SUMMARY

The party has some time off before they get ready for their next adventure. Naturally, after being gone for so long on their first real adventure, they have to do some resupplying and they realize some things that they are missing for long journeys away from the city. After a group stop at Gregorio’s General Emporium of the Regular and Mundane for general supplies, the party splits into a few groups to do some focused shopping of their own.

Kenina, Tempest, and Ariel visit the farrier to acquire saddles for the horses as well as inquire about getting armor for the horses. Rem revisits Gizgig, the Alchemist, before returning to the stables to drop some stuff off. After the farrier, Ariel makes her way to the farmers market area of Riven to buy treats for the horses, while Kenina and Tempest visit a blacksmith to inquire about getting armor and weapons for the cart, as well as armor for the horses, since that was not something the farrier offers.

Hell breaks loose at the stables as everyone eventually find themselves there to drop things off and learn the limitations of “The Token System”

Previously, on Adventures in Aurelia. After much time away, the party is finally back at the Guild Hall and can relax for a night, or so they hope. Kanina finds herself whisked away in a dream once again to confront Doiten and learns a lot about the history of dragons. Upon waking up the next day, each member of the party finds themselves called in front of the guild masters, alone. Rem is given a mysterious letter and a package. Ariel is asked about her experiences with the spear. Kinina confesses about her meetings with Doitan and her connection to Fioch is brought up. Everyone is asked if they believe Tempest is a good fit for their group and if she is ready for the journey ahead. Believing that everyone is on board with the path that has been laid out in front of them, the Guildmasters call the entire party together in order to point them in what they believe is the next best direction. The party is told that they should seek an audience with the Queen of the Favale. We're going to pick things up today. Early afternoon, on the 12th of Monanon. The party has recently just wrapped up with another lengthy discussion with the guild masters of Saval's Guild of Adventures, and we're given Guild Signet Rings as a physical representation of their moving up within the ranks of the Guild. We were also given kind of direction in where they think that you guys should go next, as you work to uncover the mysteries of the Dragon Bonds and what had happened during a time that you guys have come to know as the Dragon Wars, which seems to be why Aurelia no longer has dragons on it. However, that journey is going to be a very long one, and you guys wanted to take some time to kind of prepare for another journey instead of doing yet another. We've finished one adventure! Let's leave again on the next adventure two days later. Also, uh, some of you have ulterior motives to wanting to stick around town for a little bit longer. Let's pick things up as you guys are all standing on the main floor in the kind of great hall area of the guild. It's about 4 p.m., so you guys have quite a few hours left of daylight and the city being up and active. And would you guys start with kind of having a conversation with one another, or do you think that as you guys wrap things up, you kind of take off on your own?

Rim's gonna look around at everybody and be like, well, sounds like we've got some preparations we need to do. I'm heading to the general store, possibly the alchemists after that. I don't know what you guys want to do.

SPEAKER_05

Uh yeah, that sounds good. It'll be a long journey trying to get to the Fayville and all the stops in between, so I suppose I'll come with you.

SPEAKER_06

Alright. I'm gonna walk to the front desk as well.

SPEAKER_02

I was thinking of going and getting some treats for princess. And then I also wanted to pick up riding stuff if it's possible.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, we should be able to get most of that at the general store, I imagine. I think they'll have like a saddle. We may have to go to a leather working shop or some such for that.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah.

But they might. I always check.

SPEAKER_06

Stables might sell them as well.

SPEAKER_02

I'll I'll head with you guys to the general store then first and go from there. And what about you, Tempest? Do you have anything you wanna grab along the way?

SPEAKER_03

Hmm. I think I'll just come along and see if anything piques my interest. I don't have anything in particular I'm looking for.

SPEAKER_05

Sounds good. We have several days to prepare anyways, so if you do think of something, we'll have some time to get it, I'm sure.

SPEAKER_08

So Rem wanted to go to the front desk.

Walk up to the front desk and look at the attendant.

SPEAKER_08

Ah, how may I be of assistance to you?

SPEAKER_06

Yes, does the guild have a quartermaster?

SPEAKER_08

Yes, we do. What could uh we have ordered for you?

SPEAKER_06

Uh we're preparing to leave for a journey pretty soon, so I need to get together some supplies, food, rations, the standard that you would need for a few weeks of travel.

SPEAKER_08

Alright. Do you have any idea when you would be leaving on this multi-week journey?

SPEAKER_06

Rim will kind of turn and look over his shoulder at everybody and be like, three days? Unless somebody has something that's keeping them here longer.

