like, that's kind of like your stamp of stamp of approval, like, oh shit, you made it because you got this, this, this, and this, and this. But then you you step back and you realize, man, this isn't making me happy. I'm not happy with this. This isn't the life I want to live. Because the kicker is that you have to, in order to have that type of lifestyle, in order to afford those types of things, you have to maintain a certain type of work. And uh, most of the times, not all the time, because there are people that are, you know, living their passion and they got the money and the happiness, and that's a beautiful thing, right? But for the majority of people, in order to maintain that type of lifestyle, you're most likely working and doing something you don't love, you're disconnected from your passion, and your work-life balance is probably out of whack. And that's what I realized, you know. Um, you know, a couple months ago, I left an industry that I had been in for roughly 16 years and at a current company that I'd been with for eight years
Moving Beyond Society: Leaving the Rat Race
SPEAKER_00because it wasn't in alignment anymore. And while I took a massive hit financially, it did not equate to the value of my energy and the value of what it means to live in alignment. So that's what I implore to you as we talk about going back to the roots, back to who we truly are, is you ask yourself that question is the choice that I'm making for the betterment of me or the detriment of me, is it in alignment with the person, the values, and the character of who I want to be? That's what you have to ask yourself. Because that is the most important question. And that question applies to every aspect of your life. And it's simple, there's no gray area. A lot of people want to live in the gray area. There's no gray area. It's either for the betterment of you or the detriment, it's one or the other. Are there a lot of aspects? Are there a lot of moving parts to some of these decisions? Of course. But it's still a black and white decision. And if the decision is for the detriment of you, then you know you're not making the right decision. I mean, living in alignment and connecting with nature are like synonymous
Finding a Place in Nature: Moving to the Dominican Republic
SPEAKER_00to me. That doesn't mean you have to go live somewhere in the mountains or you have to go live on a beach, right? It means truly understanding who you are, what you love, what makes you happy, and making every decision and move towards that reality. That's living in alignment. Because your body tells you your body's intelligence, your intuition, your wisdom is unreal. The problem is we're so far away from who we really are and we're so clouded by things in society that we can't even hear our body anymore. We can't even hear our intuition, or it's drowned out by our ego, or it's drowned out by other people's ideas instead of your own. Going back to the roots is going back to self. And I I know I know that's what I've done, and that's a big piece of my life because a part of that decision to leave a company I was with for 16 years. I'm sorry, a company I was with for eight years and an industry I was in for 16 years was to move towards alignment, was to move towards what we truly want, me and my family truly want for the rest of our lives, and that is to leave the United States, to leave the rat race, to leave this divisive culture, and move to a place where nature is prominent, to where while there's still political elements everywhere, and while there's still you know, division everywhere, it is on a
Questioning the Narrative: Is America the End Goal?
SPEAKER_00much smaller scale. And the people Truly care for each other. Not everybody. You can't find a place where everybody does. But for the majority of the people, the love and the connection is genuine. You know, that place for us is Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic. And it took a while to get there. It took a while to figure that out. But once we went there and we felt it and our intuition spoke to us, we realized this is the place. For now, this is the place. And while some people may think that that is an outlandish idea or a crazy idea or a dangerous idea, that's everybody else speaking. That's not allowing themselves to speak. But for us, when we listen to our intuition, that's where it's leading us. Because look, I mean, people, that's the entitlement of living in America or being born in America. And look, I'm not knocking America. America is what it is, and there's some definite benefits, there's some definite challenges. And that's for any place you want to live. But the entitlement that comes along with living and being born here, and specifically if your parents were born here and you've been here for generations, there's this entitlement that there's like there's no other place you can live. Like this is this is the end all be of. This is the gold standard. And everywhere else is a step down. And we got to break away from that because it's a big world. It's a big planet. There's plenty of places. And when you start to talk to people who have lived in other places or who currently live in other places, you