Hi, and welcome to It's Not That Serious, Even When It Is. I am your host, Mary McDonald. I am a coach and use human design as a tool to see my clients deeply and guide them to a more joy-led and embodied life. On this podcast, we will have deep conversations and some giggles because life can't be so serious all the time. Hello and welcome to today's episode. Today I want to talk about feeling worthy for the things that you want. And I think like feeling worthy for the things that you want, I think this is kind of a sneaky one, right? Like I think that most people don't walk around wondering do I feel worthy of that thing? I think you guys are thinking like, "Yeah, I want that thing. I should be able to get that thing, and yeah, I want it." But Uh, here's the thing is y- it's kinda sneaky 'cause you aren't actively thinking that you're not worthy of it, but, like, you might subconsciously be thinking about it And here's what this might look like. This might look like going after a goal and unknowingly self-sabotaging because your nervous system feels safe in the struggle, right? Like, you've never experienced ease, so you feel anxious when things start to change, and you feel anxious, um, starting to go after that thing that you want. And I think the first thing that you wanna ask yourself when something like this comes up... I'm just gonna give an example that I'll use throughout this podcast episode. Let's pretend that you wanna go back to school and get a degree in something that really interests you. You've always wanted to do this. It's in, been in the back of your mind. You just haven't gotten to it. And let's just say that's your goal. You want to get this degree in, I'm just gonna say public speaking. I don't know, but we're gonna make it up for now. You wanna get this degree in public speaking because you're really passionate about it and you think you'd be good at it, and, like, it's just been on your heart for a long time, but you've never done it. And I think there's a lot of things playing here around self-worth if you have been dreaming about something for a long time, and then you decide not to go for it, okay? So first, I think the first question you're gonna ask yourself is, like, "Why? Why do I keep putting this thing off? Why am I wishy-washy about this thing?" And I think a couple of things are gonna come up for you. So one of the things I think comes up a lot is when you've gone after a goal before, and it's felt really, really hard, and you put all this effort into it, and then nothing came from it. Like, and I say nothing came from it, what I mean is you didn't get the result that you desired. So your brain now thinks that there's this pattern of, like, working really hard, not getting what you want, and you continue to buy into that belief because even the people around you unknowingly are saying to you, "You know, I haven't seen the results that you said you were gonna get from that thing that you went after, and that thing that you were really excited about, like, what's happening with that?" And you have to constantly go, "Oh, I didn't, I didn't reach my goal. I didn't reach my goal. I, I, I didn't reach it again." And you, you start to believe that it's impossible because that's all you're saying, one, out loud, so your subconscious is taking that in as a pattern. And it's, it, it's helping you buy into that belief that, you know- this person is unknowingly saying like, "Oh, well, why, why didn't you reach that goal you said you were gonna do?" And It has nothing to do with them, but you start feeling shame because you didn't do... You didn't finish the thing or it wasn't the result that you wanted it to be. Instead of flipping the script on that and going like, "You know what? Life is meant to be lived. I went after that thing. It was hard. I found out, you know, X, Y, Z, and this is why it didn't work out." Or, "And I'm gonna keep going after it, and I'm gonna look at a different way of doing it, and I'm gonna be open to that. Even though this was really hard, here are the lessons that I've learned." Now, are you gonna like spit that off to the person that asked you, you know, "Why didn't this work out?" Probably not. But their... Your perceived, b- your idea of their perception of you is going to, you know, dig into you a little bit. You're gonna feel a little bit of anxiety 'cause you, you yodeled it from the mountaintops. This person asks you how it went. You go, "Ugh, not so good. I don't know. Hee-ha-ha-ha." But on the inside, you're feeling like deep shame. You're feeling deep shame. And the other thing at play here is that you have not learned how to understand that it's safe to take risks in your life. Life is meant to be lived. I don't know how many times I can say that. Life is meant to be lived. You're gonna make mistakes. It's not gonna be perfect. It rarely is. What... Perfection is just like a crutch anyway. Um, life is meant to be lived, right? So I, I highly doubt this person is thinking like, "Ugh, well, what a loser." Unless they're a real asshole. But they're pr- I doubt they're thinking like, "Oh, what a loser, bet she didn't do that 'cause la-la-la-la-la-la-la." No, that is actually your inner voice. That's your self-sabotage voice. That's your voice that, you know, is going like, "Ooh, my ego hurts, and ugh, I'm gonna lick my wounds and like they're right. I'm stupid, and I'm, I'm never gonna reach that goal." And so you start to buy into this belief because you believe it anyway, so once everybody else has reinforced it inadvertently, you're just gonna take on that as a new identity