SPEAKER_02

I mean, I just have some shopping to do and I wanted to go talk to somebody, but that probably is fine.

SPEAKER_06

Alright. Tempest, do you got anything keeping you in town?

SPEAKER_02

No.

SPEAKER_05

Uh let's make it four, just to be on the safe side.

SPEAKER_06

Alright. He'll turn back to the attendant and be like, we would be leaving in uh roughly four days. Uh it'd be nice to have food, rations, uh things that can keep for a long journey, possibly some tents and camp supplies, firewood, tender box. We have a wagon, so we can haul quite a bit.

SPEAKER_05

Feed for horses.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, horse feed.

SPEAKER_05

Not sure if the tender box will be necessary. I know, right?

SPEAKER_06

In case you're sleeping. Can't light it off your eyebrow.

SPEAKER_08

Rem, can you roll me a D20? Four days should be plenty of time for us to get things together. I will have the quartermaster work on sourcing some items for you and let them know that you will be needing it within the next four days. Uh, you mentioned having a cart.

SPEAKER_06

Yes, we do.

SPEAKER_08

Would you like it loaded directly onto your cart?

SPEAKER_06

Uh, it would be beneficial.

SPEAKER_08

And where is your cart currently at?

SPEAKER_06

It's at the stables, being tended by the stabletons. I see. Hard to miss. Got a big guild symbol on the side that was burned in.

SPEAKER_08

I see. And we will need some way for the stables to know that we have access to that cart.

SPEAKER_06

Well, pull out a small piece of paper and write down a permission slip that says I, owner of said cart, have given the authority to the guild to pack with supplies.

Yes, uh, I believe that you would also have received a token so that they know which cart this belongs to.

SPEAKER_06

He'll hand that over as well.

SPEAKER_08

Do I get a claim ticket for the ticket that I just gave you so I can get it back?

SPEAKER_08

Start scrolling down uh a note, hand it to you, and says uh Brief description of the token that was given to them and says for cart token at stables, return to uh and your name Rim. Rem upon delivery of this receipt. Here you go, and if for whatever reason you need to get the token back before you guys are ready to leave, then just let us know and we will source it for you shortly. Thank you. And you see them place the token down, they start writing a note. Uh did you need something else?

Um, turn around and look at everybody. I'm heading to the general store. Anybody coming with?

Yeah. Yeah, yep. I think we're all just gonna go there and maybe part ways from there.

So you guys make your way out of the guild hall, and Rem leads you to a shop. One Gregorio's General Emporium of the Regular and Mundane. Rem, who is leading the way, pushes aside the half-open door to this moderately sized shop that is a few hundred feet away in kind of the beginning of the main market area of Ribbon. You are greeted with multiple shelves filled with many things that you guys would find useful on your day-to-day lives. A lot of uh staple food items, things for short-distant travel, and general items that uh one would need in their day-to-day life. Standing behind a counter, about shoulders and up, peeking out, is a middle-aged, leaning a little bit older halfling male. Ah, hello and welcome to Gregorio's General Emporium of the Regular and Mundane. What can I help you with today?

Uh, do you mind if we just look around for a few minutes?

SPEAKER_08

Sure, help yourself, help yourself. And if you have any questions, I'll be up here.

SPEAKER_03

Are you Gregorio?

SPEAKER_08

I am Gregorio! Oh wow. Of Gregorio's General Emporium of the Regular and Mundane.

SPEAKER_06

So, you know, Rim's just gonna do like a quick circuit of the shop looking for some of the stuff he knows he wants. He's looking for things like cast iron pots and pans, some simple tools for like fixing the wagon if it breaks. Uh he's looking for a couple of empty books and then like charcoal or ink and quill, seeing if he sees any of this stuff. He's also looking for like a compass or a sextant or both. And then if he doesn't find that, he'll go and speak with Gregorio for the things that he seems to be missing.

SPEAKER_08

Okay, uh, you don't have any problems finding things like pots and pans, um, some simple tools. There's actually kind of a couple tiers of things you can kind of tell looking through them that there's definitely kind of a an upper mid-shelf where things are looking a little bit nicer and a little bit more quality than some of the items that are held lower. In kind of a tool area, there's some pre-packaged tools that are bundled up into a crate, as well as tools that are just off on their own for things that you need, either a little bit more special or piecemeal. What you don't find are anything specific to repairing like a cart. I'll remind you that you did have a few bits of specific cart repair tools from when you originally rented it, like an extra wheel and some of the things that would be required for something that broke on that, which you did not end up using on your previous journey. You don't find anything like a compass or a sextant. You do find some sticks of charcoal, but no ink and quill. And you don't find any notebooks, per se. At least in book form. You find kind of what we in the the more modern world would see as a notebook. They're not quite like spiral bound, but they're more some sheets of low-grade like parchment that have been loosely sinew stitched together, but they don't have any actual like covers. The quality of them isn't very great.