start to realize that you've been duped, that you've been drinking the Kool-Aid, that you've been conditioned to think that man, America is the end-all be-all. It's the greatest country in the world. It's all subjective. Because for what we're looking for in life and how we want to live, this isn't it. So guess what? We're gonna leave. We ask ourselves that question. Is living in America for the betterment of us or the detriment? And it's definitely the detriment. So guess what? We're gonna leave. And guess what? If it doesn't work out, we can leave there and go somewhere else. Like, we're not stuck in in this predetermined reality. We can do whatever we want. I mean, five years ago, I had the idea of writing a book. So I started to write. And then I went on a hiatus for a couple years because other things was was happening at
The Power of Intuition and Connecting with Nature
SPEAKER_00that time. I mean, I man, in the in the past five years, I I've been all over the map when it comes to ideas and collaborations and you know, from everything from starting my own metaphysical streaming service and teaming up with seven other guides and teachers to you know starting my own um retreat business with with other people and um having a podcast and building a YouTube page and you know, going to school to become a detoxification specialist, you know, all these different things happening. You know, I went on a hiatus for two years and then came back to the book and finished it and released it. Like I created that. You can create that. It doesn't have to be a book, it could be anything. The main thing, what I'm what I'm getting at is here, like we get so like we get so far in our heads, and our heads are clouded with programming and conditioning that's constantly telling us that you can't do this. And then there's fear mongering, specifically financial fear monger. Oh, if you try to do this, you're gonna lose money or you're gonna spend too much money, and then what are you gonna do? Or, you know, look, I hear I hear this from specific people in my family, like, oh, you're crazy trying to go live in the Dominican Republic, man. It's you know, it's not safe there, and you know, you're right next to Haiti, and you know, people will kill you there for anything, and blah, blah, blah. All this fear mongering. Even when we tried to visit, even when we visited Dominican Republic and we decided to drive from Punta Cana to Las Terenas, which is about a four and a half hour drive, we were told we were crazy by people in my family. We were told that we were crazy by people who live in the Dominican Republic who just happened to um want to voice their opinion in these Facebook groups. Not everybody, but some people, you know, telling us we were crazy. But we followed our intuition and we did it. And it was one of the most amazing drives we've ever had. To the point when I share my videos because I vlog our trips and I put them on my YouTube page at the Eat Coach, to the point that when I vlog my trips, I make it a point to tell anybody who visits the Dominican Republic to make that drive because it's so beautiful and it's so relaxing and it's so enlightening. But no, all you get is the fear-mongering. So you have to erase the noise, you have to eliminate the noise and listen and look within, and you'll get all your answers. That's how I'm able to leave a job that I've been with for eight years and an industry for 16 years and pick up and leave the country and know that it's for the best, and know that it's gonna work out and be amazing. It's a knowing because when you erase the noise, and you eliminate the noise, and this goes back to your diet too. You know, when you're eating foods that are for the betterment of you, these decisions become easier. So you're probably like, man, what are you talking about? Just because it doesn't matter what I eat, that's not gonna influence my decisions in life. Of course it is. Remember something. You we are electrical beings, and your body is a conduit. So the clearer
The Benefits of Grounding and Outdoor Connection
SPEAKER_00and cleaner your body is, the better conduit you're gonna be. You're gonna be able to tap into your intuition a lot better than if you're eating a bunch of processed foods and meats and grains and you know, majority cooked foods with oils and fats and all these different elements that we'll dive deep into throughout this podcast. You want to be able to tap into who you truly are, you have to give yourself the best conditions physically, because the physical is going to culminate into the emotional and the mental as well. You are a conduit, and if you want to tap in to the the higher powers, to the to the ether, to the the truth, you gotta clean yourself out, you have to detox yourself. Because no one's gonna do you any favors. Society is just it's not gonna do you any favors. Society is not pushing for you to go back to the roots, they're trying to get you as far from the roots as they possibly can. I mean, look, they're they they're what they send Artemis, Artemis II yesterday to to quote unquote try and go fly around the moon. Yeah, whatever. Right? They they they want to get us in space, they want us to live in Mars. They