Welcome to the Healing Windows Wiki Podcast. I am your host, Apple Curpito. Today I want to share with you a simple technique that we help you prevent absorbing the energy that is not yourself, the energy of the environment you are in, or the energy of other people you are around, but still allowing high vibrational loving energy to be felt. This technique is especially useful if you are an empath and sensitive to energy. It was taught to me by my dear mentor not long ago, and it is something that we use with our clients who are struggling with anxiety. This can be done every morning as you start your day, or any time that you feel you will be placing yourself in an energetically challenging situation. So let's begin. You can keep your eyes open or they can be closed, but I would like you to imagine yourself being surrounded by a bubble of white light of divine protection. Now imagine grounding cords or roots coming from the bottom of each foot and your tailbone anchoring you to the earth. Now place one hand on your heart and one on your upper stomach, or simply imagine your hand on your heart and your stomach. And picture yourself placing on a shield of armor to protect you from absorbing all negative or lower vibrational energy. Surround, ground, and feel. It's that simple. If you find this technique helpful to you, please share it with anyone who tells you that they're too sensitive, that they're overwhelmed in crowds, or they're anxious. And until next time, stay grounded, stay protected, and stand in your own light. What do they look like? Maybe you talk about why you chose them to be your spirit guide. Do they have any pointers on what you can do when you get back to your body? If you're curious about past lives, this would be a perfect opportunity to ask them about it. Maybe you've known each other in a previous lifetime. Maybe you've been a guide for them at some point. Because we've all been guides. Just allow all of the information of what you know, you want to know, and the things that maybe you haven't thought of to emerge in your consciousness. Whether you see it, hear it, or feel it, you know you're experiencing a wonderful connection with your spirit guides. Whether you hug them, shake hands, bow at one another, you know you can always come back to this place. You always know that over time you will increase your ability to connect with your spirit guides, even when you're not meditating. Your spirit guide gives you one more piece of the puzzle. Something perhaps you've always wanted to have the answer to, and at the same time present you with a gift. It could be a box, it could be invisible, it could be any color of the rainbow. But now you have the gift in your hands. You've been instructed to place it in your body when you get back to it, and you will automatically put it in the perfect place for you. This gift will help you in your expansion of connecting with your spirit guides, of understanding, symbolic reasoning, and to grow your intuition. Say goodbye to your spirit guides, moving through the body of water in any way you choose. Back through the door of the circular room. Through the hallway with the sparkling fairy dust, music, beautiful warm light, whatever your being enjoys. Back through the first door and into your sanctuary. Take a deep breath in, and a deep breath out. Take a deep breath in, and a long slow breath out as you calibrate your energy to the introduction of your spirit guide and the experience you've just had. Moving back into your body, feeling the warm light that started at your feet and included your head moved all the way through your body, remembering the gift your spirit guide gave you and putting it in the perfect place for you, activating your connection, enhancing your intuition and symbolic reasoning. Feel your feet on the floor, feel the chair you're sitting on or the floor, wherever you're sitting, beginning to bring your awareness back into the room and back into your body. And when you are ready, you can come back around, wiggling your fingers, wiggling your toes, and gently opening your eyes. Feeling gratitude for your spirit guide. Feeling gratitude for this opportunity. Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out. Now take a moment to journal your experience so you can always remember what you saw, what you heard, what you felt, what you knew. Come back to this meditation anytime you like and carry with you what you've learned.