That's fine. He's basically looking for something he could write in if he needs to.

SPEAKER_08

Okay, so if if that's good enough for what you're looking for, then you're able to find at least some very, you know, lower end and very basic writing utensils.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah. He's also gonna look for um packs like backpacks, because I don't think we as a group have any large backpacks.

SPEAKER_08

You do see some larger rucksacks and also smaller type-sized packs along the back wall, like hung up behind Gregorio's counter.

Okay. Kind of gathering all this stuff up towards the front, piling it up, and uh turn to Gregorio and be like, Can I get four of those rucksacks as well? And I didn't seem to notice do you have any navigation equipment?

SPEAKER_08

Ah yes, we have a handful of navigational items. We just keep them in the uh locked cabinets back here. They're a little more on the expensive side, and kind of uh it's not great when one of them walks away.

SPEAKER_06

Obviously. Can I take a look? What sort of thing were you after? Uh compass, sextant, or possibly both.

SPEAKER_08

Uh, I I could find uh both of those for you, and you said you wanted uh four of the rucksacks.

SPEAKER_06

Yes.

SPEAKER_08

He starts tallying up the things that you have, and you see him grab a like hook on a stick that's got kind of a it tips up at the very end of it, sticks it under the strap one by one, pulls them off of the pegs that are up on the walls, because they're hung up towards the ceiling above the cupboards that he was referencing. One uh two. You said four? Four, please. Okay. Three? These are the ones you wanted, right? Yes. Hooks it up on one of the pegs with the the part that loops over the end. And uh, so there's that. And uh, you wanted compass sextant.

Uh, do you need a map?

SPEAKER_06

I was going to ask, do you have up-to-date maps and possibly a star chart?

SPEAKER_08

And see him rummage around in like a barrel uh next to this wooden locked cabinet, throws over into the pile, one decent-sized scroll, pulls out another. You see him shake his head, put it down, pulls out another, put it down. I really need to organize these better. Ah, there we go. See him uh kind of reach through a leather flap that's at the back of the shop. It you know, it it cuts the wall where he was just pulling things out in half, reaches in, you hear the sound of jingling as he pulls out a small ring of keys, goes over and unlocks the cabinet, and pulls out. Uh, how nice did you want your compass and sextant to be?

SPEAKER_06

I need functional, not necessarily decorative.

SPEAKER_08

I see. Then we'll pull out one of these and this, and you can tell just from looking at them. That they're your general surplus uh brand type uh compass and sextant. Let's see. Together we've got that, and we've got those, and we've got that. I could put all of this together for you for 200 gold.

SPEAKER_06

I will accept that.

SPEAKER_08

Good, good. How will you be paying?

SPEAKER_06

In gold, and he'll pull out 200 gold and set it in four.

SPEAKER_08

Oh boy! Two, three, four, five. You see him start stacking it up, putting stacks together as Rem is fishing what handfuls out at him. Yeah. This was 207. You can you can keep those unless it was meant as a tip for Gregorio. All the hard work I did.

Um thank you for, you know, keeping me honest, and he'll pocket the seven.

Okay, these are now your problem.

Can I pay you for a delivery to the stables? Do I look like a courier service? No, but you look like you could find one. Fifteen gold.

SPEAKER_08

It's a lot of stuff that I'm going to have to get moved. Rem will pay the fifteen gold. Thank you. Uh did any of you guys need anything?

SPEAKER_02

Uh, yes. Um, while Rem was doing all of that, she had walked around and kind of eyed at what Rem was getting and looked at everything. And it's like the parchment and like the crappy journals that you described. Would those just be out so that she can pick them up or are those something she has to ask about?

SPEAKER_08

No, those those were just out.

SPEAKER_02

Okay, so she would have grabbed probably like three of the journal-y type things that you said. And then if there was any like loose parchment, she probably would have grabbed like a handful of just blank paper. And then she would also go over to she's looking for apples and carrots and stuff. So she would go over to the food. Would she find any that there?

You do find an area that has more food items in it. Go ahead and roll me a nature check.

I rolled six.