of like, "You know what? Every time I go for something that's really hard, it's never gonna work out because, well, it's just really hard, and I, I, I don't wanna stick with it 'cause it feels uncomfortable." Well, hate to break it to you, again. Part of the, part of the reason that you're on this journey towards this goal is because you're actually meant to learn all of these lessons. You... I don't, again, I don't know how many times I can say this on this podcast, but like you were meant to go down this path to learn these lessons. You were meant to learn how to feel worthy for your goals and how to not even necessarily how to get there, but like how to start feeling safe in the middle of them when they're not going as great as you wanted them to. How to deal with other people's opinions about them when it's not going as great as you want it to. How to find your own resolve when it's not going as great as you wanted it to, right? How to feel optimistic when it's not going the way that you wanted it to. And sometimes the way that you wanted it to, to go is just not h- just not how it's gonna go. And you are going to be faced with learning how to move through that over and over and over again until you get it. And part of this, I think, has to do with our, uh, like a, like I said, like our capacity to learn how to feel safe in the unknown, 'cause that's really scary. We spend all day planning, plotting, trying to reach the goal and say, "Here, if I follow steps A, B, and C, then I should get there. And if I don't get there, that means that I'm a failure, and it should've been easy, and so and so did it, and like why can't I do it? And, and they should be proof that I can do it, but, but I'm, I'm not there, and I'm just not good enough." Right? It always comes back to like, "I'm just not good enough. Maybe it's not meant for me. Maybe, maybe my life isn't supposed to be as good as theirs." Right? It comes back to that every single time And it's really a test, right? It's really this test of, like, being able to start feeling safe stepping into the unknown, starting to feel safe knowing that it's not always gonna go perfectly, starting to really trust in God and the universe that things will work out the way that they're meant to work out, even when it feels really hard, right? Like, I'm not gonna sugarcoat things. Um, there are many things in my life that feel extremely hard. However, that doesn't mean that I give myself permission to sit in my hidey hole all day and still not go after the things that I want. Just because it doesn't go the way that you thought it was gonna go doesn't mean that it's not gonna go at all. I'm gonna say that again. Just because it doesn't go the way you thought it wasn't gonna go doesn't mean that it's not gonna go at all. It just means you're gonna go there differently, and that's okay. So part of this journey of getting to... Again, let's just pretend like it's a new degree that you wanna go after, is... And you're, you know, you're not getting there the way that you thought you were gonna get there, so you start wondering, like Am I good enough? And that's a worthiness question, right? Am I good enough to have this? And maybe your mind's going like, "Yeah, yeah, I'm good enough, hee-ha-ha-ha," but your heart, and your programming, and all of the behind-the-scenes thoughts that you have are saying that you're not. And so I really want you to take a look at this and go, you know, "If I'm not feeling worthy, where is that belief coming from? Is it even mine?" Because sometimes we have beliefs that aren't actually yours or that aren't actually ours. And I can tell you that, you know, I've had friends and, you know, my parents even... And this is not to fault anybody. I'm not calling anybody out. It's just that w- this is life, and we hang out with a bunch of imperfect, imperfect people, and we are imperfect ourselves. So sometimes we take on beliefs that people didn't mean to give us. It just happened to be their belief, and we were like, "Oh, well, I guess I'll latch that, uh, latch onto that." So, you know, explore that for a second. Take a beat. Go, "Where is this really coming from? Is this coming from the fact that I just don't think that... I- is it just really mine that I think that everybody else can be successful but me? Or did this come from, you know... Did this come from growing up and maybe you were always taught that it had to be really, really hard to be successful? It has to be super hard." So you walk into life thinking that everything has to be really, really hard. And so you continue thinking that, and that's all that you attract. So your feeling of worthiness is, like, you don't feel worthy of a goal actually feeling simple or feeling easy. So you don't attract opportunities. You don't attract ideas. You don't attract thoughts that come with ease. Your idea of success is that it's always gotta be really hard. It's gotta be super hard, so you're only attracting the difficult. So yeah, again, where is this, where is this belief of not being worthy, or not being enough, or that it's never enough, where is that coming from? Do you have that s- deep-seated belief that it has to be hard for you to be successful? Yikes. Yikes. Because it doesn't. I mean, you will have things that are difficult in there, but it doesn't have to be, it doesn't have to be like pushing up a boulder until the end of time for you to get to where you wanna go. However, it does mean you need to do this work. It means you need to understand where your issues with feeling worthy for the end goal, and not feeling shame for having something come to you easily when it doesn't come to other people as easy- easily, or maybe it didn't come to your parents as easily as you. So, I think the second question is, you know, when you're going after this goal, is it something that you know somebody else has done? And somebody that's, like, close to you. Is it something that they have done, and are you trying to follow their pattern of, again, they had a really difficult time getting to where they were, and so you believe that that's the only path towards success? Or are you thinking, "Hmm, that's interesting. I..." Are you looking at it more objectively, going, "That's interesting. I wanna take that from what they did, I wanna take this from what they did, and I definitely don't want any of that other st- uh, other stuff that they brought with them, 'cause that's actually not the kind of... You know, that's not how I wanna go about this." So let's... We could even just say, like, with business, like, "That's not the way that I want my business to run longterm. That doesn't feel good in my body." But all you've seen modeled for a successful business is that it has to be really hard, and there's only one way to do it, and the internet will tell you all that. Will tell you that all day long. "Here is my formula on how to get a million followers, be the most successful, attract all the most ideal clients until the end of time. Here is the way to do it, and if you do it and you copycat me, then you're gonna be really successful." So Let's... Maybe that works for some people, but maybe it doesn't work for you. And I think, just a side note on that, I actually don't ever think that you're gonna be successful just, like, following someone else's plan, because all you're doing is putting your wholehearted trust into somebody else's plan, and you're never actually asking yourself what you wanna do or how you wanna feel getting the goal done. You're just going, "Oh, I just want success as f- quickly as possible." But you're actually not gonna be able to hold that amount of su- of success if you haven't even looked at, like, how you want to feel for yourself, how you want your life to look, right? So you look at all these other people doing what you wanna do... doing what they wanna do, and you're like, "Why can't I have that?" And here... And, and instead of saying, like, "Why can't I have that?" It's more like the question you should be asking yourself is, or the thing you should be telling yourself is there are... is that there are multiple ways to get there. There are multiple ways to get there, and I'm gonna sit here and I'm gonna be open to all the different ways that this could happen. Instead of, you know, I'm gonna be super rigid about this, and I'm gonna go about this as Instagram person told me to do it, or my family told me to do it, or whoel- whoever else that you've decided is the authority over your life. Um, that's right, I said whoever else you decided was the authority over your life is gonna do it, so you have to do it their way, or else you won't be successful and you'll just, like, have wasted all of your time. So that's the other thing you have to look at is who are you deciding is the authority over your life? And if it's somebody outside of literally just you, you're doing it wrong. You're doing it wrong, my sweet friend. Because you are the authority of your life. Yeah, you're gonna learn some stuff from other people. Like, let's just say you're taking a course on Reiki. I am, so I'll say that. And I am taking it with a Reiki master who obviously knows Reiki. Like, she is my authority in that perspective. However, the way that I decide to use it within my own client base and the way that I embody it is probably gonna be a little bit different from her So yes, there are gonna be authorities in your fields on learning things, but the way that you decide to use and take any information that you ever get in life is going to have to be based on how you wanna show up and use it. Like be bold and step outside of the box. Life is not a fucking checklist. And I think a lot of us were taught like, okay, yeah, you graduate high school, you go to college, you get the degree. Didn't know this was the tangent I was gonna go on. But you get the degree, and then you get the job, and then that's just the way life goes. You just get the job, and that's the way life goes. And you just work really hard at the job, and you find out later that that's not even what you want. Nobody taught you how to think outside of the box. Nobody taught you that you can choose whatever you wanna do with your life. Nobody taught you that because following a path is much easier, that's what your brain's gonna tell you, is much easier than coming up with your own And I dare you to honestly come up with your own. Even if it is like part of the checkbox system, like even if it is you, you get the dream job or whatever, you can run your job any way you wanna do it. Like think outside of the box even in your, in your corporate job if that's what you do and that's what you love and that's your, that was your goal. Um, the other thing I think I want you guys to think about when it comes to feeling worthy for your goals and like moving towards a goal is, is, is there any shame around going after this goal? Is there shame around it as in do you have people in your life who project onto you not to do the thing because they don't believe it will be successful? And what they're doing is they're just projecting the fact that they didn't do something different and that they didn't go after the thing that they wanted. And so they're gonna project onto you and it's gonna make them feel wildly uncomfortable. So then if you're not really aware of this, you're gonna take on their projections and you're going to start to question yourself again. Like, "Am I good enough? Am I good enough?" Or is it that you're stepping so far outside of the box that you feel this intense amount of shame because you're afraid that if you do this and it's easy That, you know, why wasn't e- it easy for everybody else you know and love? Like, you're starting to have shame around the fact that, like, this could actually work, and you could hit your stride, and it could feel really easy, and you're kinda leaving everybody else behind, and that can feel really lonely. Um, so I think that's, that's an important question to have. And I, I think if you're a millennial, I think we have a generation of parents who worked really, really hard, and I You know, actually, I tell my dad this all the time. I am so grateful to him and my mom. They both worked extremely hard, and I'm so grateful to them for what they did, what they created. I would not be the person I am today without them working the way that they did. And they actually gave me the opportunity to think outside of the box. So maybe you have a family that worked really hard, and they still do work really hard, and you feel shame because you're going after something that seems Something that's like totally outside of the box and, um, it's actually pretty easy for you and it feels good to you and you're like, "Oh my God, I'm having success at this thing and now I feel shame because everybody else is having such a hard time." Well, that's just something that you have to deal with, right? So be careful of like Be really careful of where you're starting to feel shame and is it actually yours? Is it somebody else's? Is it self-taught? Um, because I can guarantee you if somebody's gonna be, you know, kinda crappy about it and say something to you about like, "Oh, well you just think everything's so easy," you can just straight up be like, "Yeah, I do, 'cause I figured it out. I figured it out for myself. It's probably not gonna be the same for you, but I figured it out for myself." So watch where your shame is creeping in. I think the other thing that you're probably thinking is maybe you're trying to step out of your box and you've never seen anybody do something the way that you want to do it. So then when you're in the middle of this process and you hit a bump in the road, because like inevitably when you're going after your goals that's just like part of it. It's just a learning process, okay? It's just a learning process. It's not a reason to freak out. It's not a reason to quit. It's just a learning process. And maybe, like I said, maybe s- maybe you haven't seen anybody ever do this the way that you wanna do it, so you don't know if it's going to be successful 'cause you haven't ever seen it before. But have you ever considered that maybe you are the fire starter here? Maybe your original idea and your original way of thinking is actually the way that it's meant to be done, and it feels so easy to you that you start questioning it because isn't everything that's worth doing supposed to be hard? Like, there's all those stupid quotes about like- Uh, how everything should be hard before it's easy, and, like, it's not worth it if it wasn't hard, and I just call bullshit on that. Um, 'cause I think, yeah, you're gonna have some hard times, but it doesn't have to be the end-all be-all, and you don't have to be in struggle all of the time. It's ridiculous. So ask yourself that. Like, are you meant to be the person that's, you know, starting the thing? And also, like, if other people... This can be, I think, another thing that you guys get caught up on, is if there are other people doing the thing that you wanna do, you're wondering, "Ugh, is there enough space for me? Is there enough space for me?" Well, if you're really called to do that thing, and you follow through, I bet you're gonna be good at it. And people want your perspective. People want to hear what you have to say because your people are gonna find you. The people that click with you, the people that understand what you're saying, the people that want your help, want your advice, whatever it is, like, they are going to find you. So don't worry about that piece because you're probably saying it different than somebody else that they don't vibe with, but you are somebody's vibe. So remember that and put that in your back pocket. You are somebody's vibe And then I think the other thing that you guys are getting stuck on in this, like, worthiness process is you say, "Oh, I'm gonna go after this thing. I'm gonna do this thing," and you tell all your friends, and someone, someone hits you with, "Ugh, that's gonna take a really long time. That's gonna take so long." Okay. Well, mostly, if you're lucky, life is long. How many times have you said, "I wish I would've started that sooner"? Hmm. I think we've all said that. "Wish I would've started that sooner. Wish I would've known sooner." But you don't... You're not really living if you don't start the damn thing. So it doesn't matter how long it takes because the next five, 10, 15 years, they're gonna go by anyway. And if this is the journey that you're meant to go on and learn some of your greatest lessons in life, then, like, you were just putting it off because you decided, "Oh, no, that sounds like it's too long, so why would I put effort into something that would take a long time?" What? What? That's somebody else's belief. That's not yours. It's gonna take a long time? Really? That's why you're not gonna do it? Guys, knock that shit off. When somebody says, "Oh, that's gonna take a really long time," you go, "Cool. I, I guess it, I guess it will. No fucking worries. None of your business how long it takes. I don't... Sounds like you're projecting." I mean, we don't always hit people back with, "Sounds like you're projecting," 'cause they don't like that. And to be honest, for me, I don't have the energy to be like, "You're projecting, but okay. M- m- many blessed to you. Aye, aye, captain." Um, but the time that it takes to go after your goals is just really super irrelevant. Says who? What's the real timeline? Who made that timeline up? You did? Okay. Yeah. Crumble up the timeline and just go do the thing Just go do the thing. It doesn't matter how long it takes. So yeah, you might be asking yourself, "Well, in the middle of this timeline, is it worth it? Am I worth it? Am I ever gonna get there?" Well, not if you quit. Not if you stop believing that you're worthy. Not if you also stop believing that there are multiple ways to get there, because I, I think sometimes we go down this road of, like, success and moving towards a goal, and we're like, "Okay, if I do step A, then I do step B, then I do step C, then, like, I for sure will be there by December." And that's just not how it works sometimes. And sometimes what we do is we box ourselves in so far into our own plans that we forget that the universe and God are just working with us. But if we only allow ourselves to see one road forward, then it's gonna be really bumpy. Because sometimes there are much easier ways that we're not even allowing into our lives, because we're like, "No, must do A, B, C to get there by December." And we're not allowing new ideas, new thoughts, new ways of doing things to move the process along faster, because we're not trusting in the universe. We're not trusting that ourselves. We're not trusting that this is, like, moving in the right direction no matter what. And I think that that is one of the biggest pieces, is, like, learning how to trust the fact that you can trust in yourself on a decision and go, even if it doesn't go the way that you thought it was gonna go, you can go, "Mm, that was still good for X, Y, and Z reasons. That was still okay. That was still good." So I'd like... I would encourage you, as you're moving through this process, to remember that, again, life is meant to be lived. And whatever timeline you made up in your head, just, like, throw it in the trash can. Throw it in the trash can. Doesn't really matter. It only matters if you stop going after that thing. The other thing I would have you ask yourself is are you always looking outside of yourself for the answer? And I touched on this a little bit earlier, but, you know, are you looking for a, a process that you can duplicate from the, from the internet, from some mentor that gives the same advice to 500 people, which is so fucking stupid. I'm so sorry. But, like, if you d- if you are a person that takes courses where it holds 500 people, just have some discernment on what is actually gonna work for you and what's not gonna work for you, and don't just buy into everything because the person tells you to buy into everything. Start, you know, quest- asking questions, seeing what actually works for you. Pick and choose what's gonna work for you. You are your own authority. Learning to trust yourself, the biggest key to your success, the biggest key to your joy, the biggest key to your own embodiment of, like, a really authentic, good, filling life. So if you are always looking outside of yourself for the answer, red flag. Red flag immediately. You don't even trust yourself to go after this goal because anytime you mention it and somebody gives you different advice, you start following the different advice, and then but you should have trusted yourself. And so six months go down the road, and you follow someone, someone's advice because they said this is the quickest way to get there, but that's actually not the way that ever felt good to you to get there. But you just decided that they are the authority of your life, so that's what you did. And then you regret it in six months because you didn't learn the lesson of trusting yourself. So be careful there. That's a huge red flag. Learning to trust yourself is the biggest thing. It is one of the things that I talk about most in my coaching is I am here as a guide. I am here to ask questions. I am here to guide you along your journey. I am here to help you see your own patterns that you are not seeing, and I'm helping you see those in every area of your life so that you can start to see them, so that you can start to break those patterns, so that you can start to trust yourself and create new patterns. I'm never gonna be the coach that sits here and says, "This is exactly what you should do, A, B, and C, and you will get there, and it will be smooth sailing." I'm not. Never gonna be me. I'm gonna start asking you questions so that you can start to learn how to trust yourself. That is the whole point. That's the whole point of coaching is for you to learn how to trust yourself. I don't need you to need me, and I don't even want you to feel like you need me. I want to teach you how to trust yourself so that you stop questioning everybody that questions you on your own journey. Okay. And then are you, is it, are you having this constant question of it's never going to be enough? And that is a slippery slope, my friend. Asking