want they're trying to do everything they can to take you away from your roots, from nature, everything. Now you might be saying, why? What's the point of that? It's all about control, it's all about power. It's no different than everything that's happened in our history from the powers, whether that be the Roman Empire, whether that be, you know, the Persian Empire, whatever empire, you know, at the time, now it just happens to be to be the elite society, right? You know, ultimately power and control is most important. So they're going to try to separate you from nature as much as you can because that's your superpower. That's something that they cannot control. If you are in touch with nature, you are in touch with yourself, your inner self, and you connect and you're connected, they they can't do anything because all your decisions are going to be for the betterment of you. Because you're you're in alignment with who you truly are. But if they continue to separate you from that, then you become easier to control. And then they continue to have the power and they continue to feed off those things because look, yeah, there's a duality of life of positive and negative, and good and evil, however you want to put it. And there's a lot of negative entities out there, a lot of negative energy, negative frequencies out there. And they tap into that, right? You can't run the world the way they do and not be operating at a negative frequency. Because the concept and idea of it is negative in itself. So we got to get back to nature. We got to look and appreciate what we see when we go outside. Think why do you why do you think you feel better when you go outside? Because that's where you're supposed to be. You know, go outside one day, take off your shoes, you know, put your feet in the grass or lay down on the ground. You might be like, oh, there's bugs and blah, blah, blah. But who cares? This is nature. You know, nobody wants to get bit. Don't lay in an amp pile or nothing like that. But, you know, go out there and feel it. Be a part of it, meditate outside. And you'll know what I'm talking about. And then if you look at nature, listen to the beauty of the birds, you know, communicating with each other. Watch a group of
Our Evolutionary Diet: Frugivores and Natural Foods
SPEAKER_00birds fly together and how they're all in symbiosis and how they can all, how they know exactly what they're gonna do. They get into almost like an energetic trance together. That's their energetic resonance, and we all have energetic resonance. We've just been disconnected from it. Watch bunnies, watch squirrels, watch cows, like watch these animals, how they live, horses. Have you ever seen a wild horse? You know, we got to see some wild horses when we were in the Dominican Republic, and we were actually on horses while we were seeing the um wild horses, and they're just so free. And they're just living. That's all that you want to you people, it's a cliche now to live in the present, right? Uh Eckhart Tole Toll, however you want to say his name, you know, came out with the power of now, right? To stay present. You know, it's kind of been like a big thing in the past decade or two. And um, I love that book, and and 100% prof, you know, I I advocate for that and everything. But if you just look to nature and you see animals and the way they live, they're they are the epitome of living in the present. The issue is that as humans, and I don't know why, but we have a we have more of a of a conscience, and we also have more, we're also um, we also have more of an ego than animals do. And I think that's the balance of some of the benefits that we have, like our communication, like our ability to build and whatnot. That's that's one of the positives of being human. But it's weighed out by the fact that we have to have this battle with our ego and um have a conscience. So trying to balance those things out is more difficult for humans than animals, and I don't know why, but it just is what it is. But if you look at nature, to me, they're the example. In fact, I thought, you know, I was thinking one day, and I think this was after I went to the zoo because my daughter loves the zoo, we go multiple times a year. Um, and I remember thinking that like this popped into my head intuitively, and I wrote it down. You know, I might write a book about it one day. But, and it was like, what if the key to life is to understand where we fit in nature? Because it's all around us, even though society's pulling us away
The EAT Philosophy: Energy, Alkalinity, Toxicity