Thankfully, it doesn't take a very uh astute naturalist to recognize that the bushel of carrots that he has out isn't the most fresh. Uh, the apples have some that are a little on the squishier side. And go ahead and roll perception.

Oh, I got a natural 20. So 22.

And as you're kind of looking at these, picking them up and going, these aren't what I want to get princess.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_08

You're kind of looking around and realize that a lot of the stuff that he has in his food section are a lot more kind of staple foods. They're more grains, herbs. It's a lot of stuff that is more to last. And this area that you're in is probably things that are more like, I'm going to bake this into something, I'm going to stew the carrots, or I was able to get them cheap because they're going out.

Okay, so then she'll just grab the journals and the paper and then go up and be like, uh, your name was Greg Gregorios?

Huh. Well, I'd like to get these. Um, I was also wondering if you had uh something to write with, like some ink or anything like that.

SPEAKER_08

I'll would you like some ink and quill?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, I didn't see any out there, so I didn't know if you had something.

SPEAKER_08

Uh, locks up the cabinet that the compass and sextant came out of, turns over to the cabinet that's on the other side of the doorway, and unlocks it and goes, Uh, what sort of expense are you looking for on this ink and quill?

SPEAKER_02

Um, I just want to do some casual writing, so nothing really fancy.

SPEAKER_08

Okay. And he pulls out a small clay stoppered pot and a raven's quill and sets them down. These are more of our uh travel friendly budget items for writing.

Okay. Um, and then I know you don't sell it here, but can you point me to where I would be able to maybe uh purchase like a horse saddle, like horse stuff?

SPEAKER_08

It's something that you might be able to find if you head over to the leather workers, but I would strongly recommend that you go over to the farrier.

SPEAKER_02

The farrier? Okay. Alright, well I guess I'll take this stuff.

SPEAKER_08

He's looks because I could do all this for about 15 gold.

SPEAKER_02

Oh, okay. And she's gonna hand him 15 gold.

Anyone else in this group, since you all came in together, I'm assuming that you're a group. Uh anything else that you guys can I help you find anything? Or have you just not brought it up to the counter for Gregorio yet?

As Canina was following around Ariel through the food section and just through the rest of the store, uh, did she spot any grease or oils?

SPEAKER_08

Uh, you would have found probably some sort of like waxed canvas that's wrapped around something that you see fat tallow and then uh a couple. Uh they're sm on the smaller side, but they're built much like wine skins that uh just says oil.

So uh Kadina will go ahead and grab some of the uh, I suppose, oil, and uh she'll buy, I guess, like two of those. Uh yes.

I can do both, uh, let's see, about five silver one gold. Uh sure, thank you. Does he have any sheet metal? Not that you've seen while looking around.

How many pieces of parchment do you think that she got?

SPEAKER_08

I'd say that each of the notebook things has ten sheets in it, and then probably five loose. Uh would either of you be needing uh delivery like your friend here.

Uh I'll look around and does he have like a little basket or canvas bag or something.

There was a whole rack of bags that are up behind him.

I'm I'm gonna go take a look at his bags. See what he has.

Uh, there's a pile of wicker baskets that are like in the corner at the end of the counter.

That would be cute. I would like one of those. I'll I'll actually take one of your wicker baskets to carry my stuff in.

Alright, that's going to be another three silver.

Okay, here you go. And she'll hand off some three silver and pick out the prettiest of all the wicker baskets because they're usually different colors. Hers will be like a darker color.

You're not disturbing the the wicker baskets there too much, are you? Excuse me? So you're digging through them.

And then she's gonna find her basket and put her purchase in it. This is gonna look really cute, actually. Like, after I'm done, I can set it in my room and put like some flowers. And stuff in it. It'd be so cute.

Errol follow Nina out. Like, well, I need to go over to the farrier, it sounds like. And um, then I'll probably be heading back. Um, I do want to see if I can find some apples or carrots or something for princess and no name. And then I'm gonna head back to the guild. So I guess I'm gonna part ways here unless you guys need to go to either of those places.

Um Yeah, Canina will go ahead and be like, uh, yeah, I'll tag along. I have uh a couple things I might be interested in looking at as well. Okay.

Rem just gonna be like, I'm headed to the alchemist, and then I'm gonna make a stop by the stables. I'll see you guys later.

Wait, how much do um how much did it cost for potions before?

SPEAKER_06

They're expensive.

I know.

50 mil. A small healing potion.

SPEAKER_02

Okay, so Ariel is gonna um Hey, Ram, before you head over to that, uh, can you actually pick me up a potion? I can pay you.