yourself and saying, you know, is it ever going to be enough? Is it ever going to be enough? Is it ever going to be enough? Instead of the flip of that is I'm always learning. The universe is abundant. I'm going to attract all that I need for this process. And really learning how to tap into the abundance or into the energy of abundance versus asking yourself, is it ever going to be enough? Because when you're in a loop of is it ever going to be enough? You are in a constant state of lack. Constant state of lack. Does that feel good in your body to say that over and over again? Bet it doesn't. I bet it doesn't. Asking yourself is, is it ever going to be enough is never going to feel good in your body. And the whole point of living is feeling good, is going after the things that you want. So flip your script there. Be super, super conscious of what you're asking yourself and what you're saying to yourself. Um And then I think the last thing I would say is, are you asking yourself, like, if you're not getting there, i-is it that you can't, or is it that you don't believe you're worthy of this thing? Is it that you can't do it, you're giving it up because you can't, or because you don't actually be the... You don't actually believe that life can be easier, that it can be bigger, that it can feel like magic, that all of the good can actually happen for you? And are, are you believing that because that's, again, something that you've been taught or something that you consistently see in the world? Because if you're believing it, I promise you, you're consistently seeing it because it's like the story that you continue to buy in, right? So notice that if you believe that things can't be easy, you're fucking correct because you just keep seeing how they can't be easy over and over and over and over again. If you actually started to believe that things could be easy and stopped waiting for the other shoe to drop, your life would be so much better. If you practice that on a daily basis, just asking out loud every morning How can today be easy? You don't even have to have an answer. You just kinda go, "Okay, that's my intention for today. My intention for today is to see how everything can be easy, how everything can work out for me. That's my intention Your intention waking up should always be that versus it can't ever be easy. It's never enough. I'm not enough. Is it ever gonna feel like it's enough? Life is hard. I'm gonna be stuck here forever. That keeps you in a lack mentality. That keeps you right where you're at, my friend. That keeps you in such a sad little loop, and you are so much better than that. Your life is worth so much more than that. So ask yourself, you know, is it that I can't do this or is it just I don't believe that I'm worthy or I don't, I don't feel like, um, it's ever gonna happen so why even try, right? Start asking yourself, how can it be easy? And then I would say... I think the very last thing I would say is, is it-- Are you worried about how-- what other people are going to think, their perceptions of you for you going after this goal? Are you really worried about that? And I think that there's so much that goes into that, but I think that the more you look outside of yourself, like I said earlier, like, the more you look outside of yourself, the more you worry about other people's perceptions, especially the people closest to you, especially the people closest to you. The more you worry about those- The less, um, the less joy you're gonna have in going after your goal, and the less freedom you have, and the more lack you're gonna have because it's a constant state of worry about what are they thinking? They're judging me. And half that shit's not even true, right? I bet you most of the people aren't really judging you. Some are. That's just how it is. Um, but you know, a lot of those times, like, people aren't actually judging you. It's they're just holding up a mirror. Like, the people around us are just a mirror. So when you have this time where you're, like, not feeling worthy of your goal and someone's like, "Oh, how's that going?" And you're like, "Uh, I'm not there yet." And they're like, "Oh, I thought you'd be there by now," they're actually just feeding into that deep-seated belief that you never felt like you were gonna get there in the first place. So clock that, right? Clock that. See how... See where that's happening so that you can put a pin in it and you can go, "Oh, yikes. That's just me projecting onto them that... And it's feeding into my own beliefs that, like, I'm not worthy enough. I'm not good enough." So I'm believing it pretty easily because this is already the belief that I have, because I'm making a lot of assumptions about what they're saying about me. So anyway, that is today's episode. It is all about learning how to feel worthy, my friends, and all about learning how to trust yourselves, and all about learning how to build a life that feels more at ease to you. I keep saying this. The last, last thing I'll say is also understanding your human design. Like, if I were to take a look at your human design chart, I could tell you just in an overarching statement, your energy type and how you should feel in your body on a day-to-day basis. And if it's not that, then we have some work to do. But through the work and through the journey and learning more about yourself, that is your journey to self-trust. That's it right there. So anyway, I hope you guys have a really great week. Thank you for joining me on today's episode. If something resonated with you, then we are probably best friends.