SPEAKER_00from it. But what if that is the key to life? It's to understand what is our place? Because some people think we're the top of the food chain, which I think is ridiculous, just based on who we are physiologically. Um, and then there's some people who uh, you know, don't think we need to be a part of nature at all. We need to get away from nature. But the truth is that when we think about the most beautiful things in life, they are usually associated with nature. When we go on vacation, where are we trying to go? Usually we're trying to go to nature. You know, we feel better when we're out in nature. And that again correlates with the foods we're supposed to eat. The foods we're supposed to eat are nature-based foods. We are frugivores by nature. When you look at nature and you look at our closest relatives, right, you got the chimps and you got the bonobos, bonobos, bonabos, I don't know, one or the other. Where we share damn near 98% of our DNA with. They're frugivores, gorillas, frugivores. I think we share 89% with them, something along those lines. Like, it's very obvious of what we're supposed to be eating. Now, I don't, you know, it's a whole nother conversation about you know how we got to the point where we started eating meat and and things that aren't, you know, for the betterment of us. But we have the answer. The answer's there. It's very obvious that we're supposed to be eating a frugivore diet. And from where we are today to try to get back to that, to get back to those roots from a dietary standpoint, that's a that's a transition. And that's what I coach. I coach that transition. Right? It's not about perfection, it's about the process, right? You know, we know what the gold standard is, we know what the species appropriate diet is. How close can we get to it? Can we get all the way there? I know some people that are there, amazing. Right? I'm majority of the way there. Um about 80, 85% fruitarian is is my diet, and then the rest is plant-based, cooked. But how how close can you get? You know, if you basically eat the standard American diet, you eat meats and you eat dairy and you eat mostly cooked food, can we change those ratios? If you're 90% cooked, 10% raw, can we get to 80-20? Then we move to 70-30, right? Those incremental steps in the right direction because as a as a from a human, from a human standpoint, from a generational standpoint, we're going the other direction. We're getting worse. I just read something the other day about processed bananas, almost blew my mind. Now, I know bananas have been manipulated, and you know, they pump them with nitrogen just to try to keep the shelf life longer and they're picking them too early, and all these different things for pretty much for all fruits. But processed bananas. Anyways, like that's that's where that's where we're going with it. We're going more processed, we're going more artificial versus authentic. And people think, and people try to sell you that this is forward thinking. You know, Bill Gates will try to sell you on forward thinking and technological advances. Elon Musk will do the same. But once again, they're just disconnecting you from who you truly are, and they're disconnecting you from the energy of nature. We can't have that. This is all about living in alignment, getting back to natural health, natural living, natural self. So I created this philosophy called the eat philosophy. And eat obviously is something that we do every day. Probably, I mean, we do it way more than we should, but it's a simple acronym to help you understand
Living as an Example: Sharing Knowledge and Inspiration
SPEAKER_00how your body works and how to transition to a healthier diet and ultimately a healthier life. So the E stands for energy efficiency. What does that mean? That means that the food that you eat is providing you energy, but the digestion process also takes a lot of energy. In fact, the digestive process, when you digest food, that's one of the most energy um heavy processes that your body does. It's probably the most heavy process unless you're going through something traumatic. You know what I'm saying? And it's something that your body does every day. So energy efficient is energy efficiency is eating the foods with the highest amount of electrical energy that cause the least amount of digestive burden. So you have a surplus of vital energy. Why is that important? Because vital energy is what your body uses to conduct its processes, but also heal. You have trillions of cells in your body. You have a bunch of tissue in your body that has been damaged through years and years of bad eating habits, bad lifestyle habits that need repair. That's why when people get old, they have trouble walking, they have trouble living their life. They deteriorate. Your body is a self-healing organism. It needs as much energy as it possibly can. The foods with the highest amount of electricity are your fruits and your leafy greens. And they cause the least amount of digestive burden, which is in alignment with what our natural species diet should be. Now, when we start cooking our food and then we start adding meat and dairy and processed foods, not to mention things like alcohol and life, you know, just other toxic habits, now we're getting low amounts of energy from the foods that we're eating. You know, a cooked piece of meat is not giving you any electromagnetic energy, it's giving you calories. But as far as from electricity standpoint, it's not giving you anything. And it's causing a high amount of digestive burden. So now your body is going backwards. If you look at it like a profit and loss system, you're in the negative. And think about what you're eating every day. Constantly, every day, negative, negative energy, negative. So your body is utilizing the stored energy in order to attempt to heal, in order to do its processes. That's we're talking about your lifespan here. You want the surplus of energy, you want to be the positive side of your body's profit and loss system. So that's the energy efficiency. A big piece of that is avoiding acid-forming foods. That's going to be your dairy, that's going to be your meats, your fish, your grains. Pretty much anything cooked because when you cook, you're adding oils and butter. These are all acid-forming foods. Why is that important? Because acids deteriorate your body, your flesh, it deteriorates tissue, it destroys tissue, it's destructive, it's corrosive. It's only two sides of chemistry: the acid side and the alkaline side. Your body is alkaline dominant. You need to keep it alkaline dominant. If your blood ever becomes acidic, in fact, if it ever drops from a 7.4 to anything, you've got like minutes to live. So your body does everything in its power to keep the blood alkaline, dominant. Not full alkaline, just alkaline dominant. So you want to avoid acid forming foods. And then the last part of the EAT philosophy, the eat philosophy. Is reducing your toxicity, the cleaners in your house, the soaps that you use, the amount of electricity and Wi-Fi and wireless Bluetooth headphones, right? And sleeping with your phone right next to your head when you sleep, um, you know, detergents, uh, the people that are around you, the energy that's around you, the job that you go to, your spouse. If if if none of if any of those you know situations, relational research are for the detriment of you, they are toxic. They're
Grounding, Nature, and Reclaiming Your Power
SPEAKER_00not making you better, they're making you worse. So that is the eat philosophy. That's my philosophy to help you get on the path to creating a healthier life, a life that's living in alignment. I live it. Every day, the eat philosophy goes through my head. There's all, and you know, in my coaching, there's there's a lot more details that go into it. You know, if you get a consultation with me, we talk about where you're currently at, where you want to be, and we formulate a plan to get you there. But I love to live lead by example. I mean, that's kind of what my my YouTube page is about, um, the eCoach. You know, tons of videos on there showing my journey and and and sharing the information that I've you know learned from an experience standpoint and also learned from just research and and you know, reading a lot of shit. But we need to get back to the roots. All right, everything matters. The stuff you watch on TV matters. My teenage daughter. She loves, loves watching scary movies. And then wonders why she sees things and why certain entities seem to appear in her life. She's very, very tapped in from a frequency standpoint. She has that gift, but what she's allowing in is not for the betterment of her, it's lower frequency entities. Why? Because she surrounds herself with low frequency shit. She loves to read about serial killers, she loves watching horror movies, she loves to listen to low vibrational music. Guess what? That's what you're gonna attract. What you put out is what is going to come back. If she asked herself that question, and believe me, I've told her to ask herself this question: is this choice of music for the betterment of me or the detriment of me? Is this movie I'm about to watch for the betterment of me or the detriment of me? Is this book I'm about to read for the betterment of me or the detriment of me detriment, detriment, detriment? And guess what?
The Balance of Nature and Human Control
SPEAKER_00That's what her reality becomes. I use this example a lot. But me and my wife used to love watching Law and Order SVU. And if you've watched Law and Order SVU, you know exactly what I'm talking about when I say that is maybe one of the most disturbing shows you can watch, just based on the type of activity that you're seeing in that show. You know, it's a special victims unit. There's a lot of um cases that are like specific to you know, childest molestation, pedophilia, uh, you know, pedophiles, um, kidnapping of kids, just low vibrational shit. And we were waking up like in bad moods and just not feeling good. And we didn't understand why until we started realizing, well, look what we're watching right
Call to Action: Reconnect with Nature and Your True Self
SPEAKER_00before before we go to bed. We're watching low frequency shit. We were having nightmares, you know, we couldn't sleep through the night. All these different things were happening. Mood swings. And, you know, it's not to say everything was related to that, but we know it was a huge thing because once we stopped watching that, we didn't have those issues nearly as much anymore. And we rarely, especially my wife, like she's a she's a beast at this. She rarely watches anything that's low vibration. I think the only thing she might watch as low vibration was Vampire Diaries, but I'm gonna give her a pass on that because like that's her favorite show ever, and there's a lot of cool metaphysical shit in that too. Um, but obviously they're you know eating eating the shit out of people and you know stuff like that. A lot of murder and heads being chopped off and stakes in the heart. Um but outside of that, if it ain't somewhat high vibrational, she ain't she ain't touching it. Same thing musically, like she don't listen to anything that's low vibration. I mean, she tries to and she's extremely empathic, so she feels this shit like heavy. Um, so she has to ask that question is this choice for the betterment of me or detriment of me? And for her, you know, being as empathic as she is, most of the, you know, she makes those decisions, and she's one of those people that she is not about the gray area at all. Like she's straight up, hey, look, it's not good for me, I'm not gonna do it. You know, so you have to almost do an audit, I shouldn't say almost, you need to do an audit on your life and just see all the things in your life that aren't serving you, that aren't in alignment, that truly aren't for the betterment of you. And once you start kind of eliminating those things, yo, get closer to who you truly are and be able to hear that intuition and be able to connect with yourself a lot better. You know, that's getting back to the roots. You feel what I'm saying? Like, you hear a lot of times people talk about grounding yourself, right? You meditate, ground yourself first. You do an energy clearing, ground yourself. You need to get grounded, right? That's what it's about. It's about getting back and connecting with the earth. Because the earth is here for you. Nature is here for you, and nature provides you everything that you need, despite what we've been told and taught. So the more we understand that and we start to appreciate that, and in a way take advantage of that because it's here for us, the better off we're gonna be. You know, I when I coach people, it's a minimum. I a part of their plan is a minimum of 30 minutes a day outside. A minimum, because that's a that's a minimum, it's not even a lot. A minimum of 30 minutes outside a day. You gotta be able to connect, you gotta feel the sun, you gotta be outside with the moon, you gotta be outside with the elements. Because this is a everything in life is energetic, man. You get you have to be a part of it. But if we're in houses, you know, with these, you know, with windows and air conditioning and you know, technology, and on top of that, we're eating up eating the wrong diet, man, we're just we are literally severing our attachment to nature every day of our life. And wonder why we have breathing issues, and wonder why we have skin issues, and under wonder why we don't feel good and go through mood swings and you know, have cognitive issues, all these different things that are labeled, all these different diag, you know, all these different diagnoses, right, that have been created. I think the last time I checked, there's like 26,000 different sicknesses or diseases that you can have. 26,000. When I'm here to tell you there's only one cause when we're talking about internal systemic issues, and that is toxemia, so over acidity within the body. That's it. But there's 26,000 different things you can be diagnosed with, which means there's probably 26,000 different uh medications that they can give you. Once again, taking us away from nature. Because animals in the wild don't deal with the sicknesses or diseases that we do. Isn't that ironic? And obviously, they're not getting the medication that we're getting. Animals in the wild, like, live their fulfilled life. Now, they may, something may happen to them traumatic just from living in the wild, because that's a part of it. But for the most part, they're living the full capability of their life. Us, on the other hand, we're nowhere near the capability of what we can do. Nowhere near it. And this is proven. So let's get back to the roots. Let's get back to who we really are. Let's connect with nature. Let's have this appreciation for nature. Thank nature. Because it provides us everything that we need. Everything. And it will always provide us everything that we need. Even though the fear mongering of the media will continue to tell us that, you know, earth is breaking down and the sun's going to explode and the ozone layer this and global warming, all these different fear mongering tactics to separate you from nature again. Or it's, you know, the the world is being polluted, which it is. But nature always cleans itself out. Always. That's the balance of this. So I say, as much as man and woman try to outdo and outsmart nature, they never will. They never will. They can try. Bill Gates can create a second son if he wants to. It's never gonna change the fact that nature will always overcome. Always. That's the beauty of it. So let's get back to the roots. Do that audit on yourself. And let's become better together. All right. Peace, love, and light, everybody. Appreciate you joining in. And um, I appreciate you being on this ride with me. Now, listen, this is an audio-only podcast, but if I get to 50 reviews on Amazon or Spotify, I will make this a video podcast as well on my YouTube page. But I got to get to that 50. All right. I need 50 on Spotify or 50 on Apple Podcasts. If I can get there, then hey, let's do it. So I appreciate all the support that each and every one of you has always given me. But I am out of here. Peace, love, and light.