What kind of potion?

SPEAKER_02

Uh just uh like a healing potion.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, I can pay it.

SPEAKER_02

Like the one that was like the 50 or whatever it was before. I don't know if you're gonna be able to do it.

I'll I'll see what I can do.

Okay. Do you want me to give you money or to pay you later?

SPEAKER_06

Uh if you give me the money now, I can make sure that I get it.

Okay, here you go. And she's gonna give him the five platinum. Oh no, I can seal guys out there!

He moves over to the next one. This one here is our riding saddle. Uh as you can see, it's got more of a seat for a person to be sitting in. It's got stirrups. Uh, something for the person that wishes to ride a horse, not just use it as a beast of burden. And over here, and you see one that is uh a little bit more sturdy. It's got a like straighter back, the the stirrups are a little more rigid. Is our military grade saddle. This one is a little better. It's keeping you in the saddle if you were to find yourself in need of combat with your riding companion.

She turns around, fishes into the cabinet that's behind her, and pulls out a couple uh vials of different colored and viscosity liquids, dumps them into the mortar and pestle as well, grinds it down into a paste, pulls out a clay jar and kind of fills it up with what she just ground down. And for the fevers, wrap some of this poultice around their head, and it should start to make them feel better. Alright, thank you. In about an hour or so.

Oh yeah. So this one, the chalky one and the thick pink one, those are for uh issues with the stomach region. Okay. As you look at the one that Gizgig tells you uh helps with like pain, it looks a lot like a healing potion, but broken up into much smaller doses. Okay. The horses, on the other hand, are a bit of a different story. I don't have anything already made vaguely in horse shape. And if I'm going to do the armor for the cart, I'm not going to have time to get to the horses for probably the next week or so. And then you set it's two horses to pull the cart. I'm assuming you want both of them armored. It would probably take me about a week for each of them.

Because of the time it's going to take and the cost of the materials as well as the opportunity cost for not making it into some custom-fitted armor. I could give you an estimate that it will cost a thousand gold. And if things are going smoothly, I could probably have it done in the next few days. Thankfully, cart. Mostly straight surfaces, so a lot of it's just a matter of cutting things to shape and getting them attached.

Canina will uh ponder for a second. Hmm, I see. Uh, I may have to give that a little bit of thought. Um, you have any type of weaponry I might possibly be able to mount onto the cart? We're planning on traveling into some dangerous regions, and having a bit of a defensible cart is something that would help us greatly. What sort of weaponry are you thinking? Um, maybe some sort of feasible mounted crossbow.

Now, when you say mount to the top, are you thinking someone standing up there with a crossbow that can be reasonably assured that they're not going to fall off? Or are we thinking more like a ship's cannon or ballistay?

Uh whatever you would feasibly have that could be attached to the top in a reasonable amount of time. Something that would be preferably attached to the card.

In about a day's time, with some sourcing of others in the crafting district, I could get you a somewhat safely top-mounted crossbow where the user would be uh less likely to fall off while using it. And he reaches under, pulls out a scrap of parchment and a charcoal stick, and you see him sketch like a square, turns it into a little bit of a cube, and goes, Okay, so we're thinking that we use this to represent the cart. And you see him put a circle on the top of the square, and this would be where your crossbow person would stand. And at kind of the point of the square, does a little loop. And I'm thinking that we would put attachment points here, here, here, and here. Um, would you want rope or chain?

I feel like chain would probably be the more sturdy and less flammable of the choices.

He draws lines towards that middle circle. And these would be chains. Um, we'll put a latch down at the feet of where the person would be standing to hold this assembly down if you're not using it. And we'll have a harness that can be strapped around the waist of whoever is standing up here. And you see him do a very stick figure-esque representation of a crossbow. And we would put the crossbow with a chain that also links to the belt so that the crossbow won't fly away from the user. And does another smaller circle with some some legs underneath it, and we could mount a sort of elongated bucket up here that would allow you to keep some crossbow bolts as well. The user would be entirely vulnerable and very easy to uh attack. They would have no protection beyond what they're wearing. The crossbow would still have to be operated entirely by hand. But I could do this in a day, maybe two if I need to source a little bit more material, and I could do it for about a hundred gold.

I think that sounds like uh pretty. And I think that will be the best choice for us currently.

Uh this may affect the cost a little bit. You mentioned that you wanted the chain because they'd be less flat.

Well, the intention is never to actually damage what we own. It's just it kind of happens in the heat of the moment. Um, it should be fine. I think just the standard crossbow should be fine.

Uh also, are you going to need any sort of like plate mounted to the top of the cart for the same uh anti-flammability purposes?

That might sound like a good idea. Yeah, I think that might be a good choice. How much would that add on to the cost?

Uh that would how how big of a plate? Like just big enough to stand on, big enough to cover the whole top.

What would be the difference between the two?

Big enough to stand on I could do for another 50 gold. Big enough to cover the top would probably run about 250 gold.

Uh let's just do big enough to stand on for the time being.

So I can do this for you, uh, with the addition of the plate. Give me two days just to be on the safe side with timing. Does that work for the two of you?

It wouldn't have to stay here for the first day. I could spend about an hour getting measurements from it, and then you could bring it back. But I will need time on the second day to begin mounting it.

Is he gonna bring it himself? Well, I'm sure he's hiring somebody to do it, but I'm sure they'll tell you that's coming from Gregorio to be dropped off at a at a wagon. I'm not asking you to load it. But he'll put that in the cart and then he'll hold his hands up to show that there's nothing in them and walk back out. Thank you for allowing me to do that. He will uh also remind the kid as he reaches into his pocket and pulls out a silver piece and hands it to him. This is for your trouble with dealing with Gregorio's delivery. Thank you! Remember, it's this cart that's expecting a delivery from Gregorio. Uh-huh. And then he'll, as he's walking away, he'll be like, Oh, and if you see a young woman, blonde hair, in a cloak of some kind, with the notion that she needs to feed the horses, you know, my horses, and he holds up the tokens. That one? And he'll look over his shoulder and be like, Yes, that one, as he tucks the tokens away. She can feed the horses. Does she have the token? No, she doesn't. But I'm letting you know, as the owner of the horses, she can feed them. And you just saw the tokens.

So, as Tempest and Kanina were walking back to the guild hall, they hear this very loud, like 12-year-old almost screaming at what you recognize as the voices of Rem and Ariel over in the direction of the stable.

Uh yeah, I guess uh Kanina hearing the commotion will go over that way. Familiar voices make her a bit curious.

As Rem and Ariel were well, Ariel was trying to storm away, and I think Rem is just following.

No. I was thinking of like Carol are right next to each other, just going. Yeah, Canina will walk up and just be like, oh uh, hey guys, what's going on here? Rem left the tokens in his room, so they won't even let me feed princess. So now we're going back up to the room. I'm gonna drop the sacks and then get the token and go feed princess. Oh, you can't just walk in and feed the- Apparently you can't even go in there without a token.

They're just trying to make sure things are safe. Don't want people feeding a colour. Call the security system! Don't want people feeding a horse poison arrived.

Kanina's gonna go ahead and uh loop her arm in aerials and she's just gonna walk. I'm like Kenina's just like like even just physically dragging you.

There's a stall towards the back that uh has a piece of parchment, uh like tack nailed to the front of it, and then it and it says, if you read it and you sound it out, it says princess.

Primasess. Uh Canina will uh kind of spot that and just be like, oh, is that uh yes? Did you write that? Yeah, let's go. So she'll she'll steer us that way. Rem, Rem, bring the carrots.

Just standing there next to Reb laughing, watching them like, oh boy.

You see the the small boy uh run towards the front. You hear uh they they dip to the side and you hear a door open, and you just hear shouting from from inside, but it's muffled through all of the the wood that is in between you guys.

I'm just gonna set the bag of carrots down at his feet and kind of lean in towards uh Tempest and be like, well, how long do you think before they get kicked out of there?

I don't think they'll be able to kick Nina out.

Okay. Rem and Tempest. You hear the door that the boy had gone into thrown open and kind of bang somewhat roughly against the inside of whatever room that he had gone into. And you see two larger men. They look to be somewhere in their late twenties. Very broad-chested, standing probably 6'3, 6'5-ish, come out. Uh, one of them has a woodcutting axe in one hand, and the other one has a blacksmith's hammer in their hand.

Hey! Who's breaking into the stables? Canina will like peek out after hearing the loud voice. Ariel's just like looking at you.

You look like big bug eye, like, who my god. Canina will lean out and she'll just be like, uh, oh, hello, gentlemen. No thieves here. We we're we work at the guild.

Alright, alright. Are you done here, Ariel? She's just like feeding the horse. Uh, yes. Canina will grab the rest of the apple sack and she'll uh just cart you out again. Like she'll just put her arm in yours and just be like, well, sorry for the trouble, gentlemen, and she'll walk right out.
