SHOW NOTES
Episode 1: Why I Started This
Ryan Barnum is 41 years old, active duty Air Force, married 15 years to his wife Lettice, and father of six kids ages 6–14. He's also a practicing member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and a recovering addict.
He's been ambitious his whole life — and not very good at following through.
In this first episode, Ryan introduces The 100 Life Goals Experiment: a public journey to accomplish 100 life goals before he dies. More than a bucket list. A compass for the man he wants to become.
He's not an expert. He's not at the finish line. He's right there alongside you — reporting from the trail.
In this episode:
- Who Ryan is and why he's doing this
- What the 100 Life Goals list is and where it came from
- Who this podcast is for
- Ryan's commitment to consistency and honesty — including when he fails
Quote from this episode:
