#11 - 「すごいやつ」とは何か。理想のリーダー像を語る

今回のエピソードでは、SilverXの採用・組織づくりにおけるテーマ「すごいやつとは何か」を深掘りする。単なる能力の高さだけではなく、長期的な覚悟や信頼性、周囲を巻き込む力まで、メンバーそれぞれの原体験をもとに議論しました。
