Anissa Hudak

Anissa Hudak helps women get out of survival mode, not just cope with it. She is a sexual trauma survivor, the daughter of a Vietnam veteran, and a former military spouse, and she built her work on one idea, that trauma lives in the body first, not just the mind. Through a blend of neuro-somatic therapy, hypnotherapy, and mind body practices, she guides women through a healing process that does not require reliving their trauma, but instead rewires their internal experience of safety and control. This isn't about coping. It's about resolution. She calls her framework the Survival Exit Method, a three phase process of Awareness, Regulation, and Resolution. Anissa is a certified yoga therapist and neuro-somatic practitioner (MTLT, TNLP, TCHt, C-IAYT, RM), and the founder of Phoenix Women Healing.

Catherine Crestani

My work sits at the intersection of human behaviour, emotional attachment, and the ways we seek connection—whether that’s through dating, digital interaction, or experiences that feel deeply real but don’t always reflect reality.

What makes my perspective different is the range of lenses I bring into the conversation. With a background in speech pathology and business, alongside my work as an intuitive and inner authority guide, I’ve spent years observing how people communicate, attach, and often override what they know to be true in order to maintain connection.

These patterns became the foundation for My Virtual Obsession, a psychological novel that explores how loneliness, emotional vulnerability, and modern connection can blur the line between what feels real and what actually is.

I’m also the host of the Willow Healing Matters podcast and an Executive Contributor for Brainz Magazine, where I continue exploring these themes through conversation and writing.

Dave Albrechta

After ten years as a litigator, Dave Albrechta found himself questioning the path he had built and the impact of the work he was doing. That turning point led him to step away from traditional practice and explore a more aligned way of living and working. Today, he is a coach and mediator who helps others navigate conflict, change, and the messy middle with greater awareness and intention.

I encourage people to pay attention to the places in their life where there’s tension or conflict, which is often pointing to something that’s ready for a change
